Ninpocho Chronicles

Ninpocho Chronicles is a fantasy-ish setting storyline, set in an alternate universe World of Ninjas, where the Naruto and Boruto series take place. This means that none of the canon characters exists, or existed here.

Each ninja starts from the bottom and start their training as an Academy Student. From there they develop abilities akin to that of demigods as they grow in age and experience.

Along the way they gain new friends (or enemies), take on jobs and complete contracts and missions for their respective villages where their training and skill will be tested to their limits.

The sky is the limit as the blank page you see before you can be filled with countless of adventures with your character in the game.

[ a p p e a r a n c e ]:

Rise has a tall, slender built physique that has been refined from many years of training and combat. Her hair color was originally blonde but after several days of torture from her imprisonment it had changed to a snow white and it never seemed to recover since her forceful adoption into the Jashinist fate. Cut short. Rise at times can be dressed as a male or as a female depending on the mood and she modifies her body with the use of bandages when necessary to look more masculine. The most prominent feature of Rise is her long and slender legs. An important feature for her combat style that uses a combination of kicks and swordsmanship.

[ p e r s o n a l i t y ]:

Rise is a divided individual and till this day she’s still fighting the demons that torments her. Deep down she wishes to become a hero, someone worthy to be loved by people but her actions say otherwise. They are cruel and sadistic- most of which she blames on her masters whom groomed her in this manner. But despite all this gloom and doom, Rise is a rather fun and spirited individual when not under the watchful eyes of the organization. Mischief seems to be second nature just like a child. Also, Rise doesn’t necessarily distinguish herself with any sex. So if Rise refers to herself as a she or he, it is interchangeable depending on her mood.

[ h i s t o r y ]:
Rise.
That was the name of a child born to a family of no wealth or power. She lived among the slums in a small village that resided outside the walls of any hidden village. Like any child born in the shantytowns, Rise grew up not knowing what it meant to have a lot. She grew up like any common street rat scraping for money, being hungry, and being bullied by adults. Rise didn’t know her real parents but she was at least taken in and cared for by people whom shared a similar upbringing. There was one woman whom raised Rise like a mother of sorts and her name was Shuu. Poor yet humble. Dressed in tattered rags yet beautiful. One could say, it was a familiar story for any child whom was orphaned at a young age. She could smile and laugh but also have hard times where she wanted to question her own self-worth. However, those simple days weren’t long lived. Rise’s world had soon changed for the worst as it was plunged into decisions, blood and war. To believe it only took one day to warp the mind of an individual and unleash the power known among legends.

The sound of alarms reached the ear of every citizen and refugee of the small village. Confusion was everywhere and the sky which was supposed to be plunged in darkness illuminated brightly from the sight of a large bonfire. But this fire was the village simply burning to the ground. Rise, just at the age of thirteen, her mind was scattered. She could barely recognize her surroundings as if she was waking up from a bad dream. The smell of smoke was intoxicating her nostrils and she could barely breath. But despite this mass paranoia that plagued the village, the first thing on the young girl’s mind was finding Shuu.

She ran through the streets and all she could hear was people yelling for their lives. What was the reason? Why did this happen? The young girl would question it. It didn’t seem to make any sense for anyone to target this backwater place. That’s when she saw the first assailant. It was a slim, hooded figure whom wore a mask. This person would just slice through the people effortlessly without prejudice with their sword. Man, woman, mother and child it was all but the same. It was a menacing sight. Rise’s instincts of flight or fight quickly peaked and she dashed into one of the many crevices she could find cowering in fear. This was the first time she had seen it before her eyes. The sight of people being murdered. The helplessness that instilled every bone of her body. The scent of carved and burning meat, it was enough to force a gag reflex as she was about to vomit within her own mouth.

“Why.. why … why… why!”, She screamed at herself from within her own thoughts.

But what triggered her undivided attention of this nightmare that unfolded before her was the screams of Shuu. Watching as more of these hooded individuals just dragged her across the streets like a wretched dog. Rise felt sick to her stomach. For someone she loved so much to be treated like a play thing by these people and she couldn’t do a thing.

Then for that defining moment. One man stood before Shuu’s servile body holding his weapon of manslaughter. It may have been brief but for a moment, Rise could tell that Shuu was aware of her presence. Like a mother protecting their own child, she was at peace knowing Rise was hidden away from the eyes of this murderous group. The blade then pierced through her heart cleanly.

Despite the distance between them, Rise could hear the sword slowly being pulled from Shuu’s lifeless body. It was if she was right there among them. It triggered something inside her. All that fear, grief and helplessness that swelled inside her soon subsided. There were no pretty words to explain this response than that she chose to fight even if it meant her own imminent death. So, a child whom never held unto a weapon grabbed unto the nearest knife she could find among the mangled bodies and plunged towards the man whom killed her dearest Shuu.

For someone whom had no experience her blade plunged into the man’s side with utmost ease. Actually, it was far too easy. Rise’s senses soon recovered and all she could see was her shaking bloodied hands. She simply stared up in shock, her mind entirely devastated from what she had done. Rise soon found herself being grabbed by the throat and slammed into the ground awaiting her own judgement to be passed.

“Wait. This one. I want to have her.”

One man spoke out from among the group of assailants.

“Don’t you see her eyes. These are the eyes our Lord Jashin would surely appreciate. That hatred. That drive. That bloodlust I felt. We need her.”

Unbeknownst of what they spoke of, Rise was spared on that fateful encounter. These eyes this man spoke of was the awakening of the bloodline whose origins date as far back. She had awakened her latent ability of the Uchiha bloodline, the Sharingan.

