Along the way they gain new friends (or enemies), take on jobs and complete contracts and missions for their respective villages where their training and skill will be tested to their limits.

The sky is the limit as the blank page you see before you can be filled with countless of adventures with your character in the game.

It had been over a month since Sunako had come into his life, and despite her bad mouth and her countless teases & insults, he had made an amazing amount of progress in such a short period of time while under her tenure. It was unreal to him. Just the month before, he was barely able to muster his chakra in any regard and his sparring skills were admittedly, at sub par at best for someone of his age from his clan, but now? After spending countless days just sparring and training under Sunako's watchful eyes, he found himself not only a better fighter or able to muster his chakra in any meaningful way, but as a true shinobi. While It was true he was far from ever being on Sunako's or his eldest sister's level, he could now perform ninjutsu, much to his delight. Currently, his knowledge only extended to two but once he had mastered them with the assistance of his Kishi, they quickly became amongst his most favored of attacks. Being able to fire off a barrage of exceptionally fats bolts of lightning had it's advantages in combat, and being able to spew a powerful yet horrific like mist from his mouth allowed him to not only confuse and blind his opponent but deal damage to them as well, all the while he remained unaffected. It was a truly great start for someone like him, and It was all thanks to his foul mouth bodyguard, which was strange the more he thought about it. In such a short period of time, he found it strange how quickly he had bonded with her, but than again, they had exchanged blows more times than he could ever hope to count, and surprisingly, despite how she treated him, she was always there for him, always over watching him like a mother figure. What was even stranger for him was the fact that she acted more like a mother figure to him than he could anticipated, to the point she was more of a mother to him than his own mother at times, as well as his four step mothers. He couldn't tell If that was a blessing, a curse or something else entirely. Whatever It was, he was eternally grateful, having someone in his life that cared for him on such a level consistently besides of this fiancé and occasionally his eldest sister, whom of which was often too busy performing her duties to the clan & village to see him usually.

Today was no different, but instead of being in the Dojo as per usual, Sunako had decided to take him elsewhere, for fear of destroying the clan's primary training area, on the grounds their training would be far more destructive than It had been in the past. As such, His Kishi took him to the Ooku Training Grounds, a secret training imbued deeply into the nearby woods that was supposedly used only by the mythical sirens had just learned about, as well as their lesser kin. Apparently, along with the regular Kunoichi of his clan and their living arrangements, these training grounds were strictly off limits to all men, regardless of their social status besides that of his father, the Daimyo, but seeing how he was the primary heir and future Daimyo of the Tamashi Clan, a exception would be made for him. That didn't made it any less easier on him, especially after he was forced to travel through the Ooku Village to get here, again, a entire village composing solely of the clan's Kunoichi. If he had been anyone else, there was no doubt in his mind they would have killed him or worse, torture him to reveal why he was there. Regardless on how he felt about that situation, as soon as they arrived, Sunako took her place and he took his. As per usual, as she waited for him to make the first move, stared him down with her iconic, sarcastic grin. It was clear she enjoyed some part of this. Despite that however, that didn't stop him from getting into position and drawing his Wakizashi from his saya that swung on his side. Holding his Wakizashi inverted, he swung around to his back as he crouched towards the ground in what could only be described as a "charging" position and waited until he was mentally prepared.

Once his preparations was complete and his mind sharp as ever, he wasted no more time. Inhaling a tremendous amount of air through his mouth and than down into his lungs, he quickly tapped into his previous training and began using his reserves of chakra to condense the moisture within the air. Despite his mastery of his new jutsu, It still took longer than expected but regardless, once he sensed his opening attack was ready, without hesitation or any sort of hint, he immediately expelled the air, now turned mist from his mouth, turning the battlefield into a blinding mess. No doubt any normal individual caught within it's grasp would surely find themselves blinded by it's powerful, thick veil of grey energy, all the while It would nail and tear at their flesh, but he wasn't fight any normal individual. No, instead he couldn't be any further from the opposite than he was now. He was instead facing down a Siren who supposedly held even greater strength than even most Jonin in the village. If the stories & clan documents wrung true, the true capabilities of the Siren were on a whole different playing field, but that didn't deter him one bit from giving it his all. He would surpass his father and become the strongest warrior in the history of his clan If It meant protecting everyone in it, as well as those in the village. That was a oath he would take to his death If needed be. There wasn't any going back, not when so much rode on his back.

