Ninpocho Chronicles

Ninpocho Chronicles is a fantasy-ish setting storyline, set in an alternate universe World of Ninjas, where the Naruto and Boruto series take place. This means that none of the canon characters exists, or existed here.

Each ninja starts from the bottom and start their training as an Academy Student. From there they develop abilities akin to that of demigods as they grow in age and experience.

Along the way they gain new friends (or enemies), take on jobs and complete contracts and missions for their respective villages where their training and skill will be tested to their limits.

The sky is the limit as the blank page you see before you can be filled with countless of adventures with your character in the game.

This is Ninpocho Chronicles.

Ryuichi stood in front of the gates of Kumogakure. His large coat not doing much to help the chilling winds the land was known for, the boy had to hold his lantern closer to his person in order to give himself some warmth. His eyes, while not completely faded, lacked the distinct Rinnegan purple color, and many of it's ripples as it seems to have faded overnight for some unknown reason. In it's place, a red rippled pattern remained. What this meant for Ryuichi was yet to be discovered, but he didn't have the time to figure it out just yet.

Right now he wanted out, and out he would go. With a large backpack, two large canteens, his trusty fishing pole and lantern, and countless scrolls of sealed ANBU tools hidden from plain sight, the boy was ready to go.

Having avoided Uri by some stroke of luck, he approached whoever was on gate duty, or whoever was on hand who had the authority to see him out.

"Akaime Ocha, Genin of the main branch. Requesting exit under direct permission of one of the three great Sennin of Kumo." He said, holding up his 'false' passport, which by all intents and purposes was exactly like any normal one. THis was due to it being an official Kumo-issued false passport for ANBU that wished to hide their identities.

He was partially upset that he didn't have the guts to say goodbye to anyone, but if all went well...he would return.

-Otani Ryuichi (And his ghost, Yoya), requesting exit! All threads I've been in have been ended due to inactivity, and passport was received here

-anyone wanting to say goodbye is welcome to join.

"Hey Suika, while you're here, mind if you cover me so I can eat?" asked a random Chuunin with no apparent purpose in this story line other than to introduce the girl to this scene. The girl, dressed in sleek, black kunoichi attire, nodded her head. "Sure, but it's crucial that I'm off in 10 minutes, so try to not waste time." Her tone was calm and her expression cool, but her aura radiated an assertive command. After all, the Chuunin was long from being a rookie... she knew what she had to do and when to do it.

As soon as the man hurried off, a familiar, yet ever-developing face made their appearance. The girl had her back turned away from the figure, but smoothly shifted her body around and grinned. "Yo, Ocha-chan," she greeted, slowly reaching her hand out for his passport, "One of the 'three Great Sennin' is sending you on a field trip?"</B><i></i> Her question was rhetorical, which was obvious due to the slivers of sarcasm that coated her query. Examining his passport, and having the experience of checking out hundreds of them by now, it clearly was valid.

<B>"You're good to go, Ocha-chan," she confirmed as she handed the Genin back his passport. With subtle social transition, her smile grew warm. "Do come back safely."

Suika kept her interaction with the boy short and sweet. She didn't have much to add as she knew he was most likely being sent on a mission of sorts, but she was genuine when she expressed her regards. After all, as cheesy as he could be when using his techniques by calling them out, Ocha had proven to be a valuable comrade of Suika. Her intent was that all close to her would prosper alongside her, and she knew he would.

Ryuichi was a bit relieved that his final goodbye would be with a bit of a familiar face. Giving a laugh at her sarcasm, Ryu pushed it off with, "You know how uptight some of the gate guard can get when you aren't such a boot kisser. Makes them feel better when they spend all day standing around. Good thing it was you, instead."

He let her look over his passport, not letting a small grin leave his face despite his growing anxiety as the outside of Kumo was just at his fingertips. When told he could go, he let out a small sigh. Taking back his passport, and waving to Suika.

"I'll be back. I'll grab you a souvenir, if I take too long." He said, holding up a hand as he casually walked away. His coat waving in the ice cold wind within the valley of the dragon's gate. His final words to Kumo were in the bastardized tongue that came from here. "Θα βρω τον εαυτό μου εγκαίρως, Κούμο. Όταν το κάνω, Θα επιστρέψω σε αυτές τις μεγάλες πύλες."

- Ancient Kumo states "I'll find myself in time, Kumo. When I do, I will return to these great gates."

-topic, and Village left.
