Ninpocho Chronicles

Ninpocho Chronicles is a fantasy-ish setting storyline, set in an alternate universe World of Ninjas, where the Naruto and Boruto series take place. This means that none of the canon characters exists, or existed here.

Each ninja starts from the bottom and start their training as an Academy Student. From there they develop abilities akin to that of demigods as they grow in age and experience.

Along the way they gain new friends (or enemies), take on jobs and complete contracts and missions for their respective villages where their training and skill will be tested to their limits.

The sky is the limit as the blank page you see before you can be filled with countless of adventures with your character in the game.

This is Ninpocho Chronicles.

The Tale that Shall Never Be Retold Part 3

The Second Lieutenant was attemping to attack Shimete with a Hyuga style of fight by using crane strikes at her chakra points. These strikes are done in rapid succession so it is unlikely he would stop it mid-strike. Also as a Hyuga he is heavily using his eyes and is most likely not blinking as much as usual. One of the things Shimete learn to use is her environment. Shimete does a quick spin swooping down and grabs a hand full of dirt in one hand and her cloak in the other. Shimete was about to spin upward and throw the dirt in his face when she noticed a gas mask which of course protects his eyes. However a gas mask normally has something bulky on the side or in front of the nose. This of course is the filter of the mask air filtration system. Will doing her best to dodge his attacks she wraps her cloak around the filter and runs from the area engulf with lullaby powder. If she succeeded wrapping the cloak around the mask correctly the Second Lieutenant would be pulled along with her by the face which would make attacking her difficult.

Meanwhile Izumi rushes the Lieutenant with a feral charge. Izumi swung her claws like the wild beast that she is and didn't care if the man injured her a little. Moro, who she called mother, did more than blessed her with human like intelligence and an eye that can see chakra. Izumi's very blood was tinted with demonic energy. If the Third Lieutenant attacks her he would find blood spilling from her burns like acid when it came in contact with his skin. If the Third Lieutenant did too much damage Shimete will only get stronger; such is the loyalty of the pack.

Even though the third lieutenant's skin went from it's normal color to red due to how many times he had been cut, Ri still wasn't satisfied. It seemed the more he cut, the more he was taunted. The thing he wanted from the man was begging, not over confidence, so his anger just continued building up. When his age and fighting style was made fun of, Ri's eyebrows furrowed, and he sheathed his sword.

"I have to admit, I was mostly swinging randomly, but I assure you that's not all I'm capable of..." He was now using the best vocabulary he could in an attempt to surprise and possibly intimidate his opponent, since speaking the way he usually does would just support what the man had said. Ri stood in silence for a few moments before squatting down and placing is hand on the hilt of his katana. Making sure to look his opponent in the eyes for the extra intimidation, he lunged forward as quickly as he could, drawing his sword on the way, and attempting to tackle the lieutenant to the ground by placing a hand on his shoulder and using the momentum of the lunge to assist him. If successful, Ri would place the katana's blade on the man's throat as they fell to the ground.
Success response

Ri applied just enough pressure to make the lieutenant's throat bleed, but not enough to slit his throat or cause any permanent damage besides a scar (at most). Again, he looked him dead in the eyes, but stayed silent for a moment, letting the lieutenant realize what had happened if he didn't already. After giving him time to collect his thoughts, he spoke, "I'm going to give you two options, beg for mercy and allow me to consider it, or die here. You're choice." As he said this, his hat slipped of of his head, so he grabbed it.

Make that three actually.. He crushed a portion of the rice hat in his hand and punched the ground next to the lieutenants head, Pay for my fucking hat!" He yelled, applying a little more pressure to the man's throat. He would wait for a reply, but not for long, if he was met with silence, he would try to finish the lieutenant off.
Failure Response (Dodged)

As he rushed past the man, Ri became even more angered than he already was, and the fact that he could still get angry surprised even himself. Since he was already drawing his sword, he landed and quickly turned around with a slash at the man. He didn't actually care where this attack hit, if at all, but there was no holding back, he aimed for a deep wound. If this failed, he would continue his onslaught as he was before.

"Just! Fucking! Submit!"
Failure Response (Blocked/Parried)

Being blocked mattered not to Ri, he simply continued his onslaught as he was before, if there were no actions made against him of course. Even though he seemed blinded by rage, his guard was still up and Ri was fully prepared to defend himself if an attack came his way.

