Ninpocho Chronicles

Ninpocho Chronicles is a fantasy-ish setting storyline, set in an alternate universe World of Ninjas, where the Naruto and Boruto series take place. This means that none of the canon characters exists, or existed here.

Each ninja starts from the bottom and start their training as an Academy Student. From there they develop abilities akin to that of demigods as they grow in age and experience.

Along the way they gain new friends (or enemies), take on jobs and complete contracts and missions for their respective villages where their training and skill will be tested to their limits.

The sky is the limit as the blank page you see before you can be filled with countless of adventures with your character in the game.

This is Ninpocho Chronicles.

Akkuma paced around one of the many dojo rooms awaiting the replies of his messengers or those who he had sent for. Two of his fastest messengers had been sent out to find his soon to be Brother Toraono Kuro and this newcomer he had heard about. A mednin named Kyuji was betrothed to a cousin of Seika's and the demon had the perfect way to get to know the man and sort an issue that had been dwelling on him. This way he was hoping to kill two birds with one stone, while also securing the position of one of his assets and kin. Every time the demon turned to pace once more those Crimson and rainbow orbs of his would scan the corridors. It was late almost midnight the messengers were to be discreet and quick. They'd been given specific instructions to let no obstacles stop them from giving their messages. Whether they needed to break into private quarters or sneak past guards.

Ryuuke had been sent to Kuro, this man was slim and agile. Possessing snake-like features and a dark aura the man preferred the shadows. He would undoubtedly appear from the shadows Akkuma had suspected he was Nara but his kin had always kept it hidden so he decided not to push it. Long black hair with silver eyes the pale skinned man would seem much-like a ghost coming out of no where. Although the man was quite a perv there was a real chance of the Sennin waking up with him laying next to him. The thought of the look on Kuro's face made him burst out with laughter now that would be worth all the rage that came with it.

Kazu had been sent to pass on the message to this Kyuji that his Lord wanted to see him. The bulking man was so eager to do something how could the demon say no. Akkuma wouldn't be surprised if Kazu came back carrying the man in a giant bag. Standing just over seven foot tall the big brutish man was prone to nocking down doors and dragging people before his Lord. Some would say he was an Enforcer of sorts for Akkuma although initially he appears intimidating and rough. Kazu was actually kind and trusting possessing a great weakness for cookies.

It was late nearing the start of another busy day at the academy, Infirmary, and hospital. It had seemed like a lifetime since the descendant of Byakko had been given a rest from this busy but slowly recovering village. And yet, he still wasn't going to be able to get much time to himself or his family due to the hospital being short-staffed and the instructors at the academy practically depleted from working on the village or healing in the hospital from the terrorist attacks of the Cabel. In all cases, he was glad to be accepted into the village and to have a loving and caring financee who would massage him when he got home at night and was still her lustful but playful self even though she was pregnant and it was obvious she was in pain more often than not. However, it would seem that his woman and himself were going to have company as there was a bang on the door and an unfamiliar voice was barking at him from the other side demanding for him to come out. It would prompt both of them to awake from their slumbers with Kyuji getting into his typical attire of his medical white robes bearing his clan and village's emblem, black somewhat combat looking boots, an undershirt that was blue tonight and black dress pants. Who the Hell was waking them at this hour unless it was one of their clan and how did they get back this far in the Byakko Clan's portion of the entire Dojo?

Groggy from being awoken, he slowly walked over to the door and opened it to see a gigantic man that towered over him standing there waiting for him. He would ask Kyuji if he was indeed Byakko Kyuji which he would nod at the man and ask why. The words that left his mouth next were the ones that sent a cold shiver down his spine: his lord Miroku Akkuma was looking for him. Akkuma, the man who had done demonic surgery literally on that poor Suru kid and let the kid with an entity that was gaining more and more control of him with each passing minute it appeared when they first met. The man didn't have to ask twice for Kyuji to go as he nodded and said go ahead while his body was beginning to fill with anger and anticipation from seeing this man who had caused not just Suru but himself so much pain and aggravation.

Within minutes, they were in a waiting room of sorts for the entire Dojo where the main presumably to be Akkuma was pacing. He had long, dark hair with horns poking out of them and the glimpses of his eyes seemed to show a rainbow looking one and a crimson which is all honesty was quite unique. However, what was really getting to Kyuji was the long claws for hands that only rivaled the Toraono Clan's and a tail that reminded him of Kuro's one. Were these two related? This had to merely be a coincidence. Still, he was an impressive being with his body frame and the lack of emotion that was on display from him. Sadly, anger was being radiated from Kyuji which was in full display through his glowing golden eyes and somewhat pissed off demeanor that never truly came out until this very point with anyone including everyone in his old home of Stone. The messenger of sorts would walk over to Akkuma and this would prompt Kyuji to cross his arms and say with spite: "So you are the one who touched Surutameni and put that demonic entity into his body through that spine? Although I have to sadly admit that it is impressive that you put a spine of that size into a body frame that tiny, it also disgusts me that you would not think about the well-being of that child or what he would have to go through. He's lucky I came when I did to perform surgery on him or he might be dead now from the amount of blood loss he was sustaining..." He would trail off as he closed his eyes and tried to calm himself down. He was starting to let his emotions get the best of him and it was not going to end well for anyone if these two were to actually begin to try to kill one another here. Sighing heavily, he looked at the man with his eyes resuming their normal golden look and said calmly: "Byakko Kyuji. That is my name. Sorry Mister Miroku for snapping at you, I just don't think you understand what you put that kid and me through..."

This was going to be a most fun situation to say the least.

The demon watched a dishevelled and understandably annoyed Mednin Kyuji being brought before him. With the slightest bow of his head his Kin was dismissed and vanished out of the room finishing the other errands he had been given. Akkuma's eyes raged as the man before him had the audacity to begin lecturing him about what had transpired between Suru and himself. If it were for the mans quick apology after such a brazen insult that he wasn't attacked by the demon before him.

Although this disrespect he could not tolerate the demons veins turned a dark black as if darkness itself flowed through him. Both of his eyes seemed to become as infinite as the night sky, indeed if one looked close enough they could see what looked like thousand of stars trapped within those orbs. Muscles bulged and flesh tore as he began to grow becoming more monstrous with every second. "How dare you have the audacity to lecture me on my dealings with my kin?!" his words echoed with a rage only known to demons taking a stride towards the man, the walls around them shook slightly as his demonic chakra flooded out from his body almost like a demonic armour of sorts. Standing at a tremendous 9ft tall he looked down upon the man who would soon be his kin.

