Ninpocho Chronicles

Ninpocho Chronicles is a fantasy-ish setting storyline, set in an alternate universe World of Ninjas, where the Naruto and Boruto series take place. This means that none of the canon characters exists, or existed here.

Each ninja starts from the bottom and start their training as an Academy Student. From there they develop abilities akin to that of demigods as they grow in age and experience.

Along the way they gain new friends (or enemies), take on jobs and complete contracts and missions for their respective villages where their training and skill will be tested to their limits.

The sky is the limit as the blank page you see before you can be filled with countless of adventures with your character in the game.

This is Ninpocho Chronicles.

He chose a predictable day to set off, and did it quietly from the harbour of Titan’s Keep. The maritime setting was teeming with life; busy ninja, merchants, and sailors going about their business. Large, steam-powered freighters were docking at the deep-water end of the pier, and Jomei spotted a group of students practicing water jutsu from the temple beachfront. The sound of seagulls flying overhead, ringing bells, and the city life created an unforgettable soundscape for Jomei as he took a long-lasting look at the face of his home, the Fortified Capital City of Maruishi. While Jomei did love the city and what it contained, he never ceased to crave a life on the road, and sought what adventure he could find. From the frozen wasteland of Kirigakure, to the arid drylands of Suna, Jomei had explored two of the most famous regions of the Shinobi Era. He often wondered what else he’d find in the lands beyond his rocky borders.

And so, the day had come for Jomei to answer the call of the wind, and set off for the horizon and the big, wide world. Jomei’s faithful steamboat was docked in a quiet place, somewhere along the long harbor lanes, and he was there with it, bargaining with a sea-merchant for two-week’s supply of arcadianite ore, and reached a disagreement with the man about his ore’s quality, versus it’s price.

Moments later, Jomei marched towards his ship one last time, hoisting a crate of potential fuel cells with a few hands. He boarded the craft, set aside the crate, and took a final accounting of his collection of odds and ends. While this was merely the start of another campaign afar, Jomei couldn’t help the feeling that he wouldn’t be coming home any time soon. On the ship, Jomei brought along all sorts of matters from certain workshop projects he couldn’t bare to part with. The Oath Gem was safely tucked away amongst his things, stowing it’s creeping green glow deep below layers of his laundry bag.

It only took a few motions to unfasten his leyline from the shore, and pull up the anchor that bound his ship to the Maruishian sands. Alas, it was time to set sail for foreign shores. The rolling fog of titan’s keep spread thick today, and Jomei’s vessel would quickly fade into the image of many ships coming and going from the port of Maruishi; the gates of the Village Hidden in the Stone. Within the cabin of his ship, the engine roared, creating a powerful shake along the deck of the steam-ship, and plumes of white smoke shot into the sky. Wind filled the cabin, and Jomei had to hold onto his cap, and the map on his dashboard all the same. The sea-winds rushed into greet the young adventurer as soon as he hit the open water, and almost sent his navigation set-up sprawled across the cabin floor. On the map he had of the whole-wide continent, it appeared that the adventurer set the fire nation as his destination.

Jomei keeps moving forward, never backwards.
But, Jomei will return.
