Ninpocho Chronicles

Ninpocho Chronicles is a fantasy-ish setting storyline, set in an alternate universe World of Ninjas, where the Naruto and Boruto series take place. This means that none of the canon characters exists, or existed here.

Each ninja starts from the bottom and start their training as an Academy Student. From there they develop abilities akin to that of demigods as they grow in age and experience.

Along the way they gain new friends (or enemies), take on jobs and complete contracts and missions for their respective villages where their training and skill will be tested to their limits.

The sky is the limit as the blank page you see before you can be filled with countless of adventures with your character in the game.

This is Ninpocho Chronicles.

Several days had passed and still no sign of the leader of this godforsaken village or this Kuro fellow. Where oh where could these two supposedly leaders be at? Rumors were circulating that the destroyers of this hidden village had finally been taken down and detained by the ANBU and other shinobi. It seemed everything was simmering down as well as people were starting to not be as much on edge as they had been before around him and in general. Children were playing in the streets with much supervision from their parents, people were slowly socializing again and you could hear news circulating that the old was old and being abandoned and the new was being built higher. What exactly that meant to a foreigner like Akujin, he had no idea. All he did know was he needed to find these two leaders or at least find the medical ward to try to help out this village since he had no other place to turn to right now and the Hidden Stone still seemed distant and forgotten due to their own personal problems. He would continue to search for these people and this place, but his attention was turned to exploring their academy which he heard was one of the structures that did not get impacted hardly at all from the attacks.

He wasn't expecting much considering the wreckage and rubble that he saw of the Kazekage Tower, but rumors tended to turn into truths more often than not. He would just have to explore the site and see for himself. He had been staying at an inn in the village near the Tower since he had entered and the trip to the Academy would not take him too long to reach. He did however have to pass through many people and places that he hadn't been aware of nor focused on entirely before. Would this turn into something he would regret who knew as he dodged kids playing and merchants selling their goods that were salvaged from the fighting. Moments later, he would arrive at the Academy and smirk to himself that his doubts had actually been wrong for once. The structure of the building from the outside was breathtaking and quite unique to the traditional academy that he had joined and hated in the Hidden Stone. He would catch a bench outside probably where their teachers socialized or themselves and situation himself. Leaning back, he would look at the Academy from the outside once again and say: "Unbelievable.

[OOC: If you want to join, go right ahead but I want people active so this doesn't drag on. At the very least, please post once a week. Also, this is occurring before meeting Kuro or Suru.]

"There you go, that should help." Riyota smiled at the crying child as he finished putting the plaster on their scraped knee. He hadn't helped anyone like this before, but it made him feel good. He slowly stood up and left the child to dry their eyes. He hadn't set out today just to help small children. He was off to the academy to do a bit of training and studying. It took a while and eventually Riyota made it, only to see a man standing outside the large structure, apparently quite amazed by it.

"It isn't so great on the inside." Riyota joked, in reference to the walls covered in graffiti and the broken bits of debris the lay strewn around the building. "Whatcha doing here anyway? you don't look like a student...Oh no, you're not a teacher are you?" Riyota asked the man, as he hadn't attended a few classes recently and worried that the man may know about it. "Uhhhh, nevermind, bye." An awkward exchange indeed, he hadn't even given the man time to respond before he had attempted to head inside the the academy building.

The Academy of the Hidden Sand was a remarkably breathtaking structure that most certainly exceeded the expectations of the Hidden Stone's one. It was structured to deal with the strong winds of the desert and shield the children of the Sand from the environment. It really was an interesting building and although damage could be seen from possible attacks nearby or wear and tear, it would be a great place to invest his time into once he had a better understand and sense of what was exactly going on in this village. Still he had no idea if the authorities would see him as an enemy or an ally, nor did he know if the attacks and quarreling had subsided. He had talked to a foreigner like himself and a student of the village, but neither of them had any worthwhile information for him aside from who to seek out for the answers he wanted. At this point though, he would have loved to just see a shinobi who had some understanding of what was exactly going on. But, fortunately for him, his moodiness with himself would be cut short when a younger lad would stroll nearby him and talk to him about the academy jokingly before trying to head inside.

Within mere moments, the boy was almost in the building before Akujin could even get a word out. However, he would get out one word before the kid would take his first step into the establishment. "Wait! he would yell as he rose from his seat and began walking towards the kid. His long, flowing blue hair would be blowing as a little gust picked up around them with each step. He would extend his hand towards the child when he was within an arm's reach and say: Mikisugi Kyūji, former shinobi of Iwagakure and currently traveling. And you are?"

The voice cried with some urgency and it stopped Riyota in his, the boy looked back with an expression of confusion and curiosity across his face, but when he realised the man simply wanted to introduce himself, he smiled and accepted the man's hand. "Kuromairu Riyota, or just Ri if you're feeling lazy. Your name is strange if you don't mind me saying, doesn't really fit you." the boy grinned as he shook the man's hand. "So anyway...what are you doing here?" He asked, attempting to ascertain the man's intention for being in the immediate area of the building.

"Oh wait...I get it, you're from the stone place I've heard about, right? So that means you're new here, of course!" the boy smacked himself on the forehead jokingly. "Are you just looking around? Do you like it here? Where's your favourite place? Do you know a good spot for food?" the boy assaulted the man with questions so he could analyze his responses and gain a sense of his character.

