Ninpocho Chronicles

Ninpocho Chronicles is a fantasy-ish setting storyline, set in an alternate universe World of Ninjas, where the Naruto and Boruto series take place. This means that none of the canon characters exists, or existed here.

Each ninja starts from the bottom and start their training as an Academy Student. From there they develop abilities akin to that of demigods as they grow in age and experience.

Along the way they gain new friends (or enemies), take on jobs and complete contracts and missions for their respective villages where their training and skill will be tested to their limits.

The sky is the limit as the blank page you see before you can be filled with countless of adventures with your character in the game.

This is Ninpocho Chronicles.

The exhausted, hungry, and broke Missing shinobi from Konohagakure arrived at the gates at Kumogakure. His black clothes were covered in the blood of several dead men. Actually, many dead men. Perhaps the gate guard would ask before assuming what happened with Anatsu, perhaps he wouldn't. Danger was written all over Anatsu as his Mangekyou Sharingan glared. His face was covered in dirt and blood, and exhaustion. He would patiently wait for a gate guard to approach him as he panted. His exhaustion caused him to kneel down on one knee, and wait.

[Requesting Entrance]

(OOC: okay, I've waited two days for someone to handle it for you I'm stepping in now. Terribly sorry for the wait)

Kane was walking through the village and made his way back to the gates in which he first entered barely a week ago. He decided to just look out into the wilderness. Sitting on the top gates, probably what a lot of people did to be honest. He gazed off into the horizon and looked. This is my new home... but did I make the right choice? I've heard of a village out in the desert I could have went to and also one in Earth country as well. Is this where I belong? The Jounin kept thinking until he saw someone come up to the gates. He looked dead on his feet. He grabbed his bottle of water that he yet to open and forced chakra to his feet, pushing off against the gates and hurdling towards the ground. He landed as quiet as a feather touching the ground. He walked up to the man who was now kneeling and spoke "Deactivate your eyes Uchiha, there is no enemy before you. Here, take the water bottle. You look dead on your feet." He handed out the water bottle to the man. He had seen Uchiha eyes before and he now lives to tell the tell. The eyes before him were filled with what seemed like death, murder even. It was sad to see that someone had to suffer like he was, from Kane's point of view anyway.

"Tell me Uchiha, what's your name and your purpose for being here good sir.

Kane spoke and while waiting for an answer pulled out a small piece of paper that had a number written on it. He pulled a headset out from inside his white long overcoat and turned it on. "Lets see now... ah." He set it to the channel that was given to him and spoke into the microphone. "I was given this channel by a formed Captain of the ANBU squad. Whomever is on this line, I need your assistance at the gates. I don't know Kumogakure's policy and procedure on letting people into the village. Hurry please."

He looked back to the man before him and waited for a response now. What a day this would be ya?

ANBU watched the situation unfold from the darkest corners of the gate, watching as the Uchiha approached covered from head to toe in dried blood and dirt. His Mangekyou Sharingan were shining bright as day, you couldn't miss them. There was no doubt that the man approaching the gate appeared to be a dangerous individual at first glance. It was no wonder that many were hesitant to approach him. They wouldn't even know whether or not to let him in given his appearance. One made the judgement call to use his headset and report what he was seeing to the Sennin of ANBU. Ayumu received the call and heard the description of the man who had showed up. It was ominous, to say the least. "Alright, just wait until I get there," he responded through the radio on his desk in the Sileo. He stood up abruptly and exited his office, taking the path he now knew well as the most expedient way to reach the gates.

Less than ten minutes later he emerged from a secret entrance to the Sileo very near the gates in an undisclosed location. He received word that a Jounin had approached the man and was talking to him. The same Jounin had also placed a call on an ANBU line to request assistance with the situation. Ayumu hastened his approach. He reached the Dragon Tooth Pass from the Kumogakure side and stepped through the slightly ajar gates to see for himself what the reports spoke of. There were two men, one standing and the other kneeling on one knee. The standing man looked perfectly healthy and was obviously the shinobi of Kumogakure. The kneeling man was covered in blood and looked exhausted. With those eyes, there was little doubt that he was a shinobi. "I am Kogami Ayumu, a Sennin of this village. May I ask who that blood belongs to?" he asked, getting straight to the point. For all he could tell, the man could be injured, but the amount of blood on him was just too much. Ayumu could smell it from where he stood. If all of it belonged to the man, he likely wouldn't be conscious.

