Mission Come one Come All [ANBU Class]

[Kato Hana]

The figure stood in the open field by the front gates. He wore a black ANBU mask that had been stylized as a cat. The black robes of office were draped over his shoulders and despite the fact one could not see his facial expressions his body language radiated annoyance and anger.

This was what awaited those that would come before him. This was an initial test for those that wanted to become ANBU and he was not one to go easy just because they were young. The ANBU Corp had standards and he would not relax them just because they needed people.

Despite his body language he appeared relaxed. He stood near the very border of their lands and it would not do to appear anything but relaxed and ready for any that might try and come through the gates. It felt strange for him though. When he wore the mask and robes it was generally the only time he was alone. It was something that bothered him but it did let his mind wander about what the others were doing at this moment.

The test had already begun, though those that showed up did not know this. There was no way of knowing after all. With each minute that it took for them to assemble it would be that much harder. He had briefly thought about enlisting others to throw traps and distractions in along the way but ultimately decided against it. This was going to be straight forward and if he needed to test their cunning further he would do it at a later time.

[Ryu Hime]

Kuren walks down a path of cobblestone that follows alongside a running stream of water. After going a few steps she decides to stop as she thought she heard something. She then felt something scurry path her feet. Caught off guard from the incident she yells and falls to the floor. Her makeshift mask gotten loosen in the fall and she tightens it. Sitting up she takes her lamp and lights it, in hopes of avoiding what that incident from repeating.

With a lamp in one gloved hand, she has her other brush across the brick wall beside her. These bricks were old and some were even starting to degrade. As she walks she comes to a point where one stream merged with another. The trail she was following continued on the other side of the water.

True the water was not that deep nor was it really moving that fast, but she would rather not forge it all the same. Instead she runs and leaps across the stream, but her foot did not quite make the landing. Fortunately she was able to grab onto the brick wall before falling backwards into the water. She could see light up ahead which marked her destination.

Well within the eye sight of the anbu, he would see a flat piece of metal launched a few feet into the air. It would appear that someone shot it with a fireball from underneath. Emerging from a hole in the ground was a little girl dressed like an archeologist. Kuren would exit the sewers and run to the place where the class was being held. Unwrapping the cloth over her face she would introduce herself to the instructor. “Ha Kuren reporting for class.”

[Raijin Jirou]

Jirou had been looking forward to the next class. Both Jirou and Kashikoi had been training hard. The Anbu division intrigued Jirou and he hoped to work alongside them in the future. Jirou had his own goals that he had set for himself. He very much took what the Hokage had told him to heart about training, learning and mastering anything and everything. Failure was not an option for the boy. He just needed to have patience with himself. This was not always easy for him, but he understood that it would take time to accomplish his goals. The walk to where the class was to start from gave him time to think about many different things while he walked with Kashikoi. Jirou was filled with gratitude for all the blessings that had been bestowed on him. He very much wanted to give back to the Village for accepting him and letting him find a home with Karasu, her father and even Hinata. It was not something he ever thought that he would know again and he would do whatever he could to protect the Village from any threats that came along. While they walked Kashikoi made a point of making several stops to mark his territory.​

Jirou wanted to arrive early and this was why he always woke early to either train or get to a class ahead of time. As he walked up to the gate where the class was being held he saw that the instructor was wearing a black Anbu mask with a cat face painted on it. He could see that based on his body movements he seemed to be agitated, maybe even annoyed or impatient. He slowed his pace as he approached making note of the surroundings and paying attention for the possible source of his annoyance. He was very curious about what they would be learning in this class and wanted to do well. Jirou was already planning to pursue becoming a Journeyman, but he also knew that he wanted to understand how the Anbu worked as well. He would look over towards Kuren and give her a nod in greeting, “Hello again, Kuren. Have you dug up anything interesting lately? Haven’t really seen you much since the last class that we were in together.” Kashikoi also yips his own friendly hello to Kuren.​