He was lucky, he most certainly knew he was lucky that the kid stopped himself right in the entryway of the building and turned around for his time. The kid simply introduced himself as Ri and started asking questions about Akujin. The comment however that caught him off guard was regarding his made-up name of Mikisugi Kyūji. This made him laugh nervous as the kid would finish his remaining questions and then Akujin would respond. He was shocked that a kid moments earlier that seemed so busy was willing to stop and make some talk with him considering he was a foreigner and most certainly strange looking in comparison to the tan or darker complexions of most people in this village probably from genetics and the beating sun on the whole village. It was comforting that the youth of the village were the ones that were most interested in talking probably due to their simple curiosities and being intrigued at everything that an older living human being could offer.

He would smile at the kid and say: "Pleasure to meet you, Riyota. My name may sound weird to you, but I am also from a different village than you so things are quite different there than here haha. As for being here, I am just visiting your village and actually was looking for your Kazekage or Toraono Kuro. Just want to talk to those two about the wellness of your village and see if I could help at all." His smile would disappear after his words and he would turn his face and sigh. He was obviously worried for the village and his home; he wondered how his home was doing since he ran like a coward when they probably needed him most.

He would turn his attention back to Riyota and then continue: "I am enjoying my stay for the most part, but I haven't been eating too well and I have been losing sleep. I am sure it is because I am worrying about home and also what is going on in your village. I mean...just a few days ago near the Kazekage Tower, I just saw bodies laying there dead and people dying and screaming for help. I felt so useless..."

His eyes would close then as he would let out another deep and loud sigh before continuing again: "I have not found a good spot to eat yet nor have a favorite place. I have been roaming around your village for a few days trying to take everything in. I did find out about a spring that you have and it was quite beautiful and soothing...I may go back there again soon. But anyways, have you been keeping up with your studies?"

Riyota tried his best to keep focus on the Man in front of him, but his attention kept drifting towards a small group of hooded figures who kept moving into alleyways and popping back out again. His gaze kept returning to Kyuji, then drifting back, to Akujin, drifting back. At one point he couldn't of sworn one of his eyes was looking at Akujin and the other was focused on the group. He was barely registering the man's words, he hadn't intended to be rude but he was just to focused on the very suspicious looking people who were slowly making their way closer to the academy.

Eventually, the boy's curiosity got the better of him and he asked the man "What do you think they're up to?" using his head to indicate what he was referring to. Hopefully the man had some idea because Riyota had none.

The older male looked at the younger one shifting his eyes back and forth between Akujin and something in the distance. He could tell the boy had something catch his eye and he could see shadowy figures in his peripheral vision inching slowly out of the shadows in the alleys. His assumption was right as the boy would ask about the group and he would shrug his shoulders as he said: "I have no idea, but-- He would be cut short as he saw a projectile flying towards them and he dashed towards Riyota grabbing him in one of his arms and rolling out of the way of the attack. He would get into his combat stance and continue his sentence: "...it appears they are not friendly." His body was calm like the breeze, but his mind was racing with thoughts of what was going on, he hadn't done anything to the kid nor the village so why was he being attacked.

He wouldn't have to wait long before three figures in hoods stepped out of the alley with two of them bearing golden-colored katanas. The other one who was leading the group was holding a kunai knife in his left hand and a cigarette in the other. As they approached the group, the "leader" laughed hysterically at them and said: "Boys, you need to get out of our way. This Academy needs to be torn down like the rest of this forsaken village has been. If you don't move, I will KILL you and take your heads as trophies. So move it!" Akujin's calming posture towards them stayed unchanged as the "leader" began to talk crap towards them and threatening them, he would laugh to himself and say: "So...you are going to attack the education center for the next generation of villagers. That seems-" He wouldn't be able to finish his sentence as one of the katana brothers ran towards him and tried to cut his body open. The skilled missing shinobi sidestepped the katana bearer and drove a chop into the back of the wielder before sweeping him and landing him on his butt with his katana to the side. He would look at Riyota at this point and say: "The other katana bearer is yours."

He would begin walking towards the leader with a smile on his face as he easily eliminated one of the katana bearers' attacks easily and left him winded and confused on his rear end. He wanted to know what was going on with this man, but before he could do so, the man stepped backwards throwing a smoke bomb that impaired Akujin briefly enough for the man to leap at him and try to drive his kunai into his neck. Akujin would be hit or so he thought as a substitution jutsu had been used and he hit a piece of wood. The Kanemoto male would walk up behind him tapping him on the shoulder to have the man begin to turn so he could yank his arm and slam him into the ground and then pin him down with his own kunai while holding off the other one.

Meanwhile, the other katana user looked at the youngest male with devilish intent as he walked towards him snickering to himself while swinging his sword dangerously in front of him. He would be in relatively short range and then dash at Riyota swinging with reckless intent. What would Riyota do?

It happened almost in the blink of an eye. Riyota was having a polite conversation with a stranger and now they were fighting to the death with some Katana wielding maniacs. Riyota gazed in awe at the fighting skills of the strange man. He didn't have time to stare for long as he only just managed to dodge in time to get away with just a graze on the cheek, a painful one, but a graze none the less. Riyota staggered backwards and looked around for a weapon Why'd I have to lose my axe? Stupid Makeinu... He thought, as he leapt halfway up the wall to avoid yet another strike. The boy scanned his opponent for an opening, but the man was swift and tracking his movements proved taxing.

