Ninpocho Chronicles

Ninpocho Chronicles is a fantasy-ish setting storyline, set in an alternate universe World of Ninjas, where the Naruto and Boruto series take place. This means that none of the canon characters exists, or existed here.

Each ninja starts from the bottom and start their training as an Academy Student. From there they develop abilities akin to that of demigods as they grow in age and experience.

Along the way they gain new friends (or enemies), take on jobs and complete contracts and missions for their respective villages where their training and skill will be tested to their limits.

The sky is the limit as the blank page you see before you can be filled with countless of adventures with your character in the game.

General Appearance: Yamamoto Maru is a fox yokai of incomparable beauty with a mysterious atmosphere surrounding him. He is usually seen wearing his usual outfit of a white kimono that was covered with an in a multicolored haori which had navy blue, gold, and red as it's patterns giving him a slightly more nobel appearance. A festival kimono shawl hung over his shoulders like a cape with the same pattern as his hair that had a feather design which would remind a person of the feathers of a peacock, matching hakama pants and getta that clopped on the ground as he walked. Nine white bushy tails moved behind him from side to side, each one looked around the side of a pillow due to him fluffing his own tails up and at the end his tails were tipped with brown fur. He had long waist length black hair the kind most women wish they could grow, and animal ears on top of his head but however despite the new appearance the yokai wore a white eye mask that was similar to the kind of mask an Anbu would wear but not quite. Maru rarely removes his mask, often due to his paranoia of not looking as handsome as he was with his mask on despite his success in attracting women without his mask.

Personality: Arrogant, flamboyant, flirtatious, loud, a bit looney and very… very weird. Maru embraces the absurd and the impossible. Just when you think you've seen it all, meeting this individual would usually make you either laugh from the ridiculousness of his actions or scream in confusion. One would often see Maru as some weird prevert, usually could be caught spying on women in the hot springs or flirting with almost any female he meets that he finds attractive despite usually being followed by his cute seductive spirit. Despite being a super perv, he is actually quite a gentleman which is kind of a double edged sword since he would not want to lay a hand on women despite them attacking him, especially if they are weaker than he is. Although he tries hard claiming to be the bad guy, he is actually very kind hearted and would often spare someone the fate of death if he feels they deserve to live. Due to repeated illusionary/brain damage Maru is not that smart, one could easily fool him with false promises and he would fall for it every time. He is also known to blindly follow the orders of anyone, including people who are weaker than him without a question, even a genin can order the poor mercenary to clean their kunai collection without much of a fuss. Honestly the danger with this individual is low unless his spirit orders him to fight…


Interests: Honestly his only interests mostly revolve around two things; Finding SOMETHING to mate with and Youkai. He often tries to seduce anything that he finds remotely attractive ranging from women, guys, to even monsters if they have something good to look at. Maru also enjoys learning new abilities, often changing fighting styles like clothing you'll never know what you are fighting when dealing with Maru. He also is a masochist, pain he enjoys as well as humiliation especially from strong attractive females. For this reason, he won't attack a female at all since they are rewarding him by demonstrating their abilities to him so why attack if he's enjoying the show? Maru also hates dog's so if one is around expect him to be in a bad mood.

Motivations: To retire as a shinobi so he'd have more time to focus more on making nudie magazines of himself. Also have a 9 fox girl S&M Harem… or sleep with the Youkai overlord. He always regretting not kissing her nose when she was in his face but he was young. Besides everything else he doesn't really have a big goals nor does he want to make think bigger.