The Uchiha gazed his eyes upon the ANBU that approached within no time. He had a a request and babbled a lot of words that the Uchiha could not properly hear. Even though he offered him water, the Uchiha was too dizzy to understand what was going on. For some reason all he could understand was was a threat... His clear eyes could not see anything. It was evident that the ANBU however, did not know much about the Kinjutsu behind the Uchiha clan. Anatsu didn't blame him.

The blinded Uchiha drew his kunai and launched them at the ANBU (Kane). He lousily launched about three kunai to be exact. Usually, this Uchiha would be spot on. As for his aim this time, it was a bit iffy.

OOC: Just trying to roleplay, if you feel the need to call a b-mod go for it, Im just trying to have fun though.

(OOC i look like an ANBU? alrighty than. Hey Ayumu... hint hint nudge nudge ANBU me xD. I'm good with roleplaying it out. No B-mod needed on my end.)

Kane looked and saw the Sennin of the ANBU appear from the shadows. Oh so that's who i called huh? well aint that just interesting. Should probably tell that Kein guy not to give out this guy's frequency so easily. Wonder if he has a grudge against him or something. That could be it. Oh well back to the topic at hand here. The newly joined Jounin thought to himself as he watched the Uchiha.

For some reason he didn't take the water offered to him. Odd one would think, but then the next action made things more clear. "Move sennin-sama! Kane roared until he realized that the kunai weren't aiming for the Sennin. They were aimed at him. He simply moved to his right, catching the handle of one and using that one to block the other two, forcing them to hit the ground in front of him. His inner ability of being a battle stratigest as well as his insight on the battle field makes things like this a child's act. But clearly this guys wasn't at one hundred percent either. It honestly looked like he was barely standing.

Kane didn't make a move back, still holding a kunai in hand and the other free; he looked to the Sennin of the ANBU supposedly. Kane was ready to dodge, but he wasn't going to fight. Not just yet anyway. He watched the Uchiha closely but not making eye contact. This would be interesting to see how it all rolled out. To see one of Kumo's finest at work; either politically or with force.

The unknown man was barely coherent it seemed as Ayumu's question went completely unheeded. Even the Jounin who was offering the man water, more than Ayumu likely would have been willing to do until he had some answers, was getting little response aside from a harsh glare. Observing the man's eyes, Ayumu realized that they were not the usual two or three tomoe eyes that were associated with the normal stages of the doujutsu. The man had advanced beyond the stages that came naturally. To obtain the eyes he held now would require great effort and training. With that said, he was no doubt a powerful shinobi. As they could not seem to get a response from the man, they had two options. They could take him into the village and seek to get him medical attention or they could turn him away. Just by looking at the blood covered man, logic told Ayumu the safest thing to do was to turn the man away, but things weren't always as they seemed. Ayumu reached up to his headset to push the button and speak to the guards of the gate.

"Get a medic here, just in case," he spoke. Well, no sooner had Ayumu doubted his cynical outlook than the man suddenly drew three kunai and tossed them at Kane. Given the man's eyes Ayumu would have expected his throw to be spot on, but something was clearly wrong. Despite Kane's close proximity to the rogue shinobi, the kunai did not find their mark. Kane barely had to move to avoid the volley, giving him time to shout a warning to Ayumu though it wasn't necessary. 'He ignored me... is he even aware I'm here?' Ayumu thought, observing the Uchiha carefully. Attacking a Cloud shinobi was more than enough to warrant initiating combat, but Ayumu wanted to know what was going on. Why was the man at their gates, why was he covered in blood and obviously not in top form, and why was he attacking? If his intention was to storm the gates, he was clearly not in the best state for it.

