Ninpocho Chronicles

Ninpocho Chronicles is a fantasy-ish setting storyline, set in an alternate universe World of Ninjas, where the Naruto and Boruto series take place. This means that none of the canon characters exists, or existed here.

Each ninja starts from the bottom and start their training as an Academy Student. From there they develop abilities akin to that of demigods as they grow in age and experience.

Along the way they gain new friends (or enemies), take on jobs and complete contracts and missions for their respective villages where their training and skill will be tested to their limits.

The sky is the limit as the blank page you see before you can be filled with countless of adventures with your character in the game.

This is Ninpocho Chronicles.

Listening to each of them, in turn, there was a moment of silence from the Hyuuga each one attempting to take some form of responsibility for what had occurred here but through their tales, a general picture of what had happened was painted in his mind. Bringing a hand to his chin to ponder Yukio would address each in turn. "Nitish your duty as of now is to assist Asuka alongside Maru, safe to say I would rather be safe than sorry when it comes to the matters of an academy students health something you should all bear in mind letting your mind linger on the past is a sure fire way to find yourself laking to motivation or willpower to improve."

"Soku we will discuss this in detail at a later time, I need both you and Ziren in my office in the near future to see what we can do about this mess before anyone else gets caught up in the crossfire." Walking over to her he placed a hand upon the AiT's head a much more caring manner coming to the surface. "Like I've said to another of the students in my care, you don't have to keep this to yourself we are here to make sure no harm comes to you."

it seemed with the poison extracted Asuka was able to come round speaking once more however this did not change the Captains decision to send her to the hospital for check-up. "Asuka i will put your comments down to lightheadedness for now, please refrain from making snappy comments until you hear the full story in the future, at the end of the day you've already learned a lesson from your actions and so my orders still stand. You will see those in the med branch and get the required care."

Seeing the Poison enter Maru's body brought up a whole load of questions, however, the answers to those questions could be found at a later date the Hyuuga nodding to Maru. "Keep up the attitude you have done so here, this is the first step to getting those within the branch to acknowledge you as an equal rather than the hindrance some see you as."

After a little while later Soku and Maru also gives the explanation of the scenario happened there and after a little pause Yukio sensei says “Nitish your duty as of now is to assist Asuka alongside Maru, safe to say I would rather be safe than sorry when it comes to the matters of an academy students health something you should all bear in mind letting your mind linger on the past is a sure fire way to find yourself laking to motivation or willpower to improve." And after a little while later Nitish says “Okey sensei as you say I and Maru will assist Asuka to the hospital.” And Nitish was a little happy because Yukio sensei given him a job which he want to complete without getting any injury to Asuka. And then after ordering Nitish and Maru Yukio sensei then says to Soku “Soku we will discuss this in detail at a later time, I need both you and Ziren in my office in the near future to see what we can do about this mess before anyone else gets caught up in the crossfire." And when they are getting ready to leave Yukio sensei says to Asuka “Asuka i will put your comments down to lightheadedness for now, please refrain from making snappy comments until you hear the full story in the future, at the end of the day you've already learned a lesson from your actions and so my orders still stand. You will see those in the med branch and get the required care." And then after a little while later Nitish and Maru are getting ready to leave and then before leaving Yukio sensei nods to Maru “Keep up the attitude you have done so here, this is the first step to getting those within the branch to acknowledge you as an equal rather than the hindrance some see you as." And then after a little while later Nitish and Maru are leaving the site of scenario with taking Asuka to the Hospital.

Attaching Chakra threads to the nine-year-old’s body, he lifted her off the ground then pulled her over his shoulder. Lifting a arm to hold her as if she was a log over his shoulder. "Since Soku is looking pretty safe now that she gots you around I think I'll carry in the brat to the hospital myself.” Maru turned to look at Nitish, the boy accepted the option to help his Asuka without a problem which was expected seem as how he reacted when he saw the girl nearly dying. However, there was still that looming threat of those people who sought to kill Soku to use her as some lab rat and they don't care who gets hurt in the crossfire in order to get their hands on Soku. He could still recall what the book said before it was burned.

