Physical Description: Okura is a tough looking boy. Of regular stature, his black eyes match his black hair, cut very short but completely unkept. It appears - and that is, in fact, how it is - that he puts fourth absolutely no effort in maintaining any sort of style, cohesion or visual charm to it. His skin is tan, covered in multiple scars; most of them are cut scars around his hand, though there's a noticeable slash on the middle of his nose and a bit under his right eye. Other than that, the only thing worthy of taking note are the hundreds of bruises around his body, that stem mostly, if not completely, from the play-filled childhood of boys raised among other boys.
Personality: Okura is a no-non-sense kid. Though energetic (as most boys his age) and playful, Okura strives for perfection; to have masterful technique and masterful execution. And that can certainly be seen as a good thing! But on a kid, if often gets in the way of very important life lessons, for he can't see in them the objective, clear reason for them to exist or, as is most often the case, being told to him. That does not stem from stubborness or difficulty to submit to authority (in fact he'd do that gladly if he can respect such authority), but rather from a lack of ability to see a little further in the future; or rather, the ability to read between the lines.
History: Okura is the youngest son of the five children Tetsu Hashimaki and Tetsu Oshina had together. Okura never met his mother, as Hashimaki affirms she died while giving birth to him; his brothers tell him different stories, but he sticks to his father's. Hashimaki was once a strong shinobi, but had to retire due to him losing an arm and a leg in combat. He moved with his wife and first child, Tetsu Shibaki, to Kaminari no Kuni, where Hashimaki made a living as a butcher. They had four more children together, with Okura being the last one. Hashimaki is still a butcher to this day, but is now very old. Hashimaki had no children with any ability towards chakra manipulation whatsoever, so he teached them the ways of butchering, so that they could run a decent business within their lifetimes. Shibaki now has his own branch of his father's store, and Okura was in the middle of learning with his dad when the CPSS discovered him. Okura was awful at the butchering, but he wanted to keep going at it - it's what would make him fit in with his brothers. But Hashimaki didn't object to his son going to the academy. And that was enough to convince Okura he should go.
