Ninpocho Chronicles

Ninpocho Chronicles is a fantasy-ish setting storyline, set in an alternate universe World of Ninjas, where the Naruto and Boruto series take place. This means that none of the canon characters exists, or existed here.

Each ninja starts from the bottom and start their training as an Academy Student. From there they develop abilities akin to that of demigods as they grow in age and experience.

Along the way they gain new friends (or enemies), take on jobs and complete contracts and missions for their respective villages where their training and skill will be tested to their limits.

The sky is the limit as the blank page you see before you can be filled with countless of adventures with your character in the game.

This is Ninpocho Chronicles.

The journey towards her homeland spanned a few days by foot. The trains were not permitted to travel any further south towards the Tenouza land even after the year had gone by. Luckily for Akane the winter days have proved to benefit her journey. Trees with no leaves had their branches brush and scrape against each other with the soft breeze of cold air. The soils and rocks agitated with a satisfying crunch with each step as the young teen adjusted her backpack straps.

A hand dug into her skirt pocket and rummaged for her phone. Once out of her pocket she flipped the screen up and panned through her directories to open up a message. The number wasn’t saved but the message held too much meaning to be ignored.

‘Just look at what they’ve done to our people. Reduced to atoms in a crater south of the village. See for yourself.’

A weighted sigh escaped her. “It’s on the way… Might as well.” Her hand stuffed her phone back into her pocket. Her brown eyes drifted upwards to gaze at the sky as her polearm rested on her shoulder.

An hour crept by and through the break in the trees Akane spotted the location. Years of wear and weather effects still showed the travesty of what occurred at this compound. The outskirts had remnants of bones littered about. The freezing temperatures of the mountains kept most of them intact. The smashed brush of bushes and overturned trees told a tale of a chaotic retreat to safety. In the rubble was a telling sign. Akane crept closer only to reveal that the object lodged into the earth was a statue of the pope. Broken and submerged beyond her abilities to fix and retrieve it. However, the story here grew larger with each step.

Akane stopped before the land gave out. Spread out in a giant circular hole was a crater of what used to be a Tenouza compound.

“What the hell… Who did this?”
A wave of confusion washed over her. The Tenouza people she knew and loved were not heartless killers and demons that sought to take over the world. They were bakers, teachers, engineers and more importantly family members to others. Not everyone within the crossfire had violent intentions. Akane believed the innocent were always dragged into senseless violence at the hands of a warlord. Blood painted the hands of the soldiers who often simply followed orders in fear of reprimand.

Not one to openly pray, Akane planted her spear into the dirt beside her and went to her knees. Hands clasped together in front of her, reciting a small prayer for the innocent lives who died here. “Tch… I bet it was those Kumo ninja. Why did they….” Her hands coiled into a balled fist. They began to shake with anger the more she pondered the outcome. “Why did they blow the place up and not just kill the officials…” She grit her teeth, shortly after she rose to her feet. Her fingers coiled around her spear and pulled it out of the ground. Her brown eyes never left the center of the crater. Without hesitation she jumped down the slope to check out the remnants.

Midori lumbered her way to the place where the former Capital of Tenouza and the Shogun palace once stood…. well in this dimension which is the case. While the war was over; the unexplained phenomenon of what happened to the Capital was still a mystery for the most part so Midori had volunteered to come see this cobblestone-like anomaly herself. Though this anomaly did help with sealing the Tenouza away, there was a small concern of her that whatever was sealing the capital away would break and release them from their prison. Nobody wants another war on their hands however destroying the anomaly would not be the humane way to deal with the possibility of the capital returning. It would deal with it for sure, especially since everyone believed them to be dead. But Midori decided that it would be best to just watch the anomaly for now and if it presents itself to be a problem then it should be destroyed without hesitation.

