Ninpocho Chronicles

Ninpocho Chronicles is a fantasy-ish setting storyline, set in an alternate universe World of Ninjas, where the Naruto and Boruto series take place. This means that none of the canon characters exists, or existed here.

Each ninja starts from the bottom and start their training as an Academy Student. From there they develop abilities akin to that of demigods as they grow in age and experience.

Along the way they gain new friends (or enemies), take on jobs and complete contracts and missions for their respective villages where their training and skill will be tested to their limits.

The sky is the limit as the blank page you see before you can be filled with countless of adventures with your character in the game.

This is Ninpocho Chronicles.

"Not gonna lie, I am sore!" The voice of a young girl rang through the streets of the Red Oak District. Since they only had Shinzo's class this morning, the two academy students found the streets less busy than usual, only just starting to pick up the usual afternoon foot traffic. The morning street vendors were beginning to tear down while the afternoon vendors claimed their spots, and the smell of stronger spices began to fill the warm air. These streets were some of Reicheru's favorites in all of Konoha, full of vibrant life and good memories. They passed by several shops and vendors before coming to the dividing line between Ichiraku Ramen and Azumi’s Dango Shop. Normally chaotic and bustling to get through the line of customers, for now they seemed calmer, most people still being in class or at the office. "Azumi's has great green tea, good for a weary body! My treat." Reicheru said to her newfound friend before making her way into the shop.

Locating a few empty stools, Reicheru sat up at the bar and ordered a plate of dango for her and Kahora to split and two cups of green tea. While they waited, Reicheru stretched her neck one way and then the other, feeling a slight pop each time. That obstacle course had taken a toll; she didn't want to think about how she'd be feeling tomorrow. Settling into her chair and propping her elbow up on the table, chin in her hand, she turned to Kahora and smiled. "You know, it was always my dream to get into the academy and become a shinobi. Even though it can be exhausting, like today, it's everything I wanted it to be so far." She paused for a moment, looking around at the other people enjoying their lunch, many of them with friends, some of them seemingly on lunch break, others just taking some tea while they read the paper. All of them were her family, and the reason she was doing what she was. Could she ask for a better daily reminder? Turning back to her fellow student, she cocked her head with a smile and asked, "So what do you think about the academy so far? Is it all you were expecting?"

It had been a very, very long day at the academy when Maikeru finally managed to leave for the day. Between the studying, the practical exams, and the other students, he found both his body and his mind quite exhausted. He subconsciously rubbed at the back of his neck as he made his way through town. There were few things that helped more on a day like this than a cup of tea, and a trip to one of the local bath houses. The combination of drink and warmth helped ease his stiff muscles and weary mind in a way he had not found in anything else. It was walking through the town, when he noticed the two girls around his age. He stopped as he saw them walking into the dango shop, and rubbed the back of his head.

He recognized them as academy students, though their names currently slipped his mind. Even as he thought on it, they seemed on the tip of his tongue, as if they had been introduced or been in the same class as him, but he just couldn't grasp at the information. Well, regardless, they were both cute in their own way, though probably a bit young for him. Regardless, it would be irresponsible as a young man to pass up a chance to have good conversation with two girls in his social group. At least, that's what he convinced himself of as he began to make his way into the shop.

He stood in the entrance way for a moment, getting a bearing of the lay out. He had never been in here before, but, most shops like this at least served tea, which was what he had been looking for anyway. He noticed the two girls sitting, and made his way over to them, a bit sheepishly as his nervousness began to come over him.

"Um.. hello.." He said softly, giving a small smile and a wave as he approached the two. "I'm Maikeru.. we're both in the academy I think. Would uh, would you mind if I Joined the two of you for a cup of tea? It beats drinking alone, and I could use some good company after a stressful day like today."

“Me too. Exercising is bad enough but trying to get through a meat grinder is an absolute killer. At least we’ve got each other to complain about it.” Kahora was extremely grateful to have her first friend be so understanding of the struggles of the academy. She was grateful that Reicheru even spoke to her in the first place. Hopefully her parents would approve. If she proved to them that her place at the academy is rightly deserved and that she is well-respected, then they might be more lenient towards her decision to join.