But this was just the beginning of her story. Her life now plunged into the world of war and bloodshed. She was forced to be a dog of this criminal organization and trained in the arts of a shinobi to further awaken her abilities as an Uchiha. Her life was in the hands of her captors, quite literally, as a cursed seal of Jashin existed where her heart resided. It gave them the power to subdue and even kill her if needed.

[ k i n j u t s u - h i s t o r y ]:
How many years has it been since her capture?

It almost seemed like forever. She was now indulged into a world of adults which was painted in only black and white. It was the life of an assassin. Her history among this group of misfits and Jashinist extremists had hardened the person that she had become today. Rise. That was her name, it was the name she had always remembered and it was name they allowed her to keep. But this person she had become now and this impure body… She didn’t recognize whom she was anymore. Trained like a dog, whipped, beaten, tortured and experimented on simply for the sake of expanding her abilities of an Uchiha bloodline. Abilities she didn’t wish for but was born with- yet it was these very same abilities that saved her from that tragic night.

But even though her mind was muddled of uncertainty of her own identity, not even knowing if she was a man or even a woman. There remained a shred of humanity. Something buried so deep beneath the rubble of heinous filth and crime she had committed in the name of Jashin. This is the story on how she had realized this fact.

It was a peaceful moment under the blanket of the night’s sky. She was resting all alone and that’s all she had ever wanted. Just watching the stars as they twinkled so care-freely. You could say this was a childish notion for someone of her age but this was the only time her mind was at peace. She didn’t think of anything, not work, not her faith and definitely not her past that was riddled with emotional distraught. But her past was something she couldn’t run away from. Her memories soon started to flood into her mind as her eyes slowly closed shut. Locked into damnation of her own mind. The one thing she hated was… dreaming.

This dream was a fragment of her past from when she was just taken in. The day she was brought to their headquarters to meet with the heinous high priest.
“You said you wanted to take this child in. So what do you plan to do with them.. Sparrow?”, An elderly man would utter harshly from beneath his red Oni mask. Despite being a mere child at the time, Rise could clearly tell this man was highly revered among this group as they bowed gracing him. “You claim this thing can manifest the Sharingan? That isn’t important in the presence of Jashin’s power. You soil our grounds bringing filth into this chapel of our god.”

“How about we lose the titles… and speak face to face, Usumi-sama.”, Her captor and now master would unveil his face from behind the sparrow beaked mask. He was a handsome man despite his rather crude facial features. One could tell there loomed an eerie-ness about him and his silver colored eyes that just pierced so coldly into the abyss.

“We are comrades.”.

The elderly man acknowledged his request and unveiled his face from behind his mask. His face was riddled of wrinkles showing his old age and just as his voice you could tell he was a stern man. He held highly to his believes and have lived a long life granted him both insight and experience. “Aoshi, then tell me. What is so great about this child beyond the Sharingan? I can smell its stench… a commoner.”

“There is something far more valuable if you would look beyond rank or titles. Don’t you see the rage in his eyes.. the anger… so bottled inside its about to explode any moment. We need to tame it... use it for our own agenda.. Quite often I never take back souvenirs but this one reminds me a bit of myself. So I’d like to take ownership of it. Train it into a better swordsman.”

”I understand now. Jashin would be quite pleased if he was able to get a warrior as talented as yourself. But, if we are to follow through with your plan and manifest more of her power. Please let our scientific and… hospitable division have some time with… this person. After all, this isn’t simply a mere club.”

”.. Of course… just don’t break her too much.”

One could only imagine what was in store for Rise. She was dragged to their temple where the acts of ‘welcoming’ was administered. She was chained, drugged, cut and beaten. Every moment wanting and begging for the sweet embrace of death.

“Why do this to me? Why me?.... Just kill me… Just end it. Please….” Rise uttered completely drained at this point. But her words fell flat on deaf ears. They just continued over and over. The act of torture giving them happiness, enjoyment as they laughed at her ruined state.

It seemed like many days had passed and Rise was completely broken down. Pain was normal… it made her feel alive… it made her happy. This wasn’t right but she simply writhed in happiness when she felt her body being battered. “I want… to join.. I want to be amongst you people… I want to be under Jashin’s care. Please accept this worthless soul and grant me the strength…. to administer ‘love’ unto others as these people have done unto me.”

These weren’t words a child should be saying but she was no longer a child. Through repeated mental and physical abuse she had already grown beyond the childish fallacy of being saved. She accepted her damnation and fate to this organization.

It was at that moment the ritual had started. The sinister seal was then engraved on the girl’s chest and a rush of adrenaline suddenly overwhelmed her body. Once she had gotten to her feet, her body went under a metamorphosis of sorts. She now had that dreaded form that resembled that of a Grim Reaper. This was the power of Jashin.

“Your name… shall be….”

“Black Dog. Wake up. Daydreaming time is over. We have a mission.”

The woman’s eyes would open startled upon hearing the words of her Master.

“Yes….”, she would quickly mantle her black hound mask to her face. Only the brightly colored eyes of her Sharingan would protrude from the peep holes of her mask.

Of course, you could possibly imagine what this mission entitled. It was always disgustingly simple and expected of Jashinist extremists. They were to attack yet another small village and slaughter in the name of Lord Jashin. You would think there would be other activities to indulge in to try and spice things up but their Lord required more chaos, more destruction and more lives. It was never enough.

She would grab at her elongated slim blade and sheath it unto her back in one swoop, and without much of batting an eyelash she followed behind her master into the depths of the marshlands. To continue this war, this futile hunt for the lives of non-believers.

It was almost nostalgic. This very sight. Watching as the small village burned to the ground. The people screaming and the sound of lifeless bodies dropping to the ground. Her master was ruthless and especially great with his blade. He murdered mother and children all in one swing of his blade. It didn’t matter to him if they were defenseless peasants or what dreams these people had for their children. It was just a massacre.