Seeing as the Uchiha appeared to be focused on the Jounin and had not really taken notice of Ayumu yet, Ayumu decided to take advantage of the situation. Utilizing a technique known as Stunt Double he instantly and seemlessly summoned a clone of himself to take his place while the true Ayumu took to stealthy tactics. He used chakra to stick to the side of a cliff face on one side of the gates watching the scene below. Ayumu's clone drew his sword though he didn't attack. "Throw down your weapons, now!" the clone shouted in warning. With any luck, the rogue would come to his senses and comply. Either way, the real Ayumu went through handseals and activated the ANBU technique Active Camo to conceal his presence on the cliff face. He would then begin working his way down, attempting to get behind Anatsu without being noticed while his clone served as a distraction.

OoC: Sorry for the late post, I've been out of town and trying to catch up on posts when I could. I'd just assume keep this all RP as I'm already in a battle as it is and this would just get held up.

There seemed to be a bit of a fuss going on at the gate. She had received a call from someone stationed at the gate. "You'd better get down here Tanaka sama, there's 'bout to be some violence at the gate," He said. "A shinobi responded to another fallin down half dead out here, but turns out the traveler's an Uchiha, and well, you're the boss, so I called you."

Hikari looked down at the dossiers she had been examining, then sighed, and leaned forward, tapping a button, "Thank you, I'm on my way. Keep me informed."

"Jounin just called for help, I dunno who." The faceless guard responded.

"Understood." She slipped her shoes onto her feet, along with her weapon, her headband, which she had long since declared a belt, and armor. The Santaru transferred the call to her headset, and exited the building swiftly, pausing only to tap her secretary on the shoulder and let him know where she was going, so that if need be, he could call for assistance.

Once she reached the gates, not quite so quickly as Kogami sama, but quickly enough, she climbed to the top and looked over. Before her there stood the sennin of ANBU and a man she had yet to meet in person, but who she was aware had been a refugee from the tundra that is Mist. In front of the Jounin new to the village, knelt a man. He had fallen to one knee, Hikari could only see that he was covered in blood and grime. One intruder rarely merited three sentinels, however, the person may well have been more dangerous than the average. Just as she thought that, the man attacked, throwing a kunai desperately, hardly able to stand.

She frowned, and tapped her headset again, "This is Tanaka Hikari, Sennin of Main," she declared, using her 'outside voice', which was loud enough to be heard from the wall where she stood waiting, by all the players on the field. "Has the Uchiha been identified?"

[Edited cause of an inaccuracy in my response. Kane, sorry I didn't get this up last night like I said I would. I'll be honest, I forgot.]
[[OOC note to Anatsu: I know your character had a deal with Masao, the former Sennin. I thought it might be cool to meet you, as I'm the new sennin (and Masao's niece, just FYI. Let's have some fun.)]]

Kahako was on duty when the call came in. Through a series of headsets and orders, the ANBU sennin requested a mednin at the gates. ‘odd…’ she thought, but regardless she send a message back through her own earpiece. “Higa Kahako reporting in as mednin. I am in route as we speak.” Immediately, she stood from her desk at the hospital, slipping out the window and onto the nearest rooftop to ensure she wasn’t held up for any reason.

It would take her a few minutes to get to the gates, the hospital being one of the buildings farthest from the perimeter. As she approached the gates, she could see Hikari at the top. Several leaps between the gates and the walls of a nearby guard house later, she was next to her childhood friend. “Hello, Hakari-sama,” Kahako said softly. She did not turn to Hikari, but instead kept her eyes steady on the situation below. She could tell that Ayumu already had his sword ready in case a battle would ensue, and the other man, who appeared to be a fellow ninja of the village held a kunai of his own. She found the two at his feet interesting. It could only mean that the other man must have recently shown hostility. “I am heading down there.” Kahako said to Hikari before taking a graceful leap off of the gates.

She landed a few feet behind Ayumu, approaching cautiously so her presence wouldn’t be the powder keg that sparked an all-out fight. She wanted everyone, especially the bloodied up man, to know that she was not intending to be a threat. “Ayumu-sama, I am on standby,” Kahako called slowly and loudly enough for everyone to hear. She would only follow the ANBU Sennin’s orders. The only person higher in her rank of authority was the Medical Sennin himself. This was the strange hierarchy that the Sentou Henkan found themselves in.