History:
Age 4

Although things had been looking up for the The Republic of Fire, there had been still a many of people who are struggling to make ends meet. Dokuso was unfortunately born in an extremely poor family, his family could never afford to live within the peaceful homes of Konoha because living where it was safe was a lot more expensive now that they are a big growing superpower of the world. So Dokuso family had settle for living in Crater City which had been famously known for being heavily crime infested. At the age of 4 Dokuso witnessed his own father kill a bandit –who attempted to attack them on their way home– by making the man melt away with his Acid Justu. That was the first time Dokuso saw violence to that degree, trying to comfort his son and drown out the screams of the man, he simply hugged his son. “Sometimes son you have to make others suffer who would want to make you suffer. More power is the root of living a long healthy life…. Or you'll end up like him.” he said, halfway smirking as he began to turn his son back to the man who had been screaming in agony, making Dokuso watch as the man stop screaming and melt away into a bloody pulp… His father had been born into darkness, he was empowered by the dark arts and even had been given the nickname, the demon of the crater city... This man had so many secrets in which he never told his son of what he truly was.... it was then Dokuso began to have his heart stained with darkness.

Age 7

Years later, Dokuso took to studying the ninja arts earlier than usual so he could get ahead in learning to become a real ninja. He read on his own time the fundamentals, advanced techniques, practical strategies in fighting, theory on ninja arts, kekkei genkai, introduction to chakra, natural energy fundamentals, anatomy, guidelines to poisons, and the thing that interested him the most was his father's books on the dark arts. This ultimately lead to his graduation from the ninja academy early. But when it came to the Chuunin exam he's failed about 3 times at the written portion because getting the promotion didn't interest him at all. Even the schools would usually address teamwork and sacrifice which were cliche personality traits for being a ninja. Dokuso wanted to develop a research in the medical field that has never been discovered yet which will hopefully gain him more power quickly without having to do the hard labor of training. The reason for this is to gather power as quickly as possible. Although training he will do if necessary why do all that sweating and abuse when you could just swallow a pill that will allow you to gain that power that would take years to master. To fuse science and the ninja arts to allow a person to gain power in a little amount of time would be a faster way of making possible super soldiers. This research would be a gold mine hence why he'd usually study more on what he'd had to do to become a medical nin however this dream seemed far from his reach because his family had no money, nor any means for him to do his research. Dokuso was determined live by his father's philosophy which was to make others suffer the way they wish for you to suffer, no time for hopes and dreams in this reality. Eventually his father was killed by a untreated wound he gotten when battling bandits who attempted to rob him… Then a couple of months after Maru's father's death, his mother was killed by bandits who were looking for a quick buck... Her puppet studio remaining empty as well as Dokuso's home. Leaving the boy without anyone for the rest of his days.

Age 12

Because there was no money coming into the home anymore Dokuso to begin stealing in order to keep his stomach fed and the house paid for. Things such as pickpocketing, shoplifting, and even using the ninja arts to silently break in houses to steal. At first he would be easily caught and he would have to run and hide to avoid punishment, usually wearing a tiger mask when he was on his daily run. However when he was around 10, he was never caught for stealing, not even by police because in the city of thieves– anything was legal! He had even scammed people by making them pay the award for him to return their own stolen goods which wouldn't always work because he could only take from the poor villagers. So it'll be hard to get anything out of someone as broke and penniless as yourself. Not wanting to steal for the rest of his life, Dokuso is returning back to the academy in hopes that things had finally changed to where he could finally make real money and to hopefully make his dreams of developing a research that will hopefully gain him money wasn't far from his mind, but far from his reach. Who knows he might will be able to get more power to help realize his goal for achieving real greatness….

There are many forces beyond human in this world, and many of these forces do not have a corporeal form. Sometimes, these forces will choose to align themselves with a single human, or otherwise be sealed into them. This is not always voluntary on either part. It does, however, grant great power to the human host based on their spirit's abilities. This power comes at a cost, taxing the life force of the user with use. Jinchuuriki in the past have been known to win intense battles by giving their all, and then collapse immediately thereafter. One thing is for sure, however. The Jinchuuriki is a powerful ally for whoever befriends them--or a weapon for whoever controls them.

