- Mori can be physically perceived as healthy and strong for someone his age, possessing an average physique with enough muscle and fat to carry his own weight and standing at a height of 5'9''. While being in the Kaze Clan, Mori didn't inherited the known traits of his family, instead having brown eyes for his genetics.
- Mori is usually seen usually in his signature black zipless hoodie with a white inside and black dots running vertically down the inside of his hood, mirrored by white dots on the outside. Underneath, he wears a tucked-in beige shirt with long sleeves that he rolls up to his elbows. His jeans are worn with a brown belt and are tucked into black strapped boots that reach to about half of his shins.

[*] Mori can be described as a thinker and a dreamer, his mind sometimes floating somewhere while his body remains in a trance-like state. Naturally silent and calm, he tends to stay in the background while others take the center stage, preferring to play a passive role as a backbone to help things progress smoothly.
[*] Though many consider his way of thinking as mature for his age, unlike others who are more active and energetic, he finds such feedback as completely false. Mori knows that he's very much energetic and alive like others of his age, its just that his body doesn't permit such action in his current state.
[*] Mori can be difficult to read as he doesn't express his emotions or intentions outright and usually keep them for himself or if with his family. In some cases, he uses illusion to hide his expressions.
Though born in a family of shinobi, Mori was expected to show signs of expertise in any of the fields of jutsu but to the disappointment of both himself and his family, he failed in pretty much everything, even his affinity towards storm was inferior compared to his brothers, perhaps the worst from all known family history yet Mori kept quiet, the pain of disappointing his family and the teases from his siblings didn't helped at all. He wanted to be of help, one way or another.
Then the disaster came, before the sirens came screeching across the village, Mori was wandering on the outskirts of the village, far from home, far from his family. A cold embrace followed by his eyelids becoming heavy. He wanted to sleep, more than ever, the chilling presence came out of nowhere as if inviting him to rest. As he was about to close his eyes and let darkness cover him, the village's siren went off - abruptly waking him from his sleep-like trance. He could see in the distance, people were running towards the exit. He knew things were going bad real fast and right now, he might possibly be in the worst place possible for such event to happen.
Running down the hills, he could feel the same cold embrace trying to grasp his body. He could barely see from the unusually thick mist hampering his vision. He couldn't care; he wanted to see his family, to know they're okay until he heard a crack beneath him. The color before him changed from the white mist to icy blue, realizing he had fallen under thin ice, the cold waters snapped at him like a hungry dog. The pain came quick like knives piercing his body in a blink of an eye. He tried to struggle but his shoes and clothing made it only worse. Panic and fear only invited swift death; he was drowning in mere seconds, his eyes locked onto the frozen surface, bubbles from his mouth mimicking his escape as they floated quickly above only for it to be stopped by the ice. Despite his entire attempt, he knew he wasn't going to survive but at the very least, he saw something beautiful. The light penetrated the thin ice, a blue-like light danced on the surface; it comforted him somehow despite the pitch black darkness around him. As the light faded away so did his conscience.
Opening his eyes, he was surprised to see his mother and father beside him. His body felt numb, he couldn't budge a muscle. He wanted to cry in confusion but even his face was frozen. He could only watch and hear. As Mori lay in bed, his eyes wide open, staring straight in the ceiling as his mother told him that he was found and carried by his older brother, Kouin. They couldn't stop and help Mori recover from the cold as the disaster loomed slowly towards the village and as a result, he suffered from terrible frostbites. He wanted to see his older brother, to thank him. But he couldn't. Risking himself for the likes of him was something he never thought of, especially for someone like him who wasn't talented unlike Ronin, his younger brother.
The urge to thank his brother only grew stronger with each passing day as Kouin was busy helping Ronin train for his exams. It was an understandable situation seeing their mother and father was there with him while Kouin was with Ronin. He would close his eyes, not that he was sleepy but he could see something else. He knew his body was still back at the hospital recovering, but he was moving in a foreign place where the clouds reach the mountains. People were moving around, passing through him as if he was a ghost. It was an entirely different feeling from being alive.
Months have passed, people seemed to take notice of Mori's otherworldly presence outside the room but at the same time, he was being perceived differently. He was being treated like a child. Not that he should care but he grew stronger to the point he could interact with people. It was a weird sensation but something new. Hoping to use his newfound talent to help his family and payback his brother, he trained each day as he continued to recover and as soon as he was able to move his body, he asked for his parent's permission to take the examination. Surprised by his request, he was initially declined but Mori continued to ask until they gave in.
Without any form of training or preparation, Mori joined the Genin examinations where his family finally found his expertise, Genjutsu. Mori easily passed the exams by sheer mental overpower, news would even say that even the examiners were caught in the illusions themselves. He was quiet proud for once that he was able to do something in life that didn't put his family to shame, he continued to train until he ascended the ranks of Chuunin and became one of the renowned illusionist.History
