A series of explosions rocked the soil beneath the 44th training ground, the wire fences surrounding the area trembling violently still as relative peace and quiet returned just as suddenly as it had been disturbed. The offender of said peace and quiet was busy scribbling a few marks down in the notebook carried around by him, seemingly whilst observing the effects his actions had had thus far: A smoldering crater a good twenty feet wide, trees uprooted and boulders despite their resistance having been turned in naught but gravel, Yoshihisa was nonetheless fairly displeased by his works, the scowl he wore on his face not exactly hiding this fact either.
He had went through great lengths to obtain the position he occupied today, but all it seemed to bring was a string of unremarkable accomplishments and all the more damning failures, or at least perceived them to be such. For no matter what those around him may have said, during this time of trials for the village as a whole he didn't often seem to pull his weight, not terrible but nothing to write home about either. Yes, he was indeed young enough for a bounty of wisdom and experience to await him in the future, but then again he was never one for genuine patience either. Had he restricted himself too much by accepting the honor of the office he held? Perhaps so, but as he detonated another intense explosive and the searing ashed rained down upon him he knew that he'd have to make due, and not just for his sake alone.