Turning now towards the instructor, Jirou introduces himself. “Greetings, Sensei. I am Raijin Jirou and this is Kashikoi. We are both looking forward to what we will learn from you today.”​

[Nakano Karasu]

It was a nice sunny day though there were a few clouds but nothing to make one think that the weather would turn nasty. Karasu loved looking at the clouds and thinking about how her life has changed being here in the village. Sometimes she thinks back to the times when she and her father were struggling going from village to village just trying to survive. It was a hard life yet it taught her that she had the strength to keep going. Her mother who had died by villagers hands was always On her mind. Karasu was only four but she hated the fact that she was helpless and couldn’t save her mum. It took all that they had to save themselves. Those moments forever cemented in her memories. A living nightmare that constantly stabs at her heart.

She shook her head to try and escape the thoughts. A determination set upon her. She had goals for herself and she knew the only way she could achieve them is to train hard and be focused. That’s why she tried to study everything she could and train as often as possible. The Leaf Village had given her hope where there was none. It gave her a new sense of belonging. One that she never thought she would have again. She wanted to show her gratitude and loyalty to the Village, who has given her a new beginning.

Karasu started walking through the village. She was finally going to take an Anbu class. She would get a better understanding on how Anbu works, which would be viable lessons for her since she was leaning toward that Branch. This class would be a deciding factor if this is what she wanted her path to be. She had ideas in her head what she may do but without actually experiencing it made any decision moot. She waved to several shop owners as she passed through. One lady who owned the sweet dumpling shop saw Karasu and smiled. “Oh hello there Karasu. Are you here for a bite to eat like usual?” she said to the young girl. “Oh hello Ma'am. Not right I’m actually on my way to a class.” The lady looked at her in a strange way. “A class you say then why are you heading this way. The academy is the opposite direction.”

Karasu nodded “I know but I was told to meet the Sensei by the Phoenix Gate. Hey I don’t make the rules I just follow them,” she chuckled then continued on her way. The Phoenix Gate was getting nearer and the closer she got the easier it was to make out who was there. There was Kuren the archeologist girl along with Jirou and Kashikoi. She could see the wolf pup being excited. There was also someone she didn’t know because they were wearing a mask more affiliated with the Anbu. She realized that if she is accepted into the Anbu that a mask is something she may have to get used to. She waved to them “Hey Kuren nice to see you here. “ She turned to Jirou and Kashikoi. “Hey there I didn’t realize you were going to be in the class.” She patted Kashikoi on the head then looked at the person with the black mask that was stylized as a cat. His body language was peculiar almost like he was annoyed at something. ‘Was she late?’ She didn’t think she was. She made sure to leave in plenty of time. She nodded her head in a bow-like motion “Greetings, Sensei. I am Nakano Karasu.”

[Uchiha Hinata]

Hinata was on his way out the door, having awoken from his slumber a bit earlier then normal. Sitting up as he strechted out. Getting to his feet as he did his morning excercises as always. Upon doing them, He would walk over to his closet, getting changed into his new kimono like overcoat and a t-shirt underneath it. Upon Getting dressed he would proceed to tie his hair back using a band. The long ponytail tucked away under his clothes as he looked rather good.

Soon leaving from the house which he stayed at, unsure if Karusu or Jirou had left already as he didn't hear them much. Running down the street as he headed to the phoenix gate. Using this time to get to training in to keep aware of his surroundings. As he ran, he happened to pass some kids as he waved to them, being a gentle soul, they could see the uchiha crest on his back. A design he himself put onto the overcoat as for some reason it calmed him very much.

As he ran The Phoenix Gate was getting nearer and the closer she got the easier it was to make out who was there. He could seed Kuren the arecheologist girl, someone he met only a few times. Kurasu and Jirou the ones he lives with. It was always nice to see them as for some reason whenever he was upset they calm him down, being a sort of relief as he was indeed nervous himself as he stood next to karasu.