With the thick, grey colored veil up and covering him from Sunako's view, his path was now open. Not needing some invitation, he immediately took off with all the speed his feet could afford him. With his speed boasted by his new found control over lightning along the way, It took all but just a few seconds for him to get into range, but once he was, his arms wasted no time in sweeping his Wakizashi forward, all before he threw himself the seven feel tall, amazonian like cat woman that was his Kishi. Aiming for a singular slash of attack with the intent of finishing this quickly, as he knew a barrage wouldn't have any hope of landing on Sunako, he instead found himself gritting his teeth when his Sharingan picked up her silhouette drawing her own Wakizashi from it's saya on her back. As expected, rather than landing his one slash, one kill type of move on his protector, he instead found his Wakizashi clashing with hers, triggering a massive "clang" like noise to go off when the impact became too great. That frustrated the young warrior obviously, being denied the honor of taking down his opponent, but as If things couldn't get any worse, before he even knew what was happening, his eyes went wide eye as he suddenly found himself on the receiving end of a massive push off, sending him back, through no other means than the air itself. As he was flung back through the air by her immense strength, he used the opportunity to keep up the momentum by condensing and conjuring a large amount of chakra into his fingertips. In no time, his fingers became shrouded in a faint aura of electricity, and by using that as a indication It was ready, he fired off a bolt of lightning from the tips of his fingers. As a consequence, the bolt of lightning screamed across the battlefield as a faint blue bolt of lightning yet the moment It closed the distance attempted to strike it's target, Sunako simply avoided his attack by ducking. He gritted his teeth again as he landed on his feet some thirty feet away but that would be the least of his worries. The moment he landed, his Kishi simply smirked in kind before raising her voice just loud enough to hear, and of course, he would find himself horrified when he heard her smast ass tone.

Sunako
"Lets fix this shall we?"

Before he could even ponder on what she even meant by that, he found himself completely shocked when Sunako suddenly sent her hand, now made into a first, flying into the ground beneath her. Instantly, a powerful shock wave, clearly the greatest he had ever experienced before in his short life, went off in every direction, wiping away his mist in a instant but that was far from the worst of it, as aside from the shock wave the came, at seemingly the same time, he couldn't know for sure as he raised his arms to cover his eyes, the ground beneath Sunako's black boots immediately gave out, causing the ground beneath her to collapse on itself until there was nothing but a mild sized crater under her feet. If the situation wasn't already bad enough however, the moment his eyed peeked over his raised arms, he found himself utterly horrified and shocked as rocks and boulders of all sizes and shapes came flying at him at lightning speeds. He braced himself for the worst but there was nothing he could have prepared himself for when he felt a large boulder smash into his fragile body, sending him flying through the air again for a few seconds until eventually, his back smashed into the trunk of a tree, causing him to slide down the trunk until he was on the ground, not only dazed for his life, but wounded as well. As he laid there, his body ached in greater pain than he had experienced before, and If that wasn't bad enough, he could feel droplets of blood running down his forehead & cheeks. Being the stubborn fool he was, he tried his best to ignore the pain and pull his sorry ass up but his body refused, forcing him to stay where he landed. In response, as his head tilted towards the ground, he sighed. What monstrous strength. He never Sunako had such strength within her but the more he thought about it, It made sense, as well as the fact that If he was EVER hit from that, there was no doubt in his mind he would surely die, but that also wrung a new question. Was she only now taking this seriously? Before, she never used any jutsu's or chakra altering abilities to buff herself but now, things were different. He wasn't quite sure why she made the sudden change but he didn't mind. Despite the rising danger, he wasn't one to shy from danger, even If cost him than his life. He was quite the fool indeed.