"My contract with Suru is between me and him. The boy knew what he asked and the cost he had to pay, he wouldn't have died. If he had sought the proper training from either myself or Kuro he wouldn't have suffered. Instead like a fool he sought to master it by himself." he said in a monstrous roar his voice slowly quieting to a hushed tone as he returned back to his normal form. That Crimson orb and its Rainbow counterpart stared into Kyuji's golden eyes. "Any trauma you suffered was a product of your interfering with matters that were no concern of yours." his voice was matter of fact with a deadly don't push it further cold stare.

"Now if you're done showing how displeased you are we can carry on. I'll even pretend that you didn't question me on one of my contracts. It seems fitting you already know Suru because he is going to be one of our main topics of conversation tonight." he would say in that charming voice. Kyuji would be able to see the scars around his rainbow eye, obviously a surgery that had not been done on a table. Even the seals that ran down his neck, along his wrists. Truth be told they covered most of his body. Truth be told Akkuma was still standing rather close to this newcomer. Those eyes scanned his features memorising them taking in the features he had inherited from his marriage it seemed.

"It's true you are kin...good I like people who are honest. Means you don't have to know if they with you or against you. Unfortunately we're kin and that means you've got no choice. Besides this will ensure not only little Suru's but the Toraono's future, I'm sure your a man who can understand the importance of something like that." he would say in a business-like fashion, turning around beginning to pace once more. Awaiting what would undoubtedly be a flurry of questions and some more rage. Which he'd prefer to get out of the way before his Brother In-Law arrived. He needed to seal a deal with this man while he was still gaining his senses.

Toraono Kuro did not sleep often, ever since his soul had expanded to seven times it's natural capacity he had very little to do with sleep. Yet every now and then he did catnap, normally in the presence of his adorable wife. She had taken her leave to find some trainers of her own when Kuro felt the shadows deepen before someone that reminded him of Naganisa snuggled up to him like a child would climb upon a parent and literally lay there looking at the demonbeast king reborn without a hint of fear or a surge of deadly intent. With a solid two hours of rest within his original body Kuro responded as naturally as any cat would by cuddling the serpent like man back before opening his eyes and sitting up. "It's been a while since anyone decided to cuddle me besides my wife. Since you aren't attacking me and the shadows cling to you but you don't carry the scent of the Cabal or Mikaboshi I surmise you must have been looking for me directly. With such an auspicious greeting I must say I am quite surprised. Lucky for you neither my wife or daughter caught you doing that or they might have killed you."<i></i> Overly secure in his sexuality and the sanctity of his home despite the incursions and problems of Suna. Kuro gently set the serpent like man to the side before standing to stretch and then donning an iron fiber net t shirt over his torso. "Well shadowwalker, please enlighten me as to the purpose of your visiting me."<i></i>

As the last words had escaped his mouth, he saw the demonic-looking being in front of him begin to transform as his height had grown significantly and his eyes had changed instantly to a more darker tone as he towered over Kyuji right on top of him as he began to lecture the much smaller, but muscular descendant of Byakko. The personal space between the two men was little to none and the anger steaming from Akkuma was quite irritating on Kyuji as the hot air from the demon's mouth was impaling him and he was slowly getting ticked off. He began to chuckle as the demon backed off from him to calm himself and decided to give the cold, I don't give a damn stare right back at him as he crossed his arms and his own eyes decided to glow while the demon's resumed their original unique pattern. He could not believe the audacity from this creature towards him even though he had a legitimate reasoning to be slightly upset at him for wrecking a boy's growth physically, mentally, and emotionally along with putting his own life on the line to save a rude and disrespectful twerp that was not grateful for all the hard-work and patient that he had put in to make sure he would not die. If he wasn't in his clan's home and it wasn't so late at night, he might have taken the taller and more demonic Akkuma out into the desert and bury him in the dunes to eliminate the potential future threats to Suru. But, he couldn't so he would entertain this foolish creature until it left or Kuro came and intervened.

He would continue having his arms folded as his eyes would grow bigger slightly at the mention on the poor demonically-controlled Suru. The mastermind of the spine would continue to "preach" about the relation to each other through kin and how this meeting would determine poor little Suru's future but also the Toraono Clan's future meaning his own and his family's. His ears were perked up at this point as helping the clan was of the utmost importance to him since he had to be forever in their debt for accepting him in as their family and allowing them to become a citizen of their great village, erm great village if you consider the village was partially destroyed everywhere and they were building above with still no line of defense in sight. He would need to get on that soon if nobody else did, but he would need to find the time especially with running two hospital areas, tending to his pregnant wife, and trying to still train himself to better for his family and village. Maybe this Akkuma fellow wasn't as bad as he looked or how his surgery did on Suru. Maybe he was alright, but that still didn't mean squat with just meeting him. In all honesty if Kuro was okay with this guy, then he was probably alright. But, time would determine that for Kyuji. Kyuji however would entertain the man by responding in a calm, but stern tone. "Anything that is going to help this clan and my family I will gladly listen to, but if it isn't morally right to me then I am not going to entertain it. Please do explain yourself to me." He would then notice the scarring around the eyes and what appeared to be seals spread throughout the body that were visibly shown. It appeared this man might've also been the culprit for Riyota freaking out not once but twice around him, but he didn't have the evidence or knowledge of that so he was going to let it go for now. He would crack his neck before continuing: "How are you related to me? You cannot tell me that you are also married into this clan...like is Kuro's clan's women that lustful for something? Either way, I have to trust you for now since you are stern but direct with me which is something I do appreciate in someone. I don't agree with your "contract" as you call it with little Suru, but that is not truly my business. Yet, the boy did try to kill me on multiple occasions...oh well, maybe you can tame his inner demon and make him more useful for the village."

His tone would continue to resume the traits already displayed as he continued: "I might as well tell you about myself. I am betrothed to Lady Yanshi of the Byakko branch. If you are truly kin to me, you are free to come to the wedding. But for now, the wedding planning will have to wait if you decided to visit us at this ungodly hour for something. It must have been important to wake me up from my slumber considering I have to get up early to attend to the Byakko Infirmary and then go to the Hospital since I am one of the more advanced medical shinobi in the Hidden Sand since my arrival awhile back. I am working towards becoming the Sennin of the branch, but it doesn't seem like it is going to happen, but Lord Kuro keeps telling me to push on and it will come in due time." He would breath momentarily to catch his thoughts before continuing with his last words escaping his mouth addressed about Akkuma. "So where are you from aside from the depths of Hell from your appearance? Also, have you considered visiting Sora since it has opened up recently for us even though the Cabel incident is rumored to have originated from there? I was planning on taking a tour of the place in the coming days."