….As such, our elder's have ordered us to implement Plan Bravo. Eliminate and exterminate the target with extreme prejudice…

The thing was, Maru didn't exactly understand why these guys wanted to use Soku as a lab rat. The far fetched idea would be that Soku was some weird mutant girl that ended up losing control, a test tube baby of sorts. The rational idea was that she had something of theirs they wanted. Either way, he was sure that Yukio might would be able to find out why one way or the other. So Maru took his leave, raising his had to his sensei as he moved. “Well it's about time you gave me SOME recognition for my progress. Smell ya later Steroid Eyes.” With that Maru headed towards the hospital, hoping that it'll be a in and out deal. Not for Asuka but for him.

Soku nodded simply glad he wasn't pulling a Yuki on her. That encounter in the Byoin had been bad enough as it was. Maru and Nitish had left leaving her and Yukio alone on this Hokage Rock. The Hokage faces loomed out at them, each containing great wisdom and knowledge. It was on this very place where she'd first run into Mikasa, the medical Sennin of the Leaf village. It had been some time since she'd seen Yukio and he seemed taller...everyone was tall to her, there some perks to being small however this was not one of them.

There were some changes coming about in the village and it was common news by now Takeshi was to be the next Kage. That left a spot open for a ANBU Sennin if it had not been decided already. She spoke in a casual manner so only Yukio could hear."I heard you got ANBU Captain. Congrats."The girl said looking at the older man. He was the first one she'd really met that day in the Maple District and he was sort of like a father figure to her now even if he didn't realize it. There was a question pressing on her mind but was hesitant to ask it fearing it might be too soon or too late.

"You know, Yukio...I've been thinking..."She paused for a moment wondering if this was a good idea sighing before continuing."I don't know if it's too early for this but I've had my eye on moving up within the branch...."She let the sentence trail off unsure how to finish it. She didn't even know if he'd laugh at her or just straight up tell her she wasn't ready for that sort of thing yet , that she needed more tutelage before coming into the role of a fully fledged ANBU shinobi. "It's been on my mind a while now...and you're....you're the only person I can really confide in without judging."Maru was well, a bit immature to be honest from what she'd seen yelling at Yukio earlier, Ziren would probably not take kindly to the fact she was thinking about this this so early on when he had been here longer than her. Thus, it fell to her to ask Yukio for a way to guide her along on the right track.

Asuka sat up and crossed her arms in a pout. "I don't need no med care. I'm totally fine." She slowly started getting up, her balance was a little off and it did take some effort to finally get on her feet. "See I'm completely fine." Asuka smiled "No side effects whatsoever." Just after saying it it could be noticeable how Asuka was trying hard not to loose her balance, it did make it seem like she was indeed not fine.

Just like that the girl felt threads being attached to her. "What the..." Asuka exclaimed as she was lifted up and placed on the newly named 'Teddy' shoulder. "Hey, get me off of here." She said struggling a bit. "I'm not hurt anymore! I don't need no stupid med-" Just when she was about to finish she coughed up blood again, leaving a stain on Teddys shirt. "Nevermind, I do need medical attention." Asuka laughed waving at both Yukio and Soku. "Come visit, loneliness will kill meeee!"

With Asuka being taken away to receive the proper treatment regardless of her attempts to say otherwise the Hyuuga tilting his head down to Soku his mind wandering towards what had occurred over the last few moments. Maru was beginning to show progress taking steps to protect those he was given the orders to lead and safeguard however there was still room for improvement and something plagued the young captains mind though this train of thought was quickly shoved to the back of his mind to think on later listening to Soku's words before taking a seat on the soft grass.