He talked the talk, acting as If he was some heroic, enduring warrior but outside the confines of his mind, his body screamed a much different picture. Those bruises he thought were just bruises, ending up becoming something far more worse. For a few moments, he could feel nothing in his right arm. When he tilted his crimson pupils to see what the culprit, It was none other than a large rock resting on top of his right arm. While It wasn't crush, the numbness he felt was great, so much so he began wondering how much pain his right arm would have to go through before It would experience pain again. Aside from that however, the streams of blood that continued to down down his forehead & cheeks only grew in intensity as time continued to pass him by. Despite the obvious, It was only now that he realized how banged up he had become, and If he didn't somehow, the screaming pain within his body would surely like to remind him otherwise. Laying against the base of the trunk, he wiped away a droplet from his bang that was about to fall on his left eye with his left arm, just as the last of his mist finally dissipated, revealing the silhouette of his bodyguard and companion yet when their eyes met, she said nothing as she stood there waiting, wait for something to happen. She could see him plainly as day and yet didn't lift a finger. What was she thinking? Was she going to leave him like this? Was she testing? But If she was, what would that be and why? He frankly didn't know but It didn't really matter at the moment. Removing that train of thought from his mind, he mustered all the strength he could and removed the large rock that was still sitting on his wounded arm. At first, he felt nothing, It was still numb, but as the seconds continued to clock in, he could slowly feel the waves of blood returning to their homes within his right arm. He was eventually move it, and when he could, he would make a fist, albeit weakly. He would try to move but the pain reminded him that his body wouldn't allow it, forcing him to remain where he was. That only triggered a sigh to escape as he fell back against the back of the tree trunk he was resting against. He couldn't move but at least, his mind no longer felt dazed. He could see properly, but aside from the countless tree's and now, the countless rocks scattered amongst the dirt ground, there was only Sunako who kept staring him down, as If she was expecting something from him. It was starting to annoy him but before he could muster the courage to speak up, to speak his mind, he found himself on the receiving end of one of her iconic smirks and her infamous sassy behavior.

Sunako
"Giving up are we? And here I thought my little man was stronger than that..."

Little? Who's she calling little? He battled a eyebrow at his companion. He was almost the height of a full fledged woman and he was only ten summers old.....and little man? That was certainly a new one....wait did she think of him as her son now? If so, he shook his head. "FOCUS YOU IDIOT!" Talking to himself, he screamed at himself from the confines of his own mind, but that only caused him to remember the next part of the quote she had said. "And here I thought my little man was stronger than that." His eyes widen at the revelation. Weak? Did she just call him weak? Maybe by Siren standards or even by head Jonin but weak for a Genin? Oh hell no, that wasn't to going to sit well with him one bit. She could say whatever the hell she wanted but he refused to allow her to call him some weakling who lacked the will to fight! Beaming with determination, he wiped a river of blood from his lips before smirking.

Tamashi Seto
"Hehe...I Don't know about being little...."

Summoning every ounce of willpower he could muster, he forced himself through the extraordinary pain he felt throughout his body. Refusing to surrender himself to the control It seemingly had over him, he pushed himself off the ground using his hands and drew his Odachi from it's saya on his back.

Tamashi Seto
"But that doesn't mean I'm giving up....I have to get stronger! No matter WHAT!"

Hearing that, Sunako couldn't help but close her eyes with a smirk.

Sunako
"Good answer."

Speaking in a surprisingly soft tone, she folded her arms. A few moments later however, faint smile took form on her face and her eyes opened, revealing her amber pupils as well as the semi serious expression she was emitting.

DB1R.png

Sunako
"Now show me your resolve."

Staring her down a with serious demeanor of his own, he would oblige her alright. Lifting his Odachi until It was level with the base of his face, he would again inhale some air before exhaling it a few moments later. Rather than creating a large mist however, he would instead imbue it with his weapon of choice, giving It a thick, grey like aura. With this, he make sure to land a hit on her, no matter how negligible the damage would be. He just hoped his body wouldn't give out before he land it....

Summoning a faint veil of electricity under his boots with what little chakra he could spare, he took off charging with determination emitting from his eyes. A dimly lit trail of light blue electricity followed after him as he forced himself through the excruciating pain he could feel with every step he took. As the ground began to give out, albeit only in very small quantities, he would throw every ounce of his very being in this attack, determining this would be his final attack, as made his final charge against his opponent. Despite the pressing danger however, Sunako did not move from her position. Rather than run or fall back to a more tactical position, the seven feet tall amazonian woman choose to stand her ground. Drawing her sheathed Wakizashi from it's resting place in her saya, she swung her right leg back and rose her Wakizashi high until It sat just below her eyes. With her defensive like stance complete, her feline like eyes stared down the encroaching danger but did not move, not that It mattered. He already knew Sunako was expecting him but that didn't deter from finishing this fight or die trying. He knew dying during a sparring match was, quite frankly, stupid, but he didn't care. His body might of been in excruciating pain with every step he took, but his blood was boiling. Even If he wanted to give up and surrender, his honor & pride as a warrior wouldn't allow it. Like father, like son it seemed.