He would shut up after he responded to the demon and questioned the man on his intentions.

Ryuuke smiled as he was pulled into a cuddle by the large demonic Sennin, when he was set aside he'd chuckle at the Anbu's words. When he next spoke a sly grin spread across s face "Well only since we cuddled...my Lord Akkuma so graciously requests your presence in the dojo hall. Something to do with the future of our clans and a child called Surutumeni." he would say standing up and leaping upon the Sennin cuddling him once more. "Oh and he's sent for someone named Kyuji? Please go you'd be saving me a lot of trouble...by the way I'll take that risk anytime." he said in that silvery tone of his before slipping into the shadows and disappearing with a wink.

Meanwhile in the hall~

"Oh I shall I just don't much fancy repeating myself...but if you can't wait I shall begin now." he said in that calm business-like tone. Before he could elaborate the mednin asked him how he was related and making an understandable statement about the lust of the women in this clan. "Lady Seika daughter of queen Azame is my betrothed. Again if you'd not interfered none of that would have happened so I will not dignify that with a response. As for the wedding I accept and extend an invitation of my own. Indeed it was of much urgency and I'll need a skilled surgeons hands with this matter and I've lost my old surgeon." Akkuma left out the fact he'd sacrificed the man to break a seal that transcended the laws of time. He didn't have that much time tonight he'd leave that tale for another night.

Akkuma laughed a devilish sound as Kyuji spoke his next words smiling that shark-like grin. "Actually I wasn't born in hell but I've been there...it's not so bad. I'm from Mist, I was an Anbu before the great Winter came. Guess you could call me the demon of Mist, even they locked me away. But I digress...perhaps I could help you with your Sennin problem if we succeed. In regards to Sora no I have not..although I will be making a trip there soon." reaching into his pocket he withdrew a small smoke lighting it with the snap of his fingers he inhaled. With a long satisfied sigh he exhaled and asked the mednin a simple question.

"How much do you know about Suru?" the Demon Sage would ask with that shark-like grin revealing his razor sharp teeth. "I don't suppose you know a youth by the name of Riyota?" he asked perhaps he would after all he knew Suru. How much did the man know about his plan without actually knowing the plan? "Lastly tell me everything you know about the Cabbal, don't leave out anything either..." he would ask taking another draw of his smoke, least they had something to discuss until Kuro arrived.

Akuma Kuro used a warp panel to arrive in the hall near Kyuji's personal office where the foyer extended out so representatives of each clan could be called together at a moments notice. This late night however Byakko Kyuji and Miroku Akkuma were talking over some things. Barefoot in his training gi, armored net shirt and black hakama's the Demonbeast Prince resembled a sensei for a taijutsu class ready to spar as he placed a firm brotherly hand upon Akkuma's right shoulder before removing it to cousin punch Kyuji in the right shoulder before sitting on a nearby couch and relaxing as his other avatars moved about giving him a constant feed of information. "So Brother Akkuma and Cousin Kyuji, what are we discussing tonight, I sense some minor disturbances chakra wise around the dojo but nothing that insinuates an Assassin or even a late night sparring session. I feel an unease about the people as if they have been forced to see something they would rather not. Anyone have anything that is troubling them in such a manner?"<i></i>

The seasoned medical shinobi would listen intently as the demon in front of him would begin to respond to all his questions in a business-like matter that had slowly began to earn him respect. He was indeed truly not pulling any punches nor keeping anything hidden and that was something that Kyuji appreciated in anyone, he wished more people would be like this man who was the mastermind of Suru's demonic nature. It still irritated him that this man brushed off the Suru incidents like nothing when someone could have seriously gotten harmed or even killed; he would assume that the table would be turned if the demon would've gotten in danger like Kyuji had been numerous times with Surutameni...Hell the spine had caused him so much trouble since meeting Suru that he contemplated ripping the damn thing out of the boy's body and trying to create another one for the kid, but that would have been definite loss and he didn't need blood on his hands this early in his career in Sand. No, nothing he could do as the man explained his kinship to him and he just shrugged back at the man as it made sense and seemed likely but still they weren't completely related according to the village or the sacred bonds of marriage, but that was just something minor.

The next things addressed were the wedding which he agreed to which brought a small smile to the Byakko descendant's face and he was offered an invite to the demon's as well which he would wait to respond to as the next matter addressed was the urgency of this encounter and needing a surgeon's hands assuming Kyuji's if he was seeking people of the Toraono Clan. The demon would then go into questioning of his own about the Cabel, Riyota, and Surutameni towards the shorter man. However before he could respond, Kuro would appear from his area of the housing, giving him a slight punch which he chuckled about, and asked them if they had any troubling matters. The medic in the room would shake his head and say politely: "Nothing from me, Kuro. However, our visitor tonight does however." He would turn his glaze at Akkuma and continue talking: "I know nothing about the Cabel aside from them being terrorists towards the village and that they have sympathizers in the village that attacked Samejima Naoki, Riyota, and me at the academy a little while ago. None of us were injured during the fighting, but Riyota seemed to have lost control of his body with a marking spreading on it which I can only assume was a curse seal. As for Riyota, I have met him twice and seen him twice lose control of his body around me and in both instances he attacked me. One time was during a class on ninjutsu primarily the body switch jutsu where he broke my shoulder and I had it prepared by our newest medic-in-training, Kumoni. So if you want me to fight or something, I am going to have to take it easy for a little for my shoulder to heal." He then would take a deep breathe to calm himself down before he talked about Surutameni as he had dealt with that boy on multiple occasions and they had not been good encounters with being threatened by his entity with death multiple times. "All I know about Surutameni is that he is an academy student and we had two encounters. The first was one of my earliest days in the village near the Ruins of the Kazekage Tower where his demon took over and tried to kill me twice. I was only trying to help him because he was losing a significant amount of blood as his spine had ripped through his back and I can't let someone die even if they are a complete douche to me. I took him to the Undersea and did an operation to place his spine back into his body with the help of a woman who had multiple bodies. I actually defended him that night as the woman wanted to kill him there when his entity took over again. I guess you could say that I care about him and that I am an ally to him and you since I didn't kill him and defended him. The second time was when I was teaching the academy class that had Riyota in it, but he didn't do much but just watch the class. He should consider becoming a genin to help the village soon..."