Kinjutsu Table
Information
Prerequisites: Kinjutsu Application, 3 Ability Slots, B Rank, Chosen Element Minored

Effects
- When applying for this Kinjutsu, the user chooses any Base or Advanced element of Ninjutsu to be the affinity of their possessing spirit. This element may not be changed while the user retains the Kinjutsu.
- The user also chooses, upon application, their inner spirit's Alignment, whether it be Holy, Cursed, or Spiritual. All of their Jinchuuriki techniques are treated as this Alignment. The user is treated as their Alignment when using the Elemental Manifestation ability, and all of their chosen element attacks in that state are as well.
- When the user casts Ninjutsu of their chosen element, they do not require handseals. (This does not apply to Advanced Elements using the chosen element as a base, if the user chooses a base element.) They are also treated as having a Major Affinity to this element regardless of the number of jutsu they have in it. If an Advanced Element is chosen, this element will not count towards their 'Advanced Element' slots.
- All Jinchuuriki techniques do not require handseals, and are treated as their chosen element. However, they still cannot be used with Affinity Moves.

Note:
- Unlike the series, this Kinjutsu refers to demons and spirits in general, not Bijuu. While this spirit can be made freely, this spirit cannot be a tailed beast in any way or form. Expect an Auto-denial if you mention any form of Bijuu with this.

Aura Strike - Kinjutsu Ability

The elemental energy that suffuses a Jinchuuriki lends itself strongly to their every movement, colouring how they attack. This energy can be channeled into attacks that other ninja would have to perform at close range with their own bodies. Using their physical techniques this way gives the Jinchuuriki an edge that can be deadly.

Information
Prerequisites: Jinchuuriki

Effect: All actions the user would take with Melee Accuracy instead use Ninjutsu Accuracy. Attacks changed this way are treated as the user's chosen element and recieve all buffs it would to damage, CP cost reduction, and accuracy. Transformed attacks also gain the benefits of the user's Alignment when Elemental Manifestation is active.

Note:
- Checks that normally would use Melee Accuracy are also changed into Ninjutsu Checks instead.
- If the attack being used is a Ninjutsu (one of those which uses Melee Accuracy) of a different element than the user's chosen element, it still gains the buffs but does not gain the benefit of being cast without handseals.
- Melee Taijutsu still gain the benefit of their weapon's augments, accuracy modifier, and damage modifier, as well as fringe benefits to their specific weapon type (such as Weapon Mastery). However, any buffs to Melee in general are ignored in favour of the new ones.
- Attacks transformed by this ability still count as melee contact.

Elemental Manifestation - Kinjutsu Ability

The way to determine if you are fighting a Jinchuuriki is their capability to unleash their inner spirit's power, making clear their elemental energy and sheer strength in it. The further they sink into their spirit's power, the more adept they become at handling their element. However, there is a cost--maintaining that level of balance and control between their own power and their possessing spirit's takes a direct toll on their bodies.

Information
Prerequisites: Jinchuuriki

Effect: The user gains three Stages of Elemental Manifestation that they can access. Each Stage is more powerful than the last but lasts for a shorter period of time during battle. The effects of each Stage are cumulative.

Stage 1 - Elemental Cloak: User generates an "elemental cloak" of chakra that surrounds their body. The elemental cloak acts like a barrier that protects the user from the first (50 x Character Level) Non-Illusionary damage dealt to them. The user's elemental cloak returns to it's maximum HP at the end of each round even if it was destroyed.
Stage 2 - Partial Transformation: User's physical form partially transforms into that of their sealed spirit. This grants a bonus of +2 Accuracy and Dodge and increases the damage of their chosen element by 10%.
Stage 3 - Full Transformation: When the user casts Ninjutsu of their chosen element the CP cost is reduced to 0.

Stage 1 lasts for three rounds, Stage 2 for two rounds and Stage 3 for one round and the user must wait two rounds in between activations.

