Ninpocho Chronicles

Ninpocho Chronicles is a fantasy-ish setting storyline, set in an alternate universe World of Ninjas, where the Naruto and Boruto series take place. This means that none of the canon characters exists, or existed here.

Each ninja starts from the bottom and start their training as an Academy Student. From there they develop abilities akin to that of demigods as they grow in age and experience.

Along the way they gain new friends (or enemies), take on jobs and complete contracts and missions for their respective villages where their training and skill will be tested to their limits.

The sky is the limit as the blank page you see before you can be filled with countless of adventures with your character in the game.

Wind Mastery<i></i> - Boost (1 point)
Restriction- Can be taken three times.
A Wind Valkyrie nin is a master of the wind, and is able to be that much more deadly with their attacks. Naturally, this gives them more power with their chosen element, the howling winds ripping everything in their path asunder.
Effect: +5% Wind Damage.

Whirling Ripper<i></i>- Jutsu (1 point, 1 to rank up)
Restriction- A-Rank and up
The ultimate technique of the Wind Valkyrie, the user creates a large swirling tornado that threatens to tear their enemies asunder. Slicing winds of their chakra embrace their victims, often drawing more than one target into the storm.
Rank 1: Deals 2720 damage at +2 accuracy to all those caught within the targeted 15x15 area. Up to three targets can be drawn in. Bleed level of all those within is increased by 1 if they are already bleeding, 2 if they are not.
Rank 2: Deals 3400 damage at +3 accuracy to all those caught within the targeted 20x20 area. Up to four targets can be drawn in. Bleed level of all those within is increased by 2.

Air Manipulation<i></i> - Passive (3 points)
The air around the Wind Valkyrie can bend to their will, enhance their bodies, and do many other things--such as be shaped simply at their whim at little effort. Masters of this art will find it does not take much to cast their favoured jutsu.
Effect: Wind Valkyrie nin can cast Wind jutsu at -15% normal chakra cost.

Tearing Winds<i></i> - Passive (3 points)
Restriction- C Rank and up
The usual gentle breezes of the wind that the Wind Valkyrie guides can turn harsh in an instant, snapping and tearing at the flesh of their targets. It isn't wise to anger a practitioner of this skill, as they can spill the blood from your body very quickly.
Effect: All Wind jutsu have a critical range of +1. If the opponent is not bleeding when they are struck by a critical hit of a Wind jutsu of the user's, their bleed level will immediately be increased to level 2. All offensive Wind Ninjutsu have a 10% chance to cause the "Wind Slice" effect. Wind Ninjutsu that can already cause this effect have their chance increased by +5%.

Note: The `Wind Slice` effect causes the attack to deal +5% base damage and raise bleeding one level.

Graceful Attack<i></i> - Independent Special Move (3 points)
Wind can be channeled instinctively through their bodies, allowing the Wind Valkyrie ninja to be proficient in dodging even while attacking and in making their attacks more efficient.
Effect: During the round this is used, +1 dodge is gained for every Wind attack by the user. +1 accuracy is gained to each attack after the first. Cannot go beyond +3 accuracy/+3 dodge per round used.

Ride the Wind: - Dependent Special Move (3 points)
Effect: The user may use a C-Rank or Lower Offensive Wind Based Jutsu reflexively as a shield once per round. This shield gains Hp blocking damage equal to the amount the jutsu would deal in damage after applying all relative buffs.

Notes:
- This may only be used to counter Ninjutsu and Taijutsu. Not basic strikes, Genjutsu, or anything else.
- Any excess damage targets the user as normal.
- This shield continues to block Ninjutsu/Taijutsu techniques until destroyed.

Dance of the Wind<i></i> - Independent Special Move (3 points)
The Wind alerts those in its service when they are about to be struck, and allows them to use it to strike back. A Wind Valkyrie can lash out at those who dare draw near to strike them, sending ripping currents of air their way.
Effect: When an enemy makes a melee attack against the Wind Valkyrie, the user may make an attack at +1 Accuracy with a Wind Ninjutsu. This can be done once a round and costs full CP, but only .5 AP. Can only be used with D Rank or lower Wind Ninjutsu.

Mouth Darts

It all starts with a creative idea, and then on troll decided to take it a step further. Traditionally, mouth darts have been used by shinobi in numerous situations throughout the years; however Sairasu has adopted the weapon and given it a unique spin. With the use of his mouth dart mechanism, Sairasu is capable of flinging poisonous darts at an alarming speed just by opening his mouth and slightly blowing as if he were about to whistle. Opening his mouth wider, he can shoot one of the darts covered in saliva at an enemy as if he were just spitting at them. Unfortunately, Sairasu chews Tabaco and sometimes, this can get nasty.

