Ninpocho Chronicles is a fantasy-ish setting storyline, set in an alternate universe World of Ninjas, where the Naruto and Boruto series take place. This means that none of the canon characters exists, or existed here.
Each ninja starts from the bottom and start their training as an Academy Student. From there they develop abilities akin to that of demigods as they grow in age and experience.
Along the way they gain new friends (or enemies), take on jobs and complete contracts and missions for their respective villages where their training and skill will be tested to their limits.
The sky is the limit as the blank page you see before you can be filled with countless of adventures with your character in the game.

One week turned into two. The blow the boy received from Miro had been more than enough to literally knock him into next month. No doubt only intending to knock the boy out for a few days, his brain received such trauma that the staff in the Academy was forced to keep an eye on him as he slept...

Shinjo learned quickly at the Academy. Faster than most students despite the fact that he wasn’t born from a shinobi family. Somehow, his skill with handling chakra and the trauma from murdering his own fathers built up a psychic defense like no other. Few shinobi of even Chuunin level or higher could reach the boy’s ability to resist and negate Genjutsu. It wasn’t near as strong as it could be, but for his age and training it’s beyond phenomenal. Shinjo has decided to use this ability to attempt to control illusions beyond the strength of his Uchiha master, one day hoping to be nigh immune to Genjutsu all together.
Despite the hatred he had, even now, for his late father, the teenager decided against the ache in his heart to master the sword that was his clan’s. His start into Taijutsu did not go as well as Genjutsu. For one, his sensei in this field was a hateful old man that disliked Shinjo purely based on his low-class birth. The man pushed and struck the boy every last time he didn’t follow drills perfectly. This, however, didn’t deter Shin one bit. It instead only made a stronger student as he truly hated being whacked with a switch, and before his third month was out, he was already practicing with a real blade.
In the Kumogakure Academy, it was kill or be killed. Despite how much “fun” Shinjo was having being a student under a military faction, he picked up that not everyone was nice, and to trust people who treated you nice even less than normal folks. He had made a friend, another boy who was low-class like himself, but had stronger ambitions. For Shin, this was all just a way to overcome his own insecurities. He had no real future plans. For the “friend”, however, this was everything. It was a career. So it came as a surprise to Shin when the friend beat the ever loving hell out of him during Taijutsu practice. That was the day that the teenager learned about vengeance. The next time they were placed to spar against each other, Shinjo used the Genjutsu training he had been learning from the ANBU Sennin…and put his frienemy into a three week coma.
Shinjo is an easily impressible kid. The first time he saw Iaido being used was by a substitute Taijutsu master who had stepped in to take over for the older master who was out with a week long headache that Shin may, or may not have, had a hand in. The lesson was originally just supposed to be advanced stance training, but, the sub drew his weapon using Iaido, and from that moment on, Shin was obsessed with learning the quick draw technique. Just like with the original training involving Taijutsu, he was no master, but after a lot of trail and error was able to get the gist of it.
Core Ability Points:
1 Last Point into Extreme Understanding
2 Points into: Sensory Deprivation - Ability Modification (2 points) Restriction- Must have Shattered Reality
A vision of the void is to experience nothing. There is nothing to see. No ambience to hear. No movement of air to feel. A vision of the Void steals away a person's senses, overwhelming them as their mind attempts to make sense of find meaning in nothing. A Void Walker can impact a target of their Genjutsu in a similar way as a pale imitation. Effect: After the user Shatters a Genjutsu, the victim has -2 Genjutsu Save to that sense for the rest of the battle. May not stack multiple times on the same sense.

[Rp:In the short year spent within the Academy, Shinjo learned many talents that were at his disposal, and throughout the course of study eventually began to change his style in fighting. With a mind and chakra potential to literally become anything he wanted, the Student started to purposely focus his strengths away from Genjutsu to keep it from being an obvious crutch. His focus from there was fed into instead learning how to mix two styles of combat into a fluid art; Kenjutsu and Genjutsu. Already a force of nature for his age, the unlock of a dojutsu from recent trauma has only helped hone his own personal style of combat to a fine edge.]

[RP:Once Shinjo had a mastery over his stamina problems, he began to take his dueling to the next level. No longer satisfied with simply one-on-ones with his supposed peers, the Student gained a reputation for challenging multiple opponents at the same time. While most regarded this as a cocky nature brought about by his natural genius and talent, it was actually a way for him to learn how to quickly guess an opponent’s weakness and make the best of it. Shin believed that the chances of him actually fighting an opponent 1-on-1 was already small chance that he might as well learn how to pick off multiples. It went about as well as one would expect, giving so many jealous kids a chance to beat the genius. The fights started off very one-sided against Shin, and after getting his ass kicked by six other teenagers his age and above, he finally discovered the trick - being prepared. Be it a little poison, some dust to blow in someone’s eyes, a hidden weapon to help even his odds - anything that could give him an edge. Almost predictably, the teen won his first fight on the fifth challenge, and then continued to win from that point on.]
Remove Shatter Reality and Gain Bloody Mess
[RP:With his purposeful walk away from Genjutsu, Shinjo started to lean away from the devastation of shattering illusions and parts of the brain in order to focus on bodily damage. This was due to finding that it required far more Genjutsu to break someone’s mind than it did their bones. He also found that it was far easier to incorporate Genjutsu into his attacks through enhancing poisons on the base levels through chakra and that was far harder to do while trying to shock-break Genjutsu links with an opponent. Of course, he had considered the ups and downs of being able to fry an opponent’s brain mid fight, but eventually came to terms that if nothing else, they’d be far easier to interrogate. His poisons were fast acting, painful, but could easily be filtered through a strong shinobi’s liver. However, the teen imagined it would be hard for someone to control their liver metabolism while also bleeding out, and struggling with poisons, hallucinations, and poison induced Genjutsu. From there he could simply wait out the opponent if they were strong or flurry a weaker one until they were near death. At least, in theory. A lot of Shinjo’s ability had yet to be fully tested beyond his ability to actually wield a sword.]
Remove Willpower and Gain Clarity
[RP:Shinjo’s talent in resisting Genjutsu grew stronger as time rolled on, but, in far different ways that originally thought. His ability to resit Genjutsu outright eventually grew into an ability to just know if his chakra was being effected. After a deep study into Genjutsu and how they worked, Shin had the clever idea. In order for most illusionary techniques to effect a person the user must infect an opponent’s chakra with their own and throw it off circulation. So long as a Genjutsu is in effect, the chakra used for it is stuck and swirling through the opponent which could potentially lead to the user of the illusion being found. Shin knowing exactly what abilities are being used on him allows him to gain an extra advantage to just simply resisting Genjutsu all the time. Knowing where, when, and the how an illusion is effecting him could not only potentially be used to trick his opponent, but allow him to possibly track the chakra back to the person attempting to throw him beneath the bus. To that end Shin has studied and learned the intricacies of over a hundred different illusionary techniques and how they personally effect the chakra of each type of person.]

