Ninpocho Chronicles

Ninpocho Chronicles is a fantasy-ish setting storyline, set in an alternate universe World of Ninjas, where the Naruto and Boruto series take place. This means that none of the canon characters exists, or existed here.

Each ninja starts from the bottom and start their training as an Academy Student. From there they develop abilities akin to that of demigods as they grow in age and experience.

Along the way they gain new friends (or enemies), take on jobs and complete contracts and missions for their respective villages where their training and skill will be tested to their limits.

The sky is the limit as the blank page you see before you can be filled with countless of adventures with your character in the game.

This is Ninpocho Chronicles.

Ahhhh the beautiful Sunagakure. The sand swept over the paved roads and drifted through the wind with such bliss. It was bright and sunny. Today felt glorious. The beams from the sun struck the land with so much comfort . The town was booming with civilians and fierce shinobi. Everything was perfect. Today was perfect enough for the young shinobi, Susumu, to go out once more and make new friends. *yawn "It feels good to be back" "It feels like I had been gone for ages"</B><i></i> Susumu hadn't been outside in a long time. He had been too busy looking after Gram-Grams since she had been getting sick. Susumu headed downstairs to check on her. "Hey!!!" "Good Morning Granny!" "How goes it?"<i></i> Susumu was full of energy. <B>"I'm doing well Susu" "Are you going outside?" Susumu replied, "Yea right after I fix your breakfast" Susumu made a conscious effort to make sure his illegal guardian was well fed and taken care of. "Oh Susu thats so sweet of you but i'm not even hungry" "Go outside you can cook later i'll call you in when i'm ready to eat" Gram-Grams didn't have really much of an appetite lately, but Susumu still tried to cook nonetheless. It was kinda sad for him in a way. Susumu owed this woman his life for her taking him in as a runnaway orphan. "Are you sure Granny?" Susumu asked in concerned. Gram-Grams then responded with a simple nod and proceeded to pick up some cloth so she could knit. Susumu had noticed that she had been really fond of knitting lately and began to wonder what it was for. He always asked but she would never tell him. Maybe it was something special. Only time would tell.

Susumu took off and left the house into the very center of Sunagakure. He stood still in front of his door to take in the sandy air that consumed him. He had on his signature blue cloak with gold trim, his hair was straight and spiky, and most of all he had his favorite weapon of choice "Beowulf" on just in case things got out of line. Susumu was never the confrontational type in all honesty, if anything, he always tried to avoid confrontation. He wouldn't ever label himself as scary or a wuss or anything like that for the matter, in fact, the one word he uses to describe himself is "Honor". He prides himself on treating people the way others treat him. He's a big fan of the golden rule. Susumu proceeded to walk down the roads of his village. He appreciated every step that he took as if he would never take another step again.

Running errands tended to be the core trait of the young Yamanaka's life. If he wasn't darting around the village for Academy requests his mother had him making deliveries and his father constantly had him picking up new parts. He truly didn't mind helping out but he would much rather be studying or reading a book. Nevertheless there he was, walking through the center of town after just dropping off a parcel for his mother. His bright blonde hair and blue eyes made a distinct contrast to the regular brunettes of Sunagakure and his light skin went to match. Adorning what he has determined was his shinobi gear the young boy was cloaked in a long green and black tunic that covered most of his black pants. A small cut off jacket was worn on top with it's sleeves tied above the elbow by two long ribbons. On his lower back two belt pouches could be seen, one of which clearly held two scrolls. To finish off his look two black gloves covered his hands and a tight black band held his hair up into a small ponytail. He had every distinct feature of the Yamanaka clan, and that included their secret techniques.

Walking through the streets the boy's sky blue eyes darted around to see if there was anything that would peak his interest. Low and behold their was. The student's eyes would lock onto a baked good that was sitting in a windowsill as his stomach made a slight grumbling sound. It was probably passed breakfast already but the boy had forgotten to eat on his rush out of the house this morning. As if nature took it's course the boy instantly pulled one of his belt pouches in front of him as he would open it up and rummage around looking for something to eat. Sure the boy was halfway paying attention to where he was walking but that didn't really mean anything. Hell if the older boy in a blue cloak walking the other direction didn't notice Shin turning down his way at the nearby corner the two would collide into each other. Causing the young boy to spill the contents of his belt pouch and falling back to his rear as the older boy was quite a bit bigger than he was. Smoke bombs. chakra-suppressing seals, micro-chakra bombs, explosive paper tags, and other basic ninja tools would flutter through the air for just a moment before falling around the apparently unobservant child.

"I've never seen the village so dry before" Susumu giggled a little bit, as he realized that he was after all in the Hidden Sand Village. If Susumu had 1 yen for every time he caught himself in his own joke, well wealthy would be an understatement. He quickly got himself together from his juvenile joke and continued walking. He looked up and accidentally ran into a boy. Susumu really only brushed his shoulder but still nonetheless he felt bad. The boy seemed to be an academy student, or perhaps Susumu was just too quick to judge him off of his age. "Oh my god i'm so sorry are you ok?" "I should've payed attention to where I was going im sorry"<i></i> Susumu helped him up and all the while looking around to see if anyone noticed and was getting the wrong idea. He had just gotten back in Sunagakure, the last thing he needed was to be hauled away by ANBU because he "assaulted" a child. "Hey my name Akujin Susumu" "You can call me Sumu for short" <i></i> As it wasn't already apparent Susumu was terrible with first impressions. He hated embarrassing himself as anyone would, but with him it was more like a passionate hatred stemming from the feeling of wanting to right his wrongs. As if doing so would erase any prior sin he had committed in the past. Susumu awaited a response from the young soul. Hopefully he would forgive him for being so careless.

Quickly grabbing his ninja gear the boy was stammering awkwardly. It was a mixture of um's and sorry's that didn't really make much sense except for the feeling of utter embarrassment. It was bad enough he was teased in the academy for his lack in agility and composure when it comes to maintaining his balance during taijutsu training. "Oh no, It's my fa-"<i></i> The blonde boy looked up to see who he ran into and stopped mid sentence as he saw the tall older boy before him. Standing up with the aid of the older Sunan the young Yamanaka's face looked a bit shocked to be honest, this was the first time in a long time that Shin didn't know what to say. Susumu was his name, but that nickname "Sumu" well to say the least it made Shin's face turn the ever so obvious shade of pink as he realized that he was just standing there staring blankly at him. Quickly readjusting his torso to attach the belt pouch he was awkwardly holding back to it's proper spot the young, naive, innocent child turned back around with his hand extended out. "I-I, umm, I'm Chikamatsu Shin."<i></i> A nervous grin slipped onto his face. "It really was my fault. I, umm, should saw you as I turned the corner. I'm sorry"<i></i>
