Ninpocho Chronicles
Ninpocho Chronicles is a fantasy-ish setting storyline, set in an alternate universe World of Ninjas, where the Naruto and Boruto series take place. This means that none of the canon characters exists, or existed here.
Each ninja starts from the bottom and start their training as an Academy Student. From there they develop abilities akin to that of demigods as they grow in age and experience.
Along the way they gain new friends (or enemies), take on jobs and complete contracts and missions for their respective villages where their training and skill will be tested to their limits.
The sky is the limit as the blank page you see before you can be filled with countless of adventures with your character in the game.

Roleplay: The one thing that Hissori never wanted was to change. Deep down, Hissori still wished he were relaxing shirtless in his baggy swim trunks tanning himself on the beaches of Kirigakure. However, everything really had changed for the adult who was now the leader of Iwagakure. He had gone from a young boy with a large oversized cast on his leg in an island almost resort like village, to a tall and lean man that was the leader of a partially underground village.
This village itself had change a lot to since the day; Hissori had found himself joining the village. It had been through a near civil war, multiple leaders and many different faces of power. Hissori of course was the newest face to become the leader of the whole village. Unlike his tenure as a Medical Sennin, Hissori was finally in new water when it came to running a whole village. He did think that this was the best way to start that new tenure as Tsuchikage.
Taking a walk through a public market, Hissori had decided that the best chance to make a good impression was to be visible. People were obviously shocked to see him checking out public goods. In his full kage outfit of the white and ember robes, and the large hat that hid Hissori’s Strawberry blonde features, Hissori was smiling and bowing slightly to thank the women that he had just purchased some incenses from.
What Hissori wasn’t ready was for people swarming around him asking to talk to him about things, normally it was his dog Buru who got all the attention for his white fur and icy blue eyes and friendly deamoner but today, Hissori was the one that was getting overwhelmed.

Roleplay: Fish. For certain people fish was nothing more than a food or an animal that could be kept as a pet. For Hissori though, Fish was so much more than just an edible pet. To Hissori the fish that was he was looking at in the booth was a symbol of his old village. Growing up on an island meant that most of the men and women and children had a diet of seafood, Hissori was one who knew how to cook it and make it.
“Thank you very much.” Hissori would politely said to the man who seem a bit distracted by the fact the Tsuchikage was out interacting with the people as he took his bag of rather exotic fillets of fish. He would need to go get some more veggies to make the steamed dish recipe that was a standard in any kirigakure shinobi’s lifestyle. However, there seemed to be a rather loud commotion behind him.
Turning around the strawberry blonde hair leader saw a group of shinobi swarming around this one girl. “It’s only been seventy-two hours, have I already tried to be assassinated? Hissori thought to himself with a bit of an inward sigh as he adjusted his kage hat and started towards the group of what seemed to be a little girl, a chunin, and one of his former medical chiefs.
As he moved closer, the man could smell what he knew as the scent of burning flesh. It seemed the girl had somehow set herself on fire. That was certainly a feat to do, but Hissori had seen weirder injuries. By the time Hissori had walked over to the group the fire had already been put out. In fact, the medical chief he knew from his time working as the medical sennin.
“What seems to be an issue here?” Hissori asked in a kind calm voice as he just stared at the grouping of two shinobi and a young girl. He would place down his bag of food stuff and merchandise to take the women’s forearm.
“You don’t mind if I inspect it see if I can do anything?” The dog tamer asked as he began to inspect the wound. There was already minimal scarring from the quick and speedy treatment that Amastu had given the girl. He would look up from behind his new somewhat stylish hate and offer both the chuunin and medical chief a smile. “Good job both of you.” Hissori said in a cheerful way as he moved back to looking at the wound
“It is nice to see you again Reishii.” Hissori said in a lower tone not looking up at her first.