[RP:Shinjo’s dojutsu doesn’t give him an extra edge over an opponent by granting an extra special sight that notices his opponents doing things before they can; that’s the Sharingan’s deal. However, Shin doesn’t need his dojutsu to grant him such an ability as his eyes are naturally sharp at catching an opponent. Most people have a tell that they’re not aware of, and this tell shows when most people use the Clone Jutsu to hide themselves within the mirrored images. Shin can usually find that tell by pressuring an opponent enough to reveal it in combat. He’s also the last guy in Kumogakure you want to play poker with because of this.]
Jutsu Mastery
[RP:The mastery of a jutsu is something that can take anywhere from weeks, to years, to a lifetime. Some techniques are so hard to grasp in concept it can take that long to even learn how to use a Jutsu in the first place. For Shinjo, however, it’s the opposite. Things that would take a person years to do he has been known to pick up and conqure within hours sometimes; such as he has done with most Genjutsu. Rarely will the Student come across anything he cannot grasp immediately, and when he does it becomes a source of obsession until he does.]
Ambidexterity
[RP:Originally a single-swordsman fighter, Shinjo’s self-made style of combat requires the use of both hands. With the fact that he can carry up to seven swords and then also duplicate those swords during combat with his dojutsu, Shin has created a 14 sword-style Kenjutsu he calls ‘Omni-Step”. It allows him to instantly conjure a sword, real or fake, into his hand at any time and from any angle. Since it’s style of combat required so many swords to use it stepped away from the common single sword striking techniques and became a dual-handed dance of death between himself an whoever is unfortunate to face off against Shin.]
Elemental Illusion
[RP:While his skills in Genjutsu has become somewhat lax compared to his swordsmanship, Shin is still absolutely terrifying with their usage. While he doesn’t resource to massive brain manipulation, his skill at subtly changing the context of what an opponent senses instead can be as equally crushing. Simply removing the ability hear above a sudden pitch removes most of his opponents ability to hear his sword swinging, removing a layer of vision to hide their peripherals keeps them from seeing his side-ambushes. Little things instead of big things to keep his opponent guessing at all times if the attack that hit them was really Shin’s sword, or what Shin wants them to believe is his sword so that they face him in time to line up a perfect cut.]
Weapon Mastery - Piercing
[RP:After a few real-life combat situations, the teen quickly realized that his ability to cut didn’t always match up to an opponent’s ability to stop his edge. So, Shin began to forge new katana that removed the curve from the back of the blade and replaced it instead with a straight edge. This plus a far superior spear-like tip to the blade gives Shinjo better thrusting power hidden within his katana that few opponents see coming. If the first to strikes are bounced off, Shin resorts to a stab to impale his opponent, release the weapon, and draw another.]

Low: Ranged Acc/Ninjutsu Acc
Swapped Abilities:
Remove Duelist and Gain Strategist
New Skills Learned:
Shinobi 101 = Poison Ninjutsu uses Melee Accuracy
Tracker

Quick question and a comment. First the comment, please keep in mind the rules on Kōdō Infusion's. It looks like you're pre-applying them to the weapons when it would appear that they would need to be applied in battle. I could be wrong and this could be mostly a note for yourself but I think that you're trying to do Weaponized Kadō - Independent Special Move on the various items and poisons. Please correct me if I'm wrong, I just want to make sure that I'm understanding how you're applying N.Shade Extract to everything.
Concerning the question, how are your weapons get +2 Acc and +10% damage. I understand that your Kinjutsu keeps them from being lowered but how are both at max instead of it being +2 Acc /+0 Damage, etc. Admittedly you're the first Chimeiarashi that I can recall having to approve stuff for so I'm just a bit lost. Thanks for your understanding.
After hashin' it out, I think I've got it figured out. From what I can tell the poison is how it is because it has to be declared this way in a Dojo before a fight. It's:
Nightshade Extract - Passive Through mastery of botany the Yamanaka has learned to make their own strains of regular poisons, increasing their potency and effects. Rank 1/2/3: Grants access to the Nightshade extract. The Yamanaka can choose to add this to any poison they have in their inventory, adding an additional effect to the poison.
Injury Poisons gain an additional -1/-2/-3 Dodge/Gen Save debuff
Inhaled poisons gain additional -1/-2/-3 Acc/DC debuff
Notes:
This must be noted in the user’s dojo.
This caps at -4 total Dodge/Gen Save/Acc/DC debuff from Nightshade extract or the poison it is affecting.