"Hello Sensei, I am Uchiha Hinata"

He said introducing himself unaware of who it is

[Kato Hana]

As each of the students showed up then seemed to have a casual attitude for the class, the anger that radiated off the figure in black seem to get thicker and thicker until it was something you could cut with a knife.

As the forth student showed up he decided that was enough and decided to speak. His voice was cold and emotionless, a sharp contrast from his body langue. The voice was that of a harsh whisper though they had no difficulty showing up.

”Your Late” He let that statement hang in the air for a moment. ”You have come here because you are interested in joining the ANBU. So this is your test. A test that has been going on since before you showed up here. The ANBU have many jobs. We do not man the gates like the Main branch does but when someone tries to break though, either to enter or to leave, it is up to us to find them and punish them.

That is exactly what has happened here today. Someone has broken into the village and it is up to you to find them.” He gave a few beats to let his words sink in.

”We can not afford to be slow. We must be ready at moments notice. If you have questions ask them and be quick about it because every moment you waste is one that your query gets further from you.”

[Ryu Hime]

Kuren did not take offense to being told she was late because being ‘on time’ was likely impossible. This was a test, which means things were controlled. The students were likely not given enough warning to possibly come to the wall in time to stop the break in. Kuren would assume that if a student were to come in time to doing something, the class would be cancelled and rescheduled. The whole point of the exercise seems to be what to do after a person brakes through. Thus the angry body language felt more like an act if anything and all the tension he built up evaporated.

Kuren did take mental note that this was an infiltration and not an escape, which means the person was inside the village. “May we see the evidence of this reported brake in? Or the person that reported it?” It was a simple request for surely there were evidence of some kind. It also should be something he can readily show if he is to keep up the act. Obviously someone had to have seen something. Otherwise how can they be late if no one knew there was a brake in other than the ones that orchestrated it? To say they would have to find the evidence themselves would not quite fit the play.

[Raijin Jirou]

Jirou looked around at the others perplexed, his gaze then moving towards the Sensei. Who was the Sensei referring to about being late? When the Sensei explained that someone had broken into the village and that time could not be wasted in finding them, Jirou naturally would like more to go on then a statement from some sour old sensei. Moving a bit forward he asks him, “How do we know that you are not the intruder? Perhaps you are trying to get us to run after shadows, when in fact the intruder is standing right in front of us. You might even be trying to mislead us. Maybe you even killed the real Sensei and took his mask.” It was a bold challenge as Jirou wanted to learn the truth. Kashikoi’s hackles were raised, his ears were pinned back and he was snarling in preparation for a fight depending on how the ‘Sensei’ answered. Jirou knew that they had in fact been early in arriving at the location of the class. This may have thrown off this possibly false ‘Sensei’ who now sought to throw them off.​

As Jirou approached closer his nostrils flared to catch the Sensei’s scent. Unless this individual had masked his scent with something very strong, then Jirou would recognize that there was something about the scent that seemed familiar. Kashikoi would notice it as well since he moved even closer. Jirou might even have a good idea just who it was beneath the mask. What was this a test of anyway? Being able to separate the truth from falsehood perhaps? He would likely have to wait to find out the answers to the questions that were swirling in his head. Jirou was not going to simply take any words at face value. It was too easy to be deceived by words alone. Instead he listened to the words and their tone. He opened his senses to attempt to better read the situation. It was clear that this was some sort of test. Jirou welcomed the challenge.​

Oh Jirou had plenty of questions, though he settled on only asking a few pointed questions for now. “I am sure that this is not an exercise to run around all over the village looking for some phantom intruder like a group of chickens with their heads cut off. Where is the point in that? That would just end up wasting our time and yours, unless this is some sort of ruse that you are perpetrating?" Jirou wanted answers and he wanted to get to the truth. He looked over towards Karasu to see if she was in agreement.​

[Nakano Karasu]

Karasu watched as Hinata showed up after her. She looked at the Sensei ready to begin. She waited to hear what they were going to do next. Through her excitement she couldn’t help but notice that the Sensei’s body language seemed off. The more she waited before the last person to arrive, the more irked this person seemed. ‘Maybe something is wrong ?’ she thought but kept quiet to finally hear what the masked ANBU had to say. The first words out of his mouth was “Your Late” Karasu tilted her head in confusion. She knew she wasn’t late. There is just no way. She always prided herself on not just being on time and very punctual but she always made sure she had time to spare. This would be the first time in her life that she would be the first time in her life she was late. She just couldn’t believe it. She could have sworn that she set her alarm to the right time. ‘Was there a chance that she mistook the time to be here?’ she was sure but was upset with herself for being in this position.