Roleplay: Hissori was seething as the diplomat was leaving his room. How dare a man like that come in and question him about what he spent his whole life practicing and studying. Then to be insulted like that in front of a subordinate. It didn’t really matter though because he assumed that these things were probably being said by a bunch of families behind his back.
With a flip of his wrist Hissori waved the diplomat away and huffed. “Sorry you had to see that.” He said as he moved to sit down again by his desk. Buru as well was moving back to his dog bed to relax some as he seemed less annoyed than Hissori was. Hissori however was already listening to Jomei speak. Of course the man was processing exactly what he had as he looked at just stared off towards the end of the door nodding as he smirked.
“People like that should be told no more often a lot more often.” He said as he watched him closely before sighing some listening to him “With all due to respect to your family. Your father is a buffoon. Don’t listen to him. The closet he’s ever been to a real shinobi life is being escorted somewhere by one.” Hissori told him a bit of a snort as he nodded a bit. He then took a deeper breath as he looked at him. “You said something about an assignment what is it that you want clearance for?” Hissori said as he told him.

Roleplay: Well, the night had come after Hissori had met with a young women name Reishii, a girl that certainly an interesting personality. Still, she wanted to join the medical corps, and Hissori was always willing to give someone a chance. After all, if people did not give him chances, there would be no chance he would have been the village’s leader. Now Hissori had told the front desk the room number where Reishii could find him if she would have found her way to the hospital.
In a dimly lit ICU room, Hissori sat in one of the visitor chairs. The Tsuchikage was wearing a medical gown over his normal rather business casual black button down dress shirt and white tie. The new Tsuchikage had decided to take an impromptu shift within the hope hospital. Of course, the strawberry blonde former shinobi had taken the shift to deal with a young women who wanted to enter the medical branch. Without his sennin here, the man was left to organize the exam himself.
Hissori had already done his rounds, and was now sitting in a simple hospital room, a young man. In the dark the noise of machines beeping and breathing for the young shinobi could be clearly heard when a person entered the room to check on the man who was currently being looked after him. The man had been seriously injured during one of his last missions outside of the village. Of course, for someone so experienced like Hissori the answer to what needed to be done was going to be a simple one, however for the new hopeful medic the problem may have been a bit harder to solve.
This was hopefully going to be a good test for Reishii when she came but for now, and with a sigh, Hissori closed his emerald eyes and took a quiet moment to rest. Something peaceful about the rhythmic noises coming from the bed next to him keeping the shinobi alive.

Roleplay: Hissori would be filing away his notes as Umashi spoke. It was natural for the replacement to his position as head of hospital. He would just nod a bit as hummed. He with the briefing ending, Hissori decided to offer up the information the man was asking for.
“The truth is I really don’t know much about those events as a whole.” Hissori commented as he began to clean the fold away board. “When all that happened, I wasn’t even sennn. I was just the medical chief in charge of the hospital, before I intregated the two types of medics in the village.” He said sighing some as he leaned back looking up in the air.
“The truth is, yes the death of the cloud messenger that happened to be reported during the battle, yes.” He told him as he sighed. “The whole thing was just a cluster fuck of a situation which really led to nothing but grieve being accomplished. I believe the former Tsuchikage was supposed to have sent a letter to us about the situation that happened, but we will see what they know when they get here. The best course of action at this point is to be truthful with them. If we lie to them about what happened, only more trouble will be fall out village.” Hissori said in a monotone voice as he stood up holding the briefcase he was keeping his notes for, and then the shogi board.
“Enjoy a day of recovery before you return to your post of the hospital, I have my Kami Spirit transformed running it for the time.” Hissori said in a friendly way offering the other man a smile. As he moved towards the door, Hissori would stop at the threshold to finish the conversation.
“And Umashi if anything were to happen in regards to this visit, I will deal with it.” Hissori said in a tone like he had dealt with many problems and conflicts like this before as he growled a bit to Buru who promptly took the command, and the Shogi board and walked the other way down the hall away from Hissori.