Midori got here in no time by calling upon her blood to enhance her speed despite her size. Getting to the warzone in almost no time at all which was one of the many perks of being an immortal. As she came upon where the capital once was, the sight surrounding it was very somber. Bones, rubble, and the statue of the old Pope that protruded from the ground were the tell-tale signs that there had been a war here. Everything here had this sort of weight to it, like that feeling you get when you are visiting the memorial of a fallen enemy. As Midori was about to go down to see if the anomaly had changed, she found that someone was already down within the crater– a mortal teen she thought. Probably came here on a dare or to simply see the warzone. The massive vampire woman watched the teen for a moment in silence, wondering what she should do about the teen coming down here. She almost let out a sigh and decided to go and find out what the teen was doing here which was all she could do.

"Be careful uff vhat lies ahead, child. curiosity haz bin known to kill," she said quietly to the teen she found down in the crater. Her voice echoing and without a word started to make her way down into the crater slowly but carefully since she didn't want to destroy the thing keeping the Tenouza sealed. As she continued to make her descent down within the crater while using her claws to slow herself down, Midori thought for a moment since she did come here out of curiosity herself. "But zen a-gain curiosity cannot kill zis lady," and Midori smiled at her own morbid sense of humor. Once Midori was down within the crater, her claws retracted and she dusted the dirt from her dress. "Regartless, vu are velcome to join me in checkingkt upon zis anomaly. Anozzer pair uff eyes vould help efen if zey are ze eyes uff someone so young." The vampire took one step closer to the teenager, but stopped herself when she got near enough. “But remember child, ve are not ze only ones down here. So pleaze don't do anyzing rash.” She looked down at the teen with her hands clasped together while of course being cryptic about the anomaly underneath them.

After a moment Akane found herself at the bottom of the crater. Her eyes widened at the scene. The view before her is like a still lake with a small reflection of light. What truly alarmed her was what was inside the mirror-like phenomenon. Her heart nearly sank at the view of a nearly still city encased within the mirror dimension. Her lip trembled while her fists tightened into a ball. Those brown eyes of hers scanned the plane.

“The village commons… the church of the people… Daki’s house… the coliseum…” Her voice began to trail off. Her hometown had been frozen in time. The years she had been away took a toll on her well-being. There had never been a day that passed by where she hadn't thought about her old life. The life before her father began to make his children fight to become stronger. Her life was not perfect in any means but her past still belonged to her and her alone. With those memories lies the dream of returning back to Tenouza. To live out her days with her friends and family. A simple wish she had thought would be an easy one to grant. “But… those damn ninja stole that from me…” She spoke through gritted teeth.

The memories flooded her mind. Thick clouds coated her mind in a haze while something deeper within began to stir. Within the haze a series of golden eyes awakened from their slumber. They swirled around her mind, a silvery voice spoke out to her. ‘That feeling of anguish… weren’t you treated unfairly?’

Her fine brow twitched with uncertainty. Awash with memories of violent beatings, countless losses and humiliation piled on her psyche. Her hues shut off from the world before her. Akane searched for the voice to repeat itself. That distinct voice, a woman of elegance whispering to her. She’s heard it before. In the midst of her thoughts the tilling of dirt coerced her away. Her head cocked to its side to notice a monstrous woman stand near her.

This time Akane didn’t react. Right then she hadn’t cared what might’ve happened. Everything had been stolen from her. That and she was hopeless already just by looking at the womans sheer size. At least with that musician Monika she knew in her mind she could leave a mark. Akane’s head moved back with each closing step, gradually looking up at her. Did she ask for help?

“Help you? You look too noble to be looking for help.” Akane said. She fanned her hand out pushing away that idea.

“You can help me though. You can be my witness.” A well-kept finger pointed and gleamed directly at the big lady’s face. With not a care in the world she unequipped her metal fishing spear. In front of her she gripped it tightly. Things had been with her through thick and thin. Without waiting any longer Akane raised her spear up and into the air. With a powerful throw she launched her spear into the sky. Just as fast as it went into the sky it came back. The spear attempted to pierce the mirror lake. On contact the spear pierced through the strange mirror but quickly began to fold and fold. In the mirror lay her spear in the distance, in a part of the painting.

