Physical Description
Katsuo stands at a mighty 6'2" and sports a well muscled physique from days of physical training and battle. Various scars cover his body itself though he has none on his face and has no particularly obvious ones which are easily seen. Recently having been forced to cut his hair shorter, Katsuo has dyed his naturally green hair to a red-orange color as a change of pace. With access to an unlimited wardrobe due to his connection with the Tsukumogami construct Caliburn, Katsuo's wardrobe changes drastically from day to day and sometimes even from hour to hour depending on his mood as Caliburn can fashion outfits for him within the space of a heartbeat.
By channeling the depths of his bloodline limit Katsuo is able to perform a process called Exaltation which transforms him into a vision of the Sunagakurian One King -- Primus. In this state his hair shortens slightly and stands on end while taking a distinctive golden color to it. Whatever clothing he is wearing at the time is transformed as well and becomes a golden raiment that hangs about his shoulders and his waist/legs. The air around him constantly crackles with energy while transformed and he projects an aura of burning heat that causes any moisture around him to sizzle and evaporate if it is not actively being maintained by a source of chakra or isn't of sufficient size.
Mental State
Katsuo was raised on the old stories of valor and bravery of generations long past. He constantly chases the ideals of protecting humanity and the greater good set down by the men and women that made humanity's freedom of today a possibility. But even despite that, Katsuo can't deny that he enjoys fighting a great deal. His blood boils with anticipation at the promise of a challenging battle and is always ready to face the next challenge. Despite, or perhaps in spite, of his love of a good-natured brawl Katsuo is a gregarious individual that also loves a good party with others.

RP Interaction Notes- When agitated or engaged in a battle Katsuo's upper body and legs crackle with currents of bright golden lightning that course up and down his form and his eyes are shined over by a similar golden energy.
- Katsuo is fearless where his own well-being is concerned. Short of mind-tampering effects, Katsuo cannot be put to flight by the prospect of a fight no matter what the opponent is.
- He does however have a big heart and cannot stand to see others get hurt -- especially not because of his own choices. He cannot tolerate the victimization of others and will violently punish those that think to attempt to exploit this as a perceived weakness by involving others in battles with him.
- For those characters sensitive to such things, Katsuo is a maelstrom of power pent up in a very small box. Even when he is at rest his body shines like a sun to those who can perceive chakra through sight.
- Katsuo is the lost son of the last Sunahoshi Kazekage, Sunahoshi Hiro. When he first came to Sunagakure this was a well kept secret and went by his Masashi surname but given his ascension to the position of Kazekage he has fully adopted his birth name and his heritage is a well known matter of public record.
- Katsuo was one of the heroes responsible for freeing Wind Country from the Diamond Maelstrom alongside Takahashi Sousuke, Shiruko Makoto and Mizushima Nanami.
- He has a good reputation among the low and middle income populace of Sunagakure for the time that he spent helping and rebuilding during the end of the Cabal occupation with the folks who were displaced from the underground by the destruction wrought upon them.
- Any characters who have frequented the frontier of Sunagakure or have spent time in the world at large outside of Sunagakure might be aware of a mercenary who called himself the Iron Wolf who belonged to the Masashi Clan of Sunagakure. He made a career on slaying monsters and demons while also occasionally bringing a down a bandit clan or cultist ring which earned him the nickname of Iron Wolf. While Katsuo hasn't donned the title or persona of Iron Wolf in many years, he has changed much since those days and has reversed much of his philosophy on how evil should be cleansed without mercy.
