Ishi wandered the streets of this district, a small room had been rented out at one of the restaurants, private but with enough noise that it would drown out the conversations that were taking place, of course, the business carried out this way was normally one that no one wanted to be overheard, he knew and accepted that as he followed the little group that was headed towards the bar, it was clear that he still had to be on his guard, even inside of the village it was never clear who was spying or just visiting, and currently that was the situation and were it stood. His mission was just here escorting them to carry out their conversations.
Turning down to the street the group entered the designated restaurant, with greetings from the serving staff they were then directed into the location that had been prepared for this meeting, the doors to the room were not super thick, but they would protect them from the sights of passers-by, as the group moved into the room, it was clear that they were the first ones to arrive, Ishi the last one in the room as he took a position in the corner of the room, his job in this mission was to not talk but be a defensive measure if needed.
It didn't take long after the arrival for the footsteps to come towards the door, as the noise of conversation took over it was clear that the other group would be coming towards them as the door slid open and he made his glance towards those that entered, looking to the group the business conversation would be a very boring one, but he caught the attention of a hidden man at the back of the group, who took a position opposite him, it seemed that the other party had also brought their own protection as well.
As the group settled down and ordered drinks and food it seemed that just like the traditional businesses men these ones as well did not want to skimp out on food at all. As he sighed he listened to the conversations, boring and exchanging of ideas never sat well with Ishi in the manner that terms were reached, but the village was paid as long as this was concluded. As he stood in the corner, he noted that the other tag-along didn't speak either, declining the offer of drink and food and just keeping quiet.
Hours passed by until the meeting was finally over, it seemed that the deal had been brokered and with no trouble from either side Ishi had essentially just had to play the role of a pretty statue for the last few hours, he wasn't going to complain about it, but at the same time, he could have been doing so many other things in that time frame. Yet a mission for the village even if it was just a babysitting duty was one that still needed to be carried out, and Ishi understood and accepted the importance of this.