“Whoaaaa…. I expected water ripples.” Brown eyes stared back at the phenomenon. The mirror swallowed it whole. If it folded something like that Akane wondered what it would do to bigger objects. “Got anything bigger than that to throw into her?” Half egging her on to jump her big ass self in there to see what happens. There had been a spark of hope inside her. What if people could go inside? That’d be her chance to go back in time.

Midori watched as the teen as they drew their weapon. While the gesture itself would be enough to cause anyone to react, Midori stood there waiting to see what the teen was going to do. Maybe it was the arrogance of being an immortal or for the simple fact she knew that if Midori really wanted to- she could snap the child like a twig but to be frank it would be akin to a mortal kicking a puppy for barking at them. A little too extreme for her, so Midori decided to simply watch as the child flung her spear into the sky and witnessed the spear crash down into the phenomenon… or rather it sank into the phenomenon. Now her original theory was that the phenomenon had the same properties as glass, so with the impact of the spear it should either shatter, killing the people within the phenomenon or it would cause a rift that would release the Tenouza from this prison. There was also a chance that the spear would just bounce off but the latter two was mostly why Midori ordered for her researchers to treat the phenomenon as fragile.

But instead of creating a rift or destroying the people all together… The spear became a part of the phenomenon. Frozen there in time in 2d space… Midori pondered for a moment, crouching down to get a better look at what she was looking at. “Py Count Dracula's cape! Zis discoffery zat vu'fe made is exquizite!” Midori exclaimed as she looked at the spear that had been frozen in place within the phenomenon. However now that Midori knows that if something strikes the phenomenon with enough force that they’ll be able to pass through it to the other side it’s still dangerous since she didn’t know if anything could possibly get back here. They could end up stuck there in frozen time or at the very worse end up a in a world where shinobi didn’t exist at all.

Standing back up right she looked at the child. “Hmm I believe anyzing bigger vould be ein hasard to zee mortals zat dvell vithin zee phenomenon. Granted zis discoffery is fantastic but ve aren’t zure if zings vould be able to come back here or if zey vould be frosen like zat foreffer.” she looked down at the phenomenon again, trying to think of a better way then she had, however it would involve using one of the hearts that keeps her undead body going. But one of the many benefits of being a shinobi and apart of the medical branch is that hearts to consume were numerous. So calling on her blood again, black smoke spewed from her mouth as the vampire raised her hand to extract a worm-like creature that writhed its way out of her mouth and flooded in mid air. The dark worm-like thing was some distorted version of a still beating heart that began to split into 5 different hearts and the hearts grew into three bestaile humanoid shapes. Hunched over, bald, and with pointy ears the teen saw as the shadowy hearts turned into ghoulish vampiric creatures. They appeared much nosferatu only more gray and batlike in appearance.

The five nosferatu’s hissed then looked at the teen, wondering if they were to eat the teen but Midori chimed in. “Now, now. Zee child belongs to me, hoveffer below us is ein village full of mortals for vu to conzume to your heart's content.” said Midori, slightly dropping her masquerade for a moment. One of the nosferatu looked at the teen, breathing heavily with anger and hatred in its face as it hissed at Akane before looking down for a moment. The other nosferatu crawled to the leader who was looking at the phenomenon, knowing that there were mortals just on the other end of this mirror. So they all scattered, moving in sync with one another as they scaled up the crater and then lunged at the phenomenon with their claws extended. They easily passed through the phenomenon and much like the spear they began to fold into the phenomenon, frozen on the outer sides of the phenomenon. “Hmm.. As I figured…..”

This noblewoman was a picture perfect definition of an old Tenouzan painting you’d see hanging prominently at the pope's manner. Pale but silken skin with eyes that pierce through the night. Yet her gut instinct knew there was an inkling of unholy energy that dwell within. As much as she was fascinated by Akane’s spear becoming one with the glass lake, she conducted her own experiment.