The girl would look at the blade of her weapon and see her crimson eyes reflected. “What am I doing… why am I stalling like this?...” She couldn’t get that dream out of her head. Was she resenting herself. Had she hated what she had become? It agitated her to look at herself.

“Clench your teeth!”

She heard her masters scream and near immediately she was punched in the jaw with such force that her brain rattled in her skull. “Thinking again. Don’t think. Murder. Pillage. Destroy. Kill. Exterminate. I don’t give a sh*t what you do to get their bodies hitting the ground. Get your head in the game.”

He would suddenly drag a young girl before her no younger than she was when she was abducted. “You know what you need to do… right?... show me your commitment to Jashin. Show him you are not faltering child.”<i></i>

Rise’s cold gaze would look down at the child and slowly she would unsheathe her blade to administer her judgement. Something like this should have taken a second… a mere second to end the life of this defenseless child but her hand just wouldn’t bulge. The fear in the girl’s eyes. She seen it before. These very eyes were the eyes Rise had many years ago. This girl was alive. She wasn’t a bug or heathen to be destroyed… just an innocent child whom didn’t understand what was happening.

“So you are overthinking… I knew there was something up with you. You have done this many, many times before. Slaughtering families and even their poor pets. No matter how they begged you completed your orders without hesitation. So, don’t act as if you are some hero not slaughtering this child… as if your soul will be saved upon one act of selflessness.”

Aoshi would then reach for Rise’s hand and slowly guide her sword to slowly pierce through the girl’s heart. Just so Rise could have this vision engraved into her memory. The helplessness and how powerless she was.

Nobody will love someone whose hands are stained with the blood of innocent lives. Only Jashin can love someone like you. You are a murderer. Not good. Not evil. You are you. Just accept that.”<i></i>

  • [Jashinism] [Kinjutsu]:
    - The user gains +10% Damage Reduction
    - All Bleeding / Called Shot Penalty chances are reduced by -10%. Bleeding/Called Shot penalties are treated as one rank lower. (Lowest this can go down to is Bleeding Rank 1/Sprained)
    - The user cannot be knocked out by Bleeding or Poisons. (This does not include Poison Jutsu)
    - If an attack would cause the user to be Ko'd, their Hp remains at 1 Hp and they cannot be Ko'd for the remainder of the round. This may happen once per battle.
    - If an attack would bring the user to -100% Max Hp, Damage stops at 1 Hp away from -100%. This may happen once per battle.
  • [Blood Magic] [Special Activated Passive] [Kinjutsu]:
    - By paying 10% of a Jutsu's cost in Hp, the user can turn a Ninjutsu into a "Dark" Element Attack. This Blood jutsu does not require handseals, and deals +5% damage, and bypasses 5% of Damage Reduction. These effects may stack up to three times in one Jutsu.
    - By coating their weapon in their own Blood, the user can use any physical action as a "Dark" Element technique. This blood must be fresh, so it costs Hp equal to 30% of the Taijutsu cost, and deals +15% Damage while bypassing 15% worth of damage reduction. This only applies to one action/jutsu per use, as the dark energy rapidly fades from the blood.
    - This does not cost Ap, the user only has to declare an attack is being made in this way.
    - Does not cost an ability slot.
  • [Reaper of Faith] [Special Activated Passive] [Kinjutsu]:
    - For 1 Ap, the user may ingest the Blood of a target. This links them together through a forbidden curse of their Faith, Giving them +2 Awareness to those who's blood have been ingested. In addition, this allows the user of Further Curse Techniques upon the target.
    - This bonus lasts the remainder of the battle, or until either the user or the victim dies.
    - The Jashinist may ingest the blood of multiple targets simultaneously, and may be linked to multiple targets with this technique at once.
    - This does not take effect against other Jashinists.

    - Rank 3: +1.5 Dodge, +1.5 Accuracy

    -Sharingan Rank 3 must be activated for a round prior to activating the Mangekyou.

