Ninpocho Chronicles

Ninpocho Chronicles is a fantasy-ish setting storyline, set in an alternate universe World of Ninjas, where the Naruto and Boruto series take place. This means that none of the canon characters exists, or existed here.

Each ninja starts from the bottom and start their training as an Academy Student. From there they develop abilities akin to that of demigods as they grow in age and experience.

Along the way they gain new friends (or enemies), take on jobs and complete contracts and missions for their respective villages where their training and skill will be tested to their limits.

The sky is the limit as the blank page you see before you can be filled with countless of adventures with your character in the game.

This is Ninpocho Chronicles.

As Kazan walked through the streets of The Hidden Cloud village, he noticed it was seemingly growing empty by the second. Each person he laid eyes upon began to dissolve in thin air, as if some outer worldly being had just snapped his fingers and erased them out of existence. Shocked, but not surprised, Kazan began to walk the streets of Kumokagure and watch this occurrence happen over, and over, first hand. There was nothing he could due except bare witness to the end of time and wonder when fate would come calling. "Why hasn't it happened to me yet?" He wondered, as the sounds of his armor clanking began to echo within the streets of Kumo. "Yogan.... Roka...." He spoke, whispering the names of his family under his breathe.

Even if he could find them in this moment, the inevitability of what was happening would soon find them as well. The thought was daunting, and his emotions were held tight. Kazan wasn't a man who would cry over the loss of something due to someone he couldn't control. Still, shouldering the burden he headed towards The Dragon Tooth Pass. He wasn't abandoning the village; no, quite the opposite. He was seeking solace, one last time, out deep within the lowlands of the country. "I wonder what'll happen to Kitsune, and Abyss?" He questioned out loud, before stopping and turning to look at the village one last time. In that moment, he saw many other civilians begin to crumble away before his very eyes.

Gritting his teeth over this tragedy, holding back the painful thoughts of the inevitable, he grabbed his cape and slung it to the side as he turned around and began walking down the pathway. After Several minutes, something odd came into view. As he approached it, he realized it was something straight out of a sci-fi book. It was large, green, and swirling; the landscape behind it had disappeared and turned completely white as if nothing were there at all.

"What's this." He asked, as he reached out to touch it. Once his fingers reached the green swirling mass, echo's of new adventures, old friends, and a unknown possibilities flooded the air. It was almost as if Kazan could hear all those who were seemingly snapped out of existence once again. "I see." He stated, as he begin to laugh uncontrollably. If there were any around who could see him now, it'd be a scene straight out of a movie. "Looks like nothings ending at all." He said, as let loose a sigh of relief. Turning back, to face his home once more, Kazan raised one hand to the sky, and shot the over worldly being the finger as a final goodbye.

Turning back towards the portal, he braced himself. He wasn't exactly sure what was about to happen, but he was willing to take the risk. "Hope you guys saved me a seat! The Scarlet Serpent is Coming!" He shouted, as he jumped into the portal. The world as he knew it was gone, and a new Adventure was about to begin.

Why… why the hell was he in cloud now?

Just a moment ago he was fighting some beautiful bad ass alongside the porcelain Kazekage, the old himbo Kazekage and the young future Kazekage of Suna.

One moment they were scrapping, next moment he was punching through a portal, only to be enveloped by it like a warm blankey.

Upon returning to the physical plane he recognized the mountains, the jagged peaks surrounding him, the sudden streaks of lightning violently dancing in the sky.

…..

“Kumogakure? What the hell?”

Yuuto activated the Reikongan, the third eye on his forehead that had the ability to see the very life essence of others. He scanned the area, hoping to find at least one person to help make sense of this mess.

His eyes traced across the expanse of a broken Kumogakure, yet what he saw was more shocking than anything else….

Nothing. Complete visual silence, the absence of most life and whatever was left was fading.

It seemed like everyone was nearly gone, not a single soul to greet him only the violent thums of something clicking, like fingers on a typewriter; someone maliciously clacking away as the world was undone, destroyed by the cracks of a mad being’s mind.

“So this is how it ends huh”

Yuuto began walking as he watched parts of the world break and fall asunder. Countless years, passed by in his mind.

Karin and Naoharu, his first friends.

Kaze Raiden, his first battle as a student and his first loss.

Kogan-sama, the medical Sennin who taught him the ways of a Medical shinobi

Koumyou-sama, the man who took him in to become a Raikages gaurdsman.

Minamoto Taro, the blue eyed Uchiha who cursed him with the Lunar Seal, the one who burdened him with power.

Sairasu, the one who made him harness that dark power and become something much more dangerous.

Hayate Shin, the Raikage who showed him Mercy and Grace even up until the three eyed shinobi was exiled.

Umashi, the man who gave Yuuto new purpose, a new start in Konoha.

Uchiha Takeshi, the one who ruined it during his time as Anbu Sennin in Leaf but not before getting his ass spanked in combat.

The evil ones who stole the future of many. Those same cowards who left before facing the puppeteers blade of judgement.

He chuckled.

“Well I can’t say it hasn’t been a wild ride. I had hoped for a better ending but…”

As the passages of time flowed past him he came to the indiscriminate sci-fi noises born from a green portal. A noise so jarring that he couldn’t ignore.

“…. Or is it?”

He wasn’t sure where the green portal would lead him, after all, it was the “end of the world”.

He hesitated for a moment before shrugging his shoulders. And took a step into the green portal, feeling a part of his body almost disappear.

He stopped and turned his body, his hand reached out, gripping the camera, and brings the viewer closer as he fades into the light.

“Though hope may be damaged it is never lost. When one door closes another opens. Ninpocho will never die.”