In a panic, Akane fell on her ass. The suddenness of the noblewoman's pristine image turned sour as she vomited worm sacks that wriggled on the ground. Shock and disgust painted Akane’s face, freezing itself as the worm bags turned into vial goblins. One even approached her but even through her disgust she growled back at the little gremlin. “Wanna go you little shit?!” Nearly butting heads with the goblin before he ran off to follow her command. Thankfully the woman had a good side. The intent to kill lingered heavily on the imps but followed her every whim.

Even better, they swan dived into the mirror lake. Their screams of terror turned Akane’s disgusted look into a smile. The creatures froze in place, unable to move to attack any Tenouzan civilians as the woman suggested. Akane wiped her brow with a sigh of relief but somehow she was still unsatisfied with the outcome. The Kumo ninja had stolen her past from her, something she refused to let go now that the future was ever foggier than before. To rely heavily on her family felt unnatural to her. They never cared for her but who else was she to turn to. The book of Tenouza preached constantly that betraying your blood family was enough to send you to the darkest depths of hell.

1119857_jpg.jpg

The thought lingered on her mind as Akane arose onto her feet. She looked back onto the lake of stained glass. Each section panned out a different part of the city but in the distance a stranger image was painted on the lake. A final look was given to the towering woman who seemed to be lost in thought. Without another word Akane walked around the perimeter of the mirror lake to a section of a mosaic winged beast. It’s entire body spanned a large portion of the lake and it’s eyes seemed to glow with a radiant blue essence. At the edge of the lake the beast gave off the feelings of overwhelming power. Without her knowledge that foreign angel that supposedly lay dormant within her opened up its yellow eyes. Not just one but the many that lingered not only on her face but her entire being.

“You followed my words. Power is within arms reach. Power to shape your future how you want it, despite the misfortunes of the past. Not your family nor anyone else. That is what you seek, is it not?”

“Shape the future…” It all sounded tantalizing. With the strength to move mountains she could become the favored sister. To even surpass her father. Her lip curled inward, chewing on it with anxiety. Her heart raced, her hand reached out to touch the lake. Her caution gone with the breeze. As Akane rested on her knees her soft fingertips reached out to the lake, and so did the silver haired angel that convinced her.

On contact the massive winged beast met the fingertips of the angel. Akane’s digits began to fold into the new reality but stopped right as the angel and winged beast met. The world around her bursted into a blinding blue and gold light. A harmonic screech rang out at that very moment. The blast of energy ruffled her brown hair and school outfit. The beast spoke loudly into her mind, primarily towards her guardian angel.

“The power of the Tenouzan Dragon must live on. No matter the blood-line of Houses or nobility! The Tenouzan name shall live on in you! Koga Akane!”

Her silver haired guardian smiled. Her outstretched hand absorbed the colossal power. The silver haired maiden's free hand stretched out to meet Akane’s open hands. In them she modeled her newfound essence into a massive pole with a prominent golden spearhead and guards the face in opposite directions. The weapon became the physical aspect of her guardian. In that moment a golden and blue light radiated separately out from Akane’s eyes. In seconds the blinding light faded, leaving Akane’s head tilted back facing the sky until she fell backward on the dirt.

What felt like mere seconds to observers was hours to Akane. Within her blackened consciousness she witnessed that transfer of power. However, she also saw that chilling smile from her illustrious maiden. Her thoughts were silent, unsure if the angel would hear them. Her mind's eye faded, catching a glimpse of the lake once more only to notice the stained glass painting of the dragon no longer existed. In its place the background of the church where the pope resided stood in the pane, frozen. Seemingly zapped of energy, Akane passed out.

As Midori figured, anything that entered the 2 dimensional world would be frozen much like the citizens below. Though that did support her original hypothesis, she however didn’t know if the people below were conscious or not. Are the people conscious but frozen in that moment in time, practically immortalized but only there to exist rather than live? Are they stuck in an endless dream? Maybe they aren’t even conscious at all, a peaceful blackout or a dream would be the most favorable outcome but if the latter is the case then Midori felt sorry for whomever was stuck within the phenomenon.