The Sensei was a male she could tell by his voice and it was a bit familiar. She continued to listen to what he had to say. He mentioned a test that has been going on before they showed up. ‘Test? What test?’ she wondered but her senses became alert as she listened. He talked about the many jobs for the ANBU but said that manning the gates were not one of them. It is ANBU’s job if someone tries to break through to enter or leave the village. They track them down and punish them. Karasu nodded mentally taking notes as the Sensei spoke.

Then with a surprise the masked Sensei said in alarm that was exactly what happened. Someone has broken into the village and he told them that it’s up to the class to find them. Karasu figured this must be the test to find them. Either way these things happen a lot and she had to be prepared. The Sensei had them quickly ask questions before they went out to capture the perpetrator. Karasu listened as Jirou went in on the masked Sensei questioning the validity of the Sensei himself. Karasu thought about what Jirou was saying and knew he had a point. Still this was a test and knew that the Sensei was most likely a Leaf Ninja. She recognized the voice and figured she had a good idea on who it was. She did like the fact that Jirou questioned who the Sensei was.

She first turned to Jirou. “I get that you are questioning him. We still need to know more on the Intruder. Every second counts.” She looked to the Sensei and said “What is the description of the intruder and what tipped you off that it was an illegal entry?.....Also do you know the location that the Intruder was heading and how long ago since the forced entry?” she added to get more information. This being a test she had to assume that everything is on the table that includes strategy on how they capture Intruder along with how well they can work as a team. She figured that they were to be evaluated including now before the chase.

She heard Jirou mention he hoped it wasn’t an exercise that had them running around. She looked at her friend and said. “Remember what the Sensei said. That this is the job of what ANBU does. Meaning whether it’s a test or not this scenario happens far too often and this type of training is necessary. “ She rarely disagrees with Jirou but she understood where he was coming from. Still this was ANBU and it entailed tracking, capture and other areas that deals with infiltration and more.

Hinata knew he wasnt late for once as he begun to think listening at the others speak up, as his mind soon focused on what karasu and jirous said responded with him

“How do we know that you are not the intruder? Perhaps you are trying to get us to run after shadows, when in fact the intruder is standing right in front of us. You might even be trying to mislead us. Maybe you even killed the real Sensei and took his mask.”

What is the description of the intruder and what tipped you off that it was an illegal entry?.....Also do you know the location that the Intruder was heading and how long ago since the forced entry?”
He stepped softly and thought for a moment before adding onto their topics.
"I agree with the two, for example this could have been perpetrated by a group rather a single individual, How do we not know your just accomplice. And as you send us on a chase for this intruder, you arent leading us to a trap, where we will be ambushed by multiple enemies from all sides. Even if it was 4 against 3, we would still be crushed if we were to be caught unaware, Not even the strongest ninja can be prepared for everything, That is why even if this is a class we shouldn't willing trust someone who gave us basically no information about the intruder, Information is power, a Neccesity for combat"
He said as his eyes were locked on the masked figure.

[Kato Hana]

The figure started to take in the questions and comments and respond back to them as they were answered. He was there as a proctor and a conduit of information simulating a report that would have come in so this was as standard as it would have come. He expected the questions to come in quickly and for the students to move on once that was done.

As Kuren asked the question he immediately responded, his tone not only any hint of anger but more as if someone had been reading a report. ”You may consider me being the one that reported this intruder. The only evidence that I have is what is normally presented. eye witness accounts by a guard that is unable to leave their post to chase after the intruder and therefore must call in backup.”

