Personality: Despite his up bringing and background, Hinote is a rather calm and collected person that would give the shirt off his back to a commoner rather than to depend respect from one. Most that talk to Hinote would say that he is a kind and benevolent man who, despite his looks, is one of the most down to earth people they have ever met. Though he is hard to anger, that does not mean he never get angry. Those who are unfortunate to suffer the wrath of Hinote should pray for a swift and merciful death, for his anger is dangerous like the lightning in a storm and unrelenting as the rain.

Appearance: Ever since birth, Hinote was born different then all other people in Kumogakure. He was born with dark blue skin from head to toe, and snow white eyes which many had thought of him to be blind until he grew older where his white eyes darkened ever so slightly to make it seem like inside his eyes were moving stars of a world beyond theirs. He is of height larger than most men and weighs normally for his size. He is not fight or bulky in muscle. He is lean and toned with abs that show whenever he has his shirt off. On his back, starting from the shoulders down the the small of his back, are three darker blue circles on his body about three inches in diameter even spaced. These are were tendrils of lightning and electricity flow angelically whenever Hinote commands them to appear. He is completely void of any hair on his body from head to toe as well making his stick out even more, if even possible, then most.

His normal attire consists of a white medical coat as bright as his eyes since he can be found working in the Hospital mostly throughout his days. For special occasions
