Well to me the decision seems pretty obvious. Kick him out... and that's exactly what Ayumu is doing. Great minds? nah... just good old freaking common sense. Kane thought to himself listening to the two Sennin talk to each other and then Ayumu talking to the memory loss Uchiha. He wasn't stable, he didn't prove he wasn't a threat and his eyes were more advanced than ordinary Uchiha, or as ordinary as they come anyway. Kane continued to stay quiet and in the shadows in the back of the room. Kahako got the easy break and was able to leave. Kane was stuck here to deal with this issue... if it were to come to one anyway. All in all the last few minutes were boring with all the waiting for them to be done interrogating the guy. If it had been Kane's decision, he would have left him outside the gate to die after attacking him. He wouldn't have wasted Medical treatment or food or water on the man. He made his bed, he could have laid down right there outside the gates in it. But alas he called the ANBU Sennin here on his own accord. It was his fault in the long run. He stood there waiting to make sure there wouldn't be any fighting. No blood shed was needed today.
Ninpocho Chronicles
Ninpocho Chronicles is a fantasy-ish setting storyline, set in an alternate universe World of Ninjas, where the Naruto and Boruto series take place. This means that none of the canon characters exists, or existed here.
Each ninja starts from the bottom and start their training as an Academy Student. From there they develop abilities akin to that of demigods as they grow in age and experience.
Along the way they gain new friends (or enemies), take on jobs and complete contracts and missions for their respective villages where their training and skill will be tested to their limits.
The sky is the limit as the blank page you see before you can be filled with countless of adventures with your character in the game.

Hypnotic Suggestion - Doujutsu Genjutsu
The Sharingan's ability to induce illusions into the minds of others is a powerful one, that the Uchiha can learn to overcome the mind and senses of another, subtly altering their mind to put them under a powerful hypnosis, an issuing them commands without the victim even second guessing their own manipulated thoughts.
- - Does not use handseals, but requires the Sharingan's Eye contact. This is treated as a Will Genjutsu.
An opening. Uchiha Anatsu could not be sent back yet again. He needed to get into the village and get a job, get a stable life. What did he mean Konoha had fallen? This had shaken the Uchiha. Once the Uchiha had realized Hikari had made eye contact with him for just a split second, he immediately utilized his knowledge of Dojutsu in order to attempt to get himself out of this mess. Thanks to the Mangekyou Sharingan, his sharingan was always active. Those red blazing eyes were hard to shy away from.
He would then attempt to use his sharingan to control her, making her attempt to convince her surrounding cloud shinobi to let the man into the village. Should anyone else attempt to look into his eyes, a similar Genjutsu would be used as well.
[OoC: You can call in a battle mod to do a Genjutsu roll if you want, Id rather you roleplayed it out and saved time since my character is a master Genjutsu user. Hikari had nodded, affirming Ayumu's cecision, but before she could speak her agreement, something happened. Suddenly she was less inclined to throw him out. There was no rhyme or reason to her change of mind. Just basically, she decided it. She usually had a reason though. "Maybe..." She began, "we shouldn't." She said, with a frown. She shook her head, Despite the fact that she had basically been against him coming into the village from the time he had woken ho with no memory, Hikari now wished to see him enter? Despite the fact that she had all but decided that she would allow Ayumu to do what he would with him? Hikari looked at the man, then looked at Ayumu. "Perhaps prison?" It didn't make sense with any of the actions she had made up till that point, and she was painfully aware of that fact, but she didn't want to send him away anymore. What if he died? Should that matter? Hikari looked back at the man and pursed her lips. In her arrogance she had looked into an Uchiha's eyes. She didn't know what he had done, but she strongly believed it had been done by him.
"I believe my judgement has been compromised, Kogami sama. Please decide what to do with him based on what would be best for the village." She said backing away. It had been a dumb thing to do, so she would remove herself. "I believe I should go, Kogami sama. I may be a danger here."

Ayumu remained silent as the Uchiha said absolutely nothing in response to what Ayumu had just told him. Surprisingly, Hikari was instead the one to break the silence. Her first hesitant word brought his attention back to her as she seemed to force the words from her mouth. Suddenly, she was disagreeing with him when up until now the two of them had been much of the same mind on the stranger. Where had this come from? She had literally just asked him what he wanted to do only to suggest the other option. Something about her seemed off, however, like she was highly unsure of what she was saying. She looked at the red eyed man as if blaming him for something. 'What's going on here...?' Ayumu thought, but before he could say a word the Main Branch Sennin left the decision entirely up to him and began to leave, claiming herself to have been compromised. With that, she left through the door leaving Ayumu, Kane, and the rogue who apparently had nothing to say. What had just happened was very suspicious. Ayumu wondered if the rogue had somehow tried something with Hikari to cause her sudden change in opinion. He himself did not feel as though his mind had been altered. Given that Hikari had suddenly found herself wanting to bring the rogue in, he could presume that if the rogue had done something to her, it was to try to get himself inside of the village. Naturally, the best course of option was to not let that happen.

He had no desire to have this man try to manipulate him, not that it was by any means a certainty that he could. Ayumu turned to Kane who had remained in the room patiently while they had been conversing. "You can go as well, the guards will see him out when he's ready. Thanks for standing by," he said, heading for the door and opening it. He hoped to seek out the Main Branch Sennin and see that she was okay before she got too far. "Good luck to you," he said to the rogue as he and Kane left. He would have the man's description given to the gate guards to ensure they wouldn't just end up letting him through anyway.

Lack of success here. His hypnotic suggestion was clearly impaired by his lack of sleep and nutrition. They were cautious of him even though he had entered the village and stayed their for a long time just months before. Regardless of that fact, Uchiha Anatsu was on his way. He wasn't going to jail at least and he was making it out alive. There were a lot of positive things going on for him. It was time for him to take a step back and figure out what his next move was going to be. It was vital that he made the right move from here on out with each step he took.

It was months ago that he joined this village... but he remembered his time in the wilderness and his time alone. He left the room and went back intoo the village following Hikari from a distance. Making sure she made it back home fine.
