Character's Physical Description:
Once having had horns sprout out of her head, upon defeating a particularly dangerous demon (one of the ones residing within the scattered Dragon Statues), Kaori lost the horns upon her head. She now stands at 5'6" and weighs 105 pounds. Kaori changed her clothes during her time out hunting these particular demons to something a lot more 'combat capable'. Certainly, to some, they might still be cumbersome and more aesthetically pleasing than combat capable, but she finds it comfortable. Her clothing consists of a purple 'kimono-esque' outfit with a darker purple set of tights underneath. The kimono-esque outfit comes down to a skirt. She wears tights all the way up her right leg. Her feet are covered in wooden sandals that wrap half-way up her calves with leather straps.
Her outfit has detached sleeves, being held on by a few ribbons. These detached sleeves flare out at a high angle and are long enough to dangle upon the ground. As a replacement for the weight of her horns, she generally wears some kind of head-ornament. She could normally be seen wearing taiko drums, using them to bind her hair back down to thinly braided tails on either side of her head. Atop of her head there is a worn golden hairband that she keeps for sentimental value.
She wears a black choker upon her neck with a bell-shaped object. The bell had the ball removed so it wouldn't make so much noise and is only there for appearance. Upon her waist, she can be seen wearing either a scarlet or violet sash around her waist, hugging firmly to her torso just below her breasts.

What is Limbo Training?
This is the training that you would have gotten if you did not move on to your new character's life. Your caps are determined by your rebirthed stats. You must keep a record of your stats gained during limbo in your OCR thread. You may NOT request for an automatic rank up should you find that your new stats allow you to upgrade. Limbo training is only for people who have died in modded combat or suicide. Anyone whose character has not died is still capable of RPing that character until their OCR is finalized, and thus can train as normal.

Kinjutsu/Bloodline App - Chimera/Tsuchimikado - WIP

I was told I could do a Kin swap in OCR. So here i go:

Somewhere in the Fire Country...

Kaori approached a small town out in the middle-of-nowhere of Fire Country. She had been given leads on a small town acting rather strangely; mostly acting piously towards an inanimate object. For Kaori, this was the lead she was looking for. For the last several years, she was hunting down dragon statues throughout the Fire Country; having already dispatched 3 within the country. Some people have lauded her as 'savior' while others may have seen her as 'one that steals hope'. She didn't relish in their reaction, whether good or bad, she had a job to do: eradicate the spirits contained within the dragon statues. Each of the dragon statues that she had found housed a malevolent, twisted spirit. These spirits have lived for many generations, enslaving those they deem 'easy enough' to manipulate. They promise big things like immortality, extreme wealth, and incredible power in exchange for unwavering servitude and keeping their end of the promise. For those that do not keep their end of the bargain, after being given their gift from their spirit, they will be bombarded with excruciating pain and even thoughts of their own death. It is due to the fear of reprisal from the spirits that the people who live around these dragon statues obey their every command. This was something the Tenkawa bloodline had to endure for several hundreds of years.

Kaori found herself within the village of Kannagi; a bustling town with only 100 people living there. She had been to other villages and they were all vibrantly colored with fiery reds, vibrant yellows, piercing blues, and other colors one would find in their wildest dreams. The colors she saw within the village of Kannagi were hushed and muted. Everything was washed in gray as if the life of the village was being stripped away. The muted colors was strange and completely alien to Kaori, feeling each step into the village more and more awkward. Another thing that also made her time here feel strange was the lack of noise. It felt like she stepped into a village outside of time. Her confusion lead to anger after she made her way into the village square to see, what appeared to be the entire village, on their knees and bowing to the dragon statue in silence. "There it is, Mina. The one we've been searching for for 7 months," Kaori said to the spirit within her gloves.