[OOC: Don't get freaked out, I thought this would be fun to RP in as well.]

The weak and dizzy Uchiha felt threatened immediately. Perhaps if he had been alert he would have identified the clone jutsu. However, the man who could usually see clearer than anyone, now couldn't see anything the way it really was. He saw about several different images of the same shinobi. He saw lightning that was not present. In fact, he even saw a penguin floating around. Sweat begin to fall down his terrorized face. He was suffering from illusion and would probably pass out soon. However, not before he satisfied himself with a fight.

Snake → Ram → Monkey → Boar → Horse → Tiger

"Katon Goukakyuu no Jutsu" The Grand Fireball jutsu, the mightiest of the proud Uchiha fire jutsu, was launched in every direction, sometimes not even facing anyone.

"Katon Goukakyuu no Jutsu" again.

"Katon Goukakyuu no Jutsu" again.

"Katon Goukakyuu no Jutsu" and again.

After the area was lit up, he panted, grabbed his knees as sweat fell down his face, trying to make sense of anything. Anything he heard was just a ring, giving him a migraine.

(ooc: If you think I'm freaking out you clearly don't know who I am.)

More and More people started coming. The Main branch sennin was now watching from afar. Oh how interesting this would be indeed. His "boss" now here and watching how the situation. Ayumu and replaced himself with a clone and was now hiding somewhere in the area. And lastly a mednin had come here as requested by Ayumu and approaching cautiously; which all in all wasn't a bad idea.

The Sennin of the main branch was pretty much yelling her questions. Slightly annoying but it was whatever. It wasn't like it would make a difference if he told the Sennin off now would it. He pressed his headset and spoke back "No he hasn't been identified yet."

Now the Jounin put all of his focus back on the Uchiha. He seemed to be doing something and then he realized what was happening. Handseals...."GET BACK!" The Jounin roared as he started flying through handseals of his own. he saw huge fireballs start flying out from the Uchiha's mouth. This is rediculous.... Gotta protect the Mednin though. In Kane's mind, the mednin was the most important piece of a fight. Someone who can build the wounded back up and to be able to fight. That was key.

The Jounin flew through the remaining handseals forming the technique Water Dragon Bullet{master rank} into a huge water dragon shield. The shield would be more than large enough to block himself and the Mednin who was coming up behind them. The fire would crash against the water shield and dissipate regardless of the Uchiha bloodline boosting the fire. The Uchiha, as powerful as he may be, was still noticeably worn out. Kane could defend against these attacks, but he was relying on Ayumu to do more than just hide to stop this barrage. A bind, hitting him from behind. Something would be good. He was forcing himself to rely on others. Teamwork would be key here.

As Ayumu continued moving quietly along the cliff face, using chakra to stick to the vertical surface, he worked his way behind Anatsu. Meanwhile, the clone he had left behind was inching forward as if waiting for the opportunity to strike. Still, it was nothing more than a distraction. Though it had the capability to attack, Ayumu was still hoping to stop the conflict before it came to that. If it went badly, they wouldn't have any idea where the blood came from. For all they knew he had been attacked. If not that, perhaps someone was hurt and they would only find out the person's location through this delirious man. The arrival of the Main Branch Sennin on the scene took Ayumu by surprise. He supposed she had been called in by one of the Main Branch guards as this was a touchy situation. She asked if the Uchiha had been identified. Nobody present had any idea who he was, so Kane responded to the negative.

As if one surprise wasn't enough, the Med-nin to report to the scene was none other than Kahako. 'Why did it have to be her? And by my request, no less,' Ayumu thought, shaking his head. She was more than capable, but he never wanted to put her in harm's way. Illogical thoughts stemming from the feelings he had for her. Regardless, things took a turn for the serious just as the real Ayumu was about ready to make his move. The Uchiha began going through handseals. The Jounin responded quickly, warning everyone, though any shinobi would recognize that danger was imminent at the sight of handseals. The clone Ayumu had left behind was not prepared for the onslaught of fire jutsu that came his way, but it had served his purpose. Instead of moving to avoid the attacks, it began a sprint full on towards Anatsu to draw as much of the Uchiha's attention to itself as possible. Predictably, it met a fiery end before it got very close.