Costs: 1 AP and 2% Maximum HP per stage activated

Note:
- Effects from other Jinchuuriki jutsu which trigger a Stage of Elemental Manifestation do not count as an activation of Elemental Manifestation. If the user activates Elemental Manifestation and another effect would trigger a Stage of Elemental Manifestation then the duration of that effect is simply added to the remaining duration of the user's activation.
- Elemental Manifestation is not a maintained effect. It is triggered and lasts for the listed duration.
- Elemental Manifestation - Stage 1 does not prevent the user from attacking or moving. It simply protects the user from damage.
- While in any stage of Elemental Manifestation, the user is considered to be of their chosen Alignment, and all attacks of their chosen element are also treated as such. This overrides other Alignment effects the user has.
- All costs for Elemental Manifestation are cumulative per stage; activating Stage 3 would take 3 AP and 6% Max HP.
- Elemental Manifestation cannot be activated in any way if the user has a Cursed Seal active. Likewise, the user cannot activate a Cursed Seal while Elemental Manifestation is active.

Though they now call the Leaf village their home and have taken on a more humane lifestyle, the Inuzuka were not always this way; they take pride in being able to trace their nomadic heritage prior to the formation of any Shinobi village, a time were they lived in the wilderness side-by-side as beasts. Some say they had been the first to tame mankind's best friend, while others claim their ancestors were descendant of beasts themselves. In either case; none are more wild in spirit than the Inuzuka.

Wild Soul - Passive
Though many Inuzuka have calmed down over the generations to better fit the structured Shinobi life, there is still the fire within burning from a time where survival-of-the-fittest was in full force; where they were no less savage than the beasts they lived and fought with. Nothing brings forth this fierceness more than the thrill of battle.

Rank 1: The user gains +1 to a single [Secondary Stat] of their choice. While the user has any amount of Temporary HP, they deal +10% damage to a singe [Jutsu Subtype].
Rank 2: The user gains +2 to a single [Secondary Stat] of their choice. While the user has any amount of Temporary HP, they deal +10% damage to a singe [Jutsu Subtype].
Rank 3: The user gains +2 to a single [Secondary Stat] of their choice. While the user has any amount of Temporary HP, they deal +15% damage to a singe [Jutsu Subtype].

Note:
- Both Secondary bonus and damage bonus are chosen at the time of obtaining Inuzuka, and must be noted in the user's Dojo thread.
- Temporary HP is reduced before the user's normal HP, but only when hit by an attack (it does not apply toward any DoT). Temporary HP can bypass your maximum hit points, but cannot stack (a higher amount overwrites the weaker amount). Temporary HP is lost at the end of the round.

Savage Affinity - Passive
The blood flowing though the veins of the Inuzuka is both ancient and wild, and for that reason often hearkens to a much more savage era. Their very nature is said to push the boundaries between human and beast.

Rank 1: The user has a special Ability slot which may only be filled by a single General Contract Ability [link]. The user's chakra costs are raised by 20%.
Rank 2: The user's chakra costs are only raised by 10%.
Rank 3: The user's chakra costs are not raised.

Note:
- User may not select Hivemind, Mount or Gigantic.
- The chosen ability may be learned and unlearned following standard Ability training rules.

Feral Shift - Physical Style
The base instincts of the Inuzka echoes through every aspect of their fighting style. They hone their attributes to the point where they begin to blur the line between human and beast, taking properties of their spirit animal. the Inuzuka are well known for their smell and hearing rivaling that wolves and hounds.

Rank 1: While active the user gains the benefit of the Passive Skill belonging to their [Spirit Animal] summoning contract. Additionally, the user loses 1% Max CP upon entering this style and at the start of each round this style is active; at the same time, the user gains Temporary HP equal to the lost chakra.
Rank 2: While active the user gains the benefit of the Passive Skill belonging to their [Spirit Animal] summoning contract. Additionally, the user loses 2% Max CP upon entering this style and at the start of each round this style is active; at the same time, the user gains Temporary HP equal to the lost chakra.
Rank 3: While active the user gains the benefit of the Passive Skill belonging to their [Spirit Animal] summoning contract. Additionally, the user loses 3% Max CP upon entering this style and at the start of each round this style is active; at the same time, the user gains Temporary HP equal to the lost chakra.