Both girls walked side by side through the lively streets of Konoha. Kahora kept getting so nervous about saying the wrong thing and then losing her only friend in the village. She made sure to listen to every word so that she was never left in an awkward situation where she didn’t know what to say. The Senju girl eyed the shops as they walked past, she recognised a few but few. It wasn’t like at this age she had much of her own money to go out with. Money! Crap! I didn’t bring any. How on earth am I going to go out for lunch now. In the midst of her freak out, Kahora’s ears perked up as soon as Saitou mentioned tea. Kahora loooved green tea. The small girl felt kinda bad she couldn’t pay for her own but was internally grateful when her friend offered to pay for her. “Thank you so much. I can take you to a good ramen place tomorrow, if you’d like. My treat.”

Kahora waited for her friend to sit down first and out of nowhere cued her gradually impending panic. Oh god. Oh no. Where do I sit???? How close can I sit to her without it being weird? How do I act?? Oh god. What if I have gas? What do I do then? Oh god oh god oh god. The academy didn’t prepare me for this. She tried her very best to keep her breathing calm and to seem rather normal on the outside despite her anxiety taking over. She tried to focus on the voice of Reicheru, the green tea and how good the dango was to keep her sane. You can do this. Listening to her speak calmed her down initially, she had a rather soothing voice and that helped her immensely. “It’ll be worth it in the end I hope. My parents hate me for being in the academy, we’ve hardly spoken since I showed them my acceptance letter. But it’s definitely been more exciting than anything else I’ve done in my life. I feel like I’m finally becoming someone, you know?” Kahora said with a mouthful of dango and green tea. She heard someone walk up behind her, stuffing another dango in her mouth she turned around to face them, “Hewow, shaw woo can. Sowwy wis is so good.” The small girl swallowed the delicious food whilst merely grinning at them. Probably shouldn’t have spoken with my mouth full. Oops.

As Kahora explained how her parents had reacted to her decision to join the academy, Reicheru had to consciously keep her jaw from falling open; with a mouth full of dango, that wouldn't have been terribly polite. She knew that there were kids who wanted to join the academy but couldn't because of their parents, but she hadn't yet met a classmate whose parents were unsupportive. More so than making it through an obstacle course from hades, that was something that must have required great strength and courage. She smiled as her new friend ended her thought on a positive note, impressed by her optimism. "Yeah, I definitely know what you mean. And I'm sorry to hear about all that with your parents, I can't even imagine--"

Before she could continue, she heard a soft voice behind Kahora before she saw who it belonged to. Looking up at the boy standing there, Rei thought she might have recognized him - another student? With those features, was it…? No, it wasn't him; this was a new kid. But what was his name?? As the boy waved, she breathed a sigh of relief when he introduced himself as Maikeru, saving her from looking rude if he knew who they were. After her friend invited him to join them between between bites, Reicheru added with a smile, "Like she said, of course you can join us! I'm Reicheru, and this is Kahora." As the boy sat, Reicheru caught the chef's attention as he passed by and ordered another plate of dango so that they would have plenty to go around with their new company. "Whenever my mom is away on a mission, she leaves some money for food because she knows I'd probably die if I had to cook for myself, I'm pretty lousy at it," she said with a laugh before motioning to the plate, inviting Maikeru to partake as well. "So this money was specifically designated to be used for food, so don't feel bad or anything, help yourself!"

While they ate, Reicheru caught a glimpse of the Uchiha clan symbol on the new boy's shirt. Suddenly, she realized why his features had reminded her of the other boy; they ran in his clan. She was immediately reminded of her only encounter thus far with an Uchiha - the night Nitish attempted to steal a pair of mangekyo sharingan from the Uchiha clan house, only to be stopped by the Hokage. It would seem that the Uchiha were an intense bunch, based on her limited interactions but also on the reading she had done on the clan after the incident. Yet Maikeru seemed different, at least so far. She wondered if it was just his age, or if his family had come from somewhere else, or something else entirely. Regardless, if anyone knew not to sum someone up based solely on their clan, it was Reicheru. So as much as she wanted to ask about these things floating through her mind, she opted for something a little less intrusive. "So Maikeru, how long have you been at the academy? I think I've seen you around, but not sure if we've ever had a class together. Speaking of, Kahora and I just got out of a class with Shinzo-sensei. If you haven't taken one with him yet, I'd recommend it, he's a nice guy - just be ready for one heck of a workout!" she said, looking over her should at some of the bruises she'd received from the first part of the course before reaching for her tea, sipping while she listened to his response.