  • [Will of Fire] [Bloodline]:
    - Rank 3: Fire Jutsu damage is increased by 15%.
  • [Insidious Gaze] [Bloodline]:
    - Rank 3: Genjutsu may be cast through the Sharingan, requiring no handseals and gaining +2 DC
    Special Action: When casting Genjutsu through eye contact, the user may choose to activate a special effect. If chosen then the Genjutsu cannot be partially effective. Should the Genjutsu be 50% or more successful it is treated as a full hit, otherwise it is treated as a miss.
    Notes:
    - Requires eye contact, and for the Sharingan to be active.
  • [Precognition] [Bloodline]:
    - Rank 3: +10% Auto Hit to all attacks.
  • [Copy Skill] [Activated Passive] [Bloodline]:
    - Rank 3: Allows the user to use and copy any Jutsu used during the last round.
    Cost: This skill costs no Ap or CP, however all copied jutsu cost normal Ap and their CP/Hp costs are increased by +20%.
    Notes:
    - The user's Sharingan must have been active during the time the jutsu was used, and the user must have had full vision of the target.
    - When used, the user chooses any jutsu from the previous round and may use it regardless of whether they know it or not. After use, this Jutsu is memorized, and may be used for the remainder of the battle.
    - All copied jutsu have a 5% of failing per Jutsu Level (A level seven would have a 35% Chance of failing, for example).
    - Only 3 techniques can be remembered at once. Further copying would require the user to overwrite previously memorized techniques, costing CP equal to 2x the forgotten Jutsu's cost.
    - The user must meet the Rank and stat requirements to use a Jutsu (A C-Rank cannot copy a Level 8, for example), and may not copy Bloodline, Core Ability, or Kinjutsu techniques.
    - These techniques are copied at the rank they were used, and may be remembered and used for the remainder of the battle.
    - User must be wielding the correct weapon(s) to copy a Taijutsu and must be able to perform handseals to replicate a Ninjutsu or Genjutsu.
  • [Sentinel] [Ability]:
    - +5% Damage Reduction from all non-illusionary sources and +1 item slot to place stackable items.
    - The user gains +45 Minutes to catch any timed topic within their own Village.
    - Missing/Mercs with this ability cannot be caught using the +45 minutes from this ability.
  • [Bloody Mess] [Ability]:
    - The user's Critical hits will always increase bleeding rank, even if the attack does not normally inflict bleeding. This does not apply to non-offensive techniques aimed at allies that can crit.
    - When attacking a target at their maxed Bleeding Rank, the user has a base chance of 10% to deal 1.5% Max Hp damage immediately. This chance may be increased with the user's Bleed bonuses up to a 20% chance, but may only effect a target up to three times per round.
    - When either of the above effects trigger, the target will take an additional +.5% Max Hp damage per round from bleeding on top of their current Bleeding damage. This does not stack.
  • [Quick Reaction] [Ability]:
    - If the user dodges an attack, the user may declare a jutsu to be used as a counterattack against the attacker at +1 Accuracy/DC. The user pays all costs normally.
    Notes:
    - This includes Basic Strikes / Called Shots (They are a part of Taijutsu).
    - This action is modded immediately after the attack they dodged, can only target the attacker, and cannot be a bind.
    - This can only occur twice per round and may not be used in conjunction with the Teamwork ability.
    - An Ally can not set off the effects of quick reaction.
    - The user can not quick react and target multiple people, but may still use an AoE technique on a single target.
  • [Fearless] [Ability]:
    - +10% Damage Reduction to all Damage types (includes Illusionary)
    - -1 to Evasion and Gen Save.
  • [Contract Mastery] [Ability]:
    - Contract Summoning's E-B rank summons AP cost is reduced by -.5 AP, and A-S Rank Summons AP Cost is reduced by -1 AP.
    - Upon summoning a contract the user may choose one of these buffs to apply to it by paying +20% of Contract Summoning's CP Cost:
    The summoned contracts receives +10% Damage, and -5% HP/CP Cost to all of their techniques. (Only reduces HP/CP Cost)
    The Contract's Max HP/CP is increased by +5%. (This adds to their total Max HP/CP upon summoning)
    The Contract gains +3 Melee/Ranged/Ninjutsu Accuracy, +3 Genjutsu DC, +3 Melee/Ranged/Ninjutsu Dodge, or +3 Gen Save. (User may only choose one for their contract to receive. Ex. You do not gain +3 Melee and Ninjutsu Accuracy you may only choose one of the buffs)
    Special Action:
    - Symbiotic Relationship: By paying 2 AP and 4% Max HP/CP from both the user and the contract the user may have one of the following effects happen.
    The user may reduce their Secondaries by -1 to give their contract +2 Secondaries.
    The Contract may reduce their secondaries by -2 to give the user +1 Secondaries.
    Notes:
    - The user can teach up to a maximum of 3 people the secrets of their contract. The user being taught may roleplay to obtain the contract instantly after approval from the Contract Team, but cannot enter the contract realms prior to owning the contract of that realm. Players that obtain contracts this way may not use this ability to teach others after them. Only 1 person may be taught at a time, after which a 2 month wait is required to teach again.
    - The user may only use Symbiotic Relationship with one Contract Summon at a time.
    - Symbiotic Relationship lasts for two full rounds, and requires one full round of cool-down before it may be used again.
    - The cost of Symbiotic Relationship may not be reduced by any means.
  • [Stalker] [Ability]:
    - Once every other round, the user may perform a Sneak Attack without being dropped out of stealth. When making a stealth check, Terrain and Visibility modifiers are treated one level higher in the users favor.
    Notes:
    - This only applies when the user is making a stealth check; not when they are making an awareness check to detect someone.
    - Binds and A-Rank Techniques may not be used with Stalker.
  • [Jutsu Mastery] [Ability]:
    - All Jutsu cost -10% Chakra, this includes Maintains.
    - All Chakra cost penalties from choosing to use 'Special Actions' are halved.
    Notes:
    - Example: A Special Action that requires 20% of the CP paid, would now cost 10% of the CP paid.
  • [Tracker] [Ability]:
    - When making Awareness Checks, the visibility/Terrain effect is treated as two ranks higher in the user's favor.
  • [Healing Factor] [Ability]:
    - The user gains 3% Max HP at the end of each round.
    - All Medical Jutsu are +10% more effective on the user.
    Special Action:
    Quick Healer: At the end of a round the user may choose to pay CP equal to 5% of the damage done to the player during the round, to regain 5% of the HP lost by the player during the round.

Description: Chinmoku no ha is a long bladed katana that has been entrusted to Rise after she was received into the Jashinist faith. Just as the name implies, its to reap silence thus death. It's a weapon specially suited to enhance Rise's abilities both as an assassin and a follower of the Jashinist faith. Due to its elongated blade, Rise normally has this weapon sheathed on her back for easier means of carrying it. Other more noticeable features of the katana is the white cloth binding around the hilt, the decorated black diamond spades, and at the end cap, a long silvery white tassel. Predecessors whom have wielded this blade have been said to be possessed by Jashin himself as they slowly lose their individuality and become more ravenous and bloodthirsty. It's one of the blessed swords of Jashin and only those worthy enough to awaken its true abilities can wield this mighty weapon.

