HEAVY METAL QUEEN
Dressed in black Amaya entered the communications room several floors up into the Spire. She had prepared a speech in order to announce her inauguration date but instead decided against that plan of action... she had her reasons and after much contemplation she found that the best way to lead a driving force was from the rear and not the front. There would be no formal ceremony and those hours spent preparing her inaugural address was not a waste as it gave her mind time to seek out other options. She came across one very eccentric but if done correctly could yield fruits of favorable outcomes. As her first order of business she had initiated the Saizo project, a program developed by a Ms. Saiko long ago which housed operatives all by the name Judee in service of the anbu members. Project Saizo is made of Twenty bodies(Faceless NPC's) which means that there is actually Twenty copies of Judee, each housed in a different location, across the village and soon the globe, who can service Anbu operatives via headset radio frequency. Those without headsets cannot access Judee's services. All members of the Judee program are 5ft 7ich in height, blue hair, etc. They all look a like and they all sound alike.This was a very unique and special program with many uses, one of which was for the protection of not only the village but the ones who would lay down their lives for it. Judee will be known to the public as the "Voice" and to members of the corps, Judee, a mysterious female voice who acts as both a concierge and the will of their anbu Sennin. This voice relays the Sennin's messages and provides for the Corps member's requests to be answered, from executing large scale purchases to bribing authorities, and relaying their mission orders. They will come to know the "Voice" as Judee who isn't a person but is an advanced network of persons all going by the same name. In any case, Judee is actually a system of communication created long ago to increase the Anbu corp's effectiveness and is only just now being used due to the need for greater national security. Again, the program was developed by a Ms. Saiko but other hidden records and files identify the founder as a Ms. Saizo or even a Ms. Shiratori. Amaya stood with one such Judee operative who would relay her words to the entire village and knew her role as many to act as her will. Once coms were established between their location and the headsets, radios, and loud speakers throughout the village, Amaya would nod to Judee.
"Judee, lets begin."
"As you wish Amaya-sama... *Intercom* Citizens of Iwagakure! With no undo delay, your Kage has chosen amongst the Anbu Corps finest a new head of security, a Sennin of the Anbu Corps charged with the duty of managing all of the members in the divisions of the branch, handling all matter of the branch, and oversees anything and everything that takes place. It is her promise to you and the members of the Corps to provide for the safe, orderly, and expeditious refinement to the Corps in support of the main branch and medical branch within the nation's theater of operations. Rest assured that you are in good hands and to the members of the Corps, Noblesse Oblige, I prey for your continuous service as a protector of this nation."
With that her message was heard and a test run of the Saizo project completed. Only this Judee and the Kage himself knows of the identity of the Anbu Sennin and Amaya decided to keep it this way for a bit. She would dawn her black mask, a new face, the anbu Sennin's face. She would cut the communications soon after and nod to Judee to make her exit. Judee would politely smile and bow as Amaya headed out. There was lots of work to be done and planning to boot. Progression was at hand and motivation ran wild within her. She would pull it off, she would make a difference.