Maikeru gave a small, polite bow, before taking a seat next to Kahora. He raised a hand to get the attention of a nearby waitress, giving her a small smile as he ordered a plate of dango, and a cup of green tea. He felt slightly awkward sitting with the girl, having not really taken much time to hang out with many people outside of the academy. He had his friend group, and outside of that, he was pretty antisocial. It was something he was working on however, and he swallowed silently at the anxiety building quickly in his chest.

"Ah, well, thank you.." He said in response to the offer of free food. "But, my father would be disappointed if I let a friend cover the full meal. I'll at least pay for myself, but, I do appreciate the offer, truly."

He gave a small nod of his head, as he thought of what to say next. He was so nervous it was hard for him to pay attention, but he caught the tail end of the question directed at him. He rubbed the back of his head sheepishly, as he let out a nervous laugh.

"I've.. actually been going to the academy for a while. Well, on and off, I had to help with some home stuff, which took a lot of time from my studies. But that uh.. passed on, so, I have more time to actually attend classes now. I'm just not the most social guy, y'know? I've always preferred to just stay in my friend group, but, I'm making a conscious effort to be better about it. What about you two? The way you're talking, it strikes me that you're either brand new, or in your first year."

He waited patiently for his order to get here, hoping it would arrive so he would have something to do with his hands. He was struggling to figure out what the socially appropriate thing to do was, so he resigned to just resting one on each of his thighs, tapping them rhythmically to try and help calm his heart rate.

As the warm tea coursed through her, Reicheru was able to relax her stiff muscles a little more and listen to her fellow student a little better. She nodded as he bought his own dango and tea, respecting the ---- his father had taught him. She was a little surprised to learn that Maikeru had been at the academy longer than her since she hadn't seen him much, but thinking about it again she supposed it made sense since he did look a bit older than her. She turned her head slightly as he mentioned his reason for being in and out of classes, and the odd phrasing of the issue passing on. She chalked it up to the boy being visibly nervous about interacting with people outside of his usual friend group and gave him a soft, reassuring smile.

"Gotcha, that explains why we haven't had a class together yet I guess. I just finished my first year, but I'm kind of in the same boat in the friend department. My cousin goes to the academy too, so we usually spar and take classes together. Which made it nice, already knowing someone coming in, but it kind of stopped me from branching out and making more friends until now," she said, grinning at Kahora. She paused to take another bite of dango, savoring the warmth of the sweet for a moment while she pondered how to continue. Finally, she asked, "So you know how we feel about the academy - how about you, what are your thoughts? Any insights for us as someone who's been around longer?"

Trying to swallow all the dango Kahora shoved in her mouth, she had to make sure it didn’t all fall out once she spoke. Stop making yourself look like a disgusting idiot Kahora. Come on, be normal for once in your life! Once the food was safely making its way into her stomach, the Senju girl stood up and placed her hand out in front of her waiting for the boy to shake it but then remembered that kids don’t really shake each other’s hands and that she spent too much time hanging around adults and old people. Nervously lowering her hand, Kahora thought about going for a hug but… that would be weird too, so she just sat back down and tried so desperately not to die of embarrassment.

“Hello, yeah, I’m Kahora, what brings you here?” She directed at Maikeru whilst still engaging in her conversation with Saitou. “It was really kind of you anyway Reicheru, regardless of who’s money it is. Don’t make yourself short money wise, I can eat my body weight. Especially these delicious dango’s, why haven’t I had these before?” Kahora said shoving another and another and another in her mouth. Usually she wouldn’t take advantage of a situation like this, but Shinzo’s class left her starving and in pain, so she had to do what she had to do and keep stuffing her face. Eat through the pain and all.

Noticing Maikeru’s nervous behaviour strangely comforted the Senju girl, they were all in the same boat and were all equally nervous about putting themselves out there. It was also reassuring to hear that he’s been at the academy for a while, at least she had someone, other than a teacher, who she could come to with her dumb questions. Wanting to ease his anxiety as quickly as possible, Kahora spoke almost instantly after he had finished, “If it makes you feel better, this is the first time I’ve socialised with people my own age. My only friend is the cat that sometimes sneaks in through my bedroom window… sorry that was weird. But true. So… uh... you’re doing well. Anyway, I’m new. Only joined the academy a few weeks ago and it’s been a bit of a wild ride so far but it’s the coolest thing I’ve ever done! Don’t you guys think it’s cool?”