He would then close his eyes as he could smell the smoke and say calmly: "Since we are all here now, what is it you wanted us for Akkuma?"

Akkuma smiled as his new cousin seemed to calm down if he wasn't mistaken he could even sense a bit of respect growing. Kuro arrived looking like he'd just been interrupted from a taijutsu class. With his attire the demon sage chuckled "I'm sure your messenger was most pleased with the attire you are in." he said cheekily flashing that devilish grin. Nodding at his brothers words he looked to Kyuji listening to his words. 'Here it comes the why are we here? I always love this part of midnight plot meetings.' he thought to himself smiling. Next Kyuji answered his questions about the Cabbal stating he knew little in that regard. But it seemed he knew a great deal about two of his sunan prodigies.

Once the medic had finished speaking he laughed a cold dangerous sound clapping his hands together. "Wonderful they are both advancing so quickly. My little prodigies...they will need you to help them keep their humanity. I'm afraid they both seek the power of darkness and I'm happy to provide." he'd happily say as if he had not twisted the boys natures. Although I was undeniably producing results. That crimson eye and its rainbow counterpart moved between the two shinobi. "I guess that means neither of you know Riyota is my son. I adopted him recently any concerns on his parenting...I advise you do so carefully. Although I must say I'm impressed he managed to accumulate enough power to break your shoulder. Granted you've made it apparent though both need lessons in taming their inner demons. I'll ensure that's done. Now we get to the good part." said in a warm friendly manner but those eyes never lost their malice.

"I called the both of you because I have a plan...know I will enact this plan no matter what. I will not allow anymore enemies anything more than my complete focus. Therefore every merchant lord is going to be publically executed. Sending a message to those we put in their place. Than I intend to assassinate the Daimyo and force a marriage between Suru and the necessary heir. I'll eradicate most of the bloodline I I have too." he said this seriously and with such rage that his voice itself seemed to hiss with it. With that shark-like grin he would look at them both. "So what do you think?" he asked them casually as if he hadn't just told them he intended to overthrow the whole country seating the Toraono Clan at the top of the Countries leadership. After all his plan was pretty sound it was bloody but it could work.

Akuma Kuro sat forward with serious intent in his eyes as he felt a power struggle about to emerge. Not because he was going to kill the Daimyo, but because he was going to kill a merchant lord that may be innocent. "Brother Akkuma, First...I must Insist that if you plan on taking down a Merchant Lord make sure he or she was actually involved in the plots against Suna. So far as we know it, only one has possible involvement and that was most likely an attempt to cause a feud between Suna and the Merchant Lords. I am certain you know which merchant I speak of. Second as for Suru's training and efforts he has avoided contact with me and only through reading Kyuji's reports was I able to understand any of what he has undergone. That route to power is very dangerous but it is his choice, all I can do is help him and to do so I require that you alter my dark seal with one of your own. I require you to link me to the astral plane via darkness so that I may be able to stay ahead of the demon inside him as a hellhound will naturally challenge one of my blood and they have always been faster than me in the demon realm. If I am to train Surutameni we will need to exchange bloodrites and I will grant you one of my lesser seals and my blood oath in exchange for your higher alteration of my birth seal. As far as the Daimyo is concerned it would be best if we had one of our own installed in the high government to keep an eye on the Imperial leaders. I actually approve of your process and would hope your tactics for assassination involve more subterfuge than some as I would not wish to face war on 3 fronts as it were. What say you Kyuji?"<i></i>

Kuro was truthful with himself and his capabilities, he knew his limits and how to expand them, what he did not know was how far Surutameni had gone down the dark path. If he went too far he would become an immortal instrument of vengeance and lose the access to his birthright as a warrior of the Nobuku line.

As the night continued, the only medic of the threesome still had his eyes closed the two gentlemen began to talk about to talk about the two boys mentioned and then the plan that Akkuma had apparently been creating for awhile that, if not properly conducted, would result in exacerbating an already bad tension between folks where the Daimyo of the country lived and his home and workplace. Hearing the plan, it seemed simple to take out a few people and put someone else into power if done properly which Kuro was hinting out by installing someone into the high government of Sora to watch over the Imperial leaders which was hinting at the leader of the Toraono Clan or the descendant of Byakko if they were to choose people in this room. The demon creator of Akkuma would probably be best at swaying people's opinions if he had been able to get Suru to agree to doing surgery on his spine or giving Riyota that curse seal and adopting him. One thing was for sure and that was these three were quite unique in their own ways and it seemed that there was respect coming from all of them after the initial encounter between Akkuma and Kyuji; to be honest, there was respect from Kyuji to Akkuma because of his honesty and for putting the family over self-pride and personal grudges. He also knew the demon sage didn't know that Riyota and Suru would do what they did to him, but still it would have been nice to have had some warning or monitoring for them.

His eyes would open when the two taller and darker individuals were done speaking and he would sigh heavily at first before smirking at them both. He knew what completing this plan would do but there was a lot of unknown variables associated with it that they would need to factor in, but nonetheless he was ready to speak. His smirk would turn into a big grin as he began to speak with a stern, but friendly tone in his words from his little body. "Well, first I would like to comment on Riyota and Suru quickly before turning to your plan, Gentlemen. I am more than willing to help them train and control these demons inside of them. I would just like someone else to be watching them as well in-case I somehow unlock their true potential and I alone can't control it or them. I know those two boys and they will make great shinobi someday if they can get their little gifts....under control." He would then begin to laugh hysterically as those last words were escaping his mouth as he had slowly been losing his mind as evident from when he was teaching his students or when he had threatened his unknown nurse's help in the Undersea with Suru. What was going on with his mind recently? Honestly, was it really leaving?