Description: Among the treasures of her Jashinist's cult, Gáe Bolg is one of them. It's a long spear which legend says was forged from Lord Jashin's remains when he was once bone, flesh and blood. Only those acknowledged by Lord Jashin with heightened combat prowess are able able to use this weapon. Those who are unworthy are cursed by the spear and eventually die from their flesh rotting from the inside out. It's a formidable weapon which grants its wielder the ability to pierce through any and all defenses. It's most noticeable features is its ominous red coloring and the carvings found along the surface of the weapon said to depict the story of its creation.

Sharingan - Activated Passive
The Sharingan is a unique Eye condition occurring only to those with Uchiha blood. Rumor has it that these eyes stemmed from the Byakugan as a mutation, and they do have similar properties to back this theory up such as allowing the user to view chakra. The Sharingan allows the user to comprehend the attack of an opponent almost before the attacker knows what attack they are making, this is done through tracking their movements by studying their chakra. The user's proficiency with this ability is visible through the amount of Tomoe circling the pupil, and with more mastery, the user will unlock more and more of it's capabilities.

The possess a burning passion deep within them which can never be truly quenched, their undying flame allowing them to seemingly bring forth the potential of flames far better than anyone else could ever attempt, or desire.

Rank 2: Fire Jutsu damage is increased by 10%.
Rank 3: Fire Jutsu damage is increased by 15%.

Insidious Gaze - Passive
Perhaps the most deadly of the well-known Uchiha abilities is a nameless genjutsu that they are capable of putting opponents under in order to alter their perceptions. In reality, this is simply the Uchiha's ability to utilize their genjutsu talents by simply gazing into the eye's of a victim with their hypnotic sharingan, casting an illusion upon those who meet their gaze.

Rank 1: Genjutsu may be cast through the Sharingan, requiring no handseals and gaining +1 DC
Rank 2: Genjutsu may be cast through the Sharingan, requiring no handseals and gaining +1.5 DC
Rank 3: Genjutsu may be cast through the Sharingan, requiring no handseals and gaining +2 DC

Special Action: When casting Genjutsu through eye contact, the user may choose to activate a special effect. If chosen then the Genjutsu cannot be partially effective. Should the Genjutsu be 50% or more successful it is treated as a full hit, otherwise it is treated as a miss.

Precognition - Passive
The Sharingan wields the power to allow the user to view chakra visibly in their environment so long as it is active. With training, the Uchiha are able to focus this trait to the point where they can track the movements of their opponents by honing in on their chakra; a skill that enables them to view movements before they are made and react accordingly, giving the illusion that the Sharingan may see into the future.

Rank 1: +6% Auto Hit to all attacks.
Rank 2: +8% Auto Hit to all attacks.
Rank 3: +10% Auto Hit to all attacks.

Copy Skill - Activated Passive
Probably the most infamous trait of the Sharingan is it's ability to perfectly memorize anything its gaze wanders upon with perfect detail, allowing the Uchiha to mimic techniques nearly simultaneously as a victim performs them, which has manifested itself as legend that they can see the future.

Rank 1: Allows the user to use and copy any level 1-4 Jutsu used during the last round.
Rank 2: Allows the user to use and copy any level 1-6 Jutsu used during the last round.
Rank 3: Allows the user to use and copy any Jutsu used during the last round.


Cost: This skill costs no Ap or CP, however all copied jutsu cost normal Ap and their CP/Hp costs are increased by +20%.

Notes:
- The user's Sharingan must have been active during the time the jutsu was used, and the user must have had full vision of the target.
- When used, the user chooses any jutsu from the previous round and may use it regardless of whether they know it or not. After use, this Jutsu is memorized, and may be used for the remainder of the battle.
- All copied jutsu have a 5% of failing per Jutsu Level (A level seven would have a 35% Chance of failing, for example).
- Only 3 techniques can be remembered at once. Further copying would require the user to overwrite previously memorized techniques, costing CP equal to 2x the forgotten Jutsu's cost.
- The user must meet the Rank and stat requirements to use a Jutsu (A C-Rank cannot copy a Level 8, for example), and may not copy Bloodline, Core Ability, or Kinjutsu techniques.
- These techniques are copied at the rank they were used, and may be remembered and used for the remainder of the battle.
- User must be wielding the correct weapon(s) to copy a Taijutsu and must be able to perform handseals to replicate a Ninjutsu or Genjutsu.

Hypnotic Suggestion - Doujutsu Genjutsu
The Sharingan's ability to induce illusions into the minds of others is a powerful one, that the Uchiha can learn to overcome the mind and senses of another, subtly altering their mind to put them under a powerful hypnosis, an issuing them commands without the victim even second guessing their own manipulated thoughts.

Rank 1: Allows the Uchiha to hypnotize their target at -2 Gen DC, causing them to either attack a target with a level 1-4 Jutsu, Use/Drop/equip/unequip an item, Switch/Drop/Enter a style, or remain motionless for 1 Ap.
Rank 2: Allows the Uchiha to hypnotize their target at -1 Gen DC, causing them to either attack a target with a level 1-5 Jutsu, Use/Drop/equip/unequip an item, Switch/Drop/Enter a style, or remain motionless for 1.5 Ap.
Rank 3: Allows the Uchiha to hypnotize their target, causing them to either attack a target with a level 1-6 Jutsu, Use/Drop/equip/unequip an item, Switch/Drop/Enter a style, or remain motionless for 2 Ap.

Notes:
- - Does not use handseals, but requires the Sharingan's Eye contact. This is treated as a Will Genjutsu.

The insidious gaze of the Sharingan is said to penetrate even the most detailed illusions, and not only is the user capable of viewing details far more clearly, the sharingan also possesses a hypnotic ability to entrap a victim within their own illusion.