The small Nanjirou girl skips into the dango shop excited to have a treat after class. She only zoned out five times today and she may have even learned something new. A math problem about determining the trajectory of a thrown kunai. Or was it a history lesson about the original meeting of the founders of the leaf. No, it was definitely about biology. Whatever, she would figure that out later. She had a reason to celebrate and she would remember why later. She took a quick look around the place as she entered and only recognized one face among the crowd, Maikeru, the oldest of their little gang. She scurries over and yells at him, probably a bit too loud, from right behind him. "Hey Maikeru!!! What you doing here? I decided to get some dango after class. You must have had the same thought."

She turns and notices the two others with Maikeru and lowers her voice a bit. "Oh, I'm sorrry. I didn't mean to interrupt you all. I'm Nanjirou Daenerisu. I hope I'm not bothering either you. I know I can get a bit... overly excited at times." The blonde girl gives a polite bow to the two as she introduces herself to them. Despite being a bit hyperactive, Daenerisu seems to have picked up at least a little bit of manners from her grandfather. "Aren't you going to introduce me to your friends?" She turns to Maikeru after giving him almost no time to actually introduce her to them.

"Ah, well..." Maikeru started, sheepishly rubbing the back of his head, messing up his already wild mess of hair. "Honestly, I've only been in the academy about.. a year, a year and a half in total. I had an illness in the family, so I had to help my parents with that. From what I've learned though, avoid classes with people who don't specialize in what you want, or who are teaching a class they don't specialize in. It never tends to end well for those involved."

He took a sip from his tea that had arrived, enjoying the warm aroma and strong taste of the leaves. He steeped the tea a bit more, before setting the cup down in front of him and looking between the two girls. It was weird he had never met them before, he thought he had met everyone. It wasn't that big of an academy after all, but, he guessed fate was funny that way sometimes. He was about to continue speaking when a familiar voice rang out behind him.

Maikeru liked Danny, she was loud and boisterous and full of energy. It was a bit much at times, but, he always assumed that would temper a bit with time and age. He gave the girl a soft smile as he patted the seat next to him, implying he wished her to come sit next to him. He gave the girl a bit of time to get into her seat, before he continued speaking. It was only polite, after all.

"Yes, of course. Guys, this is Nanjirou Daenerisu. I just call her Danny, though. Danny, this is Saitou Reicheru and Mihoki Kahora. I actually met them about five minutes ago, so, I can't really tell you a whole lot about them, sadly. So far I know they enjoy Dango and tea, so, there alright in my book. Though, I would prefer Udon at the moment.."

Reicheru chuckled as Kahora talked about befriending one of the village cats, and nodded as Maikeru mentioned what he'd found helpful in his time at the academy. As the afternoon bustle started to jump on the street outside, the smell of ramen from across the street could be picked up more clearly and the steam in the dango shop began to rise and fill the place even more strongly with the aroma of various teas. The chatter of people, civilians and shinobi alike, blended together to create an oddly quiet buzz. It would seem in every way to be a normal day in a normal village, and the three of them could be seen as normal children enjoying a normal lunch, passing normal small talk. "I agree Kahora, it is cool. And thanks for the advice, Maikeru. Though I imagine taking a class in something not your specialty would help make one more well-rounded, wouldn't it? I dunno, maybe that's something we'll all figure out later." Even the way they discussed what it was they studied, it was all incredibly… normal.

The arrival of a boisterous young girl was enough to remind Reicheru of just how abnormal this life they all led really was. It seemed one of Maikeru's friends that he had mentioned before had spotted him, and Rei couldn't help but smile at her… enthusiasm. The smile dampened, though didn't disappear completely, as the newcomer introduced herself. "Nanjirou?" Reicheru muttered quietly to herself. She'd never met another member of her clan outside of her mother's side of the family, and well… as we said earlier, it was enough to say that Reicheru knew better than anyone not to judge someone by their last name.

Suddenly Reicheru realized she'd been silent long enough to be bordering on rude, so after fluttering her eyelids in a few quick blinks to bring her mind back to the present, she smiled and reciprocated the customary bow. "Nice to meet you, Daenerisu! I'm Saitou Reicheru." Though Maikeru had already introduced her by her full name, she made sure to include the her surname again. Not that it would mean anything to anyone other than herself, but it was the singular instance of pride that the young kunoichi allowed herself. "Though if we're using nicknames, feel free to call me Rei. Half of my family is actually Nanjirou, though they're all from Stone. I didn't even know there were other Nanjirou in Leaf, actually. So like, are you from around here?" the dark-haired girl asked in earnest, doing her best to keep an unbiased perspective and keep her family from clouding her judgment. It helped that Danny's appearance reminded her more of her own mother than her grandmother, and the fact that the too-large-for-her longsword reminded Reicheru that she too was only a child. Motioning to an empty seat, Reicheru implored, "Please grab a seat and join us, and have some dango, we ordered extra!"