Midori was so deep in thought at the discovery that things can travel from here to the other side of this phenomenon that she didn’t notice Akane examining another section of the phenomenon. Nor did she notice that the child had spoken a few words to herself either. What actually got her attention was the bright light that surprised the vampire causing her to hiss; backing away and shielding her eyes from it before the light suddenly vanished like it never happened. The vampire blinked in confusion at the time the light went away. “Tch, vat vas zat?” She asked Akane but she remained silent. The vampire looked around for a few seconds before stopping and saw that Akane had passed out.

The vampire went over to see what had happened to the teen, kneeling down in concern and gently shaking the unconscious child, ”Py Pella's coffin. Arh ! Vat haben to her?” She asked herself worriedly. What was it that had gotten the teen to pass out? Did she get hurt? Did something happen to her? What could have possibly happened to her that would make her collapse like that? Her head was pounding, trying to think of what could've happened to put the Akane in this state. Midori felt her throat for any sign of a pulse; best to rule out the possibility that Aken died after seeing some cosmic entity since most humans aren’t high enough to look upon certain beings without dying or going mad. She could notice that the little girl still had a pulse which was a good sign that the teen wasn’t dead. She breathed a sigh of relief at that, the vampire wouldn’t have been able to think of anything else to do if the girl was dead, well for the exception of trying to resuscitate her which had a 50/50 chance of not working. But the heart of the teen was still beating, so now the real question was what had caused this and more importantly what had caused that strange light to spew from the phenomenon.[/COLOR]

In the dirt Akane lay motionless except for the low rise and fall of her chest. She was indeed alive with her heart rate returning to normal. Yet the expression on her face shifted from a disgruntled look to annoyance, within her mind she was able to have a word with that silver haired vixen.
She appeared to fade into a silver void, in front of Akane sat a pale angel with yellow cat eyes staring directly at her. Not just the two on her face but multiple eyes on her shoulders, ones scattered throughout her luscious silver hair and the eyes on her palms she saw each time she rolled her fingers. Snow white lips curled into a smile once the woman noticed Akane could see her.

A moment of silence rolled over between them. The tension between the two rose as the smile on the woman's face became toothy. “Lost in thought? Or are you too afraid to speak?”

“Just who are you? You show up unannounced then lead me to my homeland and.. And… What you did with that beast-”

“I brought you to power. That’s what you sought, is it not?” Feigning ignorance, the woman knew exactly what went through Akane.

“So you’re good?” Akane questioned.

This caused the silver haired woman to burst out in laughter. “Good and evil don’t exist. It’s a man-made fallacy in order to appease the religious. Besides, how would I know? I’m you after all.”

Akane stepped back in shock. “Quit messing with me. You’re me?” Akane asked. The woman nodded back with her finger tips touching each other scholarly.”Yes, your Seishin. Your spirit. I’ll allow Sei as well.” Her glance fixated on Akane.

“Sei huh? I got a lot to ask-” “I’d hurry, you’re beginning to wake up.” "Quit interrupting then!” Akane threw her hands up. “You led me to power. You clearly know what I’ll ask next.” Sei smiled back at her. “Strength. I want to win for once.” Her hands clenched into a fist at her side.

4a6e091b9544549b8b6bbb35e609cbb9fe91e9a9.jpg

In an instant Akane found Sei wrapped around her like a huge cloak. Her hands ran up along Akane’s arm before her fingertips lifted her chin. Sei whispered quietly into her ear. “Use me.” Ruby lips curled into a smile on Sei. “Stray the beaten path your parents had laid.” That hand on her chin moved down to Akanes chest. Her chilling palm covered her heart. Like the mountains it was noticeably cold. Yet at her touch the world around her shifted into one of a battlefield. Strewn across the rolling desolate hills were spears and banners protruding from the ground like spikes. Further off lain massive swords that could only be wielded by titans. Hung from the hilts were various weapons of all unique shapes and models that she couldn’t have dreamt about.