"Yup! Now all we have to do it bring it out and destroy it! We can do this, Kaori!" the spirit within her gloves stated. The spirit within her gloves was once a friend of her's; her closest and only friend from her childhood. While Kaori was stuck performing shrine duties (and only shrine duties) it was Mina who told her to sneak out, eat popsicles and candy, and act like a child. Those were the best days of her life. After her tragic death, she reached out and, through the use of a forbidden ritual, placed Mina's lingering spirit into her gloves: the Gloves of Divine Dragon Flame. Now her presence is used as a way to strengthen her ability to fight these demons and as a way to guide and encourage her.

Kaori clenched her hands into a tight fist and stepped forward, shouting out. "Ladies and gentlemen of Kannagi. Listen to me! The statue you are worshiping is a demon! It isn't a dragon like you think it is! Continuing to worship that monster will only plague you and your descendants to the end of time! It is time to stop praying to that demon!" she said. Her boisterous voice didn't seem to reach anyone as they continued their silent prayer to the statue. The blind faith to this demon only stirred her and made her more angry. "I guess all that's left to do is to begin the ritual. Are you ready, Mina?" Kaori said.

"We'll be a little far away, but we should be able to reach the statue from here. Let's begin, Kaori. Be strong and let them hear your beautiful voice~" Mina said to Kaori with the purple haired girl to nod her head and step forward and cleared her throat. She started to dance in a wispy manner, moving from side-to-side, letting the detached sleeves of her outfit sway behind her. Afterward, she started to sing. Her voice penetrated through the air. The vibrations of her voice bringing color back to the village and snapping the villagers out of their silent prayer. As Kaori continued to sing, people started to return to their senses and moved out of the way as she started to approach the statue. Some of the elders attempted to stop Kaori from approaching any further, but were stopped by the other elders. Upon reaching the statue, Kaori opened up her arms and violently flung her palms into the statue.

With the violent fling of her hands, a creature was pushed out of the statue and rolled upon the ground a couple of times. It quickly got up on it's own two 'feet?' and started to rip hairs and flesh out of the bottom-face while releasing a horrendous screech. Hearing the loud song and seeing the brilliantly vivid colors returned to the small village of Kannagi caused intense pain to flood through the horrible creature. It's voice pierced Kaori's ears and the ears of everyone else in the village. "Praise me! PRAISE ME! BE SILENT! GRAY EVERYTHING!!!!" the creature said in an echoing, wheezy voice. It repeated what it said the entire time while it was self-mutilating itself while regenerating everything destroyed by itself.

"What is your name, foul creature!" Kaori shouted out to the creature. The creature stopped for a moment to look towards Kaori, now beginning it's self-mutilation process more ferociously and with more aggression. "It was you! You were the cause of this pain!! You brought the color and sound back to this town! You were the one to cause me this AGONY!!"

"I don't think you're going to reach it with your words, Kaori. You're going to have to exorcise it," Mina said, a voice that only Kaori could hear.

"Yeah, I was worried about that. This one is extremely powerful too. Back me up, Mina," she said as she puts her hands up in a combat-ready stance.

"Gotcha! Be safe, Kaori!"

Kaori steadied herself, her hands shaking uncontrollably. The strength of this demon far exceeded any that she fought thus far. The last couple that she fought were push-overs, but seeing the influence it had on the people and the environment gave her the chills; an impending feeling of doom. Her eyes went completely white before she jumped in towards the creature and attempted a few punches into the bottom half of the creature, blowing chunks of it's body to pieces only for the creature to swipe at her, forcing her back. All of the pieces of the creature's body that she blew apart quickly regenerated. She decided the best course of action was to attack the top half. She jumped in to deliver a Jyuuketsu Combo to the top half, striking every strike with no effect. The creature then reached down at Kaori, grabbing her by the horns.

Intense pain came from the base of her horns as the creature started to pull them apart. Kaori let out a howl of pain before the creature ripped off Kaori's left horn and used it as a weapon against her, jamming the sharp-end of the horn into her side. It ripped the right horn off of Kaori's head and moved to jam it straight into her heart before time appeared to slow down. The creature's movements slowed to an absolute crawl as Kaori looked around for a moment, blood dripping down her lips. A bright white light came over Kaori. The light was warm and comforting. From the light, she saw her friend, Mina bathed in light before her. Mina's hands softly caressed Kaori's cheek.