Riyota closed his eye for a moment, trying to think of a strategy, until he realised...there was no need for strategy. Carefully planned out tactics had no place in the heat of things and Riyota knew that right now, his inaction could get him killed. As the man swung again Riyota launched himself off the wall directly into the slice. He received a large gash in his arm, but managed to surprise his opponent enough to throw him off balance. The Katana wielder threw a few shurikens at the boy to try and gain some ground. Riyota was having none of it however as he continued his assault, using his left arm to block the shurikens. Almost entirely ignoring the pain as he entered a frenzy state. His curse seals practically screaming for release. He slid down in between his opponents legs and delivered him an almighty strike to wear it would bear the most effectiveness.

His opponent most definitely incapacitated, he took the liberty of 'borrowing' his weapon, as a precaution.

While Akujin had been dealing with the leader of this group, his partner had been handling himself quite effectively against the other sword bearer. The much smaller frame of the boy allowed him to maneuver quicker than his opponent and allowed the kid to hit the man where the sun just doesn't quite shine. Akujin wasn't worried about how the kid was doing considering he had the leader pinned down and fighting to pin the arm down. Their strength was matched and neither was gaining ground on the other which was bad for Akujin as he didn't want to resort to drastic measures, but it seemed like he was going to.

He inched his kunai away from the man and jumped back allowing the man to get up. He would look at him with an emotionless look on his face and say: "You are pretty good for a thug, but why are you even trying to fight a kid and me? I don't even live in this village, do you want your butt kicked or something?"
"You are both fools. This village needs destroyed to be rebuilt. The internal war from the Cabel was the best thing to happen to the village. If they would've succeed, we wouldn't be living in this Hell hole."
"Well, I am sorry that living here is SO bad. I thought it was quite nice since I got here, but--"
"Shut up, shut up, shut up. You don't know anything! Boys, get the Hell out here and help us."

As they stood there, four more figures appeared from the shadows bearing fun toys of various proportions: a gun, a bow, a whip and one came with his bare fists wearing gloves. The older male of the partnership turned to see his partner and keep an eye on his opponents. This was not going to be easy at all, it was five on two with most of them being ranged fighters while he was close combat. He would close his eyes and with little remorse behind his tone say: "Riyota, I am not from this village nor do I commend harming or killing anyone. But, you and I are going to fight these guys. You need to be on your toes since they have us outnumbered. Do not do anything reckless like you did with that sword welder or you are going to need emergency care and could die. I will see you in the fray. As for you morons, go on and attack me...see if you can even hit me."

He would turn his whole body back to the enemies and resume his stance. He would then cock his head and continue his taunts: "What are you waiting for? Go on and attack me!" It seemed the taunting would work as he had shots fired at him and he could hear the whip snapping in the distance. That whip was going to be the nuisance for him in concentrating and using his hearing instead of his deteriorating sight. The whip was going to be the first obstacle to take out. He would begin the long walk towards the whip knowing full well that he was walking right into attacks. He would hear the gun shots and arrows flying through the air often missing him, but some grazing his skin as they soared past. Blood was seeping from his body but he kept walking towards them flinching every now and then when he was nailed hard by a shot.

While he was heading towards them, the unarmed fighter and the leader had dashed by Akujin and were heading straight towards Riyota. The sword users were still dazed from before and were just laying on the group either physically drained or knocked out. The unarmed user was running head on towards Riyota with increasing speed and the leader was throwing kunai at him. While they were doing that Akujin was storming on through the projectile shitstorm that he decided was smart to do.

The village needs to be destroyed to be rebuilt? That sounds like Cabal to me!

It's a good thing she decided to speed through her patrol today. In the shadows, Naoki caught a few words that marked danger to Sunagakure, and decided to intervene. It's been some time since she's participated in anything this large however. She hoped she could at least take that one guy down... The one holding an unfamiliar weapon-thing. She aimed carefully at the gun user's neck, gripping her knife to get a better feel as to how it might fly. She needed to practice her ranged skills a little, but it was simple enough to pinpoint the exact posture of the figure, the sound of gunshots and movement aiding in her accuracy. Whether or not the knife hit, she would reveal herself to the two opposing the Cabal sympathizers, rushing out to kick the gun user down and retrieving her knife by either yanking it roughly out of the now-probably-dead thug if it hit or just picking it back up after a miss. The genin made her way towards the leader, and as she did so yelled, "Yo, Riyota-kun! Long time no see- well, sorta, ahahah!" Punctuating the laugh with a flying kick at the leader's head, she'd start tying him down with some handy-dandy ninja wire attached to her waist as soon as he hit the ground, with the element of surprise and most likely much higher agility compared to said leader. On the off-chance that she did miss however, she'd catch herself and launch back into the two attackers closest to her, transitioning swiftly into a leg sweep to take the unarmed fighter down instead, to be tied up.

"How've ya been?" she asked, with a friendly grin in said buddy's direction as if nothing out of the ordinary was happening. Her guard was still up however, and had something started whizzing her way she'd block it on instinct.

