Physical Description: Yoshi is a boy how has traveled a long distance, and his clothes are to be considered comfortable. Flexible pants and shirts where ever he went, he wasnt the most gifted boy... and his Mother, Masa, couldnt teach him all that much because of her hip problems and age being a factor. Thus he wasnt as physically gifted yet. However, his body left much potential to be shown. The son of the First Mizukage, he had to have some sort of potential right? Who knew honestly... but the boy was toned, and he did his very best to work out and such but he didnt have access to much equipment and a place to train like he wished. However, that was about to change! His Blonde hair sits much like his father's did so many years ago but he happens to have a single patch of black hair. Somehow his mother's spirit is with him, her tenacity and character seems to shine there. However, with anything he wears he has a patch placed on it with the symbol of his family... and his pride. His... Minamoto Pride.
Mental Description: Yoshi always found himself wanting more, knowing the roots of his lineage. A prominent clan of a now frozen waste land. Yoshi would consider himself humbled by this though. Being taught always to respect the world around him. To uphold the Minamoto name with the roots that he came from. He has a rich history in protectors and scholars. To which he did nothing with Yoshi, he was young... still getting into his own, and exploring his mind so he didnt consider everything at times. He was a smart boy, learned things and adapted to things quickly. He was no prodigy, like his father or mother. But there was something that he had always kept with him, his father's necklace, A Locket with Him and Masa's pregnant belly, and an Engraving of: H.W.O.S. Something to live by. 'Hard work overcomes shortcomings.' He was not as strong as others his age... nor was he as smart... but he would out work all people to achieve his goals. Whatever that was...
History: Suyashi was a travelling boy. It was all he'd ever known, because his home was now under and covered by thick uninhabitable ice. Yoshi had the theory that when his father died to those monsters he heard about that it created a rift! However it was not the truth but it was the wandering mind of a young boy. They moved around alot, never staying in one place for long until they got to Iwagakure. It was there he began studying ninjutsu, taijutsu, and genjutsu. He enjoyed the land being that the hospitality of the people there seemed to know no bounds. He returned their favor on them with adoration and respect. He was taught a great deal under the ways of the Four. Though, he did not take the religion with him but the teachings of becoming a humble person to respect his predecessors.
His mother, Masa had tried her best to teach him the ways of fighting, but it seemed she was only able to coach him through instruction.Which was hard for the young man, he had a knack for being able to replicate things he saw, but nothing to the likeness of an Uchiha. Highly bent on the thoughts of becoming better he attempted to join the Iwagakure academy however, because of things that were not explained to him he was not allowed to join. This infuriated Yoshi, He wanted to get a proper education through classes and exams. He wanted to make a mark wherever they would accept him. Yoshi would find himself complaining to his mother trying to figure a way to not burden her with his wants to be like his late father, thats when he found out from a few villagers that there were people moving from Iwa to Konoha for the same thing. A Shinobi exchange program. So if maybe he could slip into that crack and get into leaf... he would fight for them to show he was worth a damn in his life.
So with that group of Former Mist Shinobi, Masa would guide them to the gates of Konoha, to which they were greeted just like many of the Iwagakurians. And he was immediately accepted into the program of the Konoha Academy which was now being placed under construction but there were still classes to be had. And as excited as Suyashi was, he was more determined to shine the best way he could. He knew nothing about his blood, as well as nothing about his abilities as a shinobi but he would soon learn.