Note;

- If the user's [Spirit Animal] table has anything that requires the user to list something in their Dojo or upon creation, such as the Plant contract's [link] Daylight/Lowlight choice, the Snake contract's [link] specified poison, or the Lizard contract's [link] Salamander's Hunger element, then it is chosen upon entering Feral Shift for the first time in battle. Once chosen, it remains this way for the remainder of battle.

Viscous Strike - Dependent Special Move
There is a secret aspect of the Inuzuka that they are loathe to share with outsiders and go to great lengths to deny. Buried within each of their hearts is the potential to become a maneater; and this hunger stems from their beastial heritage giving them the innate ability to cannibalize others to heal their injuries and grow in strength. To the Inuzuka, as much as any predator, the battlefield is a feast to be enjoyed.

Rank 1: The user gains 10% of damage dealt by their attack as Temporary HP.
Rank 2: The user gains 15% of damage dealt by their attack as Temporary HP.
Rank 3: The user gains 20% of damage dealt by their attack as Temporary HP.

Note:
- Can only be used once per round.
- If used on an attack that can hit multiple targets, you take the highest damage dealt and convert a portion of it to Temporary HP.
- Temporary HP is reduced before the user's normal HP, but only when hit by an attack (it does not apply toward any DoT). Temporary HP can bypass your maximum hit points, but cannot stack (a higher amount overwrites the weaker amount). Temporary HP is lost at the end of the round.

Alpha Status - Independent Special Move
As an Inuzuka grows, they learn to better control their animalistic heritage. At a certain point, they become just as adept with their features as the beasts they identify with.

Rank 1: While using the Feral Shift Physical Style the user may also use the Special Move belonging to their [Spirit Animal] summoning contract. All costs associated with this skill are increased by +20%.

Lone Wolf

All Inuzuka respect and emulate the beasts they live with, but not all claim the title of "Beastmaster". The "Lone Wolf" forms their bond with no individual companion, and instead channels the strength of members of the pack that have long since passed on. Beast's Embrace - Passive<i></i>
The Inuzuka may lack the bond with their particular spirit animal, but their blessing is none the weaker; any power they would have gained in numbers is instead concentrated solely onto themselves.

Rank 1: When fighting alone the user gains +2 Accuracy/DC, +2 Dodge. These bonuses are reduced by -1/-5% for each ally that the user has present in the battle.
Rank 2: When fighting alone the user gains +2 Accuracy/DC, +2 Dodge and deals an additional 5% damage. These bonuses are reduced by -1/-5% for each ally that the user has present in the battle.
Rank 3: When fighting alone the user gains +2 Accuracy/DC, +2 Dodge and deals an additional 10% damage. These bonuses are reduced by -1/-5% for each ally that the user has present in the battle.

Note(s):
- The user's personal summons count will not reduce this bonus, but any Creation jutsu will.

Unnatural Motion - Independent Special Move
Channeling the power of their clan grants the Inuzuka inhumane capabilities, taking on the movement traits of their departed companions. The Lone Wolf learns to use this in such a way to catch their opponents off guard, as just when you think they may leave an opening in their actions, they continue.

Rank 1: The user may perform a basic strike on any target at -2/ Accuracy; upon hit, the target of Unnatural Motion is inflicted with any effects of the user's previous non-Genjutsu attack (such as a accuracy debuff, poison, bleed, bind) other than the damage dealt by said attack.
Rank 2: The user may perform a basic strike on any target at -1Accuracy; upon hit, the target of Unnatural Motion is inflicted with any effects of the user's previous non-Genjutsu attack (such as a accuracy debuff, poison, bleed, bind) other than the damage dealt by said attack.
Rank 3: The user may perform a basic strike on any target at normal Accuracy; upon hit, the target of Unnatural Motion is inflicted with any effects of the user's previous non-Genjutsu attack (such as a accuracy debuff, poison, bleed, bind) other than the damage dealt by said attack.

Ravager - Dependent Special Move<i></i>
The aspect of beasts is a world where the only law is survival of the fittest. The lone wolf, profecient in hunting alone, knows how to ambush even large groups and pull their intended prey aside, away from the help of its allies.