Roleplay for Bloody Mess

Being a medical ninja with a specialty for surgery, and having an uncanny ability to make just about anyone bleed with his natural affinity alone, Sairasu had a knack for making people bleed. However, occasionally he’d find himself sparing without even managing to spill a drop of blood from his opponents. As odd as it sounded, while he didn’t like to hurt his partners, he loved watching them bleed; it gave him a weird satisfaction and helped guide his mind. Through spilling their blood, as little as it may be, Sairasu felt assuring to himself about his capabilities. Because of this, taking advantage of his situation, he began to train to hone all of his skills. Before long, all attacks including bludgeoning were causing some type of bleeding within his enemies; internal or external.

Roleplay for Elementalist:

Being the true embodiment of a true elementalist, Sairasu has proven his abilities countless times throughout his life. Like most Shinobi he learned how to manipulate elemental techniques, but through his affinity he has managed to take it a step farther. He can summon hurricanes, create storms, and abuse the elementals to his will. The basic techniques taught at the academy were no longer a challenge to him; he had an advanced affinity with all the basic elements and as such, he was capable of manipulating his chakra to a new level. With the skills of a sage, not only could he control and overcharged jutsu, but he could combo them back and forth as if they were toys. The elements were truly his play toys.

Being a master of over a hundred jutsu, one learns quickly that without the means to produce them, they are of no use. Because of this huge problem, Sairasu began to train to counter his problems. At first he found his techniques failing, and over time he realized how worthwhile his efforts were. After a few months of training, Sairasu finally perfected his technique and put himself to the test. Focusing his chakra, and manipulating it to a higher degree, he was capable of forming, maintaining, and manipulating jutsu with less exhaustion and cost towards him but this only worked with jutsu he had a true mastery over.

Roleplay for Human Anatomy

Once again, being a medical shinobi and a skilled surgeon at that, Sairasu naturally knew the ins and outs of the human anatomy. However, until recently he lived oblivious in regards towards the benefits of using that knowledge to his advantage. While out on a mission with some fellow medical shinobi, he witnessed something that caught his interest. His comrades were striking people with the intent to kill; never in his life had he saw another medical shinobi do that, but instantly this new style of fighting interested him. Realizing that he already had the basic knowledge to do this, he began to train and practice for days on in. Before everything was said and done, he had realized how easy it was to manipulate his jutsu and strike his enemies where it hurt the most.

Roleplay for Quick Reaction

The ability to react faster than a normal human was something all Shinobi were trained in, wither they knew it or not. They were taught to let the enemy get the advantage over them. Even taken a moment to think could cost someone their lives; if you were off by a single second, your life could end. Learning how to quick react to any situation and take the opportunity to strike your opponent where it hurts the most was something that Sairasu lived by. He refused to die and because of this, he strived to perfect any technique that would just help him live even just a little longer. Naturally, when his opponents would attack him, he’d take advantage of their failure and instantly react with an outstanding strike.

Roleplau for Initiative
On top of being able to react towards almost anything, Sairasu was also the type to take the Initiative whenever the opportunity presented itself. He didn't wait, he didn't hesitate; he would strike first, aiming at the most lethal spot he could in hopes of finishing his enemy as soon as possible. IF they were friends, he’d try not to hurt them but sometimes he just jumped the gun and had a few accidents. This ability usually gave him an advantage of surprise and unpredictability. This combined with his quick reflexes made him rather annoying to deal with in any battle situation.

Roleplay for Jutsu Creator

Combining jutsu to create a new one was never his type of thing, but he couldn’t deny how effective it was in battle. Because of this, he went to one of his good friends and longtime rival and simply asked how this was possible. His friend explained that it would take time to learn how to do it, but Sairasu was determined. From that moment on, he dedicated most of his free time towards learning this new ability. His efforts weren’t without progress, in fact within a matter of weeks he had learned how to combine even water and fire jutsu at an astonishing level.

After mastering the five base elements to the point where even jounin ranked jutsu were like a child’s toy to him, Sairasu soon became obsessed with learning something different. But what? For quite some time, he had no idea as to what would be his next accomplishment. Surgery was getting boring, he hated Taijutsu and Genjutsu, and because of this his mind was focused with creating a new element. Taking the time, he began studying his jutsu on a much smaller, more detailed, level. The inner workings as to how chakra created, manipulated, and used the elements were now becoming essential towards his research. However, with time he learned that it was impossible for him to create a new element, but there was something called “Advanced elements” that many Shinobi, surprisingly, were capable of using.