Woof, Woof, Woof. It seems like two people were at front of the hall waiting to be let in! It seemed that today the gates were rather void of people to man it. Instead today or at least for now, Hissori and his faithful dog Buru were a part of the patrol’s that were letting people in to the harbor. Or well Buru was working the patrol.
The large white wolf was sitting by the entrance of the village. The majority of the wolf’s white fur was covered by a large black and tan cloak that fell over his back and around the wolf’s strong paws. Even on his face the wolfdog, Buru had a standard, white ANBU mask with red and green markings on his face. The specially made mask that went all the way down his muzzle and then sides of his canid face would be found staring up at Jomei after a couple of moments. Then with a large woof, the ANBU dog would begin to talk.
“Passport please, and where are you coming from?” The Tsuchikage companion said in a deep voice that didn’t seem normal from a dog. He would look up with his icy blue eyes and wait for the passport of the human to be handed over. Of course, with Buru there anyone who knew anything about Inuzaka knew that somewhere the Tsuchikage would be.
Hissori in fact was sitting out a little distant away eating a lunch of fish dumplings in street clothes, hoping to hide out and get a moment alone from the chaos of running a village.

Roleplay:
Woof, Woof, Woof. It seems like two people were at front of the hall waiting to be let in! It seemed that today the gates were rather void of people to man it. Instead today or at least for now, Hissori and his faithful dog Buru were a part of the patrol’s that were letting people in to the harbor. Or well Buru was working the patrol.
The large white wolf was sitting by the entrance of the village. The majority of the wolf’s white fur was covered by a large black and tan cloak that fell over his back and around the wolf’s strong paws. Even on his face the wolfdog, Buru had a standard, white ANBU mask with red and green markings on his face. The specially made mask that went all the way down his muzzle and then sides of his canid face would be found staring up at Jomei after a couple of moments. Then with a large woof, the ANBU dog would begin to talk.
“Passport please, and where are you coming from?” The Tsuchikage companion said in a deep voice that didn’t seem normal from a dog. He would look up with his icy blue eyes and wait for the passport of the human to be handed over. Of course, with Buru there anyone who knew anything about Inuzaka knew that somewhere the Tsuchikage would be.
Hissori in fact was sitting out a little distant away eating a lunch of fish dumplings in street clothes, hoping to hide out and get a moment alone from the chaos of running a village.

Roleplay: Hissori could see how eager the child was to answer the question about what his mission idea was. This exuberance was the same type of approach that Hissori took when he was younger researching the ability of blood. It was something that made good men, into great men, and that passion Jomei certainly had in spades. Hopefully, the medical sennin would see this excitement grow into success. Nodding some, Hissori would begin to listen to what the Chuunin had to say.
He was talking about research about the creature that Hissori and a group of shinobi were able to capture after they had defended the village from their attack. Of course what Jomei sounded like was a normal position a young man was just starting to figure out his way for life. Hissori was lucky that so quickly after getting into the medical corp that he had found a teacher like Koroki who put him to work in the laboratories of Kirigakure’s hospitals so quickly.
The apparent cause of the attack was climate change stemming from the longer lasting effects of the destruction of Kirigakure. It seemed whatever they were, they were not trying to make their nests in the mountains of Iwagakure. Questions were running in his head about how they got there and how much of a threat they were going to be for the village. He would bring up why they were here and it seemed to make sense.
“I’ll sign off on the mission as long as you are safe, the frozen water country is a very dangerous place now and if you are not careful you will lose your life.” Hissori said as he took out a piece of paper and started to scribble on it.
“Take this, to the passport office, it will give you a passport to travel aboard. Oh and train well.” Hissori told the boy with a warm smile.

