One after another, a total of six shadows moved behind him like swift predators. Tensai himself moved without hindrance, nimbly navigating the treetop branches with a casual expression. He had found himself on the wrong side of Kumogakure, and three people along with their companions wanted to make sure he knew that. The three young men, the first three shadows, appeared rugged and feral. They somehow had nails that were more akin to claws, and cuspids sharper than Tensai's own. The leader of the trio wore beads around his neck, which rattled along with the rustling leaves and thumping footsteps against thick branches.
Crossing his arms for a moment and jutting them outwards moments after allowed Tensai's weapons to unravel. The long red wires and metallic arrowheads glistened as they ripped through the foliage, reflecting what little of the sun's light made it through the lush canopies. Just as he yanked the wire back towards himself, the three slightly smaller shadows emerged as dark colored wolves. It was Tensai's assumption that each of the canines belonged to a humanoid master. The tugging motion Tensai had pulled off moments before allowed the arrowheads to arc tightly back towards his body, simultaneously shielding himself from any fast approaching enemies. Suddenly he could hear what sounded like heavy chops as metal grooved through nature in his direction, twisting just in time Tensai avoided a shuriken to the face.
Before allowing himself to fall backwards through the trees with the same unabashed expression, he flung out the wire and metal. The sound of steel piercing flesh and then spinning within and breaking out the other side was indescribable as Tensai hit his targets shoulder and pierced through. Pulling back he tugged the arrowhead back through the shoulder, and consequently slammed the same man's face into the dirt...All before quickly spinning in the air and landing almost silently and speeding onward. The wolves had his scent, so it wasn't as if he'd lose them any time soon.
