Before I get accused of Lawyering or Loopholing, couldn't I use the Re-Birth Card -- 425 Points (Grants the user the ability to perform 1 free retire/re-birth) to switch everything up? I have player my character for over 2 years so I get a free RB. I could OCR into a new character and then make a use above card to get the reshuffle I am trying to obtain. New Bloodline, Kinjutsu, Class, abilities.

True but you have to complete an OCR then. You couldn't be "Zenichi"{person you are now}. Different person, different history, different contacts/known people.

So in a sense you could do an OCR, but you would be a new character, mind you any periods of inactivity doesn't count towards the 2 years (I don't know if you have any, just stating a fact).

Side note: asking a question isn't rule lawyering or loopholing. trying to do so without asking a question is, so thanks for asking the question instead of just trying to do so.

I think you missed my sequence of events.

- Use my 6 month OCR to Rebirth into Joe Ninja

- Do almost nothing other than a short history and description in the OCR.

- Once Joe Ninja is approved, Use the Rebirth Card to Rebirth back into Zenichi with the full ability to shuffle everything around as I would like and not taking a hit to my Yen upon selling my Chimera Jutsu