A big grin crosses her face as Maikeru introduces her to his new friends. Daenerisu hops up on the seat and adjusts the sword that she carries on her back. As she settles into the seat, she begins swinging her feet as she is too short to reach the floor. She doesn't seem to notice Rei’s slight pause and fading smile, let alone understand the implications of it. In fact, she seems to grow even more excited at the mention of more Nanjirou here in the leaf. The only Nanjirou she knew in person was her grandfather.

“Nice to meet you two, too. I didn't know there was anymore of us here either. It's just been me and my grandpa here as far as I've ever known. But I think we still have family back in the Stone. We moved here when I was little. Something about a fresh start or something, I don't know, but I like it here!”

She shrugs as she says that last part and goes back to swinging her legs. Daenerisu helps herself to a little bit of the dango and licks her lips as she looks at it. Before eating, she looks back to the others.

“Thanks for offering. I would LOVE some dango! I can't believe you like udon more than dango. Something is wrong with you, Mai-chan! It's so much sweeter and therefore better than udon.”

As she begins eating the snack, she looks over to Reicheru. In between bites, she asks, “What about you? Are you from the Leaf or did you move here like me?”

"There is a lot wrong with me Danni, but, we don't talk about that. Not since.. the incident.." He said, giving a small smile to show he was obviously kidding. "But, I didn't realize there was another Nanjirou in the leaf. Your name was Saitou, I thought. Father's name I take it?"

Maikeru popped his last dango in his mouth, enjoy the taste of the treat. He did like Udon more than Dango, more than anything really. Still, he could appreciate a bit of a difference in diet every now again. His doctor would probably appreciate it as well.. Regardless, Maikeru enjoyed his time here. He made two new friends, and introduced an old friend to some of her family. All in all, he'd say this was a successful day.

"Well, it's getting late. I have some training to do before I head home for the night, so, I shall leave you ladies to your girl talk. Don't want a cootie filled boy to get in the way of that." He ruffled Danni's hair as he stood, laying enough money on the table for both himself and Danni. "My treat Danni, tell your grandpa I appreciated his help making my swords. Anyway, have a nice night, and don't stay out too late. We have school tomorrow..."

Nodding to confirm Maikeru's assumption that Saitou was her paternal family name, she gave a small wave as the boy made his move to leave. "Not a sweets guy, eh? I'll introduce you to a more savory type of dango next time. See ya, Maikeru!" Turning her attention back to Daenerisu who'd asked about her origins, Rei sipped her cooling tea before answering. "I was born here in Konoha. My mother is from Stone, but she met my father here when they were young while traveling through Fire Country on a mission. She was actually the one who encouraged him to join Leaf's academy, funnily enough. My mom and her parents fought to retake Konoha from the Samurai, and they all stayed to help rebuild. She reconnected with my dad, and the rest is history. So Leaf is all I've ever known, though my mom says that when I'm older we're gonna visit Earth Country together!" Reicheru beamed; as much as she loved her village, she'd always wanted to see what the world beyond the gates held. "Sorry if that's more than you were asking for, I just think my parents' love story is cute, in its own weird shinobi way. Anyway, I know you said you were little when you moved, but do you remember much about Stone? Any desire to go back? And how about you Kahora, any places you'd like to see?"

Kahora squealed internally as another girl turned up to join them for lunch. Her heart was filled with so much joy at the prospectus of having more friends, or any at all. It was exactly what she wanted, if not more. Staring one by one at her hopefully friends, she couldn’t understand why her parents were so against her joining the academy because nothing bad could come from this, surely not. Trying not too get into it too much, she took a sip of her tea and smiled warmly towards the new girl who, according to Maikeru, was called Danny. Kahora slid the plate of dango’s towards Danny as a peace offering… or a friendship offering.