Karasu’s questions were also what he was expecting. He gave a basic description of a non descipt shinobi in light armor and face coverings. ”No specific jutsu’s were used to indicate their power or affiliations. As for what tipped off the guard, most likely the lack of stopping and presenting a passport before forcing their way into the village. The intruder broke through here approximately five minutes ago and went off int that direction” He pointed in the direction that the intruder had left them.

It wasn’t until Jirou’s question that he stopped in his tacks. This was not something that he was expecting and it made him smile behind his mask. Perhaps this was going to be a fun class after all. Hinata seem to pile on this sentiment. Holding up a finger to the students he pressed a finger to his ear and began to speak to someone in a whisper. ”It seems they think I am the one they need to fight.” There was a brief pause then he spoke again ”Yes, exactly.”

With that he turned back to the students. ”Well since you think I am the intruder. There is only one thing left to do. Any intruder must be stopped with force if necessary and I can tell you I will not be going to the jail meekly.”

The look he gave them had fire in their eyes. ”This was not the class I intended but it seems this is the class we will get.”

[Ryu Hime]

Kuren would pull out her little note book and log the Anbu’s description of the perpetrator. The person in question did not seem to have had anything that made him stand out. However there were things that she could deduce from this. The infiltrator was designated to be a shinobi rather than some hoodlum. Despite this being a shinobi village it does narrow the search. Kuren admired the intruder’s approach. She has heard of many tales of people trying to brute forcing their way through. This one snuck in and dressed in a way to blend in with the crowd.

Jirou’s and Hinata’s comments to the situation made Kuren visibly cringe. “We note have time for this paranoia nonsense. Every moment we waste here is one that our query gets further from us.” These two students were clearly guiding the class down the wrong path and she wanted nothing of it. It was when the teacher holds up a finger and whispers that she decided she was not waiting anymore. “You know what. Do what you want. I’m doing the test proper.” She then turns around and runs. By the time the teacher turns back to the students Kuren already left the group in search for the original person intended to play as the intruder.

[Raijin Jirou]

Jirou wanted to get to the truth and rather than providing answers the person before them seemed more enigmatic than ever. The reply from the sensei/intruder? only seemed to confirm this, “Well since you think I am the intruder. There is only one thing left to do. Any intruder must be stopped with force if necessary and I can tell you I will not be going to the jail meekly.” He had heard what he told Karasu before that and saw the sensei point off in the direction that the intruder supposedly ran off in. That could be part of the ruse to make them chase after a phantom intruder. If this was the sensei he had just brought the five of them into a fight to stop him. The situation just got very real. Jirou and Kashikoi were already going down on all fours in preparation for what was to come. He watched as Kuren ran off most likely in the direction that the sensei had pointed in. He couldn’t be sure where she was going though. Shaking his head that she had left the team he gives Karasu and Hinata each a quick look, “Looks like it is up to us four then to stop this intruder.” He was of course including Kashikoi as one of the four, since Kuren had already run off. Kashikoi was as much a member of their group as any of them.​