The familiar voice brought Riyota back to his senses and he swiftly snapped back to reality, and reality was painful. He felt the searing pain of both his arms and tried his best to stop the blood flow. "Naoki? I haven't seen you in ages." Riyota spoke through gritted teeth. "If I'm brutally honest, I could be better." Riyota had grown a bit since they last met, although he was still very short. The girl was much older than him, but Riyota at his current age could appreciate that she was quite pretty, in an 'Athlete' sort of way.

Riyota's wounds still stung but he could slowly feel the pain lessening, as he looked down he realised the Solar Seal Akkuma had given him that long while ago was passively working it's magic. It wouldn't do the full job, but it would suffice for now. Riyota was about to discuss more with his old acquaintance when suddenly more enemies burst on to the scene. Damn...How many of them just happened to be hanging around this area? Riyota didn't have much time to ponder the thought however as a powerful kick from one of the newcomers sent him flying straight through the wall of the Academy. Two of them broke off to try and handle Naoki. Whilst the other two followed the boy into the academy.

The room was empty...luckily, It would be a sure fire for your studies to be interrupted if a young boy had come flying through your desk. Riyota attempted to recover as quickly as possible but he was quite dazed and so he stumbled on his way up. That was all the leeway the Cabal thugs needed to attack. The first one knocked the young boy back down to the ground, The second delivered a heavy blow to Riyota's face. The first man again, lifted the boy and threw him heavily into a row of desks and chairs. Riyota was losing, badly, he was being given absolutely zero time to recover. The boy was finished, buried under a pile of debris and bleeding badly.

His Astral seal slowly spread it's way up his chest, continuing up his neck and growing over his face, marking itself in his skin. Riyota's body rose, but Riyota was no longer steering the ship. His eye patch had slipped off to reveal the gaping hole that was left.

Riyota's body giggled, sinister...insane. "Y'know...there was definitely a point there that you should have stopped at..." his hand slowly reached down to grab a kunai from his pouch. A sadistic smirk crawled across his face. "But let's keep going...Just to see what happens." He tilted his head slightly and leapt forward. The first victim was dead before he knew it. An immense speed having been infused within the boy. He licked a bit of blood off of the knife, and turned to the other man. "It'd be nice to think you're not to blame...but...you are." He slowly made his way toward the next victim.

[Oh noes, I hope nobody minds this and it doesn't interfere with plans, just thought I'd give this a whirl.]

[OOC: Permission given for stealth and I have no idea how this will turn out, but here I GO. Great posts by the way. I will try to keep the action simplified for us all.]

The battle had continued to commence as projectiles were flying by him and some even scratching him slightly as he leisurely walked towards the group. There was obvious pain associated with the projectile storm and he wasn't trying to hide his wounds or pain as his arms and legs were beginning to be smeared in blood from the attack. But he continued to press on, gritting his teeth every now and then, as they kept flying. As he was nearing them, the whip has extended towards him and was snapping at him backing him away from the long-ranged opponents and making it seemingly more difficult to progress. Then it happened, a kunai had flown from a distance and connected somehow into the right jugular vein of the gunslinger causing the bigger opponent to fall down to a knee clenching his neck as blood spilled on the ground. Before anyone knew what had happened, a shinobi had appeared out of seemingly nowhere and had kicked the guy in his temple and removed their knife from his neck. The gunslinger had collapsed on the ground and the sight from Akujin and the other two remaining people showed shock as Akujin himself turned away momentarily hearing the man fighting for air as he choked on his own blood and slowly, painfully died. He then dashed by them that seemed like he had missed, but shoved his knife into the whipper's back while low sweeping the female. He then had the opportunity while the whipper was disorientated to go behind the archer and ram a strong right hook into the back of his head knocking him down. He then went back to the whipper and stepped on her chests forcefully knocking the wind out of her and having her gasping for air while fighting a knife in her back. He would let off her chest and then check her pulse to see if he had killed her. There was a faint pulse which was good to say the least and the archer was knocked out. As for the gunslinger, he had stopped breathing and his body laid limb like a sack of potatoes. Trying to respect the dead as he had always been taught, he moved the bloody corpse beside the whipper and the archer laid on the other side of her. His attention then turned to the commotion that had occurred behind him as he walked gingerly towards the new shinobi and Riyota. He would go check on Riyota first as he had been sent through a wall of the academy and then the new combatant since they were holding their own it seemed. Slowly, he walked while a green aura had appeared around his hand and was going over his body healing damages pierced by the "bullets" and arrows. It would take a little for him to get back to the other two with the amount of injuries he had sustained.

While Akujin had been fighting, the new combatant who had aided the older adult was handling the "leader" of the group with ease it appeared. She had laid a swift and powerful kick into the head of the leader which brought him down to the ground. Unfortunately for her though, the unarmed user had sent her friend, Riyota, flying into the academy and then turned their attention to her. She had brought the leader down to the ground leaving him seeing stars, but she had a skilled and powerful taijutsu user facing her. What may have been a simple mistake being so young, she had tried to tie the leader down, but forgotten about the other fighter nearby who sent a powerful kick to her shoulder pushing her back enough to launch at the two and trying to send a leg sweep to the unarmed fighter who simply dodged out of the way. The unarmed fighter would then crack their fists at the "rookie" mistake and begin exchanging lefts and rights at Samejima. Samejima could try to fight the much stronger opponent with boxing-like defense and offensive or she could resort to a plan B.