The real Ayumu was concerned for everyone's safety, but fortunately Kane was quick to set up defensive measures. He formed a massive shield of water which he used to intercept the fire that did come their way. Had the Uchiha focused all of his fire on the shield it may have been dangerous but he seemed to be firing blindly in all directions now. Ayumu waited for a moment when the man was worn out from the excessive jutsu use and then took the opportunity to move. He dropped from the cliff face behind the man, still cloaked in the ANBU jutsu, and attempted to quickly strike him in the back of the head with his sheathed blade. Hopefully the Uchiha would be too exhausted and disoriented to notice the attack, especially with Ayumu practically invisible from the jutsu. He wasn't seeking to seriously injure the man, else the blade would have been drawn, but rather to knock him out for the time being so they could get him under control, perhaps get him some medical attention and get some answers.

The Uchiha was getting splashed in the head, and yet he still couldn't even recognize that there was a water jutsu present. He tried running around and found himself walking into a water barrier, only to almost immediately be hit in the back of the head with a hard object. The dazed Uchiha dropped to his knees. Everything stopped, he could hear himself breathing heavily. That was the only thing he heard. It was hot and humid, yet he couldn't feel any of it. His vision began to grow darker. He lost consciousness only to regain it a moment later.

His last words before absolutely passing out, "I need a medic"

He was now in the Kumogakure shinobi's hands.

(OoC: People other than Kane and Ayumu need to post sooner please)
(Allowing Ayumu's strike to knock my character out)

As she watched someone else arrived. "Hello Hikari Sama." She said. "I'm going down there."

"Hello Kahako san." She responded. as her friend jumped down. Hikari waited and listened to Kane's response. She was surprised that no one had tried to bind the Uchiha as that would immobilize him so that he could be helped. He fired balls of flame at random. As he had done with the Kunai. It seemed that he was attacking at random because he was frightened and wounded. Hikari jumped down after Kane shielded Kahako.

Ayumu, it seemed, was no longer on the wall, and the clone before her, seemed inching forward, toward the unknown attacker. A moment later

"Is everyone alright?" Hikari would move toward Ayumu and ask him, "Do you know his face?" She didn't recognize him as one of theirs, but that could mean anything. The ninja world was a lot broader than it had once been believed. She did not see a forehead protector, only a lot of blood and dirt.

Everything happened quickly, but it happened as was probably best. Ayumu didn't want to knock the man out but if he didn't stop him they would end up having to seriously defend themselves which could end with multiple people hurt, possibly worse. Body Bind had been an option he had considered, but it required him to look directly into the Uchiha's eyes to work and anybody who had faced a Uchiha would probably tell you to avoid doing that. He considered grappling him from behind, but that would still allow him to struggle and who knew what good they could do in that case. In the end, the best he could do was to temporarily render him unconscious so they could decide what to do. As he decended upon the dazed Anatsu he felt the weighted sheath of his blade connect with the back of the man's head with a solid crack. It was a precision blow of sorts, not so hard as to cause serious injury but enough to rob him of his consciousness. As he dropped to his knees, Ayumu heard him utter a request for a medic. It was somewhat of a confirmation of what Ayumu had figured already.

As the others approached, Hikari asked if everyone was alright. "Yes," Ayumu said simply before looking at Kahako. She was fine as well, which was his primary concern at the time. Everyone else seemed to be in good condition as well, save for Poor Anatsu. Now for a secondary concern to be addressed. "Kahako, can you help him here, or do we need to bring him to the Aesculapium? Clearly he wasn't healthy, but I'm hesitant to bring him inside. All of that blood couldn't possibly belong to him. I'd like to ask him about that... maybe some water would help?" he said, speaking to the only Med-nin present. He wasn't sure if he could be aided without taking him inside, he did look to be in bad shape though if anything it seemed to be exhaustion and possibly dehydration. He didn't seem to have readily visible wounds.