It was time to get down to business and Jirou was already thinking ahead. He looked to Kashikoi, giving him a silent nod. It was their internal nonverbal communication that said far more than words ever could. Jirou saw his opponent clearly and immediately used the Human Beast Clone to make it hard for others to tell the difference between them. They would be perfect copies of each other. With that done the battle commences. Jirou points to where the intruder is and nods to the clone Kashikoi. It is the clone Kashikoi who completes the hand seal for an Impaling Hydro Jet in the direction that Jirou is pointing. When it hits Kashikoi can now see exactly where the masked intruder is standing. Without hesitation the clone Kashikoi leaps forward attacking the intruder like the very good boy that he was. He was definitely getting extra treats after this. Jirou quickly moved forward to attack the intruder with a Fang over Fang only to find himself trapped inside a laser prison. Where did this come from? Looking back towards Karasu he can see that she is facing in his direction. She certainly did not plan to imprison him. At least he hopes that she didn't. Jirou growls out in frustration, “So much for my follow up moves.” He would struggle to get out of the cage without success. After trying twice to escape the cage and getting nasty shocks each time, Jirou stops and starts to think of another way to escape the cage. He watches as clone Kashikoi makes the intruder bleed with his own attack. Turning back to see what his team mates are doing he sees Karasu get hit with a wood hammer from Hinata and mutters, “That is not good. Not good at all. I have got a really bad feeling about this.” Jirou’s mind was already calculating his next steps. So far it looked like Kashikoi was the only one to actually do damage to the intruder. Clone Kashikoi had drawn blood from the intruder. That had to hurt. He made a mental note to give him extra treats later. Other than that all of them, with the exception of the grave digger girl who ran off, would need to seriously do a lot better than they were doing if they were going to have any chance at defeating this intruder. Still Jirou and Kashikoi were learning and absorbing all the information that they could. Mistakes were bound to be made. They just needed to get it together since they now had another enemy to face. The intruder had summoned a new figure into the battle and that figure just drew its weapon. This will be very interesting. All three of them had to work together. That was of course provided Karasu is able to get out of her very woody predicament and he is freed from his laser prison. He wasn’t about to touch it again. Instead he waited to be freed from it.​

[Nakano Karasu]

Karasu listened as Hinata echoed Jirou’s statement about the masked ANBU. Karasu understood the line of questioning and that it was needed. She waited to hear what the mask man said on the evidence and the accusations. When the masked ANBU finally spoke Karasu listened intently to every word he said. He mentioned that they were presented by eye witness accounts by a guard that couldn’t leave their post so they called back up. Karasu mentally noted what was said then listened for more. He added there were no specific jutsu’s used to indicate any power or affiliations. But he did mention that the lack of stopping to show their passport was an indication thus creates a forced entry. It’s been five minutes since the intruder went in a direction that the masked ANBU showed. Karasu looked in the direction. There was no one to be seen.

Karasu noticed that the description was nothing really special about the intruder. Nothing to really stand out of a crowd. So the description could be anyone and that would make it difficult to find the intruder. Perhaps that is the way he or she wanted it. This was a test after all so to try and find someone who could blend in so discreetly would be a challenge but one the ANBU deals with on a daily basis. Karasu was about to mention to the others to head in the direction but the masked ANBU changed that completely.

”Well since you think I am the intruder. There is only one thing left to do. Any intruder must be stopped with force if necessary and I can tell you I will not be going to the jail meekly. This was not the class I intended but it seems this is the class we will get”

Karasu listened to the words and understood that it was triggered from Jirou and Hinata’s words. 'Were they really going to fight the masked man?' She imagines him being quite strong. ANBU were supposed to be really specialized shinobi and they were just Genin. She heard Kuren mention that they didn’t have time for this and that every minute was wasting to find the real intruder. Karasu then heard Kuren tell them to do what they want and she watched as the young girl ran away. Karasu thought through the events that just took place. In her gut she did feel that the masked ANBU was not the original intruder. Therefore she understood where Kuren was getting at. There was a part of her that wanted to head out with Kuren to look for the real intruder.

With that said and done there was no way that Karasu could leave Hinata, Jirou and Kashikoi to fight on their own. One they were her family but even if they weren’t she would never abandon a comrade. She remembered one of the first lessons from the Fourth Hokage Takeshi and the Sennin Asuka when Asuka tested her and other students. The lack of communication which led to poor teamwork. This was a test on all of us. She could never imagine leaving them to do this alone. Karasu cringed at the thought and felt that anyone who breaks the rules is trash but those who abandon their comrades were worse than trash. She could never do that so she decided that it was best to help out even if she believed that the masked ANBU was not the real intruder. The Masked ANBU put this test on them to fight him even though it may have been unexpected. They still had to do this. She prepared herself for the fight. Hopefully they can get this over with so that they could go after the real intruder.