Rank 3: When attacking, the user may pay +20% Cp in order to make a Stealth check +1 at the end of their attack vs any targets hit by this attack. This places the user + any targets failing their check into Stealth against anyone else (but not each other). Those brought into Stealth by Ravager (the user and their targets) will not have this Stealth broken by attacking or being attacked by someone else currently in Stealth by Ravager.
Rank 3: When attacking, the user may pay +20% Cp in order to make a Stealth check +2 at the end of their attack vs any targets hit by this attack. This places the user + any targets failing their check into Stealth against anyone else (but not each other). Those brought into Stealth by Ravager (the user and their targets) will not have this Stealth broken by attacking or being attacked by someone else currently in Stealth by Ravager.
Rank 3: When attacking, the user may pay +20% Cp in order to make a Stealth check +3 at the end of their attack vs any targets hit by this attack. - After usage, requires 10 seconds of cooldown.
- If done while the user is in Stealth, there is no Stealth check; Ravagerwill automatically succeed in placing them into Stealth.
- the user will not go into Stealth unless they successfull pull at least one other target into Stealth with them.

Faux Senjutsu - Variable Jutsu
Even though Inuzuka do not always follow the ways of Sage Arts it is not uncommon for the Lone Wolf to channel the power of their fallen clan to emulate the very power that may take Sage's years to understand, let alone Master. Inuzuka who have have walked among the strongest and most powerful examples of beasts may glean secrets which could be described as a form of Sage Arts or at least something which approaches that ability.

Rank 1: Faux Senjutsu's effects mirror those of the Senjutsu belonging to the summoning contract that the user's [Spirit Animal]. This action costs +30% CP.
Rank 2: Faux Senjutsu's effects mirror those of the Senjutsu belonging to the summoning contract that the user's [Spirit Animal]. This action costs +15% CP.
Rank 3: Faux Senjutsu's effects mirror those of the Senjutsu belonging to the summoning contract that the user's [Spirit Animal].

Costs: AP and CP equal to the respective Senjutsu.

Notes:
- Faux Senjutsu inherits all notes and restrictions of the Senjutsu it is mimicking and it's effects do not stack with those of the respective Senjutsu.
- By default, Faux Senjutsu uses chakra. However, if the user has Sage Mode, Dark Sage, or Archsage they may choose to use Natural/Corrupted Energy instead.

Maleficium - Youkai Contract Ability
The counterpart to the Kami, Youkai are often shunned and ostracized despite not necessarily being malevolent. This is no doubt due to them being naturally drawn towards mischief, as well as their capability of spreading havoc and misfortune where they appear, whether intentional or otherwise. It has become superstition that no good can come from associating with Youkai, not without cursing onesself and others with misfortune.

Effect:
- Those who hit, or have been hit by, the user become cursed with misfortune. While in this state, should they roll a 1 on any Dodge/GenSave roll, the opposing attack becomes a Critical Hit. This cursed status does not stack regardless of source, and lasts for the remainder of the round.
- The user and all of their attacks are considered Cursed.
  • Should a character have the Archsage Kinjutsu, their Senjutsu Manipulation ability's alignment becomes Cursed rather than Holy.

Miasma - Youkai Contract Independent Special Move
Youkai are capable of generating an ominous, vapor-like energy that causes disturbances to their environment and invokes feelings of paranoia and dread from those nearby. Should feel explainable feelings of anxiety and doom, it could be the presence of a Youkai.

