Ninpocho Chronicles

Ninpocho Chronicles is a fantasy-ish setting storyline, set in an alternate universe World of Ninjas, where the Naruto and Boruto series take place. This means that none of the canon characters exists, or existed here.

Each ninja starts from the bottom and start their training as an Academy Student. From there they develop abilities akin to that of demigods as they grow in age and experience.

Along the way they gain new friends (or enemies), take on jobs and complete contracts and missions for their respective villages where their training and skill will be tested to their limits.

The sky is the limit as the blank page you see before you can be filled with countless of adventures with your character in the game.

This is Ninpocho Chronicles.

Defensive Technique:
One lesson that Takeshi had learned was that battle didn't have to be swift and bloody. Relentless attack eventually took it's toll, your strikes slow, your mind dulls, your reactions lag. Taking a slower approach allowed one to survey the battlefield, weigh the options, analyse the moves. Suddenly it becomes easier to anticipate the next strike. Turn it aside. Deflect it. In a world where people spit fire and blast gigantic holes into the earth nobody expects a man to hunker down and wait out his opponent, few know how to deal with it. The stupid ones keep trying to break the shell.

Conservative Motion
Takeshi's second lesson: waste not want not. When your goal is to starve your opponent out you want to make sure that they run out of food before you do. Every movement is a careful calculation of energy expended, resources required to regain that energy, both weighed against the energy and resupply rate of the enemy. It becomes a game of numbers and calculations coupled with rigorous training, conditioning ones own body to consume more and expend less. Every movement must be correctly timed and placed. Every strike must ring true. Every dodge must not fail. Every glancing blow must be turned into a counter-attack. Once you've learned to do that on the fly it becomes as easy as breathing.