{MFT}
OOC: If the lieutenant does something to avoid the attack besides what I put, feel free to add what Ri does to respond.

"THIS IS A MOST HONORABLE EXPRESSION OF MANLINESS!”

"I thank you from the bottom of my heart!"

Raising a brow, Junko shook his head. The muscle head was quite sensitive and he refused to be touched by the wimpy hulk. Seemingly vanishing, Junko was off to take care of a different manner on the field. Avoiding the bone crushing hug entirely. Meanwhile, Aiko was still handling the proposal given to him.

“I am surprised you are so reasonable, I have known many shinobi who would have stabbed the kid just to strike me. You all are normally a rather cold blooded bunch. Here try not to let this tyke walk out without a hand to hold too often. A little rabbit like this is bound to be carried off by a hawk.”

"I'm not your normal shinobi." Aiko responded taking the child. In a matter of moments, the leader took in high speeds towards the ANBU personnel and a rather bulky fellow.

Appearing behind Aiko, Junko approached.
"Brother, I've taken care of the medical work on the field and the enemies are evacuating."

"Alright, you should back up the ANBU shinobi. I'll make sure the children are all okay." Aiko said with a smile as he touched the head of the purple haired child.

"Osuteno?... never mind, I'll expect a report on this." Junko said looking at the medic in training. It wasn't the time to question him on the incident. Seemingly vanishing once more, Junko appeared near the masked ninja of kumogakure. Paying attention, Junko kept a hand on his blade, waiting for anything to go wrong.

"Osuteno, let's give your angry friend a hand over there." Aiko said motioning towards Rirakkusu.

The First Lieutenant was struggling to rush to his boss's aid but he was no shinobi despite his might. The boss on the other hand was a tad bit disappointed that the ANBU just let the cigar fall. It was an especially fine product that was hard to get in this country. No matter. "You'll get what you want don't worry. I have done business with that lot for years, was always afraid they would be the ones to sell me out to be honest, why I always kept good paperwork. For good customers I always let them examine the merchandise up close before offering the whole shipment for sale. For starters..." He took out a pen and a small notebook out of his pocket and wrote out an address in it before pulling the sheet. "You can send someone to the bookstore at this address and say that they are picking up a tax book for the chief. I wouldn't suggest sending someone in full ANBU gear or they might destroy it first. The documents you man receives will show proof of a particular council member's goods not going through customs or being taxed with our assistance. It wasn't the most profitable venture for us to be sure but it kept us in good terms." He folded and tossed the slip of paper towards the man. After they picked up that little gem, considering just how much in taxes had been lost, it would put him in a better position to bargain. He turned around and called out, "Lieutenants cease fighting, we are surrendering. The rest of you grunts head home! Don't bring me anymore trouble!"

The damn hound! Out of nowhere a cloak whipped about and smothered his filter! He tried not to be pulled along but that was more than difficult to do while being pulled along by the nose so to speak. IT was both infuriating and embarrassing that such a move had worked on him. He wasn't going to have it. did they think he couldn't see the beast charging him? Rather than letting himself be pulled any farther he rushed forward a few steps and began rotating. It was of course Kaiten that he now used to both free himself and repel the worst of the wolf's attack. How dare this mimicker try to play such games during a fight. Still it was best to try an eliminate one of his opponents rather than continuing to try and fight two.

In the same movement that he stepped out of Kaiten, the Second Lieutenant's hands seemed to be bursting with chakra as the wolf lunged forward already having seemed to recover. The Twin Lion fist connected shortly after the wolf's teeth started sinking into his shoulder, thankfully stunning the beast long enough to break free. It had been a foolish move considering he was still off balance from using Kaiten. At this point such a huge mistake could cost him his life. quickly putting some distance between him and the two as to not have them flanking him he prepared to strike again before the boss's voice rang out. Surrender? They were surrendering? He wasn't even angry anymore, simply shocked. Who the hell could get the boss to surrender? He eyed the freaky duo and wasn't quite sure how to go about this. He slowly raised his arms and placed them on his head as if he was unsure if he was doing it correctly. "I guess I surrender?" This was not how he saw this day going when he woke up.