As for Riyota, the child had been send flying by the unarmed fighter and two more grunts of the group had chased after him. They would find the body of the boy laying somewhat motionless, but he would try to get up and fight again which was not a good idea as they took turns "torturing" him by throwing him, punching him and then throwing his body into a bunch of stacked chairs and desks which collapsed on top of him and caused him to begin to bleed. The two man snickered at their handiwork and begun to turn to go assist their unarmed friend, but stopped when they heard movement from under the pile and a different boy appeared with a gaping hole under the bandage that had been hiding it and marks all over his body. The first thought it would be good to go after the boy but was met with a quick and painful death through the heart. The dead corpse collapsed on the ground and before his buddy could do anything, Riyota had already gone after him and the two were in a knife fight against one another. The clash of steel is all that could be heard from outside the academy, but within the battle was intensifying as the grunt was losing ground quickly against Riyota and had to resort to drawing two knives which did not stop Riyota's assault at all. He was clenching his teeth by this point and sweat was racing down his face as his body slowly was tensing up and thus he could not react. Within a few minutes, the man had slipped losing one knife by having it fly and the other one knocked out of his hand. The impact of the strike from Riyota had sent him to the ground and he threw his hands in front of him as Riyota kept approaching. In a last plea, he screamed: "Please...stop! Don't kill me! I made a mistake, I made a mistake. I was just doing what I was ordered to do. If you want to kill anyone, go after Boss!"

Meanwhile, the sword fighters were both laying on the ground still panting heavily now, but still unable to move. In the distance, two white figures could be seen staring at the fight. From their attire, they would seem to be medics, but nobody could know for sure. Within the shadows, there was more and more men waiting to strike when their boss gave them the a-okay. They were not clearly visible to anyone on the battlefield and would not be able to be seen.

[OOC again: If you want to read it all, go ahead. If you want your part then here it is: Riyota, you are the last long paragraph and Samejima, you are the second long paragraph. Everything after the first paragraph relates to yous and in no way would Akujin know this all occurred unless there is obvious reasons like hearing a body flying through the academy and not seeing Riyota.]

Eh? Riyo- "Gah!" Her thoughts were cut short as she was hit with a kick to the shoulder. It was quite a heavy kick, she was thrown back and hoped that last knot on the leader's bindings hadn't been untied. I have to keep talking... She'd learned that talking gave her a clearer picture of the action without her sight, and she was usually unprepared to actually say things so she'd just tell them about how she's feeling. "Ahh that was a good kick. How do you get your leg to send a spin force? Kinda scraped me there a little, skin's stinging... Who's the coat guy? You're pretty good! Oh and hey, while we're at it, lemme ask you terror dudes, why are you guys still trying to blow Suna up? That whole 'rebuilding Suna' thing's currently being fulfilled up top anyway, so why bother?" She tried to speak as clearly as she could while dodging the lefts and rights with a swift duck-and-weave maneuver to get around behind the fist fighter in front of her, and attempted a headlock as soon as she sensed an opening, hopefully choking the man long enough to cause unconsciousness. It was doubtful that that alone would knock him out, and she hadn't taken much of a precaution in regards to keeping the man from attacking her while in said headlock if successful, but she would still have been chattering on about the day and what things were going on with the construction up top. Nothing sensitive of course. Bottom line is, she was still able to 'see' clearly and dodge hits, even if she was forced to undo the headlock.

If the headlock was unsuccessful, or if she was stopped mid-duck, she'd start on the offensive as the sudden shift would take her opponent off guard, going first for the legs by forcefully crossing them and causing the fighter to lose balance, or draw her knife quickly to try and stab it into the fighter's guts if she was stopped before she could get low enough to reach the legs in a split second.

She was still quite worried about Riyota, but... This Riyota seemed... different. More confident. A little unhinged? She could feel some kind of evil energy... but it's Riyota! Surely he couldn't have... That energy wasn't something she'd never felt, but it was, again, different. Subconsciously she twisted her right hand around a little, wondering whether or not she should try and call out that unfamiliar chakra. No... I can't risk losing control like last time. Besides this guy's gonna be a cinch! ...or, y'know, at the very least he won't give me too much trouble. The moment she feels any opponent is far too powerful, she'd likely lose much of her confidence and be hesitant about going on the offensive. At present, he didn't seem to be too tough, but she was cautious against his kicks if nothing else.

Riyota's gaze was distant and detached. It was like all words were just flying straight past him without him processing them properly. The boy nodded slowly "Yes..you made a mistake...but you won't learn from it...unless you are punished for it." there was a distinct, uncharacteristic, sadistic look in his eye as he sauntered towards the cowering Cabal agent "I'm not just going after your boss...I'm going to kill all of you." he spoke as his head tilted to the side, and his murderous smile spread. The man's scream was short but unmistakeably final.