“Hey Danny, I’m Kahora. I don’t really have a nickname, never really had anyone to give me one. Have you guys got any ideas? It would be so cool if we could all have one for each other!” She wiggled her legs under the table in excitement at the thought of them all hanging out again and having secret names for each other. The Senju girl listened carefully to the other girls revealing their heritage. Deep down, she was sort of jealous they could bond over something as significant as this. She kind of hoped she could meet someone with the same powers as her one day and they could work together for the greater good. Regardless, she was happy for the two of them.

She was just about ask if they all wanted to meet up tomorrow after the academy but Maikeru announced that he had to leave and she internally panicked if she had said something wrong. Ugh, was I too weird? I just really like dango, and friends. Hopefully, she would get the chance to see him again and hang out with him some more. Maybe she could tempt him with udon!

Focusing her attention back to the two girls, she thought about what Saitou had asked her. Where did she wanna go? “I’d love to go wherever there’s nature. It’s like coming home no matter what forest I’m in, it’s all the same. There’s so much beauty in nature, makes me appreciate the little things. Where would you both like to go?”

Daenerisu scowls as Maikeru ruffles her hair. She mutters under her breath as he walks away and finishes by sticking her tongue out at the back of his head.

“Yea… you better leave… or… or I’ll…”

She turns back to Rei and Kahora after watching Maikeru leaves. A smile replaces the scowl as she listens to Rei talk about her family.

“Oh, no. It was a very cute story. I don't actually know too much about how my parents met. I know my father was a great swordsman and my mother was very nice, but I've never really heard stories about their meeting. So it was great to hear a real life love story!”

Danii thinks for a moment.

“I don't remember anything about the Stone village. We moved here before I even turn one, but I've heard enough stories to want to visit it one day. I'd love to train under the same teachers as my father did and learn their styles.”

Her eyes light up as an idea seems to cross her mind. She throws her hands up almost losing her balance in her chair.

“We should go visit together when we get out of the academy!!! It would be fun to travel with another Nanjirou to our homeland.”

Danii turns towards Kahora and gives the girl a big, friendly smile.

“Hi Kahora. Nice to meet you! I’ll I’ll have to think on the nickname, but I bet we could get definitely work on one!”

She listens as Kahora talks about her plans for travel.

“Nature is nice, but I would like to visit places where I could learn more sword styles and even see new types of swords. Maybe you could join us. I'm sure there’s some beautiful nature between here and the Stone Village!”

Pondering over Kahora's name after her friend mentioned not having a nickname of her own, Reicheru took another bite of dango before throwing her hand in the air, pointer finger extended to indicate her discovery. "You're a Senju, aren't you? Or at least you've got some really insane wood affinity. Your family name, Mihoki, can be shortened to Miki (beautiful tree). That's pretty fitting if you ask me, what do you think?" she asked with a smile.

Turning back to Daenerisu and her talk of travel, her grin widened. "I would love that. My mom is a great teacher, but she's gone a lot, so having some other Nanjirou to learn from, about our bloodline specifically, would be incredible. Of course, the Nanjirou aren't the only ones who could teach us something," she held her chin between her index finger and her thumb, pondering over Kahora's question on where all they'd like to go. "Snow is home to the samurai, who the Nanjirou are descended from, so we could maybe reach even further back into the fundamentals if we went there. Lightning Country could also be cool, get to know our allies and… well, being a peninsula and all, I'm sure there are some great beaches to be seen!" As much as the idea of walking past those gates frightened Reicheru in a way, knowing that often people didn't walk back in, her mother's stories of Stone and of her missions in exotic places had sown in her an itch to see more than this little village. "Alright, we have to do it. When we're Genin, we'll get passports and see the world. Promise!" As she proclaimed this with one hand clenched in a fist and the other holding a dango skewer, she felt hopeful that these would be people she could grow with. Though they had just met, being at the academy was often bond enough, and their shared interest could strengthen that.

Her dreaming was interrupted as she looked down and noticed Maikeru's wallet on the floor beneath the chair he'd been sitting in. Checking the clock on the wall, her eyebrows shot up and she leaned over in her seat to grab the wallet. "Hey guys, Maikeru left his wallet, I'm gonna try to catch him - I need to get going anyway, I didn't realize how late it had gotten! My cousin and I always spar after our afternoon classes, and I'm probably going to be late. I'll see you guys at the academy tomorrow - maybe we can check out what special classes they're having next week and sign up for one together!" Giving a small wave, she put enough money down to cover her and Kahora's part since Maikeru had taken care of Daenerisu's before heading out. "I had fun! See you tomorrow!"