That silver voice chimed out to Akane. “The soul of battle. Tools to best your enemies. It’s all in you to smith your weapon of choice.” In front of Akane stood that pointed spear she saw before. Massive in size, Akane's hands reached out to clasp onto the red metal pole. Unearthed in a swift tug that spear glimmered brightly in her possession. Sei spoke once more. “All at the price of abandoning your faith.”

Those words hung in the air. Yet without further thought the choice was made. A wicked grin was cast over Akanes lip. Her family never cared for her. These feelings were rooted to her core. And those forsaken ninja. A foul taste spread on her tongue at the thought of working with ninja. Her brown hues gazed at the spear, running up to the point. With grace she spun it in her hands before planting the butt end in the ground. “Then I’m going solo. To hell with Ninja, Tenouza and even… myself…” Her heart skipped a beat, however Sei’s voice brought her to her senses. “My hand will be your guiding grace. Thought me you reach into your soul and craft the weapon to tackle any foe who dares challenge you.” Sei that voice began to fade as did the world around Akane.

Her consciousness began to wake. Brown hues looked out slowly into the blinding light of the sun. Was she finally awake? Her dark orange tresses shifted as her head moved away from the light. Only the light eclipsed around the towering endowed lady. “AAAHHH!” Akane screamed! Her right hand frantically patted the ground to find her spear as she backed away. Calloused hands tightly coiled around the shaft pointing the spear head directly at the woman. From those yellow eyes the woman glowered towards Akane. “What the hell Lady! You can’t hover over me like that! Were you trying to sacrifice me! I already said YOU should jump in! Not m-” Her yakking stopped at the memorable glimmer of light her blade made in her dreams. To her surprise it wasn’t a dream. In her hand was the elegant spear she pictured right before… “Sei…” She whispered. “My… Tenouzan faith…”

4e359a7c05ab67d85657d87b271f8f29.png

Akane held her breath for a moment. The shackles of faith that burdened her metaphorically fell to the ground. Her brown hues moved from her spear, then to the woman then back at the lake where the winged beast was once painted. However, since the spaced had once encased a great and powerful foe, the lake yearned for compensation. The ground began to quake and tremble. Little rocks visibly shook on the ground while the ruffling of trees grew louder and the birds flew away. The section began to distort and violently shift and snap its surroundings into itself like an unstable phenomenon. Slowly it moved towards obtainable matter before gaining in speed to sate its hunger. Still in a hazed stupor Akane began to push her ass backwards away from the phenomenon. “W-what’s going on? What did you do while I was asleep Lady?!”

While Midori had tried to gather her thoughts on what the phenomenon was doing. The giantess looked down seeing that the teen had awakened with a loud scream. Akane backed away, grabbed her spear and pointed the weapon at Midori which made the massive vampire chuckle. Perhaps she had expected this kind of reaction since her height and… well her nature would be enough to startle anyone who was out for a while.“Do forgiffe me but vu vere unconscious, I vas zimbly making zure zat vu didn’t haffe ein bad reaczion to vhateffer zee phenomenon is doing.” Midori explained herself. “Bezides vu are a schinobi zo I can’t go zacrificing vu all villy-nill-’the vampire paused when she heard the child whisper something about their Tenouzan faith….

Though Midori couldn’t think about this for very long because that was when the ground began to tremble. Little rocks visibly shook on the ground while the ruffling of trees grew louder and the birds flew away. It became clear to the vampire the phenomenon was becoming unstable so calling on her blood Midori lunged forward to snatch Akane up into her arms before kicking at the ground to leap out of the crater where the void matter had attempted to consume them. Taking a cue from the birds that flew away at the first sign of trouble, Midori began to charge into the forest barefooted, leaving her heels behind in the crater. It was at this point where the vampire's instincts kicked in, running without looking back as fast as she could, assuming that the void of disruption was still behind her, keeping a tight hold on Akane as she fled into a direction away from where the phenomenon had been.