Hikari asked if Ayumu recognized the man and Ayumu shook his head. "I've never seen him before," he responded as he studied the man's face. His hunch was that he wasn't from Kumogakure or even Lightning Country. Kumogakure had seen a great influx of foreign shinobi coming to its gates ever since Konohagakure and Kirikagure were toppled. Unbeknownst to Ayumu, this man had actually left before the fall of his village. Even if he knew that, Konoha's missing-nin were no concern of Kumogakure, especially now that the village, or city as they called it, was no longer under shinobi control. A crackle came from the earpiece of Ayumu's headset as a message came to him from the gates. Others would likely get the same message if they had theirs.

"Seems that he's been seen wandering around outside the gates from time to time, sometimes approaching to ask about food or work. A vagrant, from the sounds of it. Formerly from Konoha or Kiri, I'd wager," he deduced. He did feel some measure of sympathy for the shinobi displaced by their villages' demise. He couldn't imagine what he would do if Kumogakure were to somehow meet the same fate. Would he end up wandering the world with no home like this man? Perhaps that was why he was not so quick to judge, even if he and the others had been attacked.

[OoC: In case anybody was wondering, I have a dNPC gate guard that once met Anatsu at the gates. I'm getting that info through the headset from him. Also- sorry to jump posting order but I do want to move this forward as quickly as possible.]

Apparently, no matter how cautious she was, whatever was going on with the foreigner was doomed to happen. One of the four large fireballs barreled towards her much too large to evade. Reacting as quickly as she could, she performed seals of her own by erecting a barrier that would take at least some of the damage away from her. Out of the corner of her eye, she simultaneously watched with heart-stopping fear as Ayumu was engulfed in flame.

The shadow of a being appeared out of thin air, and a large shield of water protected them both before the flames reached her. She looked up to see the man that had been with Ayumu when she arrived. “Thank you,” Kahako spoke with earnest relief and worry as her reactionary barrier dispersed. She prepared seals to coordinate her own attack, before a loud *thunk* could be heard. The foreign shinobi had plowed into the water barrier, and was stumbling back before Ayumu fell from shadows, effectively stunning the man and bringing him to his knees.

She could see the unknown assailant’s lips move in a mumble before he went down, but didn’t catch what he said. Immediately, when he was clearly unconcious, she moved her own eyes to Ayumu to check him for burns. It had been a clone that was engulfed in flames, but for a horrific second, she wasn’t sure. “I am fine.” Kahako said in response to Hikari, all the while keeping her eyes on the ANBU sennin. It wasn’t until he looked back at her did she actually deem that he was fine and unharmed.

“Hai, Ayumu-sama,” Kahako said before breaking eye contact and rushing around her recent savior. On her way there, Kahako made quick hand seals to make a clone of her own. Both knelt on either side of the man, the clone taking position by his head while the original Kahako began inspecting what she could see of his body, listening to the others talk about their mysterious stranger.

“I need a flashlight," called the clone quietly to its creator while checking his pulse. Slipping a hand in her belt pouch, Kahako tossed a small penlight, which the clone quickly utilized to check the man’s pupils. At the same time, the original Kahako formed more seals before placing two fingers on her lips in a vertical fashion. Lightly blowing with her eyes half lidded, a hazy mist seeped from her mouth into the air over him. The small cloud lazily floated outwards before settling around his body. It seeped into pours and his natural breathing drew it into his lungs. It was not enough water to wake him, more so a vapor-like mist than anything. Normally such a technique was considered a weapon, shredding the victim with little cuts, causing hemorrhaging on both skin and internal respiratory organs. If anyone knew the pressurized mist jutsu, they might at first think that Kahako was harming the unconscious man instead of helping him. In Kahako’s hands, however, she could manipulate the water jutsu to be something more.

The watery element turned healing agent was only a weak jutsu and thus a temporary patch. It would quickly mend small cuts and any large wounds would slowly begin to heal. The hope was that would be enough to keep him just alive until she found out what was really wrong with him. “His eyes aren’t dilating,” the clone spoke to Kahako, only checking each quickly before setting the light down and forming her own handseals. The clone knew to try to remove anything that could have caused the Uchiha’s confusion before trying to bring the man back to a waking state. Poison, bleeding, burns… Kahako was known to even cure some horrible cases of hangovers with this jutsu.