Effect: Every round the user may create a miasma cloud for 1 AP. This miasma provides a number of benefits, but exactly which is used must be declared at the time the miasma is made.
  • 10% chance that any attacks directed at the Youkai Contract Summon or their summoner will auto-miss. Upon causing an attack to successfully auto-miss it will disperse the miasma cloud. This does not stack if there is multiple miasmas being used in this way, rather that 10% chance is rolled twice (so if there is 10 miasma clouds being used in this way it does not mean that there is a 100% chance of a miss but rather ten 10% chances that the attack will automatically miss.)
  • 5% chance that a combatant (this may effect friend and foe but the summoner and the Youkai summon themselves are considered immune) will automatically dispel a random maintained jutsu or technique (this includes jutsu that do not require chakra to maintain). This effect can be maintained indefinitely and can stack up to three times. These Miasma will not disperse if they cause a maintain to be dispelled.
  • The miasma attacks every opponent (may also be used to attack self or allies). There is no limit to the number of opponents the miasma will attack. This happens at 0 seconds timing and can be used as a conditional (such as 'attack myself if bound') but once the miasma makes it attack it will disperse. The miasma uses the user's Accuracy type of choice with a +1 Accuracy/DC bonus and deals 250 damage. Exactly when the miasma attacks an opponent must be determined by the user.
Note:
- There is no limit to how many clouds of miasma can be out at a given time.
- There is no limit to how many times a target may be effected by a miasma in a given round or a given battle.
- The summoner and the contract summon are both immune to these effects unless the user elects to allow themselves to be effected.
- This can effect creations and clones.
- Any time an AoE Wind attack is performed, one Miasma cloud is destroyed. An AOE is defined as an attack that targets multiple targets simultaneously (including ninjutsu spread). Additionally 'Wind' is defined as anything that uses 'Wind' ninjutsu as a part of its base element.

Heartseeker - Youkai Contract Senjutsu
A Youkai technique that condenses natural energy into the form of a glowing spear, launching it at their enemies. This spear, shrouded with their miasma, diffuses into the target it strikes, cursing them with an even stronger effect of the Youkai's miasma.

Effect: Attacks up to three targets for an attack that deals 3960 damage. On a full hit, the user choose one of the below effects to inflict upon the victim:
  • Makes all their jutsu or actions cost +10% chakra. This can stack up to three times. Lasts up to three rounds.
  • Makes all their attacks deal -10% damage. This is calculated before damage reduction. This can stack up to three times. Lasts up to three rounds.
  • Each time an action is made (jutsu, withdrawing an item, basic strikes, etc.) there is a 10% chance that the called shot of a random limb will be increased. This does not stack. Lasts up to three rounds.
Cost: 3 AP, 2750 CP

Note:
- Jutsu subtype is chosen when the contract creature is designed; determining its accuracy and damage type.
- Regardless of subtype chosen, this jutsu is considered Dark.
- Additional applications of this jutsu do not reset the timer.
- A target may only be affected by one of these effects at a given time.

This story follows the misadventures of Yamamoto Maru, a weird fox Youkai who leads a small group of demons who live in the thunder mountains in a power struggle against rival monster groups. After the B.A.D innocent, most of the important and not so important shinobi mysteriously began to vanish leaving behind a lot of work. With the absence of shinobi, weird things are crawling from the shadows and opportunists are showing up looking to take advantage of the shinobi shortage. It is time for the fox to take action not for the sake of the village but for his own entertainment! Mystery's, action, murder, dangers, gambling, drinking and all sorts of fun activities free for the grabbing for your average, run of the mill, monster shinobi! You never know what kinds of wacky and crazy shenanigans Maru might get into next….. kitsunes had always been a wild card Youkai.

After being demoted and given 200 hours of community service for blowing up a small village of church goers. Maru had assigned his Youkai companions the task of writing a letter than posting it all over Kumogakure that he was offering his skills at a discount. His servants quickly made the letter in about a day in which they were all too happy to let Maru review their hard work. However needless to say his Youkai didn't really get the right memo out since they mistaken a discount for being completely free!

When Maru discovered the mistake, needless to say he was highly upset and ordered them to change free to a 10% discount however they were unable to since they already posted the flyers in every residential area they could. Now Maru has a huge pile of lame missions that he has to get through but hey it kills some community service hours so how bad could it be?