Once she figured that they were at a good enough distance away, the vampire began to weave hand seals to make a
Stunt Double clone. A jutsu meant to be used with foresight, this skill is essentially a Kawarimi technique used before the user is even in danger. Creating 3 Elemental Clone’s to flee in different directions while Midori used active camo to blend in with the trees, hiding her from sight. From the silence that had grown Midori did not yet know if she had lost the disruption void yet nor was it chasing them to begin with so she kept Akane in her arms just in case she needed to start running again, though she did slowly relax her grip on Akane so she didn’t crush her to death.

That massive woman towered over the young teen. Her size eclipse the light to make her look even more foreboding than she tried to be. The glow of her yellow eyes made the scene even more ominous. Her accent was hard to understand. Akane struggled to make out what she said other than seeing if she were alive and unaffected by the mirror lake. Then a word stuck out like a dagger in a cold body.
Shinobi’. Akane cringed at the very word. Something she didn’t want to associate herself with but now… What could she call herself? Before she could think on the idea and without her consent the orange haired teen was swept up like a bundle of hay into the woman's arms.

Her face nearly crushed by her large breast and her insides nearly squeezed out by this shockingly strong grip the woman had around her waist. Again and again Akane was stunned by the woman's speed, strength and overall personality. Why would she go out of her way to save her? Regardless, Akane was a bit thankful when she looked behind her to notice an incomprehensible anomaly barrelling towards them. It seemed to follow anything that had a large amount of energy and matter within it. However this woman was liable to jump out of the crater that was once Tenouza in one bound then through the forest. “Why is it fast!?” Akane shouted out. Even as they broke through the treeline brown hues noticed the anomaly crest over the ridge of the crater.

After a bit of frenzied running and near road-sickness from behind jumbled up and down the duo found themselves pressed behind a thick forest tree. Akane noticed the women's skill in ninjutsu. With a single hand she summons her clones that darted off in random directions while they themselves disappeared into thin air. The aura of danger lurked heavily around the forest and in the pit of her guts. Pink lips kept sealed shut in case the anomaly was sentient enough to overheard her words let alone her breathing.

The felling of trees was the sound queue they needed to know where the anomaly was. As they fell the energy within them particalized into the anomaly, growing bigger as it made way towards heavy energy signatures. Thankfully one of the Big Lady clones nabbed the anomalies' attention. She nearly beckoned it to follow before it made a sharp turn to bolt into her direction. Hopefully she’d be able to lure it away.

Still in the arm of the Big Lady, Akane nudged her side with her elbow.
“That thing. Is it following our chakra? Was that what that dragon was made of?” Able to recall the blue-eyed dragon captured in the mirror lake. “I think we need something big to have it absorb all its chakra. Maybe it’ll blow up or go back once it’s gotten enough, ya?” The teen questioned the woman. Perhaps there was something they could create that amplified chakra ten fold. Enough to satiate the beast. Now that Akane had seen a multitude of impressive feats from the monster woman, maybe she had an idea.

[That thing follows chakra signatures and abosrbs them. Needs enough to finally stop chasing us.]

Thankfully the clone led the void anomaly away from them, however it’ll only be a matter of time before it begins chasing them again. Midori was the undead so she would be able to run for an eternity if she really wanted to but leading the thing towards the village would not be the ideal situation for them. Then the child suggested something that had been of at least some use to the vampire…. If all the thing needed was a little chakra to make it stop then she would feed the thing more chakra than it could possibly handle! The vampire began to weave hand seals to summon a large bolt of lightning to tear through the sky to strike at the void of disruption from above. Thunder roared as a thundercloud that didn’t seem to be there before was created from the combo that Midori had done. Keeping a tight grip on Akane again, the vampire began to run again as the sky began to boom with all the fury of the false god Raiden.