The Third Lieutenant wasn't feeling all that well considering that the blood loss from all these cuts was beginning to add up. "I have to say lad you have good wrists at least." He was surprised though when the boy sheathed his sword. For too long of a moment he lowered his guard. The kid had more? Well he should certainly hope with what he had seen so...

The youngling sprang forward much faster than the Lieutenant had expected him to be able to and shoved him to the ground after knocking his sword to the side. The kid's own blade was pressed down against the Lieutenant's throat. He could feel the wetness of his own neck in wide-eyed shock. His sword arm was pressed down under his opponent's weight. "That wasn't bad at all!" The man said still rather impressed with the move. "Turns out you really do have good feet too."

The kid stared silently at him for a moment. Be a shame if he was the kid's first kill. Not an easy thing that, but it was necessary in this world of theirs. Ninja forced things to be that way and as long as they were around it was best to accept that. Not that the Lieutenant hadn't killed quite a few men himself but it was never something he was paid to do.
"I'm going to give you two options, beg for mercy and allow me to consider it, or die here. You're choice. Make that three actually.. Pay for my fucking hat!"

Despite the fact that a blade was cutting into his throat the Lieutenant guffawed at the last comment which cut maybe a nick deeper than he really needed at that moment. "Your hat?!" He was barely controlling his chuckles, damn that blade stung. "Boy you don't just offer someone a choice like that in such a serious moment." Tears were starting to form in the corners of his eyes not out of pain of fear but mirth. "Are you trying to get me to slice my own throat with that? Never mind though, you've won. I'll pay for your fool hat. Hell I'll give you mine. What fool wouldn't trade a hat for his life?" A bit more seriously he looked Ri in the eyes and said, "But know how foolish simply letting a man go in your world will be young shinobi. I am too old to hold grudges, but one day you could have a man in this same position and if you don't bring the blade down you will more than regret it." At that moment he heard the boss's call. "Well ain't that a fine kettle of fish?" He certainly was a talkative old man.

Osuteno stared at his friend with a blade to a man's throat. He and the others had shown up right at the call for the enemy Lieutenants to surrender had sounded off. Apparently it was over. Which meant that before long Osu would have to explain this entire mess. Getting himself captured and chased by the Yakuza. He was going to be cleaning bedpans for years. He should have done a better job watching out for Ri-Senpai or not leaving home this late. He looked at the man Junko-Sensei apparently knew out of the corner of his eye. "Should... Should we do something?" He was confused why Ri was just staring at the man whose throat he was cutting and the man was just laying there trying not to laugh with blood pouring all over his body... It seemed so much louder now that the chaos had died down. The sound of all those cuts pouring the liquid. It was amazing... He shook his head violently before beginning to rub his eyelids. All that needed to be put away. He wasn't going to fall for the Noise. It wouldn't get him. "Ri, are you alright?" It was a sign of how long this night had been that Osu forgot the honorific.

Back at the tower yet another man had joined them. "And now here comes the medic. You look like you have been busy." He simply gave him a respectful nod. He was sure the young man would not like to be called out by the masked fellows for helping his boys if that was really what he had been up to. Turning back to the ANBU he said, "I have begun my part. As thickheaded the lot of them are they follow orders when given. I suppose you have a procedure for this sort of thing?" He simply made sure the cord keeping his sword in its scabbard was taut before tossing it over to the lot. "A sign of my cooperation."

Nobuyuki caught the paper, much the opposite of what happened to the cigar. He didn't even take a moment to look at the information. His attention was on getting these men in chains along with the traitors of the hidden cloud.

"Hari. Restrain him and his lieutenants." He said deeply. He quickly shifted his attention back to the boss. "Protocol. You understand." He added, hoping not to insult the mans honor and trust. Turning to Hebi, he continued. "We'll take them to the Specus. Finish everything up here and then take the traitors to shinobi holding cells until I decide what to do with them."

Nobuyuki surveyed the rest of those on the field. "Hebi make sure you get information and reports from all those involved here as well." He concluded before departing along with Hari, the boss, and his lieutenants.

Observing everything, the brothers realized that the whole ordeal was pretty much coming to an end. The leader was taken into custody by Anbu personnel, and Aiko had helped significantly.

Catching each other's gaze across the field, the brothers nodded. Giving a wave to the kids, Aiko seemingly warped using his eternal mangekyo sharingan as Junko used his reality step technique. It was time for them to go.
