The Missing Piece of the Puzzle [Req Exit]

Two masked men approached the gates, obviously under the garb of the ANBU, and one of them held papers granted them clearance to leave the village. Given the nature of the branch, it would come to no surprise when the guard would take a look at them that they basically said: You aren't paid enough to know why we are leaving.

But they wouldn't be rude. They would wait their turn among the many who needed their passports checked and cargo looked over. It wasn't like their target was going to get that much farther away.

Should anyone approach to assist them, Nobuyuki would hand the documents and passports over. All of which were heavily vague and just useless for the most part. Should the person require to see the tattoo they would provide that as well to expedite the process.

There was movement, but it seemed like for some reason or other, even though the pair had been seen, they weren't being seen to. After about a minute the individual came out and apologised.

"Hi there sirs, I'm sorry for the delay but I was placed on order to call the Raikage should a pair of ANBU be requesting exit. If you could wait he said he's on his way."

The man hoped the pair would wait for the Raikage as he motioned for them to stand out of the line for now while he continued to process those behind the pair.

Within a minute the shape of the man was within view and he moved across the rooftops like a shinobi a quarter his size. Behind him trailed a pair of ANBU who had effectively taken the role of guard unto themselves, Nobuyuki would be aware of Akuhei and Koumyou performing the duty.

Landing before them Akira waved as he approached.

I'm sorry for making you wait. He deliberately didn't use the name, anyone listening didn't need to know who or what was leaving I received your letter, and the idea that she could provide evidence confused me for evidence is not someones word, the only time it is is when it has other more material evidence to back it up. I know you understand this, but because of this I want you to bring her back to the village alive if at all possible. She served Kumogakure loyally as far as any record tells, so she would have reasons for doing what she did. I just want her to stand trial and for real justice to be met out. Looking to the man performing gate duty he nodded. The man brought the book out to Akira.

Writing the information down from their passports he then handed the book back to the man.

If I'd wanted blood I'd come with you. He said, a slightly amused look in his eye, I wish you both the best, and hope that you have a successful hunt.

Nobuyuki remained silent as the Raikage spoke to him, silently triggering the Snapshot Jutsu so that he would be able to present what the Raikage said to Haruka in case she actually listened to what he had to say. Whether or not she believed him would be another story.

The Sennin nodded his head to his leader and looked to Zaku for confirmation about whether he was ready to leave or not. He returned the look with a nod of his own and they were off.