If the void was chasing them like she expected, then without looking back she would weave more hand seals before taking a long deep breath then blowing an oriental-style dragon created entirely of flames out of her mouth. However this attack wasn’t aimed at the void persay, on the contrary it was aimed at the skies. The fire dragon disappears into the angry thunder cloud causing the cloud to look even darker from the flames… The vampire smirked, feeling that it was ready. One thing she hated about the Kirin was the long wait before it struck but given enough power it would be more than worth the wait. Especially if you were an immortal who can last longer in battle when it comes to taking damage. Midori stopped running and finally set Akane down before yelling at her. “Flee child! Run avay! I haffe zis coffered!’

Regardless of whether the child ran away like she had told her, Midori would approach the void…. Channeling the power of a massive storm to create a large dragon made entirely of lighting. The vampire then used her hand, which was coated with lightning which was connected to the thunder dragon's neck and to bring the blast of lightning crashing down! Aimed right for the void of disruption. This attack, the Kirin, could virtually destroy a large area with its great strength. Fire makes it stronger, capable of doing almost the same amount of damage as a jinchuuriki if you feed enough fire to the stormcloud. With the combination of both lightening attacks will this be enough to make the void go boom?

[[OOC:

Using
Combo affinity move with Raijin's Vengeance + Kirin

Using Raijin's Vengeance special move so its faster.

Also feed Kirin a
Dragon Flame Bomb to give it some punch]]

It hadn’t taken the void anomaly long to catch up to each clone and absorb their chakra entirely. The anomaly moved like it truly had a heart beat, within seconds of absorbing the clone it violently turned back towards Akane and Midori. Again the brush and bramble of trees and forest bushes stood no chance against the phenomenon. Thankfully the monstrous woman continued to take action. Perhaps Akane’s mumblings echoed loud enough for her to hear.

Akane had never seen such incredible feats of strength and prowess. Generals of the Tenouza army would crumble not only at the sight of the woman but at her ability to cause such devastation in a matter of seconds. From her parted lips came a oriental dragon-serpent that surged into the sky. The beast circled through the clouds while it breathed orange plumes of fire out of its nostrils. Her brown hues averted from the spectacle in the sky to look at Midori. Her gaze caught a surprising look she couldn’t pinpoint at all.

Even in dire straits the woman let Akane down with ease. A roar echoed outward to tell her to flee. "Wait what! You’re just going to leave me here!” Akane threw her hands up in defiance. “That thing is faster than me ten times over! How am I going to–” It was no use as the gargantuan woman bolted straight towards the anomaly. Akane’s face fell to a look of concern. ‘She’s dead.’ A thought that played like a broken record in her head. As the women charged in Akane noticed the glamorous sparks around Midori's arm that blossomed into a fearsome attack. The attack pierced the fluctuating anomaly while a bolt of lightning simultaneously struck it down with a thunderous crash.

Just like the flashing lights from when Akane freed the blue-beast, the same ones were emitted from the devastating impact. The raw power from Midori’s attack piled on with Kirin’s strike amplified the attack which forced the anomaly to absorb all the chakra given to it. However it consumed more than enough chakra from the attack and then some fifty times over. So much so instead of retreating back to the mirror lake it began to shift even more violently than before. Overloaded with chakra that continued to surge from Kirin and Midori, the anomaly condensed into an unstable state before the worst happened.

The anomaly exploded yet the known sound of an explosion hadn’t rung out. It was quite from this distance, Akane hadn’t seen anything but a sudden blinding light that nearly burned her skin. Hands moved to cover her eyes while running away. It had to be enough.
‘What about…!?’

Raiden themselves needed to shield Midori from what had happened. With a thunderous sonic boom the anomaly absorbed the chakra and overloaded sending its violent spikes deep underground. Soon after they would shoot back up through the earth's crust back and high into the sky. The radius widened with nothing in sight liable to stop the uprooting. A massive field of spikes uprooted trees, boulders and if Akane were so damn lucky she might’ve been a statistic. The explosion burned away foliage to reveal nothing but dry cracked earth with spikes taller than the academy in its wake. Had Midori survived unscathed?

[The anomaly imploded from chakra overload and exploded into a spike field.]
[Wanted to roll but I had this idea instead.]