The laughing would stop minutes later as he was probably getting strange looks from the two men at this point. His smile on his face would get even wider as he continued to talk: "Am I losing my mind and going insane? Quite possibly I am, but that is why they would put me in the quiet room if I lose too many marbles. Oh wait, you asked me what I thought haha, my bad. I think if we really want to put Suru into power if it is going to benefit our clan then let's do it...but how would it benefit our clan? Is he related to us?" His index finger on his right hand would go to his lips as he would make a hmm sound pondering momentarily about that thought but letting it go as he continued: "I agree that we need to do this tactically as attacking head on will get us killed or at the minimum our identities and names would be known. Your idea of placing one of us in the high government is a good idea, but I also propose having someone in the military of the Daimyo's to affect morale and to make it easier to strike. Allegedly, the Cabel came from Sora where the Daimyo is hiding out so I am sure they are going to attack the village again so maybe we should sneak by the fighting when the Daimyo's defenses are weak at home and execute him then. The only problem with this plan is Suru...are we sure we want to place a kid as the head of the country or are we proposing ourselves as aids to the boy? How do we even know he would want to marry the heir? I mean a forced marriage is fine, I suppose, but Suru is kinda unstable and he might kill the one he is marrying which would not be good publicity."

He would then cross his arms and continue to smile waiting for their response.

Akkuma listened to both of his kin intently they both spoke true and that he could respect. Kyuji also showed a hint of madness which the Chaos demon wondered was the cause of being so close to the sage. When they had both finished speaking he smiled that devilishly shark-like grin, revealing those razor sharp teeth. That seemingly hellfire eye and its diamond-like counterpart both blazed with eagerness. "Gentlemen I was once an Anbu there's still a thing or two I know. Not too mention I am one of the few people with a multi country spanning network of assets. You don't accumulate such things by not being able to pull off the old coup every now and then." he said in that charming and soothing tone of his. Turning he opened up a void withdrawing two scrolls. One was made out of what appeared to be human flesh and the other was a simple summoning scroll. Closing the portal he turned back to face both of the shinobi.

"Firstly...Kuro you understand that by doing this blood rite you open yourself up to the Chaos in all our natures. But none feel it more so than my kind, granted I don't feel anymore demonic energies to outweigh my humanity is a good decision. But in times of war great and terrible things must be done." he'd say in a serious tone unfurling the human leather scroll, tossing aside the other one for the time being. As his eyes focused on Kyuji he spoke once more "That's why I believe Suru will make a great Daimyo, with the proper guidance." he'd say in a tone that suggested he'd spent much time deliberating on the matter.

"Naturally I shall be the boys Shogun, by being by his side at all times I can guide and protect him. With my political ties I'll be capable of educating him on the etiquette of dealing with foreign matters both diplomatic and military. I care little for what positions either of you would like but this I will not sway on. Naturally it will take the full efforts and everything that the three of us combined can muster to achieve this ambitious goal. Suru, Riyota and a boy named Kagari will need to be given Genin or AiT Exams. So that they may leave the village, I have a feeling we'll need to meet a few allies along the way. If done well we'll secure ourselves well into the future generations, I might be able to start getting back to my leisurely activities. Suru will do as I command him to, we've a contract in place it binds him to me as much as it does me to him." he said in that business-like tone of his, by now he had unfurled the scroll. If either of them knew anything about forbidden jutsu they would know this was high up there. To alter both someone's physical and spiritual aspects by taking in someone else's. Sure this was something demons did often but rarely of this nature, as you took a part of the other party you gave away part of yourself. This would clearly be no normal sealing jutsu, running chakra through the leather he tossed it before the two demon sages.

Flying through handseals dark demonic chakra began to swirl around the Dark Sage and his Brother In-Law. Biting his thumb he dripped blood onto the seals that were spreading out from the parchment rising up over the two ninja. They glowed an ominous Crimson as the air crackled with dark energy while the sage continued performing handseals. A second form slowly appeared around Akkuma an image of his True Form. Due to all the spiritual energy involved in the ritual both of the demons spiritual forms would be visible. Akkuma's stood at a massive eight feet, bulging with muscles with an almost marble like appearance. Huge bat like wings spread out behind him made of an almost ash-like substance. His horns were massive and his tail looked armoured and sharp enough to pierce steel. A substance that could only be described as tangible darkness seemed to cloak and move over the figure. Upon his head a crown of souls, emanating malice and despair.

"I Miroku Akkuma child of Chaos impart upon you the gift of Chaos. So that even your spirit knows not the boundaries of Order." as he spoke a thunderous and blood chilling chorus of voices spoke the spirit image flickering over the demon sage. Seals that glowed intensely burned up both the forms swirling every drop of blood that fell from Akkuma's (and in turn Kuro's) sped up the pace of movement. Huge lacerations begin to spontaneously appear on the demon as the ritual got fully underway. The spirit image raised its hand and with a wave Kuro would feel the shackles of Order lifted from him, waves of madness would wash over him like an endless tide. Now he waited for his brother to play his part in the jutsu sealing them both once and for all. Kyuji was seeing something few mortals ever had the privilege of witnessing two demons imparting each other with their demonic gifts and natures. Something so sacred to a demon that most would laugh if you were to bring it up. Yet here they were doing the unthinkable in preparation for what they had planned, a sign of their determination for the mission.

9: Corpse Preservation Jutsu
CRPJ's Effect: Preserves A Corpse In A Sealed Coffin
Example RP of how it will be used: Akkuma didn't have time to work on this intriguing specimen he had to track the other one before he got away, with a few quick handseals and the use of his Senjutsu chakra the corpse was safely stored in a sealed coffin in the same dimensional void as his copy of the clan archives. This way the corpse can be used at a later date for experiments or for jutsu use. The sealed coffin keeps the corpse in an almost stasis like state unaffected by the effects of entropy.
Reason why it cannot be used in battle: The senjutsu chakra requires full concentration should one attempt this in battle the result becoming stone and one back with nature gone from this world.