Mangekyou Sharingan - Activated Passive
The Mangekyou Sharingan is a heightened form of Sharingan, and is distinguished from a normal Sharingan through its appearance, which changes the form of the tomoe. The appearance of the mangekyou differs from user to user based upon their own traits, there are hardly ever two Uchiha with the same pattern. In this stage the Sharingan is far more powerful and has the potential to utilize very powerful techniques, although the sheer amount of chakra utilized can have damaging backlash upon the User's eyesight, slowly deteriorating their Vision.

Rank 2: +2.5 Dodge, +2.5 Accuracy.
Rank 3: +3 Dodge, +3 Accuracy.

Tsukiyomi - Doujutsu Genjutsu
Utilizes the Mangekyou sharingan to create a hellish genjutsu of which the user has complete control. This technique is feared and believed the most powerful Genjutsu, and can last anywhere from 24 to 72 hours in the targets mind, but in reality only lasts a couple seconds. While powerful, this technique causes immense strain upon the user's eye's and leaves them vulnerable by damaging their eyesight, and cannot be used without resting the eye's first.

Rank 1: An illusion that creates a round within a round during which the victim cannot take any actions and suffers -2 dodge. In the illusion, the user gets AP equal to their AP/1.5. When the illusion ends the user will have only spent chakra equal to 50% of the chakra spent in the illusion and the victim only takes damage equal to 50% of the damage dealt to them in the illusion.
Rank 2: An illusion that creates a round within a round during which the victim cannot take any actions and suffers -3 dodge. In the illusion, the user gets AP equal to their AP/1.5 +.5. When the illusion ends the user will have only spent chakra equal to 50% of the chakra spent in the illusion and the victim only takes damage equal to 60% of the damage dealt to them in the illusion.
Rank 3: An illusion that creates a round within a round during which the victim cannot take any actions and suffers -4 dodge. In the illusion, the user gets AP equal to their AP/1.5 +1. When the illusion ends the user will have only spent chakra equal to 50% of the chakra spent in the illusion and the victim only takes damage equal to 70% of the damage dealt to them in the illusion.


Cost: 3 AP; 2000 CP, Hp equal to 20% of the final damage done.

Notes:
- Requires Mangekyou Sharingan to be activated, and Eye contact.
- All battle rules remain the same if not mentioned.
- Jutsu that last more than one round end when the illusion does.
- May only be used on a target once successfully in a battle. Â
- All damage done in this illusion is "Illusionary" And damage cannot be reduced. Jutsu used in the Tsukiyomi cannot be buffed by Non-Genjutsu effects.
- Physical debuffs, such as bleed, poison and Nin/Tai debuffs and effects do not transfer into or out of the Tsukiyomi created world, but mental ones, generally genjutsu based, do.
- Because the Tsukiyomi is instantaneous and lasts a few seconds at most, this does not dispel any other Genjutsu active on the victim.

Amaterasu - Doujutsu Ninjutsu
While Tsukuyomi is considered the most powerful Genjutsu, this technique is it's counterpart, claimed to be the most powerful Ninjutsu, and with good reason too. This infamous Technique creates Hellish Jet-black Flames spontaneously at the center of the user's vision, and once released these flames are said to burn for days without end before becoming extinguished. These cursed flames are said to be as hot as the sun, and little is capable of stopping this fire from consuming everything in it's path...Except for the Bleeding of the user's eye's as a result of the tremendous energy released from the sharingan.

Rank 1: Ignites the Uchiha's point of vision in black flames at +2 accuracy, causing 2,000 Fire Damage a round.
Rank 2: Ignites the Uchiha's point of vision in black flames at +2 accuracy, causing 2,400 Fire Damage a round.
Rank 3: Ignites the Uchiha's point of vision in black flames at +2 accuracy, causing 2,850 Fire Damage a round.

Special Action - Kagutsuchi: Instead of Covering a target in Amaterasu, the user may coat themselves in a shield of Black Flames, Hp equal to Amaterasu +40%. This effect lasts one round, and if a melee attack is used against the user the attacker must make a Ninjutsu check against the Uchiha to determine if they take damage equal to "Amaterasu's" Damage. A target may only take damage from attacking this barrier once per round.

Costs:
Rank 1: 3 Ap; 2,000 CP and 670 Hp to initiate, 630 Hp and 320 CP per round maintained.
Rank 2: 3 Ap; 2,250 CP and 750 Hp to initiate, 715 Hp and 360 CP per round maintained.
Rank 3: 3 Ap; 2,500 CP and 840 Hp to initiate, 800 Hp and 400 CP per round maintained.

Notes:
- Requires Mangekyou Sharingan to be activated.
- After the initial "To-Hit" roll, Amaterasu automatically deals it's fire damage to its target every round without fail as long as the Uchiha can still see their target. As such, this may only be used on one target at a time.
- The first round damage is dealt as soon as Amaterasu hits but hits at the beginning of every round after.
- Amaterasu automatically bypasses barriers, armors and shields and also ignores any and all Damage Reduction.
- Damage done and blocked may be increased with Fire buffs.

Religion is their weapon, and it is rumored that their hardcore faith gives them immortality, their obsessive prayers and sacrifices involving self mutilation that allow the cult to rise up from even the most mortal injuries that would kill even hardened shinobi.

A darker practice said to have been passed down by the demonic god Jashin himself, this skill endows the Jashinist cult to perform dark curses by drawing upon their own life force in place of chakra, or rather, in addition to chakra. Generally done by slicing their wrist, this skill requires a tribute of blood in place of handseals, and grants the user a temporary blessing from Jashin that super-charges their techniques with dark, evil energy that reeks of malice.