Riyota slowly made his way back outside the building, He picked up a discarded weapon of one of the fighters. His cursed seal had him in a bloodlusted state and he could barely make out friend from foe. As the previously incapacitated leader of the group managed to untie himself and recover his composure, Riyota turned to face him and there was just a few seconds where the two combatants just stared, waiting for the other to make a move. Riyota was the one to break the stalemate as he charged head-on at the leader, who then proceeded to shatter the boy's sword, and then the bone in his left arm. Riyota's dominant hand had been disabled, but the boy still had no control over his actions. He was simply driven by a cursed fury, and he leapt at his opponent once again, kicking at him as fast as he could. Hoping to throw the man off balance so he could attempt to finish him off. There was no mercy in the boy's gaze, and it seemed his mind may be lost for good. He was so intently focused on his current opponent, he could not spare attention to anything else around him.

As the fight continued to ensue, Akujin's eyes had opened again as he was practically defenseless as he walked back to them. He could see the leader of the group had been restrained by being tied up and was on the ground flopping around to try to get up from being bonded. He could also see the new fighter that had aligned with them trying to fight off the unarmed fighter and was surprised at how quickly the littler fighter(he doesn't know Samejima is a girl from the distance he is at) was dodging the strikes. Occasionally, it seemed the unarmed fighter would get a shot in, but he couldn't tell for sure. However, he could see the skills of the little one and once they were done taking out the trash, he would try to befriend this individual as they seemed to be a good asset and ally for him. But that would have to wait as he kept his pace as he got closer to them.

The sight he saw next though was something even he didn't think he would have done. The "ally" had wrapped their arms around the head of the fist-bearer and seemed to be applying pressure to cause unconsciousness or at least drain the energy of the fighter. Unfortunately, the fist-fighter was significantly taller than the little one and thus the little one was lifted off their feet and was flying around in the air holding onto the head. Akujin knew he needed to help or this little roughneck was going to be hurt badly by this bigger man. Sighing while wincing in agony, he stopped his healing jutsu and released a lightning beast towards the man. The creation dashed with snarling and growling and leaped at the man, but the leader had managed to untie himself and slashed at the beast destroying the creation. But his foolish intent would prove fruitless as he would be nailed in the back by Akujin's hand with lighting surrounding it (Chidori) and his central nervous system was shocked causing him to fall to his knees and cough up blood. Akujin would then dash at the fist bearer who had been struggling with the littler fighter locking in a hold. The first fist from Akujin sent the man's head back which in turn sent the little fighter flying. Quickly, he summoned a medical assistant which would catch the little body if the little fighter did not recover mid-air.

The two skilled unarmed shinobi would stare at one another while two white cloaked bodies had came out of the shadows and grabbed the heavy-boded katana brothers. He was going to go after them, but having the leader behind him and this fighter in front of him, it wouldn't have been wise. He would look at the kid who had flown and once they returned to their feet, he would yell out in an orderly fashion: "Don't chase after the sword users. That more than likely is a trap and I am sure there are more around. Once you recover, help me handle these fools."

From the academy all you could hear was a scream of agony as Riyota had murdered the man in cold blood without neither Samejima or Akujin's knowledge. The boy then came out of the academy bearing a new appearance with markings all over his body. When he was closer, his eyes showed nothing but destruction to Akujin and his body language was completely changed than before. This was not good having him look this way as he looked hellbent on destruction. The leader would get up at this point and had a stare-down with the younger male. Within moments, Riyota dashed past Akujin at the man who shattered the weapon that the boy was holding and then the boy's arm as Akujin could hear the shatter. He looked back at the two as Riyota was still going towards the leader kicking as fast as he could with no avail as the leader simply dodged the attacks and landed a strong right hook to the jaw of the boy which probably sent the boy to the ground.

At this point, it was three on two with Akujin's side having the advantage, but there were plenty probably lurking in the shadows. He would get into his fighting stance once again and look at the unarmed fighter and leader. He was between them both while his "allies" were on the outside most on either side. In this situation, he could use the numbers game against them but they could do the same to him. He kept his vision on both of the enemies and sighed. This was going to be tough.

"Heyhey, what's the matter? Can't throw me off? I'm not even on the ground!" Naoki appeared to now be trying to heckle, despite her failed attempt at a proper headlock. As a basic rule, she knew she needed the brute force only applicable by being firmly rooted to the ground, as she had not learned any holds that turned opponent's strength and joints against themselves, but it appears she's failed to drag the man down to her height and ended up just clinging to him by the neck. It was a rather humorous sight, but to the one perpetrating it, it was just humiliating to have failed like that, cheeks hot from the extra blood. Dammit! I'll get taller, just you waaaaatch!

As the man came charging towards them, Naoki managed to sense his fist going in a trajectory that would have caused it to send her flying into the air had she not let go of the man just before the hit landed. For one thing, the man would probably have been too disoriented to see the Naoki-dubbed 'coat guy' coming from the front, and the genin did not want to get hit by anything if she could help it. After safely getting out of the way, she performed a water jutsu that allowed for a covert strike upwards (Grand Waterfall: Erupting Geyser + Special Action) on the leader and the unarmed fighter, targeting their chins and hopefully sending them both upwards to land on their backs.