Kuro began building up his spiritual energy, dark chakra, and normal chakra to unleash his second form. He hadn't transformed into his demon form since his inner demon had awakened explosively nine years ago. He had actually learned to transform on the move long ago, though this time was entirely different and he knew why because he had Devil Sage Chakra flowing through him along with Hyakujuuonouu's. Now he was going to take a step further and reach the astral plane and not just the celestial heavens. The wind thundered beneath his feet as the Demon Lord and the Devil Beast King both shuddered from the release of 12 forms of chakra as Kuro transformed. A massive shockwave rumbled through the desert sands as the wards inside and around the Toraono dojo all but crumbled under the massive pressurized chakra released from both Kuro and Akkuma before it surged back into Kuro compressing all the natural chakra, devil sage chakra, and demon chakra into Kuro, while a lesser amount of Devil Sage Chakra along with a rainbow of base elemental chakra surged about and into Akkuma. Kuro's natural body faded into wisps that were immediately absorbed by his astral spirit beast form. Astral Devilbeast Kuro was roaring at his new awakening yet he could not hear himself. His demon eyes opened fully, the deep violet eyes with no pupils alit with violet flames eyes as a feline iris of gold and crimson formed in the center of each eye. His black twin oxen horns enlarged and shimmered with lightning. The horns were two feet each in length, onyx in color and resembled that of an ox but with sharper jagged edges. Once long ago the center of his forehead would have had a slit appear as his flesh split to open up to his third eye but Kuro no longer possessed a demon third eye since Hyakujuuonouu awakened. Instead of an eye opening a beautiful silver in color and tone horn emerged brimming with astral energies. Kuro roared yet again like a lion as his bicuspids doubled in size before he looked upon the Akkuma anew. Akkuma could see Hyakkujuuonouu within Kuro and with his action four of the 12 soul chains binding Hyakujuuonouu were shattered. Kuro's astral body laced itself in kinetic chakra as he stood a bit taller, his physical structure became a little larger, his height increased by two feet and although humanoid in build his leonine claws glinted from each finger and toe with a wispy silver-gray sheen of energy. Kuro's left hand, forearm, and shoulder all became see through like smoke laced silver laced glass as the astral chakra permeating and emerging from it became incredibly dense. Pulsing in its released state the chakra now acted as a type of armor Kuro's right arm matched the left in size but his right hand and forearm up to his elbow were wreathed in a double helix of all the base elemental chakras; resembling the look of an ancient battle gauntlet. From the ends of both elbows and knees the chakra formed and pulsed around intricate jagged bone spurs. His tail developed multi faceted chakra link armor as well as the tail's end took on the look of a flaming spiked mace's head flanges and all.

"Thank you Brother Akkuma and in exchange I grant you the wrath of law and the binding of lunar wrath upon your energies... We will prepare the young warriors properly."<i></i>

Piercing is right palm with a tight grip letting his claws puncture small holes in his palm Kuro clasped his hands together as if in prayer as crimson energies intermingled with his astral. Kuro delicately with deliberate precision carved the runic terran sigil for Lunar wrath upon the center of Akkuma's massive collar bone granting a measure of law to his form allowing a focus that chaos would normally inhibit. Akkuma could now see the Devilbeast King Kuro truly was along with the Demon Lord Akkuma himself had risen to be. Polar opposites of the dark realm. They had now shared powers and abilities in a sacred binding ritually that truly made them brothers in blood, honor, and complicity.

Granting Akkuma a Lunar Seal and - Akuma Ishindenshin ((Devil Link))
Using a demonic blood transfusion, and a cursed seal Kuro forms a light telepathic link with the bearer of his seal. Once this link is established it can be broken by evil sealing, and five elemental sealing which disrupts the chakra paths so violently that telepathy cannot be maintained. This seal also causes an alteration of some physical aspect of the bearer. That physical aspect can be changed through rp.

The aspects changeable by choice are hair, eyes, fingernails, growth of a catlike tail, tiny horns, extra long tongue, and last but not least skin darkening.
Up to two of these aspects can be changed.
This jutsu is a seal and not a genjutsu or a taijutsu.
It does not have any effect other than to provide the location and health of the bearer to Kuro or other bearers of a cursed seal given by Kuro.

Note:
The telepathy is broken by evil sealing, five elemental seal, and special abilities like those possessed by ghost walkers, and Yamanaka's. The link can be reset by intense concentration of both parties. Because of the specific strengths of the abilities and the rare abilities required to break this link it is an A rank Jutsu. Those in use of the link can only tell what Country the person with the seal is in, but as they get closer to said individual they are able to home in on them.

Kuro then regarded Byakko Kyuji with an evil but playful grin... "Thank you Cousin Kyuji for watching over us and not allowing our own powers to consume us. I think it is high time we got the next generation properly trained. They have a bright future ahead of them... first things first I will deal with the spirit that is attempting to circumvent Surutameni's control of himself with this Astral seal I can stay one step ahead of the spirit's natural enhanced speed. "<i></i>

The Demon Sage would be the first one to respond to him giving history about himself as an ANBU of Mist and "gloating" about having a network of assets. It would make the smile on Kyuji's face curl as the Demon would summon two scrolls from a portal with one resembling human flesh which made his eyes widen with shock and surprise, but he would keep his trap shut as the ex-demon of the Mist continued to talk. The conversation was directed towards his "brother" Kuro first as they began to talk about a blood rite that seemed quite dangerous, but the medical shinobi would keep quiet during this conversation. He would only respond when directly talked to and that would be mere seconds later as Akkuma would give his a "speech" to them both but more directed at him about the boy Suru and then other recognizable names that he had met. His mind would start wondering as Akkuma spoke: "So he is bringing more kids into the fray...interesting. I wouldn't bring them in, but if his confidence in them is high and Kuro approves then we might as well. I am not sure if this man should be directing Suru, but then again I don't know why I am even agreeing to this when I have a wife and kid on the way. Oh, Yanshi is going to kill me if she finds out and she will somehow...I better tell her haha. I have to agree more allies and outsiders at that would be quite some help..."

His thoughts would have to stop abruptly as Akkuma was fast at work with his stroll running through handseals like a greyhound. It didn't take long before demonic-looking chakra had begun to swirl around the demon and Kuro which just had Kyuji's eyes widen in disbelief as the two man were transforming before his eyes. He was in such shock from the transformations that his body was shaking and his eyes were glowing their golden hue; he was shocked, but also excited for some odd reason to see the two man transforming as his grin grew bigger and he started to crackle in laughter at the sight. It truly felt like the descendant of Byakko was losing his mind as his hair was blowing due to the ritual taking place in front of him. He wasn't even a part of the ritual and he felt like some of the demonic energy was rubbing off on him as he was struggling to keep his sanity with all these events taking place in front of him. How did the Heavenly god-driven boy of Stone turn into this demon-loving, friendly and sinister creature that was formulating? What could have possibly been causing this? He would fall to his knees watching all this demonic energy and ritual fore-taking as the demons began to get lacerations on their bodies and bizarre images to the normal shinobi raced right in front of Kyuji. He was actually crying at the sight possibly from the ritual burning into his brain or the energy was getting into his body as well.

