Ninpocho Chronicles

Ninpocho Chronicles is a fantasy-ish setting storyline, set in an alternate universe World of Ninjas, where the Naruto and Boruto series take place. This means that none of the canon characters exists, or existed here.

Each ninja starts from the bottom and start their training as an Academy Student. From there they develop abilities akin to that of demigods as they grow in age and experience.

Along the way they gain new friends (or enemies), take on jobs and complete contracts and missions for their respective villages where their training and skill will be tested to their limits.

The sky is the limit as the blank page you see before you can be filled with countless of adventures with your character in the game.

Special Augment Slot 1: Fata Morgana
All Taijutsu Techniques that miss are re-rolled using the users Genjutsu Difficulty versus the Targets Melee/Ranged Dodge. This can only occur once per round and do not apply to basic strikes.
Notes:
- Does not stack not Augment Mirage. When Fata Morgana is active, Mirage is disabled until Fata Morgana ends.
Augment Slot 2:Special Composition
The user must declare a base of Fire/Water/Wind/Earth/Lightning/Non-Elemental upon having this weapon equipped. Taijutsu Attacks made with this weapon gain half of the damage buffs the user has towards the element. Taijutsu Attacks are treated as the chosen element.
- This does not break the cap limit.
- An Advance Element may be chosen instead gaining full damage buffs the user may have. Example: If one chooses Ink, the user would only gain Ink Buffs and not buffs from Lightning/Wind.
- Once a buff is chosen, this can not be changed regardless of being dropped, sheathed, or unequipped.
- The user must have a Minor in the chosen base element. The user must also meet the requirements to choose an Advanced Element as well as having the Advanced Element be one of the four chosen Advanced Elements.
Augment Slot 3:Daze
A full hit from this weapon reduces the target's Genjutsu Save by -.5 for the remainder of the round. Stacks up to -2.
Notes:
- When used with a Multi-Hit Taijutsu, all strikes must be Full Hits in order to inflict Daze.
 
Quick Healer
Maybe it was due to the nature of her profession. Maybe she was odd. Or maybe it was from countless wounds inflicted upon her. For some odd reason Kumiko seemed to heal quite faster than the average person. Time and time again, whether due to training or missions, each and every time a wound was inflicted upon her the time to heal grew shorter and shorter. And with every fight it only made this unique ability grow stronger and stronger. Not that the Uchiha complained, healing mid battle was always a bonus and would be something she'd use to her advantage.

Quick Draw
She felt the weight of her Naginata within her palm, testing her grip over various sections of the wooden staff. Though it was her weapon of choice it wasn`t the most practical for a number of reasons. First being how to carry it on her person. An easy enough solution by sealing it within a sealing scroll. Second was the fact it wasn`t the best weapon to unsheath in the heat of battle. Which was the something Kumiko needed to work on. Over and over again she`d summon her weapon to her hand, unsheathing the metal blade at its tip. Maybe if she continued in this style her timing would decrease.

Unlocking Shadow Affinity
Ever since Kumiko was little she had a natural affinity for fire. So did most other Uchiha, like her brother. All through the academy and her Gennin days she trained this affinity, not that she used much ninjutsu. Her arsenal mainly consisted of Genjutsu and Taijutsu. But the Uchiha girl felt she'd gain some sort of praise if she perfected the natural Uchiha gift. She was wrong. It was an 'ordinary' thing for her to master. If mastering one affinity was considered ordinary maybe if she mastered another she'd be praised by her family. However this proved trickier than she thought. Through time and training Kumiko found her second affinity, water. An odd thing considering her original was fire. Even odder she found her second affinity was different from Bruinetto's, her twin. Biologically the two should have the same. This further fueled Kumiko's desire to become better than her brother and she threw herself into her training, both physical and intellectual. There was only so far she could take the water element yet within her studies, making sure to keep this a secret from her twin, she found the two, fire and water, could be combined within an advanced element. Shadow. Kumiko couldn't think of a better choice for herself. What with being ANBU and all, a shinobi of the shadows, it simply fit. If mastering a fire and water affinity was not good enough surely mastering the shadow affinity would grant her praise. If not praise then maybe striving to be stronger than her brother would be enough. Yet if her second affinity differed from Bruinetto than his own advanced affinity would be different as well, something which could trump her own. No matter what Kumiko would keep striving to be better than him, keep striving in order to prove herself to her clan.
 