Episode 1: The first free mission was to clean some rich guy's house from top to bottom. Easy right only the guy house was covered in INK! Maru while cleaning the home found a wish granting toilet genie that rewards people for their beauty. Maru wished for a large book full of all the Foxy-ninetails nudes from the start of the company to recent for him to enjoy. Maru got that and two hours of community service for his mission.

Episode 2: While walking around, deciding to go to a bar for a community service mission. Maru found a nerd looking for her glasses so he did what any good person would do– take the glasses, summon a rain cloud to rain on her and laugh. After doing his evil deed for the day he decided to take a express way to go to the bar by throwing himself off the cliff! When Maru was about to jump, the same nerd just outright walked off the cliff and with quick thinking Maru saved Ayana from falling to her death! As a reward for the good deed as well as putting his body and life on the line after saving her he pulled out his community service paper; wanting her to sign for him saving her life. However a unexpected witness saw the whole ordeal and proceeded to hit Maru with her bags then held him hostage by forcing him to carry bags and walk with them to shop! Not only that but Ayana wanted him for protection and to be a teacher so she could defend herself. Well it was free hours, so Maru agreed to his kidnappers demands. When they came to the store they encountered a Anbu Monkey who was following Ayana around so to deal with the monkey Maru called the Anbu for inappropriately touching little girls! It worked since the Anbu was then beaten by a angry mob of soccer shinobi mom's and was taken away by security. After the whole event, Maru decided to spy on women in the dressing room while the girls tried on clothes, hiding in the walls and using a active camo to be unnoticed however he was found out when a woman saw his lips from his nosebleeding. When he was found out Kotone went to confront him with security and Maru used genjutsu to make the guard attack the child! Then a full catfight broke out and Maru laughed however Ayana threw a holy hanger down which made the whole store illuminate with a ugly light that made Maru weak! Ayana ran away, Kotone and Maru were forcefully removed then banned for life from the store! Despite all this, Maru earned a hour and some burgers.... Thanks?

Episode 3:
Over burgers, Mr normal and the bratty Kotone decided to research more on Ayana to see what turns up. It was free hours, so Maru decided to help the child with stalking her new friend. Heading to the outer village area's, they quickly noticed Ayayna's hometown has is haunted but not just any haunt, they are being haunted by shadows that can turn other people into shadows. Appearintly Ayayna's papa was a holy warrior who ended up dead and now Ayana is being blamed for their deaths by the monkey's. Will they clear the child's name? Don't know but got 8 hours for going to a haunted house. That's something. Oh there was a Shota boy who helped along the way.

Episode 4 : After the murder house, Maru had setted up a tutoring session with Ayana to teach her to stand up for herself. Invited by the fox to the ancient forest, he decided to see if the child was capable of standing up for herself by speaking up for herself so he did what any normal person would do and gave her a test. Make him look up from his X-Rated magazine or just stand there. Rewarding him with numerous insults, she asked him what did he do to get community service? He said that he nuked a town that had chakra hating cultist like any good shinobi, sure civilians are dead and a medic nin got PTSD but it was worth it for peace! Needless to say she didn’t like this but she did give him 20 hours (after telling him to never speak to her again.) Accepting the hours, he had the child escort him out of the forest but not after giving the child her clothes and giving her an apology. It all worked out as planned!

Mizukume: The Fox Demon
Lore: A elemental spirit banished from Eden no Ōkoku. After waging war against the laws nature. Mizukume seeks for things of all elements to be liberated, for people to choose wether they want to be in Earth's gravity, for fire to be drinkable, for people to light a match to make a rain cloud, and for humans to use their water in themselves to split themselves apart to create new better selfs. Mizukume believes that in order for humans to truly be free nature itself must make little sense as possible. When he's asked what is the benefit of throwing all order aside he gives answers that doesn't make a lick of sense. For example: "If babies drink fire instead of milk, they'll be able to to produce gasoline from their blood which humans can use to create ice and snow cones." Because of Mizukume strong feelings against anything normal, it was banished to forever wonder the human realm without a proper body until it found maru where it currently lives​