"It seems now is the time, Kaori. I cannot allow that thing to kill you. Surely, if things continue as they do now, you will most certainly die." Mina said with a big smile upon her face.

"What are you talking about? What do you mean?" Kaori asked with a look of confusion.

"I'm going to give you the power to defeat this monster, but we won't be able to talk ever again after this, alright?" Mina said before leaning in and giving Kaori a kiss upon her lips. Her body faded into light and enveloped Kaori, changing her shape once again. The remnants of her horns were replaced by drum-like ornaments and her clothes changed. Her hair also went from the two-toned purple and pink to a jet-black color. Afterwards, time returned to normal with the monster about to jam the second horn into Kaori's body. The horn was deflected by a barrier between Kaori and the improvised weapon. As soon as the horn struck the barrier, the creature got blown back, taking it's right hand.

Kaori placed a hand over her chest and looked down in lamentation. "You tore your soul into pieces and gave me a fragment of it to save me. You idiot," she said in a somber tone. She gripped the hand upon her chest into a fist and turned to look towards the creature with a serious look upon her face. "I won't let her sacrifice go to waste!" she said as 3 shikigami figures started to float around her. She extended her hand out towards the creature, sticking all three of the shikigami onto it. With a quick flurry of handseals, one of the seals exploded in a massive ball of fire, the other with a massive bolt of electricity, and the third attacked the creature's mind. It let out a terrible shrieking noise, tearing away at the face upon it's lower half until the face developed a mouth and let out a terrible scream.

Three more shikigami appeared around Kaori and she repeated this process over and over again, causing intense pain for the demon as well as stripping away layers of the creature only for it to regenerate. She three another three set of Shikigami on the creature, dove in and performed an Eight-Trigram 256 palm strike on the creature. After the final strike, she kicked off it it, performed a one-handed seal and caused it to explode 3 more times. While the creature was still smoldering, Kaori jumped upon it and performed an Eight Gates Assault upon the monster, causing it to explode into a heap of meat. 3 more shikigami surrounded Kaori and she spread the sheets of paper into the major portions of the scattered body and quickly electrified everything with massive bolts of lightning.

It was then that Kaori saw something that she had never seen before during an exorcism. A black mass started to excrete itself from the multiple pieces of the creature's body and began to coalesce into one large formation. Normally she would purify the spirit while waving blindly at the air, however, she could now see what she was purifying. Tears began to well in her eyes as she pulled out her shide (purifying wand) and waved it towards the black mass. She then said the words, "Rest in peace." causing the black mass to turn white and eventually evaporate. After the creature vanished, Kaori dropped the shide and fell to her knees crying. Tears poured out of her eyes as she wailed in pain. She lost her friend completely now and there was nothing she could do about it this time.

The villagers were also in tears. Not for the same reason Kaori was as they were finally freed from the bindings of that demon and the fact that they could finally see in color. The colors and freedom were beautiful, yet terrifying concepts to them. As a means of appreciation, some of the people in the village approached Kaori only to stop and watch her cry. They didn't know the reason why she was crying, but they decided to give her space. After a few moments passed, Kaori wiped her eyes and stood up. Now the villagers attempted to approach Kaori only for her to start walking away. "But miss! We want to thank you!" one of the villagers shouted out. Kaori stopped for a brief moment and turned to look towards the villagers. Tears were still in her eyes, but she just gave them a warm smile. "If you want to thank me, then live your lives how you want to live it. Don't let Mina's sacrifice go to waste, alright?" she said before wiping the tears from her eyes once more and taking off.

Kaori had lived this life for as long as she could remember. Performing her duties without any regard to what she wanted or who she lost. She, too, was a prisoner of these terrible dragon statues and the monstrosities that resided within them. Because she knew of the terrible things she had to deal with and the history of servitude to these monsters, she is willing to eradicate all of these demons so that others may live in peace. With the newly given powers, Kaori will discover that she could obtain power from other people. Those willing to give her a piece of their soul would increase her power to destroy the demonic forces within these statues.​