Activating Weapon Mastery - Piercing
So far Kumiko had done well with her weapons training. Since graduating from the Academy she always figured genjutsu was the best way for herself, considering her bloodline and all. Not going that route would be a waste of potential. Yet the hardest decision was which path to take with taijutsu. Eventually weaponry was chosen, yet what weapon? The young Uchiha always figured the traditional katana would best suit her but it wasn't until she grasped the hilt of a Naginata that she knew. That was her weapon of choice. Since that day her Naginata was always by her side, whether sealed within a scroll or strapped upon her back. And day in and out she used it in her training's until she became a true master at it's art.

Activating Called Shot
There was no point in taijutsu unless one was able to critically hurt the person. Just punching, kicking, what ever else there was was pointless unless one was able to strike hard enough to break bone, crush it even. One needed to know the joints and where best to strike to cause the most damage and where the bone was the weakest. Kumiko took it upon herself to learn these things. Why else be a shinobi unless one was going to do it right? After hitting the books and learning what she could Kumiko's next step was to make practical use of this knowledge. Information which was definitely useful.

Activating Jutsu Mastery
Seeing as her taijutsu was near perfect it was time Kumiko focused on another aspect of her arsenal. Having all these different jutsu was good however it was how one used them that changed a battle. If ones chakra control was not perfected one would be wasting precious chakra casting these jutsu. Something which could also be carried over to stamina use with taijutsu. Perfecting her chakra control took time but once this kumiko was able to cast ninjutsu, genjutsu, and perform taijutsu efficiently overall she'd be left with more chakra and stamina to perform other attacks. That in itself was worth it.

*Nam, weapon mastery actually doesn't benefit the player anymore. It's a useless ability. I'd change it out if I were you.

Kumiko's current training focused on one major aspect of her fighting style. Genjutsu. Already she trained her taijutsu and weapon styles, making sure they were up to par with her current strength. Now she needed to strength her natural born talent, given to her by the Uchiha blood running through her veins. The same blood which possessed a natural affinity for fire. Maybe there was a way to combine the two together in order to boost the power of her genjutsu? If she could infuse her fire chakra into the genjutsu when she cast it through her sharingan then maybe the result would be a more powerful genjutsu? It was worth a short.

Activating Shattered Reality-

Her sharingan was her natural born weapon. A gift from her Uchiha heritage. She considered it her greatest weapon, yet it was only as great as one trained it. Genjutsu was what she excelled within, yet lately she had been training her weak points. Ninjutsu and Taijutsu. Now it was time to further improve upon her sharingan. Yet she would need a guinea pig. Right now she wanted to focus on visual genjutsu, ensnaring her prey in some form of elaborate genjutsu in which they wouldn't even know they were captured. A true sign of a genjutsu master. So Kumiko chose her brother. Day after day she'd cast genjutsu upon him. Normally it didn't work, considering he too was an Uchiha, but a few times she'd catch him off guard.

Prerequisites: C rank
There was one natural perk to being an Uchiha. That was a gift in not only genjutsu but also in detecting genjutsu. Ok. Maybe not all Uchiha. But Kumiko was more proficient within the art of illusions than most others. Majority of people new it to be a foolish endeavor to try and cast a genjutsu upon her. Those that didn't learnt the hard way. Maybe it was because she was so efficient in her illusions and genjutsu that she knew how to recognize the signs of one? Maybe it was the gift of her bloodline? Either way Kumiko could always tell when one was cast upon her.

Activating Sixth Sense
Prerequisites: 40 stat average
Sparring with her twin brother was a rare occasion. This being such an occasion. Before her stood her brother, well, multiple clones of her brother. Gazing forth with her sharingan each one held the same chakra signature. Meaning her brother did a damn good job of masking himself within the group of clones he had created. Knowing her brother she only had one shot at this. Choosing the wrong one and he'd end this fight with the opening she herself would create for him. But which clone to choose? Over thinking this wasn't going to help. So Kumiko relied on her gut. Performing a series of hand seals a burst of shadowy tendrils erupted from underneath one of the clones, binding him in place. As a result of this all the remaining clones dispersed in puffs of smoke. She had chosen the real one instead of a clone.

Activating Enchanter - Fighting style
Requirements: Prerequisites 200 Genjutsu, 6 mastered Genjutsu of every Sense.
As an Uchiha it was pretty obvious what Kumiko's first choice of combat was. Perferably this female Uchiha would attack with genjutsu, seeing as her sharingan benefitted such a combat style. But the trick was really integrating it into a form of fighting style, meshing it with her other strong attributes, yet still focusing on the genjutsus strength above all else. Seeing as her eyes freed her hands of handseals to perform them she was already well underway to combine her genjutsu and taijutsu. With a little time and a little training there would be no stopping her skills.
