He had followed Kazuki to Wind Country, the paid barely speaking and so eventually Kushin had just let the man go on ahead, they had decided they would meet outside the village at some point when preparations had been made.
Kushin would in the mean time take some time in a small desert town which had been built up amongst some rocks. It seemed to him that the rocks had acted as a barrier from the elements, allowing some plant life to grow, which had in turn meant a good spot for a settlement. He didn't get up to much while there, wrote letters of his travels for his son which he wouldn't send and would simply seal away to hand to the boy for reading once he returned.
For now he would spend his days drinking and studying some of the text he had taken with him. So much knowledge at his fingertips, there was no hope for him to be able to take it all in.
[ooc: just gonna leave it at this till Kazuki says otherwise, Kushin - iNPC]
