Ninpocho Chronicles

Ninpocho Chronicles is a fantasy-ish setting storyline, set in an alternate universe World of Ninjas, where the Naruto and Boruto series take place. This means that none of the canon characters exists, or existed here.

Each ninja starts from the bottom and start their training as an Academy Student. From there they develop abilities akin to that of demigods as they grow in age and experience.

Along the way they gain new friends (or enemies), take on jobs and complete contracts and missions for their respective villages where their training and skill will be tested to their limits.

The sky is the limit as the blank page you see before you can be filled with countless of adventures with your character in the game.

This is Ninpocho Chronicles.

Zenichi has spent nearly a year in Tsukigakure hiding as a Merchant. He set up a simple small cart near the main building housing the Shrine organization. He kept to himself, didn’t ask any questions to people passing by. He knew that coming into the village would raise to many red flags. He had to play the slow and patient game. To make himself a tuning fork for information that people weren’t thinking others were paying attention to.

Zenichi made himself a single dot in the back ground. While he was largely noticed at first as someone new, he slowly became camouflaged into the background. He is stand folded from a rolling cart into an L-shaped stand. In it, he had a wet stone, a sanding wheel, and numerous other smaller smithing tools. He wasn’t a weapon maker. In fact, he was something completely the opposite. He was a jeweler who used various precious stones decorate small weapons like Kunai, Shuriken, and the sort. He thought these items were gaudy and tacky. Usually the hardened shinobi that passed by felt the same way. But several people that were minorly associated with the shibobi world, loved them as gifts to their significant others. Some people buy them as souvenirs for their trip to Tsukigakure. It was the greatest fit for his task. It allowed him to sit for days on end making garbage out of minimum materials that people will pay a ridiculous amount of money for them.

Today was his last day as a Merchant-spy though. He was starting to feel that the info coming out wasn’t really worth anything. Furthermore, he was starting to take a little too much pride in his work. As he spent so much time looking for and working with these rare Gems, he came to realize that the stones were nothing more than a specific type of the Earth element. It took him months of practice to reconstruct a Gem using nothing but hit knowledge of Earth and other elements. His first instinct was that it was Earth and Fire, but when he tried to manipulate the two together, the results were nothing close to a fine gem (it almost started a forest fire that would jeapordize life on a small island). It took him a long time to realize that though these crystals were earth in nature, they were more water than earth. After that discovery, creating Crystals soon followed. He had learned how to mold his chakra into a new element and was becoming a little too proud of his art work. Memories of his Acid creation for Sousuke while working with metal plagued him. He saw what the desire to mix one’s passion and art with their job could do. Though he like Sousuke, he realized that he didn’t want to end up like him.

So today, he was selling everything he could for any penny someone would part with. At the end if the day, if anything was left, he would leave it with the cart and he caught the ferry leaving.