As the ritual subsided, Kuro in his new form would look at the little medical shinobi much shorter than him now in a playful manner. He would thank Kyuji for watching over them and the younger male would smile at him. With the energy lowering around them, he could get back to his feet and his right hand would glow in a green aura at the two men as he began to talk with that same crooked smile plastered on his face: "It was no problem at all, I enjoyed the show between you two...it feels like something no mortal should ever see but I LOVED IT! Haha I need to simmer down though and you two cut yourselves open during your ritual so let me heal you both before we do anything else. So would you two please sit or bend over so I can attend to your minor wounds?" He would then start walking to the demon sage first with his medical assistance going to Kuro; each medic body would begin to heal their respective individual and he would evaluate the demon before going to Kuro. After his quick check-up and healing, his assistance would poof and he would take a few steps back from the towering individuals and smile at them as he resumed talking. "There. You both should be healed from any damage sustained during the ritual. Now, what is next?"

Akkuma smiled as the ritual began to get well underway, as the Curse Seal was carved into his collarbone. The demon laughed a cold dangerous sound as he grew to stand at seven feet, his ears shifted changing into a more wolf-like appearance. That tail gained armoured-like scales, with a spade like tip that looked sharp enough to pierce steel. Those pupils became animalistic slits that gazed upon the two ninja. As the ritual ended Kyuji and Kuro began to speak listening to them both. He would slowly go over the changes that had overcome him, looking back at his tail he smiled. 'Acceptable..' he thought to himself, noticing that the two shinobi looked slightly shorter.

Starring at them he asked "So how do I look anything I've missed?" he would ask turning around, his ears twitching with curiosity. Before running through what Kyuji had said looking back over at the Medic he grinned that shark-like grin. "Sit down or bend over? Someone must have really enjoyed the show.." he'd say in a cheekily teasing tone. Giving the man a wink before accepting the medical jutsu. Little did the demon sage know that he had wolf-like ears that seemed to twitch with every thought. Now the normally terrifying demon had surprisingly adorable fluffy ears, something that would undoubtedly irk the monstrous being. Once the healing had been completed "Now we commence training for our assets and launch a series of covert runs into Sora." he would say with that shark-like grin.

"I'm already undergoing contact with allies of mine in foreign states. My forces should be prepared and ready by the time we need them." he'd say in a calm business-like tone, as if he hadn't just revealed that his foreign forces were mobilising. Before they asked their questions though he would say one last thing. "You should expect a few more foreign ninja arriving than usual. I must ask you both that any who ask of me or my clan be given entrance. I hope to greatly increase our clans reach after this...I really must meet with the Raikage and Tsuchikage after this. There's much that I could do for them...speaking of Kage's." he would say those animalistic pupils shifting to focus on Kuro now.

"I need to speak to Sousuke." he'd say simply he needed to discuss a few ideas with them man. "To explain I have wanted to meet him for sometime, there are things that I need to discuss with him. Also before I talk business with the man I'd like to know do you think we should inform him of our plan? In regards to what I will be otherwise discussing with him is a plan to build village ties." he spoke in a tone that made it obvious he would have this meeting even if one couldn't be arranged. After all he did have a history of appearing in Kage's meetings and getting usually getting what he wanted. A few words and the method to his madness could usually be seen. 'Well tonight shall certainly be exciting..' he thought to himself ready for the discussions to hold once more. With the focus he could achieve now was incredible no longer distracted by the relenting maelstrom of emotions. There was only a complete and singular focus. Right now he was focused on ensuring his enemies felt the complete and utter wrath at his disposal.

Kuro returned to his natural state as his bodies always worked hard to conserve energy outside of battle but Akkuma had changed evermore. Kuro did not think his brother in law would be of the Canine variety but then again it made sense. "My liege brother Sousuke would definitely need to be told about our plans after we are prepared to complete the attack, once we have reconned the targets and staged our forces I will make sure you and I have a meeting with the Steward. I have tried to tell him what I felt about the Cabal's actions and the changes they have inspired... but with the need to rebuild and his efforts to find the source of and silence the once eternal storm he has been all but beyond reach. The Cabal made this personal, they invaded my home, took my kindness for weakness, and despite my consistent efforts have turned the majority of Sunans outside the Toraono Clan against me. I WILL NOT LET THIS AFFRONT GO UNCHECKED!! The masterminds behind this plot will be brought to heel, the co-conspirators will bleed if not die outright. There will be a response of a magnitude that they will never have predicted."<i></i>

Kuro was beyond angry, he was beyond rage... Kuro felt hatred, a dangerous emotion indeed for a Devilbeast.

Awaiting a response, the little mortal medic crossed his arms as he took in the sights in front of him. The demon sage that was ever so scary minutes prior now looked quite silly with his little wolf ears displaying on his head to the point that Kyuji was trying to contain himself from bursting out in laughter. In all honesty, he felt comfortable around the two demons but each of the other men still gave off a strong force that would bring the average human to his knees. The only reason that Kyuji had that he was still able to communicate with them and wasn't passed out or still collapsed on his knees was because these two demonic beings saw him as an ally, a healer of sorts for them, and they needed him as much as he needed them. Sure, they probably wouldn't help him become Sennin of the medical branch, but they definitely were going to take him along on a roller coaster coup that would see a lot of death, carnage, and soldiers needing aid from their conversation so far. Death was something oh so common to the descendant of Byakko and slowly he was losing more feelings towards death. It was true that he had bawled when he hurt Riyota, but he felt close to that kid for some reason possibly because he was related to Akkuma who he viewed as a friend for now. He would just need to learn to feel nothing when he was out with them taking care of business and putting demon boy Suru into power.

As for the demons, the taller and more canine-like Akkuma would begin his response to the group. He would listen intently as the Demon Sage would begin to mention he had contracts with foreign shinobi in an alliance and mentioned to the Toraono clansmen that more traffic would coming through to the village and that they should left in if they mentioned a need for Akkuma or his clan. The medic of the group would've responded at this point, but Akkuma continued asking to see Sousuke which was the Kazekage of the village and someone that Kyuji also needed to speak to as well about the Sennin position. At this point, Kuro would resume his normal form and begin to speak calmly before resorting to an angry tone and seeming to have a rage attack in front of them. He understood the reasoning behind the frustration but still seeing the figurehead of the clan getting angry was concerning. He wanted to comment after they both gave their opinions and views, but he hesitatingly laughed awkwardly. He would then look at them and say in a serious but awkward tone: "I need to speak to Sousuke as well about becoming the Sennin at some point, but that can wait until we accomplish our mission. As for the students, I will get Suru into an exam and proctor it and Riyota can join another exam listing. It is nice to know you have assets elsewhere to help as I don't think our Kazekage is going to be one hundred percent our plan if he hears who is going with us being the little baby students right now. We should get ready though and prepare to attack in the coming weeks."