Roleplay:
The life of a military leader wasn’t as many people inspected. The role of Tsuchikage was not just going out and taking the most dangerous missions, killing the worse of the bad guys, and celebrating the victories with their comrades. Instead, it was paper work, lots and lots of paper work. For the Tsuchikage, they had to look at every mission, making sure the groups that were taking the missions were not taking missions they were over or under qualified for. It was Hissori’s job to make sure that the whole village was running smoothly, which he had practice on running the hospital. Dealing with the promotions, demotions, complains, and accolades were all part of the job for the strawberry blond male. Today was just one of these days.
Moving a large pot of what seemed to be like stewing green tea, Hissori was staring down at a grey personnel folder. The green eyes of the Tsuchikage were staring down at a private ANBU file as he stroked his defined chin. The man who was dressed in the classic Kage robe for brown and white. Hiding beneath that was a professional business attire of black slacks, white business shirt, and a navy blue tie.
Leaning over, the man pressed an intercom button to the headset system of the village. “Akira Amaya, can you report to the Tsuchikage office for a meeting please.” Hissori would say in a polite but stern tone as the man would release the intercom and stand up.
As Hissori adjusted the robe on that hung form fitting from his skinny body, he would returned to the pot of tea going to bring it over to a relaxing looking coffee table. He would put it down followed by two matching tea cups as he took a seat, the folder in front of him as he waited for the ANBU to show up for her meeting.

Roleplay: Even when a person has a professional cleaner cleaning and neatening up their office every night, hearing a foreign dignitary was coming certainly to cause a man or women to give a personal look over their office. After hearing that the cloud missionaries had arrived, the strawberry blonde man was doing just that.
Moving around at a break neck speed, Hissori was straightening up the Tsuchikage office that would soon be holding the meeting for two of the most important shinobi leaders in the known world. Currently, Hissori was staring down at the bonsai tree that was askew on the large meeting area in the sound proof room. He was trying to adjust the meditative plant so that it was not block the line of sight between the two ends. Hissori would move the multi-leveled miniature and well-manicured white pine tree.
“Buru will you stop spinning in the dumb chair!” Hissori barked in what if anyone heard the kage was not even a human language. Buru, the large white wolfdog with icy blue eyes was spinning in the large leather chair that was anchored around the back of the kage’s large wooden desk. Unlike Hissori, Buru seemed much more relaxed about the situation which was about to unfold in the properly lit room. The dog would come to a stop facing out into the room again and turn its large muzzle towards the Tsuchikage.
“There is no need to be this worked up with something so simple. We have had meetings like this before. It is just like meeting with another doctor. Just be yourself, don't lie, and act natural.” The large dog spoke to the man in a kind even tone as the wolfdog just stared at the bewildered Tsuchikage.
“This isn’t a simple meeting Buru. It’s a meeting with another dignitary, It is literally the most important meeting that people can be involved in in the shinobi world. If it doesn’t go properly, we could end up going to war, or losing allies if we ever go to war. Let alone the history the two villages have had, and I was unable to find communication between the two villages afterwards, this can turn out very poorly if we are not careful.” Came Hissori’s intelligent response as he just adjusted the couch and two leather chairs, Hissori used to conduct much more informal meetings. With a buzz over his intercom a female secretary informed Hissori that there was a group to see him. With a bit of breath, Hissori collected himself and stared at Buru who put his palm on the intercom button before Hissori spoke.
“Let them up.” Hissori said in a much calmer voice as the nervousness seemed to become suppressed and vanished behind the calm and confident demeanor of a Tsuchikage who was straightening out his robe before he moved towards the door to open it up for his guests.
“Greetings Travels.” Hissori said politely as he opened the door to greet the guests. Stepping to the side Hissori would stare out the large window that overlooked the rocky village as well as the slowly descending sun. Buru still in the chair, had spun it around so he was hidden in the chair.

