Ninpocho Chronicles

Ninpocho Chronicles is a fantasy-ish setting storyline, set in an alternate universe World of Ninjas, where the Naruto and Boruto series take place. This means that none of the canon characters exists, or existed here.

Each ninja starts from the bottom and start their training as an Academy Student. From there they develop abilities akin to that of demigods as they grow in age and experience.

Along the way they gain new friends (or enemies), take on jobs and complete contracts and missions for their respective villages where their training and skill will be tested to their limits.

The sky is the limit as the blank page you see before you can be filled with countless of adventures with your character in the game.

This is Ninpocho Chronicles.

Welcome to the [Telegraph Office]

Walking up to the telegraph office the first order of business was getting the word out to leaf of what he needed though how long they would take to respond was somewhat up in the air for the man as he had been gone long enough that he had little to no idea what the current state of the village would be though he would more than likely find out now. "Well here's to hoping Asuka has somehow managed to keep herself in one piece after all this time, knowing her track record i am certain more than a few things have happened in my absence."

The thought was enough to bring something of a light smile to his face, while he had found her antics more than a bit annoying when he was in leaf recent months had changed that, he had could to accept he wasn't able to appreciate her lighthearted nature until it was gone and now part of him simply wished to see a familiar face again writing the letter before attaching it to the bird to be sent to leaf.

Dear Asuka

I know this probably isn't the kind of letter you wanted to receive from me after all this time and while I understand you may be frustrated I do require your assistance. My attempts to leave Cloud have been hindered as they wish to know that I am indeed who I say I am and would like confirmation from the leaf village, considering how long we have known each other I feel you are suited to deal with matters such as this one.

On other matters I do apologies for not writing, while i wish i could have things got out of hand and i didn't have all too much time to think about things such as sending letters.

- Chigokai Yukio

Now it would be a waiting game, wondering how long it would take for Asuka to respond if at all.

The telegram office was busy today, but there would be one particular thing that would happen that would make this day slightly less boring. A paper airplane, with very little chakra infused into it flew in and gently landed on a nearby table. A bored looking ninja who was sifting through the mail to ensure nothing was out of the ordinary came across the paper airplane. Unfolding and reading it, he shrugged and put it up on the billboard in case anyone would be interested in such a thing.

Messenger Turtle [From Konohagakure]

Noticeably housecat sized, the green turtle that showed up at the telegraph office was clearly with message and definitely sent by somebody who found it perfectly reasonable to make a turtle climb a mountain when a bird would have done the job far better and more quickly. With the scroll carefully rolled up and strapped to its shell, any discerning eye would have been able to see that it was importantly unassuming, in fact, it was far too extensive a task to simple be a newspaper clipping that had been sent in for verification. Expecting that anybody would have access to take the letter, Umashi had been careful to code his words appropriately but the powers that ran Kumogakure would know just who had sent the letter and what was meant by the words contained within.

Letter Post

Rei's spies kept a good eye on the local mailing system, mostly on birds. However a turtle making its stubborn way up the mountain was not something easily missed, and before the green menace had been there for more than a minute, a skinny young kunochi was already parlaying with the creature via cabbage. She carefully removed the letter and read over the contents, completely confused by their wording. With a quick tap on her ear the communication opened up for further info on who to deliver such a weirdly worded message sent in such a bizarre way. The caller on the receiving end told her to put it on the Main Branch Sennin's desk and that she would take care of it.

Something sent in such a strange way in the shinobi world where creatures of much more viable reliability existed had to be important...

Kitsune arrived at the aviary with a thick envelope in hand. She'd be sending it all the way to Suna, so she had to find a strong bird to carry it. Once she found it, she rolled up the envelope without damaging the seal, and stuck it in the tube tied to the birds back. She fed the bird before carrying it outside and sending it on its way towards the desert.

Chigokai Yuna,

Your mission is now as follows: Obtain as much intel on this Miroku Akkuma, and if it turns out he was indeed behind the attack on the village, eliminate him.
Beyond that, do your best to foster good relationships with Sunagakure. We are not at war with them, and we do not want to be. If you can, try to get them to enter into an alliance with us, or at least inform the Kazekage that after my visit to Konohagakure, I'll be visiting Sunagakure as well. I've enclosed a second letter in this envelope, that's addressed for the Kazekage. Please deliver it to him as well.

Sincerely,
Shinrya Kitsune

Dear Kazekage,

I am writing to you to inform you that I will be visiting Sunagakure in the near future. I will be visiting Konohagakure first, and then I will be coming to Sunagakure. I hope that we can meet and discuss the possibility of an alliance between our two villages. I will be bringing a gift, as a token of my good will. I hope that we can meet soon.

Sincerely,
Shinrya Kitsune

[Letter sent to Wind Country for Chigokai Yuna to pick up]
[Travel Time: 30 minutes]

Yuna would arrive here shortly after her talk with Kitsune. She had written up her letter to Leaf. Hopefully the Leaf Shinobi actually takes heed of this message.

This is an important message from Cloud's ANBU Sennin, Nereid. This message cannot be read in full until recognized by someone with a chakra signature of a Sennin or higher.

Yuna would walk to the Telegraph as a black raven sat on a perch, as if waiting for someone to give it a message. These birds are taught to go where is needed. Where is this one going? It is going to Leaf Village to find Leaf's Medical Sennin, Sazuki Nao. Yuna attached the letter to the raven's leg before it would fly away out the window.

Medical Sennin, Sasuki Nao,

We are informing you and the people of your Village about an inner turmoil concerning Sand Village. One of our own had visited the Village for their own personal journey only to find the Village is at war with itself. One of their Kage's Kazekage Shin, has attacked civilians and is to be highly believed that this is abnormal behavior as previous evidence suggested that he would not do such a thing. With all the chaos going there, we are restricting our own citizens and shinobi from visiting Sand until their conflict is done for it is hard for us as an outside entity to discern which side is right or wrong. Because of this, we will have inaction to protect our own people and to avoid getting into an unnecessary conflict if our people are to get involved in case they find themselves on the wrong side of Sand's civil war.

With best wishes,

Shinrya Kitsune