This intrigued him far more than anything else he had ever experienced. Learning an advanced elemental was now a short term goal for him. Looking into the details further, he learned of several advanced element techniques that plenty of people could perform. However, after researching a specific bloodline he realized what he wanted to learn; Metal Ninjutsu. His journey, or training, began by locating someone who was capable of manipulating metal. Soon thereafter, after gathering some basic information about how to perform these jutsu, he began abusing his chakra system. Using Earth jutsu as the foundation, and manipulating his chakra similar to that as if he were making a non-elemental ninjutsu, he began to harden and with time, sharpen the minerals within the earth.

Over time, his training continued and he learned how to manipulate the metal elemental more fluently. Almost like it was earth in itself, he quickly manipulated the element and changed it to metal. After a few months of practicing, he was capable of producing clones, increasing the weight of metal, and much more. Sairasu had done it; he learned an advanced element.

In his quest to obtain power, Sairasu has found a way to push himself yet again, a step further towards accomplishing his goals. He had always been a quick study, but now it was time for him to truly perfect his jutsu. Using the skills he had learned from studying the effects of his cursed seals on his bodys chakra system, he now had perfect control over his own chakra. While performing his hand seals, his chakra raced to the desired places and fused together perfectly. With each hand seal that would pass, his Chakra churned and formed. Due to this new level of control, his jutsu would burst with brilliance as they struck his enemies. They now dealt much more damage than before, and seemed to cause much more destruction. He had expanded his arsenal to a whole new level.

Sword of Despair

A sword forged centuries ago by a master blacksmith known only as "Master Beck". Throughout the years, rumors have been spread about the weapons he created. Some have apparently gone fourth into time and become legendary weapons of destruction. Of those weapons, only one remains to day and that is the Sword of Despair. It is said that this sword was forged from only the finest steel, and in the process quenched in oil and the blood over a thousand captive Shinobi. As such, the metal adapted a black stained tint, and blood red like glowing hue. Also, apparently throughout the years many skilled, deadly, and renown Shinobi have wielded this weapon. This Sword had somehow managed to soak up their chakra, and feed off it, almost as if it were alive. This sword was found in present day, in a grave that was exposed due to the recent natural distater, by Taishou Sairasu. He kept it thinking it might be worth something, seeing as he had never seen a blade as perfectly forged as this one before.

Roleplay for Called shot

Being out in this world alone, separate of his village and kinsmen, meant that he had to survive at all cost. Stand up fighting like he was raised wouldn’t be enough; he had to get more creative. Thinking back to his days at the academy, he remembered something one of his old Sensais tried to teach him. “Called shots”, which was basically striking the enemy in a specific place to try and cripple them. He never really liked the idea of it, but this was something that would probably be essential now more than ever. Sucking down his pride, he picked up his weapons and began training. With time, he realized his attacks would come much more precise and swiftly. Everything was going according to place, soon enough he’d be not only able to shred his opponents, but cripple them at will.

2) The Damage portion is based off the rank of the user, IE: Me being an S-rank, I can have the weapon do 150 base damage and it changes based off the modifier, which increased the weapons accuracy and decreased it's damage.

1) That's my bad. I was thinking of something else when I wrote that. Lol.

2) Base dmg is different than the actual base dmg mod. I need you to list the actual mod for bmod purposes. The proper way is -10% base dmg, +2 acc. The modifier is for base dmg AND your Taijutsu. Please fix accordingly and we will be finished here.

Advanced Ninjutsu application - Ice said:
Within the hidden mist, there were many Shinobi capable of manipulating water to their will. Some of them had developed advanced techniques, while others sat by idly and waited for their lives to be claimed. Sairasu wasn't one of those people; so long before the flash freeze incident hit the water country and ruined his homeland, he was well on his way towards mastering an advanced element. It was only natural that he focus on water jutsu, even though his birth element was wind. However, considering everything that had happened to him since his departure from the hidden mist and his studies with the ice that filled the land, he realized he was most likely capable of manipulating ice.

With his master of both the Wind and Water elements, he soon began by focusing his chakra within the ice and snow. At first, he simply poured his chakra into it and tried his best to manipulate it; for some time, it seemed fruitless, but as time passed he soon realized his efforts weren't for nothing. He could create small flurries of wind and snow. However, this wasn't enough for him; he knew what he had to do. He had to learn how to freeze water with his chakra, and then manipulate it to a greater point. Day after day, he spent his time out within a small lake; manipulating his chakra, he stayed on top of the water while he poured excessive amounts of it into the water. His mind was focused; his control and precision was on a whole different level. Before long, he could feel the water beneath his feet drop in temperature. Slowly but surely, ice began to form around him. He continued to do this for weeks on end, until finally he could flash freeze the water and with his chakra control, he pulled through and ice stakes shot up from the water. The immediate area was frozen, and completely shaped to his will! He had done it; he had learned how to manipulate ice. It was time for him to learn how to incorporate it into his fighting style.
