The chilling air blew softly against Maru's masked face, his shoes crunched against the snowy terrain as he tried to figure out just where the hell was he. Asking some traveler's he was indeed in Lighting Country, but it also seemed like he was nowhere near the gates to the village hidden in the clouds. He shuffled through snow, rubbing both of his arms with his gloved hands and proceeded to complain about the cold. “IT’S SO FUCKING COLD!!!!!" He yelled loud enough for his voice to echo throughout the mountains… However, the moment he yelled that a huge wave of snow came tumbling down down the mountain towards Maru and all the young mercenary did was stand there and watch as the snow came closer. “Well sh-” Maru was swept away by the snow..

When the snow already stopped moving Maru had already broken his neck when he landed head first into a rock, this maybe fatal for some people but for Maru a broken neck was nothing. It was a good thing that his ability in using Earth Grudge Fear was similar to his abilities in human puppetry when it came to having removable and flexible limbs. Sitting back up, Maru popped his neck back into place and summoned his mask. Patting himself to make sure he had his guns still in his coat and they were there. So Maru dusted himself off, then continued his journey to find wherever the gates was.