While the clone worked, Kahako looked back to the group and to Ayumu. “Ayumu-sama, I would advise not waking him. At least… not yet. I don’t know what caused his obvious confusion, and the fact that he ran at full speed into a giant watery shield would suggest that if we woke him again without proper treatment, we’d be seeing more fireballs.” She looked down at the unconscious man. “I can, however, treat him without taking him to the hospital. But that would require me getting a better look to see if there are any outside wounds I should treat immediately, something I’m sure both he and everyone guarding the gates prefer I do in a private room. Maybe a guard barracks so he isn’t so deep into the city to cause real damage?”

She would return to the man afterwards, repeating her mist jutsu while the three of them decided on what to do with this man.
[spoilername="OOC"]For those of you confused, Kahako is a Water Adept with healing waters dependent special move. She created a medical assistant clone which used system restoration (a C-rank medical jutsu) While Kahako used the E-rank 'pressurized mist' twice. Anatsu, if there is anything I did to your character that you do not agree with or diagnosed at this point, please let me know and I will alter my post.

MFT 789[/spoilername]

The dude was literally running into the water shield in front of Kane. Was he really that delusional? Kane would shake his head in the man's effort. Once the barrage was completely done he would deactivate the jutsu and allow everyone to do their jobs. He didn't have much to do now. He would bow slightly to Hikari acknowledging not only her presence but also her rank as the Sennin. He stood by and watched the Uchiha to make sure he stayed unconscious. He would let the two Sennin and the mednin decide what to do with this delusional shinobi in front of them. Sometimes keeping ones mouth shut was more helpful then opening it.

(ooc: not much for my character to do. Not really his issue yet.)

Hikari nodded at Ayumu's response, and waited as he asked, "Kahako, can you help him here, or do we need to bring him to the Aesculapium? Clearly he wasn't healthy, but I'm hesitant to bring him inside. All of that blood couldn't possibly belong to him. I'd like to ask him about that... maybe some water would help?"

Kahako acknowledged what Ayumu said and produced a clone with which to examine him. "His eyes aren't dilating" The clone said as she examined

While the clone worked, Kahako looked back to the group and to the ANBU sennin. “Ayumu-sama," She said, "I would advise not waking him. At least… not yet. I don’t know what caused his obvious confusion, and the fact that he ran at full speed into a giant watery shield would suggest that if we woke him again without proper treatment, we’d be seeing more fireballs.” She looked down at the unconscious man seeming both wary and caring in a way unique to mednin who were not Isaki Kushin.

"Kogami san is correct. He may be a danger to the village. I would like to avoid taking him to a place he could cause much damage, if we can avoid it. I will secure a room nearby." She walked a short distance away and called up Kuruson. "I need to appropriate a room near the gates. Preferably somewhere secure with good lighting."

"I'll put you through to Fuyuri Katsu." Kuruson, "A good man who worked with the former gate captain, and still does work at the gates."

"Thank you." Hikari said as she waited. A moment later, she heard a click and was transferred to Fuyuri.

Fuyuri Katsu [NPC used with permission]

"Hello." His voice was old, and had the characteristics of one who was short tempered.

"This is Sennin Tanaka. I need a place to bring a suspect for examination. He's injured and dangerous. We do not want to bring him to the hospital."

"Thought about prison?" the man chuckled.

"Can't move him that far. He's injured. Secure a moderate-"

"I know what you want, Sennin sama." He said, "I'll escort you to my... favorite room. Be down in a moment, Ma'am."

"Alright." She turned back to the group. "I have found a place. Probably should have asked for a stretcher, but one of my people is coming to escort us to a place we can hold and treat him."

[OOC: When Fuyuri arrives he won't say much. When we're ready, he'll lead us to the room and wait to be addressed or dismissed. Next person to post can decide what the room looks like. It'll be somewhere built into the cliffs of the pass, and nearby.]