- By paying 10% of a Jutsu's cost in Hp, the user can turn a Ninjutsu into a "Dark" Element Attack. This Blood jutsu does not require handseals, and deals +5% damage, and bypasses 5% of Damage Reduction. These effects may stack up to three times in one Jutsu.
- By coating their weapon in their own Blood, the user can use any physical action as a "Dark" Element technique. This blood must be fresh, so it costs Hp equal to 30% of the Taijutsu cost, and deals +15% Damage while bypassing 15% worth of damage reduction. This only applies to one action/jutsu per use, as the dark energy rapidly fades from the blood.
- This does not cost Ap, the user only has to declare an attack is being made in this way.

The primary curse of the Jashin Cult, this technique is the basis for many of their other dark powers, and naturally, this does not effect those sharing the same faith, for it is a Sin against Jashin to raise a blade against another one of his children. The ritual is simple, involving the Jashinist ingesting the blood of their living target, at this stage now officially their “Sacrifice”. The Jashinist’s body transforms into a more sinister appearance, generally a deep black color with white marking similar to a skeleton, though there are rumors of other equally menacing appearances. Regardless of the case, this curse is said to transform the user into a shinigami, as they gain the ability to sense their "Sacrifices"...and it is a sin of the highest degree for a Jashinist to leave the victim of this technique alive, the user becoming a living embodiment of the reaper himself.

A lightweight, retractable spear often used by the wandering devotees of Jashin in their mission to spread and enact their creed. This weapon shrinks into a compact form that seems to resemble a thin cylinder for portability, yet can snap into a long, thin, and extremely sharp pike with the flip of a wrist. While normally used for their rituals and sacrificial tributes, this tool can easily function as a direct tool for slaying any ignorant pagans who refuse to accept the truth of their Lord, Jashin.

The Jashin are a cult strongly intertwined with chaos and and anarchy. Though it is their job to spread the word of their faith to those they deem worthy, more often then not the Jashinist's crave for little more than carnage and bloodshed. The Jashinist faith thanks their lord before and after every battle, offering themselves up for rituals in return for the dark power of their God. It is this ritual, that enables the Jashinist to offer a few quick words of gratitude for their battle that grants the believer a quick, rush of bloodlust and strength that can all but reap the souls of the most powerful of victims.

A curse technique known to the Jashin that allows them to link their life to their target through the use of the emblem of their faith. After ingesting the blood of their target, the Jashinist can use their own blood to scribe the seal of their God upon the target, infused with their dark magic that transfers all physical feelings from the target to the Jashinist, though this only applies to effects which are beneficial to the body. Being infused with their chakra, this seal cannot be removed until the dark magic fades, from that point being able to be wiped away normally.

Master Rank: Scribes a seal upon a target at -2 Accuracy. All Healing and recovery is reduced by 40%, and all activated buff’s are reduced by 1.5 or 10%. The remainder of the effects is treated as if effecting the user as well. Cannot be removed for three rounds.

This sinister ritual is performed after the Jashinist has ingested the blood of the target, from that point being able to perform this sacred ritual by scribing the seal of their Dark lord, Jashin, upon the ground with their blood. While in the Seal, the Jashinist is able to inflict pain upon himself, torturing their helpless victims and receiving pleasure from the wounds of both themselves and their victims, essentially, becoming a sadistic, living voodoo doll.

Jashinism, A-Rank, Reaper of Faith Mastered.

Rank 1: Scribes a seal with the radius of up to 7 feet around the user. While within this seal, all physical effects such as damage and debuffs inflicted upon the user, are also inflicted to those of whom the Jashinist has ingested the Blood.
Master Rank: Scribes a seal with the radius of up to 8 feet around the user. While within this seal, all physical effects such as damage and debuffs inflicted upon the user, Including reduced damage and debuffs, is also inflicted to those of whom the Jashinist has ingested the Blood.

Note:
- Does not use Handseals.
- This technique only takes effect against those who are targeted by Reaper of Faith.
- While within the Blood Seal the user has -3 Dodge to all techniques aimed at them.
- Each time the Jashinist is attacked, a ninjutsu check is made between the user and those who have had their blood ingested by the Jashinist. Upon a successful check, the user and those who have had their blood ingested receive damage.
- The seal and the surface it was scribed upon cannot be destroyed through any means during battle while the user maintains this technique's cost.
- Should the user no longer maintain the cost, they may still gain the effects while within the seal, but the seal and the ground may be destroyed.
- All damage and effects done to the victim bypass all forms of reduction and cannot be blocked in anyway or form.
- This damage may not be buffed or increased via ANY means. this includes debuffs on the opponent making them take more damage.
- This Jutsu does not apply to Genjutsu damage or debuffs.

The ultimate curse of the Jashinist Faith, This ritual is available only to the most obsessive fanatics of the Jashin Cult. This sinister ritual is an extension to previous ones, combining two of their most powerful curses into one, providing the ultimate punishment against those outside their faith. The Jashinist is able to scribe the seal of Jashin upon a target, marking them for death, the blood constantly burning the flesh of the victim that could easily leave a scar. Once scribed, punishment of the highest degree is imminent, the user being able to link their life to their sacrifice without the need of remaining within a seal. Only death awaits those who have been marked.

Master Rank: Scribes a seal upon a single target with both the user's and the victim's Blood at -3 Accuracy. All physical effects such as Damage (Including reduced damage) and debuffs (Including reduced Debuffs) inflicted upon the user, are also inflicted upon the target, and any buffs that the target has activated are dispelled. Further attempts to activate a buff have a 40% chance to fail each round, and gain +10% chance each round maintained.