"Aye aye sir!" She nodded and gave a half-serious salute as she started an assault on the hopefully still prone unarmed fighter from earlier, with an initial Charged One-Two, modified to first try and kick the man into the air, with the second launching him further up. If successful, she'd attempt the 16-Hit Combo with her Sound-augmented battle knife, using sound to figure out any particularly weak spots in his body and hitting those areas as well as some random ones to try and find more. If the shot into the air was unsuccessful, the genin would still perform the 16-Hit Combo though with extra caution against the man's upcoming attacks. She knew she couldn't keep her focus up for very long, but at the very least she needed to keep it up for just about as long as it took to catch him off guard...

If she managed to do so and sneak up behind him once more, she would attach a couple explosive tags to his back as a stealth attack, previously primed just in case something like this would be necessary. Those would be helpful in assisting her against him later, and she saved the last one she had on hand for the leader if the coat guy had any problems with him.

The sudden scream of agony did indeed break her focus however, and in this split second she would have been open to an attack, but recovery would be swift as she realized that scream did not come from her friend. Riyota... What happened? He was bright and cheery the last time they'd met... A little strange, but definitely not the unhinged brand of strange. Did I still have that sticker he gave me? No... was it more than one? She tried to rack her brains as to what on earth she did with it (or them), but drew a blank, likely due to the concentration she was putting into the task at hand. She shifted into a defensive position and prepared to counter some attacks if the man she'd engaged was still standing, but would capitalize on the chance to immobilize him if he wasn't.

Riyota was not in good shape, he was bleeding heavily, his dominant arm and his jaw were broken, his Solar seal could only do so much and he was burning out faster than he could handle. The side of Riyota in charge though, didn't care, and so Riyota continued his assault, despite the odds being the way they were. He put himself into overdrive, his overall health starting to go at a rate that was half as long yet twice as bright. The boy's mouth twitched as he broke into a twisted grin. "My...Turn... He said to the leader, before leaping at him at lightning speed. He was on the man within a few microseconds, curled up almost into a ball. His feet on the man's chest nd gripping tightly to the man's shoulder. He brought his head in to the side of the opponent and did his best to ignore the pain as he snapped his jaw shut on the man's ear. A bit of shattered bone cutting the inside of the boy's mouth. His bite exerting a large amount of force on the man's ear. He tugged and ripped away at it, until eventually the flesh tore and the ear came loose along with Riyota. The boy rolled along the ground and spat out the ear, blood trickling along his lips. He started to giggle lightly. Before leaping at the disorientated leader again, this time going for his eyes.

The two younger shinobi were holding their ground against the adversaries and that alone was impressing Akujin. It wouldn't had been as impressive had Akujin been able to handle the whole gang himself, but he was having some difficulty himself with them considering he was outnumbered and not being the most strategic one of the three in the "war-zone." Still, he would love to sit down with both of them after this fighting and learn more about how they fight and try to figure out if they had any weak points in their styles. But for now, it was time to finish fighting these men and hope and pray there was no more lurking in the shadows. If there was some still around, they were being extremely stealthy considering none of the three true shinobi had noticed them at all. Personally, he wanted to know where the katana users were at since their bodies vanished, but he shrugged as he jumped away from the two enemies as his two "allies" were engaging them. He would wait to strike until the other two were done and thus he would stand in the distance watching what happened before he got involved.

It would appear the unnamed shinobi was the first one to strike as she(if it is obvious to tell Samejima is a girl close) would conjure up a liquid river that would shot the unarmed fighter up into the air where it would appear an unnatural bending of the leg indicating the jutsu had broken or at least torn the leg. Of course nobody would be able to tell the leg was harmed until they were up close which was what the female shinobi would do by nailing the fighter multiple times in rapid fashion much like Akujin was capable of doing. However, what caught him off guard was the attaching of exploding notes on the fighter which caused Akujin to dash out from where he was standing and throw the notes off the man's body and right at the girl cursing under his breath as he kicked the fighter in the chin and then wrapped his bandages around the fighter before beginning to spin quickly in a circle to the ground causing a loud crash and tremor. He would lay beside the fighter for a second catching his breath before getting up and looking at the girl shaking his head. He would say with some scorn in his voice: "Let's not use exploding notes in a closed area like this. We are not trying to blow the academy up in the process are we? Aside from that, good strategy to target him and he should be out for a good while. Let's focus on the--"

The last part of his sentence would be cut off from the screaming he heard from behind him. When he turned around, his eyes would widen at the sight in front of him. There was blood spilling everywhere from the man as a piece of his body was laying near Riyota and the boy's mouth was covered in blood. The leader himself was holding tightly onto the part of is ear that remained if any and was intensely in pain. Before anyone could truly process what had happened, Riyota was dashing at the leader again and his eyes and body language signaled deathly intent. If he wasn't stopped, he was going to murder the pain in cold blood like he probably did the grunts in the academy. Luckily for the group, Akujin had dashed past the leader and prepared for Riyota. The lack of experience was going to catch up on Riyota now as he headed straight towards the leader and did not care if the Kanemoto male got in the way or not as he leaped right at Akujin. Teeth would meet flesh as Akujin was bit and the girl would see him wincing in pain, but he wrapped his other arm around the boy and his gaze at the boy would be enough probably to stop him right in his tracks. If Akujin's jutsu had hit its mark, the boy would see himself trapped inside of a box. The box itself did not exist, but it would stop him momentarily while Akujin could talk to the other kiddo on their team. "Ma'am, come over here and watch Riyota please. If he starts stirring, you have my permission to restrain him." he would state as he walked over to the leader sitting on his knees holding onto his ear/side of his head.