Roleplay:
A warm smile would greet the first man through the Tsuchikage’s door. That same person was the Raikage Saito Akira. Hissori would inspect the older man carefully as he extended his hand. “It is a pleasure to meet you Raikage-san.” Hissori said as he gave an inquisitive look towards the Raikage as he seemed to not understand what exactly he meant. He had said his name was Akira Saito, but Saito was his clan name. So was all their names Saito, with a bunch of different surnames? It was something that Hissori decide that until he knew the answer he’d just call him Raikage-san.
Hissori would lower his hand if the Raikage would take the opportunity to shake it. Hissori would then listen to the names that were said by the Raikage as he was slowly introduced to his party. Only one of them really stood out as a man he swore he knew from his time in mist, instead the man would wait to see him to make the determination.
“Well, if you all come in, I have tea brewing and sake here as well. You all must be tired from your journey. I can also have my secretary get an intern to bring us food if you are hungry.” Hissori said respectfully as he pulled a chair by the meeting table politely for the other head of state. Within a moment of Akira sitting down, Hissori would turn his attention towards to the other cloud delegates.
The next one through the double doors was the black hair red eye man that seemed to be a much quieter than the Raikage. With a polite bow to the suborniate, Hissori would point to the chairs next to the other Kage. “Help yourself, you are free to sit anywhere you want.” He said as he figured the bodyguard would want to be close to the Raikage as after all that was his job.
Turning to the next person in a man by the name of Tsuyoshi Junko and his brother Aiko, Hissori would offer them a kind pearly white smile in turn. “Ahhh, welcome you two. Medicine is actually how I spent my younger years, it is quite a profession if you give it time.” Hissori told Junko as he looked towards the other brother who was dressed much more casually. “I am sure though if you were trained under the former Raikage, you must be a great ally for the village to have as well.” Hissori mentioned as he looked at them. “Please come in and make yourself comfortable.” Hissori told them point to the couch or the chairs next to the Raikage and the ANBU bodyguard. The next person though was the one that Hissori wanted to meet a man that’s surname was Kaze.
Buru would be the one to smell it first, even with him hiding in the large leather chair facing the window, the lion sized wolfdog would catch the faintness of scents of the ocean. A scent that all former Kirigakure villages had from growing up on the beaches of their tropical island home. Shifting his one hundred and twenty pound frame, the rotating again slowly spun until the snow white canine with the icy blue eyes was facing everyone in the room.
In one smooth and powerful motion, the wolfdog lifted himself off the chair and over the red oak desk and landed in the center of the room. His tail was wagging. The white dog would walk towards the last member of the cloud diplomatic group. The dog wouldn’t say anything yet as he sniffed around the ground of the man before raising up and resting his front paws of Kouin staring into the Rinnegan eyes with his icy blue ones.
“Woof.” The Dog said his tail starting to wag as he gave a long and wet lick to the Kumogakure ANBU sennin. Buru was going in for another lick before Hissori pushed the dog down looking slightly embarrassed and annoyed.
“I am sorry friend sometimes Buru forgets himself. I hope you don’t mind him.” Hissori said as he forgoes the handshake and hugged his former comrade. It wasn’t often that Hissori met another former Kirigakure shinobi or person, their race of people all but extinct from the realm of reality on the world. In fact out of the three people in the room that were of Kirigakure descent, Hissori only knew of one other living Kirigakure native who he had not spoken to in years.
“I am well brudda. Please come in and sit down and get comfortable, You are welcome here Kouin-san.” Hissori said his voice for the moment getting thicker with his island accent that years of practice Hissori had found a way to hide. Turning around and with everyone in the room, Hissori closed the door tightly behind them smiling.
“First off, Thank you Jomei and Umashi-san for escorting this delegation to the village. You both are free to stay here and listen in though, I do have to remind you that you two cannot speak to others about what goes on here until things are finalized.” Hissori said to the two subordinates that he had. For Umashi, the man had probably had been in this position before, but for Jomei this was probably his first major exposure to anything beyond his own world. This was a major moment in the history of Iwagakure and probably the same for Kumogakure.
“Thank you Jomei, it is amazing how well I can keep my office when I have someone cleaning it every night.” Hissori joked to the youngest man in the room who was drinking coffee. Making his way across the table to sit down across from the Raikage, Hissori drew in a breath before he gathered himself, hid his Island accent and spot again.
“I am sure you have brought your delegation for something more than a short vacation, but before we discuss business, I have always felt it is necessary to know as much as possible of the people you are negotiating with. How is Kumogakure, and if I may what is your background with the village, how did you become the Raikage?” Hissori said folding his hands on the desk as his green eyes looked intently at Akira.
