[0] Militia - Main Branch Ability
[0] Shinobi 101 - Thrown Jutsu via Melee Accuracy
[1] Duelist: Kangetsu was a natural when it came to dueling. His feats with weaponry seemed to give him that much and all during his time in the academy he seemed to work himself to focus. So much so he gave himself a deep advantage and understanding when it came to fighting fights, and dueling duels as they should be, one on one. His focus gave him clarity and precision thus the ability to deal more devastating blows and make more accurate decisions when executing an attack!
[2] Mechanized Weapon: Kang's father was a tinkerer to a degree, and there was such a weapon that he tinkered with that he was confident enough to take into battle with him, many of the blue prints were left for Kang in his fathers notebook within his workshop. However, Kang could not forge steel on his own. He was never taught, so he put these things to the test and employed a man to make his father's weapon with some refinements Thus was the creation of 'The Breakaway Blade'. With it he would tinker a bit more giving it an enhanced seal as well as a hidden attachment that many would fall victim to. Maybe he would catch someone off guard... but who knew?
[3] Quick Reaction: Kangetsu had always tried to be the physically fastest. But it was never meant to be. He wore armor that tended to hinder his movements. However, finding that he could down scale the armor but still get a huge boost to his body's ability to react and surmise the feelings that he would get from time to time. He could fixate himself on quickly moving himself from position to position and quickly responding to threats with precision and accuracy. So he developed an ability to move away from attacks and quickly combo his steps to retaliate with devastating accuracy. The process was phenomenal, it was almost like his body would react on instinct...
[4] Weapon Attunement: As a Mura, he had a dense understanding of chakra, thus he would lean more to the side of learning weapons and how they were utilized in the fashions they were made. Some specialized cutlasses and even curved blades tended to give leverage to those who welded them over those with straighter blades. It was this knowledge that set Kang's attunement to his weaponry. Everything in his arsenal he had refined himself to.
[5] Ambidexterity: The ability to use both hands when weilding a weapon was something very much trained for and sought after. It helped that from an early age Kang found out he wrote with equal accuracy with both hands. He was able to throw Kunai with the same accuracy out of both hands and even when dueling hand to hand combat; Kang found himself equally strong with either arm. His body was exactly symmetrical which was odd. Some people walked around with their bodies being centimeters and milimeters off from one side to another, but Kangetsu was perfectly symmertical, from the crown of his head to the feet below him.
[6] Technical Pacifist: Kangetsu, for all of his training and refinement, did not enjoy a fight. Needlessly he didnt like to put his body on the line for things that didnt need it. He trained solo alot and shadow-boxed, but when it came to fighting, he aimed to be diplomatic at first unless everything had been exhausted. However, whilst doing the latter, he was able to disarm and detain anyone he needed to without hurting himself or the individual to the best of his abilities.
[7] Combo Master: Kangetsu was a quicker than fast individual, he leaned into the twitch more so than the slugger style of fighting. Heavy blows, while effective were easy to avoid. Though when one wanted to attack with a blinding flash of strikes, then leading into more flurries, he found that it left him readily able to meat someone's surrender than to continue wasting energy on huge lugging strikes. This is, however, why Kang didnt train his body to be bulky, but to meet the needs of how he was interested more in saving lives than attempting to end them. Stringing together techniques tended to leave opponents in awe of their precision he often placed within it.
[8] Weapon Mastery - Unarmed: The elder teen with grassy knoll hair, seemingly enjoyed the best way of fighting when he had to spar being without weapons. His spars with kids in his classes to teammates in his squad would tell you that there was something about Kang when he didnt have anything in his hands being more dangerous with anything in his hands. It was immpeccable to see that he was able to insist himself on opponents with relative ease with just his fists. He was also able to string together techniques that wouldnt normally be seen placed together. This is what made him quite the foe. Maybe not the strongest but definitely one of the smarter ones within Kumogakure.
[9] Weapon Mastery - Thrown: Kang while tinkering with some traps came across these specialized Kunai that when thrown break off and but all aim unto the same target area that they were thrown at. So with that he went to pursue and to get them added to his 'Breakaway Blade'. The essence of it allows him to utilize expert skill with thrown techniques without using them directly. Kang was efficiently working enough to put himself in the position to be an expert without being an expert with a modified device within his blade that gave him these abilities. It gave him a subtle mastery over weaponry such as: Kunai, Shuriken, and other small thrown ninja tools.
[10] Initiative: To be honest, the thought of keeping up with shinobi thta were faster than the speed of sound at times scared Kang. However, he was able to focus himself and put himself in the blinding spots of speed for small periods of time. Kang's ability to move himself faster than a blink became apparent to him when he got to the Genin stage. He found that the minimal chakra that he could use, he would focus it into small pulses within his hands, or his feet giving him small jolts of speed every ten seconds or so. This ability warped him a bit and took a toll on his body, but it could save the lives of many if he utilized it correctly. His ability to take the first swing and disarm an opponent? Potentially preventing the harm of innocent civilians? Man. Who wouldnt want that ability?
[11] Physical Style - Thrown: Kangetsu enjoyed the thrill of a good even spar where the match was even and it was simply who could gain the advantage. However, in those small accounts, where he had to fight someone that had no intentions on stopping themselves from killing more inncent people, he would utilize his emmbed armor. Something that along with his 'Breakaway Blade' that he modified was his armor. Lightweight and easy to manuever in. It was something of a trap within himself. He liked to cover himself in sereded edges of shuriken and kunai to give him more of an opportunity to deal damage to those who he couldnt just detain without hurting in the process. Thus he was almost like a Porcupine when in this state, and he would not stop until they would yield.