Like the last time, as he quickly drew into attack range within a few moments of stepping off from where he had crashed earlier, he lunged at his target with positively everything he had left to give, catching the amazonian by surprise when their blades finally met. Met with a much greater force than before, a enormous "clang" sound went off as the metal of their blades dung into each other. With such power behind an attack, he initially thought he might of have had the advantage, but the momentarily silence from Sunako quickly changed that when her expression changed with a risen brow. Staring down her amber colored, feline like eyes, It was in that moment he could see a minuscule amount of seriousness in her eyes, and that was the moment, It was over, he done, but It was too late. Before he knew what was even happening, his Odachi's blade found itself suddenly snapped in half when Sunako's blade began emitting a thick aura of chakra, causing the young Genin's eyes to go wide eye, and by extension, cause his mind to run around in circles. How she do it? Why did she do it? And bloody hell when? These were questions running amok within his mind as he tried to comprehend the situation that just played out and yet, without thinking, ended up thinking the same outloud.

Tamashi Seto
"WHAT? HOW? I"

Before he could finish that statement or even that thought process that was still swimming within his mind, he immediately felt a immeasurable force smash into the center of his stomach. In the briefest second he could afford to look down, he found himself beyond shock when he found Sunako's right fist seemingly buried into his stomach. Upon this realization, he immediately hurled a substantial amount of blood from his mouth before was suddenly thrown back by the force of her punch, causing him to be thrown back a few hundred feet. Unable to stop himself from the monstrous momentum he found himself in, he felt his body breaking just a little bit more with every impact he made with a tree. By the time momentum came to a end and he found himself stopped by the fourth and final tree, he could feel nearly nothing in his body. As his seemingly broken body slid down the tree trunk, he began to ponder If this was what death felt like before one would finally lose the last bit of their life force. He didn't know, and how could he? He wasn't the master of death, he was just a stupid kid with somewhat reasonable dreams. None of it mattered though as for when he finally reached he bottom, and his broken body sat on the ground, up against the base of the tree trunk, he found his crimson eyes seemingly closing for the final time. Despite the fact he thought he was dying, that he was in his final moments, that didn't prevent him from making a faint smile, or using what remained of his will to think of his family and especially Shizu. At the thought of his fiancé, he chuckled a bit

Tamashi Seto
"Sorry Shizu.....I couldn't keep my promise to you.....forgive me."

And with that, his mind went adrift for a few seconds before It finally went dark. A few minutes would go by before Sunako would find his unconscious body amongst the debris and rubble yet, despite the damage she had done to her lord, she seemingly kept to herself when she looked down his broken body. Resting her right hand on her hip, she retained her smirk and non caring, sassy like behavior when she spoke.

DB1R.png

Sunako
"Ehh....I'm sure he manage......"

Although she initially showed little, If any care for her lord when she waved it off with her left hand, her demeanor suddenly changed a few moments later when she finally sighed before tilting her head in the various direction, as If observing the area for any danger.

DB1R.png

Sunako
"Guess I should bring him back to the keep or else he might actually die here. Can't have that....but at least I know his limits now."

Having said that, once she deemed the area was seemingly safe enough for the time being, she dropped her guard a bit and fell to her knee's to sweep up her young, broken lord until he was safely in her clutches. As he rested awfully close to her chest, specifically right under her mountainous breasts, she smirked as she rose herself off the ground.

DB1R.png

Sunako
"Looks like It's your lucky day Lady Shizu. You get to clean up after my mess."

Chuckling quietly to herself, she than began her way back to Ooku village. As she departed, she left his gear to rot since his Odachi was beyond destroyed and his damaged Wakizashi had been lost when she flung him back the first time. She saw no point in looking for seemingly, low quality weapons, especially when they weren't tailored for his specific needs. Oh well, she just get him new equipment when the time arose but for now? Yeah, he needed medical attention....