Note:
- Does not use Handseals.
- The user must have the blood of a target, and must have Reaper of Faith activated.
- Can only effect one target at a time, and negates any other curses the user may have had activated aside from Reaper of Faith. Attempting to use a different curse will dispel this technique.
- Each time the Jashinist is attacked, a ninjutsu check is made between the user and those who have had their blood ingested by the Jashinist. Upon a successful check, the user and those who have had their blood ingested receive damage.

Sumi

Sumi is a newly hatched shark that was placed within Rise's care. Being the small creature that she is, approximately about the size of Rise's palm, she requires to be nurtured until she had grown into an adult great white shark. Sumi is often eager to prove herself and her bloodlust is exceptionally high despite how disgustingly cute her voice is. Her eagerness is not what worried the much grown Sharks of the pact, its simply her lack of ability to survive among the larger creatures of the sea and this is where Rise was looped into this child's life to behave like a mother figure by teaching her how to fight, survive and hunt. While Sumi's objective on the other hand is to teach Rise what it means to be a true member of their kin. You can say, the two are destined for one another and acts as a trial that both individuals need to overcome to become better comrades and predators of the deep. Sumi is often mistaken as a plushie of sorts by just how cute and small she is. She's dark grey in color with a light grey underbelly, and her cheeks always seem to have a permanent blush of pink. Rise sometimes would carry Sumi around in a fish bowl but this little shark gal is well capable to survive in the sands of the desert as well.

Bibi

Bibi is a young great white shark with potential that have yet to be determined. Her youth makes her angsty and eager to prove herself which makes her accident proned and often times causing trouble for her much larger brethen of the pact. Just like Rise, Bibi is a student and is currently being trained to become a more formiddable fighter. However, Bibi's youth have made her a bit of a rebel and often enjoys taking on a human form so she can cause mischief among human beings. Within her shark form, Bibi is all grey except for her underbelly and small blue beady eyes. There isn't much else that distinguishs Bibi beside that her skin is all smooth and yet to be blemished or bruised from battle.

Taiga

The scorching sands of Sungakure is Taiga's favored environment for hunting as the desert provides natural camoflauge making her practically undetectable by the untrained eye. Unlike the other predators of the pact, Taiga is much more inclined in using techniques of stealth and waiting patiently rather than aggressively terrorizing her prey with relentless attacks. Like an asssasin, she is swift, silent and accurate, so her prepared attacks deal devastating blows rendering her prey helpless. Taiga doesn't speak much but often times she find herself enjoying Rise's company. You could say Taiga has a crush on Rise for being a rather "attractive meat bag". Taiga teaches Rise many means of stealth and honing her skills for more accurate and deadly attacks. Taiga is brown in color and has a rather rounded stout. Just like her relatives, the tiger sharks, she has several dark brown stripes alongside her body.

Muki and Suki

Muki and Suki are a peculiar set of hammerhead sharks. Both born from the same egg, the sharks are identical twins. But what made them a special case, was unlike other sharks, Muki and Suki have a more humanoid appearance as opposed to their brethren whom had to master the transformation jutsu to appear more human like when necessary. Their heads resemble the same as their fish brethen, the hammerhead, having eyes on both sides of the protruded and flattened heads, their flippers long and spread wide at the tips, and their bodies having the same structure of a human having breasts, legs and feet. The only difference between the two creatures is there ominous colors. Muki having a violet and blue skin color while Suki has a red and green color. The two behave and move as one creature. The sync between them unbreakable. If one feels pain the other will too. This synergy between them makes them an unformiddable foe to go against. Rise has been in the care of these creatures /playfulness/ quite often, that normally ends up with nasty bruises and gashes. Muki and Suki like to play rough and enjoy to tease their prey both mentally and physically. If you hear laughter within the deep depths of the sea, its quite possible its Muki and Suki having their fun with their prey.

Sera

Sera is a predator known among the pact to have an unhealthy apetite for the taste of human beings. She's a large great white shark that have been roaming the sands of Sunagakure for what seems to be centuries feasting on unsuspecting humans and worthy prey. She's a fierce combatant and enjoys the thrill of the hunt. Her frenzies are so vicious it often leaves her excluded from her peers and hunting alone. But that very same ferocity is what made the leader of the pact respect her prowess and tenacity to win. Sera is unfiltered and often witty with her comments which was one of the very reasons why she enjoys the company of Rise whom shares a similar disposition and personality. Among the pact, Sera is the representative appointed with the responsibility in recruiting new kin but often times she simply fills her stomach with hopefuls. Sera's appearance within her shark form has noticeable scars on her left eye, nose and mouth. She's also twelve feet in height which emanates a rather domineering and intimidating aura especially with her mouth open which reveals several rows of jagged sword like teeth to decimate her enemies.

Tsumi

Tsumi is a creature whose stories have dated far back that she had become a create of folklore. She has been roaming the vast seas for centuries and never resides in one place for too long. Colossal in size, she’s a behemoth to behold. She often attacks large ships in the wake of the night to wreak havoc on her unsuspecting prey. She’s a gluttonous creature and nothing seems to sate her appetite, but it’s expected for someone with such a large body. On countless occasions, Tsumi have tried to feast on Rise when she enters within their watery realm which makes the tension between them a tad more hostile than necessary. But nonetheless, Tsumi recognizes Rise as a formidable human and have entrusted her with several teachings of the sage arts. Tsumi is sometimes referred to “Oba-chan” by the much younger members of the pact and she detests it. Tsumi still believes herself to be young and often times when taking on a human form her appearance is quite the stunning mature and well-endowed woman. Tsumi is a megaladon shark and her flesh and skin have become bruised, tattered and riddled of veins from the many years of conflict. But the very sight of this creature brings nightmares to those whom survive the attack which is a rare occasion indeed.