"You wish to progress within the branch?" Straight to business as per his usual mannerisms though given all that occurred his voice was calm and content wondering where this conversation would go. "Well to do so you need to keep proving yourself, show the progress you've made not just as an ANBU but as a Kunoichi overall. A good place to start would be to find ways to show those skills, Take missions, Train with your peers and betters and show that you want to make that next step forward, Another thing to keep in mind would be stay out of trouble in the future as much as i wish i could let this lie given Asuka's condition that will not be the case. With the danger this poses to the village and those we are sworn to protect I'm disappointing this was not reported sooner."

That hint of disappointment was clear in his tone shaking his head slightly given the thought. "However, if you wish to prove to someone that effort you want to put in then we can go back to the days of old I will oversee your progression and teach you what I know and guide you through the process but it’s up to you to take that offer and accept my offer.”

She looked at the Captain sitting among the blades of grass as he listened to her words. Soku remained standing where she was feeling like a deer caught in headlights as Yukio outlined his disappointment. The girl nodded shamefully, this argument was not one she would win."Again,my fault. This won't happen again, I swear it."She said giving a hard look to the Hyuuga as his ivory strands of hair danced about his head overlapping one another.

Now came up the topic of her wishing to progress within the ranks. She considered the advice he had set out for her before formulating a response. With promotions came a lot of responsibilities and one had to be ready for that. In her current situation that she was in, Soku didn't see that in her near future so why not seize any option she had to redeem herself and prove to the Captains she could learn from this and was able to mature and take accountability for her own actions within the village.

The girl slowly met Yukios gaze, two sets of green pupils meeting each other and spoke, her tone serious and her expression hardened."Captain, if you are willing to offer that and contribute the time and effort than I will gladly accept. I can do better than this, I'll show you."She was determined and also quite motivated now to prove to the leadership that she was far more better than this. The current situation she was in, the Santaru would learn from her errors and hopefully it would all work out.

She seemed eager to learn, a good sign to begin with, however only time would tell if his efforts would come to fruition that was the cut and dry of the situation though he truly wished to take on a student this was also an opportunity for the young AiT to prove there was room left to grow to eventually find her feet and protect herself rather than needing an escort as today had proven Soku needed at this point in time.

There was much left lingering on the Captains mind though part of his time would be taken mapping out the trainee’s progress and the steps to take to ensure she was getting the most out of each tutor and class. However, given what had just occurred something plagued the Hyuuga’s mind more than anything, what series of events had occurred that a student rather than the ANBU present had attempted to save Soku an interesting question one that would hopefully be answered in the near future for now it would be a matter of waiting to hear of the Academy student’s condition.

Coming back to reality he pondered on her words for a moment before nodding slowly his disappointed demeanour ceasing in that moment as he spoke. “I hope to see you make strides in your progress, you’ve spoken bold words today I want to see this isn’t all just talk I want to see the progress you’ve made so far and how you will continue to grow. Be warned however this will not be a simple process there may be times you come to question if you can keep going, it’s up to you to push past that.” Rising to his feet it was safe to say it had been an interesting day more so than he expected.

“If you’ll excuse me now I must return to my duties, however, I will soon request you come to me to begin I expect you to arrive in swift time of being informed.” With the rules set he made his way back down Hokage rock wondering how Soku would take the chance, some would break, others would give in to doubt but some would push past it all to become a great Shinobi Yukio wondered which of these Soku would be.

The girl nodded in response and watched as the Hyuuga gracefully left scaling his way back down the rock. Things were beginning to look up although time would tell how where she would end up in the next couple months or so."Guess I better get going too."With that, Soku decided to drop by the Byoin to peek in on Asuka and prayed she wasn't dying of some horrible toxin thanks to Ibumo. The girl made her way down the rock and leapt onto the lightly paved street as the street lights flickered to life.

"Hang in there little sister."Soku said smiling to herself as she rushed down the streets towards the entrance of the Byoin. She wouldn't forgive herself if Asuka didn't make it although the chance of that was very low knowing full well how fluid Yukio and Mikasa were with their medical abilities."Please let her be alright."The girl said muttering to herself approaching the Konoha Byoin which loomed out at her inviting her into its chambers.