Akujin's arms would be folded looking at the man as he began talking to him. "Are you going to talk? Or am I going to have to let you sit there and bleed to death? If you start talking, I will spar your life more than likely. If you choose to keep quiet, I will end your life for you."
"Why...*coughs*..should I talk to you?! You are a part of the problem, you all..argh, damn it."
"Part of the problem? What problem? I am not even a part of this village so don't bring accusations against me!"
"You are helping *cough**cough**cough* fuck. Just heal me, I will talk I promise."
"Very well, but I don't trust you at all, so you are coming with me after I am done healing you."

With that, he kneed beside the man and had the man remove his hand from his head where he would see the outer parts of the ear were torn away like he assumed, but the ear was still functioning properly aside from looking ugly. Quickly, he placed his hand on his ear and a green aura appeared once again around his hand as he whispered to the man that it would be okay and that he didn't want to hurt him. Within a few minutes, the bleeding at subsided and aside from the obvious pain, the man should've been fine. Once he got up, he saw the man reach for another kunai and stopped the blade with his own. He then shook his head as both his and his opponent's body froze in place as Akujin had sent the man to the Illusionary World with him where there was nothing but darkness and them standing there together with everything they had brought to the physical fight. He crossed his arms again and sighed at the man. "I am going to give you one last chance to talk and tell me everything you know. This is it, your decision will decide your fate. Choose to not talk and you will die in this world and the real world."

[OOC: I hope this makes sense. I did some controlling of your actions and I am sorry for that. Riyota, you are in Mime Box which is a B-ranked Visual Jutsu. To both, I used Mental Kombat which is an A-ranked Will Jutsu. It puts the target and caster into an illusion world which is why I said both bodies froze as they are technically there but not there. Unarmed fighter is KO'ed. The people in the background watching still cannot be seen nor will they attack unless provoked. Have fun!]

Surprised as the man took the exploding tags, shooting them back at her, Naoki would pause in her activation of said tags, just barely avoiding being blown up herself. Of course, it wouldn't have caused her much damage and were really meant more as a distraction due to their low damage potential, since they were by all means regular exploding tags, issued to all genin. However, the momentary inability to comprehend what she'd done wrong was enough to cause her to freeze momentarily before picking the tags up and stuffing them back in her bag. Wha-?! What? What'd I do? Uh... Well, I guess he's knocked out so whatever... But geez this guy's paranoid. And coming from her, that was really something.

A shrill scream pierced through the air, and Naoki flinched as she heard it, not least due to the sickening crunching and squelching sound that accompanied it. The- It was coming from her friend's direction, and it did not sound pleasant in the least... but she didn't recognize the scream as being from a young boy. Her thoughts were once again cut short by the coat guy, telling her to go and keep a proverbial eye on Riyota. M-ma'am? Me? Naturally, not used to being called by something like ma'am, Naoki's confusion worsened before she stepped towards the voice, blindfold still over her eyes, as they have been for the entire brawl, as she tried to figure out what was wrong. The heck... is this smell...? Blood? Why is it so thick? She was sure she hadn't stabbed the gunner enough to draw this much blood, at least not enough to have bled out so much in such a short time. Was someone else bleeding?

Riyota was denied his kill, he knew that as soon as his teeth met flesh of an unfamiliar taste. His gaze passed over the man...'Kyuji' and then Riyota felt himself unable to move. He slumped to the ground, paralyzed.
The following will be taking place inside Riyota's mind, so IC no-one else is hearing nor seeing this.

"So this is what it feels like to lose control..." Riyota sighed as he sat in a chair in empty space. "Let's admit it, it's much easier like this. You're a lot better at fighting anyhow." the boy sat across from him, it wasn't even really a boy. It was simply a mental manifestation of all of Riyota's negative emotions. Fear, Hate, Anger, etc. Staring him dead in the eyes, a twisted mockery of the Boy. "I killed those people, hurt Kyuji." "Yeah, now you gotta help me figure out how to escape from the mind trap he's got us in." The other figure told him, for now let's refer to him as Atoyir.

Riyota shook is head "It's better if we stay like this, if I was let free the way I am...the way you made me, I could hurt Naoki." the boy stared down at his feet. "Ah yes, precious Naoki, current light of your life...Pathetic." Atoyir sneered. "That's all you are pathetic, pathetic, pathetic. Can't protect your friends, Can't keep your family around, and can't even keep control of yourself." Riyota's emotions stirred slightly at the mention of his parents, and in the real world the boy moved a bit. "You know as well as I do...being that you are me, that there are no leads to follow on them...No way to find them"

"Have you even bothered to try?"

The question hit Riyota like a shot to the chest as he realised he'd made no attempt to find his parents. It struck him that he had always been excusing it under the guise that he wasn't trained enough...but how long would that continue. "Fine" Riyota stormed towards Atoyir and grabbed the collar of his jacket. "Then I accept you, I realise there's no way to escape you. So way waste the energy." Atoyir smiled victoriously. "There's one catch though...I'm calling the shots, nothing happens without my say so." the boy stared daggers through his opposite and in a flash of blinding light and energy.

He was whole...
