Ninpocho Chronicles

Ninpocho Chronicles is a fantasy-ish setting storyline, set in an alternate universe World of Ninjas, where the Naruto and Boruto series take place. This means that none of the canon characters exists, or existed here.

Each ninja starts from the bottom and start their training as an Academy Student. From there they develop abilities akin to that of demigods as they grow in age and experience.

Along the way they gain new friends (or enemies), take on jobs and complete contracts and missions for their respective villages where their training and skill will be tested to their limits.

The sky is the limit as the blank page you see before you can be filled with countless of adventures with your character in the game.

This is Ninpocho Chronicles.

The Nara complex is nestled within the clan complexes and is one of the smaller complexes within the village of Konoha. The complex itself is walled in by thick brick walls with the outside and inside of said wall painted with the Nara clan symbol at a moderate size and with black paint. Within the complex, there is a rich and diverse ecosystem of koi ponds and trees that provide a lot of shade. Everything here casts a shadow of some sort, and at night the place is almost hard to navigate except for several open areas that can be basked with the light of the moon. The complex on the inside has one great hall with meditation pillows laid in perfect unison in a circle with a dojo style arena located in the center for calming of the mind or to engage in spars in order to practice bloodlimit techniques. On the sides and the front of this great hall are individual rooms where each prestigious clan member and their familiy can stay. Each room is fully furnished with all the things necessary for a comfortable life.

Shogi boards are littered around the porch that stretches around the entire edge of the complex and can be accessed through a side door in each of the rooms and the front door of the complex itself. As well as the individual rooms, at the front nestled on either side of a great statue of the founder of the clan is the rooms where the elders get to stay. The elders are also known as Shadow Sages and their talent and wisdom stretches far beyond that of any regular member of the clan. Visits to the elders by other people to seek out their advice are absolutely welcomed as well as anyone who wishes to challenge a member at a game of wits.

Members of the clan with one parent that is considered a Nara are not allowed to stay within the complex unless under certain circumstances but sabbaticals and training sessions take place once or twice a week with stays usually lasting anywhere from a week to three. The Nara clan believes in the Will of Fire above all else of course so to deny someone of blood their inherit birthright is considered to be greatly taboo.

[ OOC: Here I will be doing solo posts, training within the Nara complex as well as solo plot development. Due to not having an NPC within the clan you can also do RP's with me here as well, so if you would like to feel free to send me a PM and we can set it up. ]

A bubbling fountain sat next to the boy, the gushing water relaxing him and putting his mind at ease. He sat on a comfortable pillow, his hands placed together as he allowed himself to go deep inside of his own mind. Gamasu considered this one of the most important parts of training after all, a crowded mind was more likely to make mistakes and get people hurt or potentially killed. It was the very first day of his sabbatical within the Nara complex, and Gamasu had laid him out a cot in his cell of the complex and had told him to make himself at home. So, within his first day he had already acquainted himself with some of the Nara clan that he had never met before and also started the basic aspects of his training that he wished to accomplish by the end of all of it. Nearby there was a cry from a crow, and the boy snapped out of his meditation violently. Chuckling softly from the shock he looked around and saw that he was the only one around. The sun beat down on the rest of the village but the boy had nestled himself in a bank of trees and the shade kept him cozy and cool. Standing up he raised his arms far above his head and praised the sun for all of it's glory while stretching up to his tippy toes.

Letting out a soft sigh, he rubbed his right eye and then looked around him. Well, now that he was all done meditating now he supposed that there was something else he could do. The shadows inside of the Nara complex he swore promoted laziness. It was almost as if they called to him to just lay down and take naps twenty-four seven. The topic of this particular training was that he needed to learn and advance himself into more advanced forms of Ninjutsu. Gamasu had told him that at his particular level of chakra control and strength that he was now going to be able to not only start learning Shadow techniques that were beyond the Nara's regular secret jutsu, but that he also was going to start learning how to combine two elements together into one. This was considered to be advanced Ninjutsu but he had the benefit of being one of the best students in the village and he had the benefit of growth on his side.

He was nearing his twelfth birthday, and his body had gone through a remarkable change. He was much taller and skinnier than he had been a year ago. A growth spurt that no one had been ready for, perhaps some of his Gushiken genes had finally decided to kick off, a full foot had been added to his height although his frame was still incredibly slender. None of this mattered though, and it was really semantics because Yama had remembered that he did have one important piece of training he was supposed to do today. He had been researching the arts of using clones to do remarkable things. In particular he wanted to learn how to use more advanced clones. But he had taken a scroll from the academy that detailed and lined out how to weave seals and use Doton in order to create a clone made out of mud. A simplistic D-Rank technique.

The one problem was that he didn't particularly have any basis in knowing how to use earth, and few of the Nara's did as well since they all mostly had affinities to fire and water. Setting the scroll in front of him the boy spent the next eight hours working his body past it's chakra limits to not only build his stamina but to also build his ability to weave and create Ninjutsu that he didn't have an affinity too. By the end of it, the boy was completely capable of casting a Mud Clone, and he had accomplished his mission for the day.