Everything happened so fast as the battle started up. She watched as Jirou and Kashikoi started in on their jutsu. Karasu created three clones to go after the masked ANBU. Her attack missed him. Then she felt something strange but she was in the middle of a fight so continued on. Using hand seals she created a laser prison on the Masked Intruder but the feeling that something was wrong kept nagging at her. She knew what it was now. She was under a Genjutsu. This was no good and she realized that what she was seeing was not the true reality of the battle that was going on. Then all of a sudden she was hit with a wooden hammer from Hinata. She was in trouble and had to get out of the Genjutsu. She wondered if Hinata was under one too and that’s why he attacked her. Then the memory of her laser prison came to mind. ‘Had she attacked Jirou or Kashikoi?' If Hinata was attacking her then it was possible with the Genjutsu that she attacked Jirou or Kashikoi too since Kuren had run off. Karasu needed to rectify the situation fast or they would all be toast.

[Ryu Hime]

Kuren enters into a stealth like stance not because of the teacher but in the hopes to be able to sneak up on her target. Then the fight starts and Kuren gets the idea that it might not be safe around up here. In hopes to avoid any cross fire she doubles back past the group and leaves the same way she entered. Fortunately the manhole cover was not put back and she jumps into the black abyss. Unfortunately she would have to go under the group to follow the teacher’s directions.

Kuren deeply hoped things did not get to bad up there as she would really hate for a cave in. With that in mind she thought it might be a good idea to call for a medic now. Kuren gets on her headset and begins a call, “Hello this is Kuren. I’m at the gates where there is a big fight going. Can we get a medic over here? I’m pretty sure there are going to be some serious injuries by the end of this. Better yet can we get someone to break up the fight before they end up doing damage to the wall? Thank you.” With any luck somebody will be arriving shortly.

[Kato Hana]

The figure faded into the shadows as the students realized what was happening. Some could still spot him but that did not matter for his plan. Five on one, this was going to be interesting. It was good practice for him fighting so many at once. But then one of them turned and headed off. Determined to finish the mission that they were given. ”It looks like they are going to continue, no chilling out at the tea house for you.” he spoke quietly into his headset.

He would not give either side hints or help but he had honestly thought the original mission would have been abandoned. It seemed that Kuren had some sense about her, and she used a headset to call for help. That was smart but bad for him. If anyone came to the call he would have to lock this down. That was a problem for later.

”Let me make this clear. I am not the Hokage. This was not a test of your fighting ability but your ability to track and your teamwork. That being said, when you pointed me, the proctor, as an intruder it was time to see what you can do. When someone tries to enter our village there is only two options. They enter legally with a passport that we approve of or they enter illegally which means you need to take them to jail.

When you named me an accomplice you named me as someone that has broken into the village illegally. Now it seems one of you has decided to complete the mission that was intended, No one wants to go with her?” He was curious to see what would happen.

At this time he was hit with a water blast from Kashikoi. He was going to have to do something about that dog. As he emerged from stealth everyone would see there was a green ball of energy floating above him.

With a smile behind his mask he performed the proper hand signs and slammed his right hand to the ground. It was a common enough jutsu that produced a cloud of smoke. As it cleared it revealed a tall woman with bat wings and an ANBU mask as well. ”Ohhh kiddies to play with, you always give me the nicest gifts ” she said to the masked man as she pulled a nasty looking whip off of her hip.

[Uchiha Hinata]

Hinata got prepped for battle as he soon saw it had commenced, Activating his Sharingan as per normal as his black pupils soon turn red to the three tomoe Sharingan. He was sure this was gonna be tough as not once did he think he was an accomplice but that himself was starting to doubt himself as well. He wasn't the first to ask about that but that didn't matter as he was about to cast a Genjutsu using his Sharingan, when he accidentally looked karasu in the eye which inflicted it on her.

Hearing the Masked man talk tho rang some bells.

”Let me make this clear. I am not the Hokage. This was not a test of your fighting ability but your ability to track and your teamwork.