Kahako was quick to look over the haggered shinobi with the aid of her medical clone. This was probably the first time Ayumu had seen her in action in a medical situation. The way she so quickly took in the details of what was before her and identified his symptoms impressed him. This was her profession, this was what she was good at. Where he might have known just where to hit an enemy to make them bleed copiously, she knew how to find out what was wrong with the person and bring them back from the brink. The clone spoke about something the matter with his eyes. Ayumu didn't know what the symptom meant, but the way it was said didn't sound like it was a good thing.

Kahako herself looked up from Anatsu and addressed the group who was waiting. She advised him that it was probable not wise to bring him back to the waking world immediately. She wanted to bring him somewhere that she could work on him that wasn't on the ground in the middle of the passage to the gate. It was understandable, though it wasn't what Ayumu was hoping to hear. He was far from thrilled by the thought of taking the man into the village after he came after Kumogakure shinobi with little hesitation. It did seem that he was delirious and perhaps not in a right state of mind, but there was no guarantee he didn't know what he was doing. It seemed there wasn't much choice, however.

Ayumu looked to Hikari. The gates were the domain of the Main Branch, she would be the one to obtain a room for them. She agree with Ayumu that taking him all the way to the hospital was perhaps taking too much of a risk when they didn't know his intentions. Hikari stepped away for a moment to make a call on her headset. Meanwhile, Ayumus signaled for two ANBU to approach and work together to carry Anatsu. You couldn't see their faces, but they weren't ecstatic about carrying a body. Unfortunately there seemed to be no stretchers handy. Ayumu turned to Kahako in the meanwhile.

"I hate to ask you to work on this guy after he just attacked us, but would you once we get a room?" he asked, although he was sure she wouldn't say no. She was always willing to help. He turned to Kane after her response to ask for his help as well. "Sorry, but would you mind staying with us until we've dealt with this? No telling what he'll do when he wakes up," Ayumu said, hoping to hear at the very least a begrudged acceptance. Kane had done well with his barrier to keep Kahako and Hikari from harm and he preferred to keep him around. A moment later, Hikari returned to inform them that a room had been found that they could use. Fuyuri arrived and led them without much to say to a door built into the cliffs which they entered.

The room was fairly plain and rather dark. It was by no means a warm colorful room, seemingly chiseled directly into stone giving off a gray emotionless feel. In the middle there was stationary gurny, though there were oddly some restraints on the four corners that called into question what the room was normally used for. Perhaps the gurney was brought in especially for them. Still, there was no time for such questions. The ANBU carried Anatsu over to the gurney and set him down carefully before attaching the restraints to his ankles and wrists for all the good they might do with a shinobi. Once they were finished, they exited the room and closed the door behind them waiting outside. Ayumu walked up to a large lamp which was angled to point down at the gurney and turned it on flooding the room with light and illuminating Anatsu plain as day. Well, she did ask for good light.

"Well, Kahako, work your magic," Ayumu said, which was only partially a joke. If one considered chakra to be magic, Med-nin really did do a bit of magical healing. Meanwhile, Ayumu remained on guard in case the unidentified shinobi were to wake up and try to break free of his restraints and attack again. He was mostly worried for Kahako, since she was going to be working on Anatsu directly. Hopefully she would use her clone alone, if that were possible. Regardless, he remained nearby to keep a close vigilant eye on the rogue shinobi.

[OoC: Let me know if you have any problems with anything I did Anatsu, though I don't know how else you could be moved to a private room, lol.]

Kane watched as the Sennin talked among themselves deciding on the fate of the unconscious Uchiha at their fate. He was completely at their mercy and completely delusional. He must have felt threatened to have just be shooting out fireballs in random directions like he was. It was quite the scene. Scortched trees and dirt and a huge pond now on the ground near Kane from his gigantic water shield.

The sennin stopped talking to the mednin and Ayumu turned to Kane. "And here we go... he thought to himself wondering what was going to happen now. But in honesty it was just a simple request of staying with them until they had everything figured out. Kane kept his face polite and spoke "Of course I will sir." He would follow them to the bare room as two ANBU carried the unconscious shinobi. He would stay quiet from here on until spoken to, watching everyone to make sure no one was making any hasty or rash decisions. Kane was once in this guys shoes if it wasn't for Ushiromayu Kein.