Akkuma smiled that devilish grin of his those shark-like teeth grinning as Kuro raged it seemed he did have some anger about the issue. After he'd finished Kyuji laughed awkwardly stating that he to had business with the Kazekage. Agreeing that they needed to launch their recon. "Understood...now let's get down to business who is going to lead the recon team? Also there's something I need to tell you both...should we need a distraction I happen to have a jutsu that causes portals to open up in a region releasing demons. Although I cannot under any circumstances be interrupted in opening it...the chakra signature for the portals would be the same as mine. But by the time it is figured out we'd already have completed our objective. Thoughts on the matter? People I should meet or begin investigating?" he said needing them more involved in the planning, they needed to prepare for every scenario.

Akuma Kuro's body flared with rage but his splintered mind remained calm, the lessons of being a true multitasker had truly paid off in regards to his attention to detail. "My battle plan is this... I will provide the main distraction by being with every team in a manner that only I am capable of. My soulblade form will be with you Akkuma his abilities will aid and support yours, my hunter and summoner form will be with Kyuji augmenting his martial and mentat skills. Last but not least my true form, my battle form, and my Sharingan form will take up the main action of keeping the capitol's eyes on me. Since neither my true form or my battle form waste chakra hiding our true self it will be quite the spectacle and their authorities should instantly know who I am and come to investigate. This will give my sharingan form a chance to scout out the true location of the Princess and the size of their forces. WE ARE NOT THE CABAL... we will not harm civilians, we will not destroy any structures unnecessarily. When Kyuji and my other two forms are in place we will use a massive genjutsu to place everyone in our target areas to sleep. Those that resist the lullaby jutsu I unleash will face Kyuji's ability to disrupt their minds, If they manage to resist that then my Hunter form will seal their physical capacity and leave them paralyzed. Once we have assessed the enemy's strength I will make sure that Surutameni can safely meet and free her in as dynamic and honorable a rescue as possible. My Mother's baby brother will not be seen as a monster nor will he be forced to use too much of his capacity except to impress and disable. Throughout all of this the only monsters that MUST be witnessed are me. I WANT THEIR MILITARY TO KNOW THAT I HAVE COME AND THAT MY VENGEANCE WILL BE SWIFT, PRECISE, and UTTERLY UNSTOPPABLE. To that end whenever either of you are forced to engage the enemy I request that you use henge no jutsu to become a replica of me. The more of me they see, the more personal it becomes and assuredly it becomes harder for them to target anyone but ME. This way no one will know your involvement nor will they be able to come against you separately. It not only keeps you out of the limelight but it makes you seem more like saviors to the masses when you two, the princess, and Surutameni arrive and convince me to cease my rampage. Our primary goal is to rescue the Princess of Sora. Our secondary goals are to demoralize their military and if possible disable or kill key military officials. Above all else the Daimyo and his son will be demoralized then destroyed, whether we do that during our first soiree or a follow up concerted attack with allies their deaths will be the compensation necessary for the loss of Sunan lives from their terrorist actions. Those two and those two only will be shown NO QUARTER, NO MERCY. My brother will claim their souls and whatever remains of their bodies for intel. From their remains we will squeeze every secret Sora held. We will use their knowledge against the Imperial Regime and to further impart wisdom to Surutameni. When all this is done we will find the true architect of all our suffering and I will rip their still beating heart from their chest and feed it to them as I keep them alive, if possible I will torture them for all eternity, should they die then Akkuma can capture their soul and continue their suffering. The subtle art of Kanly lives on and all of Sora will know DO NOT F@CK WITH THE TORAONO CLAN NOR OUR ALLIES!!<i></i> I expect the two of you to carry out your own recon with my support hidden amongst you until I am ready."

[col]"The hour is late, Lord Toraono. What ever could you be shouting about at this time of night?"

The Toraono Dojo was legendary for it's oath of hospitality and for it's welcoming nature. The compound was as much home to Kuro as it was all of the shinobi in Sunagakure and that, from time to from, even included the fiendish ANBU Sennin. Moreover, the only residents of the dojo which even possessed the ability to stop Mikaboshi from doing as he wished on the grounds of the compound... were sitting present in this room. At the doors of the dojo's hall materialized the form of Mikaboshi, leaning against the door jam with his arms casually crossed against his chest and his face hidden behind the menacing mask that he had become infamous for. The mask betrayed nothing of the man's intentions or reasons for haunting the grounds of the Toraono Dojo at such an hour but such was always the modus operandi of the enigmatic director of the ANBU. There were many within Sunagakure that weren't even sure that the ANBU Sennin truly existed thanks to his secretive and private nature.

"Ripping hearts from chests? Taking souls? Torturing for all eternity? Why, if I did not know better Lord Toraono this one would be tempted to think that you plan to start a war."

Despite his mask, there was a playfulness about the words that came from behind the frozen grimace of Mikaboshi's face mask and echoed down the hall with their strange metallic ring to them. He was being deliberately coy and that would be immediately clear. At the volume that Kuro had been speaking, there was no way that someone passing by the entrance to the hall would not have heard his words. It seemed strange to Mikaboshi that the trio standing within the dojo hall would not have picked a more secure location for such talk but Mikaboshi was often mystified at the bizarre decisions some humans made.

"How do you think the Steward would feel about such talk?"

And there it was. It was not a threat to tattle on them to Sousuke, at least not an overt one, but the implication that Sousuke might not approve of the discussion they were having was clear enough behind the words that Mikaboshi chose. He was a creature of double-talk and innuendo, one rarely to say entirely what he meant nor mean entirely what he said. But for a being that was known as the Hand of the Steward... it might as well have been as good as Sousuke standing at the mouth of the hall.

Or was it?

After all, Mikaboshi had been behind the devastation which had recently been wrought upon the residential district at the surface colony. None knew that save for him, of course --- or at least none could prove it. There were a handful of eye witnesses that claimed he'd been present but the handy thing about explosions and fire was that it tended to clean up evidence of itself. It was impossible to tell whether or not the explosion had been arson caused at the hands of a person, an accident of engineering by the men who built the building or perhaps just an experiment of the Steward's gone awry. With his face hidden behind his mask, it was impossible to say what Mikaboshi's motives were in coming to the Toraono Dojo that night or in revealing himself to the trio.
