Ninpocho Chronicles

Ninpocho Chronicles is a fantasy-ish setting storyline, set in an alternate universe World of Ninjas, where the Naruto and Boruto series take place. This means that none of the canon characters exists, or existed here.

Each ninja starts from the bottom and start their training as an Academy Student. From there they develop abilities akin to that of demigods as they grow in age and experience.

Along the way they gain new friends (or enemies), take on jobs and complete contracts and missions for their respective villages where their training and skill will be tested to their limits.

The sky is the limit as the blank page you see before you can be filled with countless of adventures with your character in the game.

Manzo stands 5’, with black hair. His once chubby body has slimed down from his time on the road.

Character's Mental Description:
Manzo values honor over everything. He is constantly striving to better himself for the sake of his parents sacrifices. He is a bit of a loner but always hopes that will change for him.

History:
The Childhood Years:

Manzo was an orphan and raised by a merchant family. Not wanting to deal with boring business he always dreamed of joining the academy. Is father, with no marital skills of his own managed to hire a “tutor” to prepare Manzo for the academy.

Manzo laid on the ground panting. He knew that he needed to get stronger but he wasn’t sure what he was doing wrong. His adopted father had hired a tutor for him, it meant that their family was going to eating lean for a few weeks which made Manzo eternally grateful that his father would sacrifice so much.

“Are you finished yet” he tutor asked. This was just a job for him. He did not care if Manzo got any better or not. That fact alone made Manzo irritated.

“Of course not Rai-Sensi” he said as he was getting up. His ribs hurt from the last attack but he was not going to let that stop him.

“Meh, stay down if you want your father is paying me no matter if you take a nap or want to get beat up some more.”

Manzo charged into an attack only to have a sidekick delivered into his ribs knocking him back. He couldn’t see it coming he realized, as once again he found himself on the ground.

Not realizing it had him so worked up he started to yell “HOW IS THIS TRAINING”

“There is a reason why I am the cheapest tutor around. I like the extra cash for punching bags that think they are good enough to be Shinobi.” He said then leaning in real close he whispered “and there isn’t anything you can do about it, your parents will just think you are just too soft to go to the academy.” He stepped back with an evil grin on his face daring Manzo to attack him again.

Blinded by rage that someone would do such a thing he charged again, only to find that somehow he was attacking Rai-Sensi from behind.

“How did you do that?” Rai-Sensi asked from the ground “you were charging in front of me then when I blinked you were behind me.” He said as he got up quickly. “I don’t know what you are but I know I don’t want to deal with it.” with those words he started to run away.

Not sure of what he did he started to experiment with to try and duplicate the results on his own.

Hailing from the Forest Country, the Senju are said to be the true masters of nature and totally in tune with the world around them. Legend has it that the Forest Country was a barren wasteland before a certain monk by the name Senju Kensei began to exert his control over the elements and breathed new life into the region. In his final moments he was caught in a conflict over the lands that he had come to call home against those of the invasive Uchiha and their growing Fire Country. Pierced in the heart, legend further has it that he turned into a great tree the size of which no man could ever fathom. This is why the Senju and the Uchiha have little dealings with each other today and also why the Forest Country and the location of Kensei's remains are closely guarded by his descendants.

Sage Arts Prodigy - Passive</U><i></i>
The Senju Clan has long been connected to the natural world and because of that connection have identified ways for them to unlock some of the power usually reserved only for individuals who have made a connection with one of the mystical Summoning Contracts.

Rank 1: User gains a Natural Energy pool that has a base amount equal to 5% of their maximum CP. Natural Energy can be used to cast any Ninjutsu or Senju Bloodline techniques the user knows and any technique cast this way is considered Holy.
Rank 2: The size of the user's base Natural Energy pool is increased to 10% of their maximum CP.
Rank 3: The size of the user's base Natural Energy pool is increased to 15% of their maximum CP.

Notes:
- If the user possesses the Sage Mode ability any chakra which is converted into Natural Energy is added into the user's Natural Energy pool granted by this passive ability and Natural Energy is no longer lost when exiting Sage Mode.
- If the user possesses the Dark Sage Kinjutsu all mentions of Natural Energy on the Senju Bloodline are changed to Corrupted Energy.
- There is no maximum to the amount of Natural Energy that the user can have at any time, Sage Arts Prodigy is simply the amount that the user starts with during a battle.

Mokuton Augmentation - Passive
Due to the Senju's natural relation with both Water and Earth, they are able to convert their chakra to wood chakra, granting an even greater bonus to wood.

Rank 1: May convert Water and Earth Jutsu into Wood by paying an additional 20% Chakra Cost. Wood Jutsu deal +5% additional damage.
Rank 2: May convert Water and Earth Jutsu into Wood by paying an additional 10% Chakra Cost. Wood Jutsu deal +10% additional damage.
Rank 3: May convert Water and Earth Jutsu into Wood at no extra cost. Wood Jutsu deal +15% additional damage.

Notes:
- The Senju automatically has access to the Wood element.
- All techniques used with this are treated as Wood Jutsu.

<U>Strength of the Boughs - Passive<i></i>
Through cultivating their mastery of Ninjutsu techniques that transcend normal shinobi limits the Senju Clan are well known for their vast reserves of chakra which can sometimes give the impression that they are inexhaustible in the area of chakra cultivation.

Rank 1: User's CP Mod is increased by +2.
Rank 2: User's CP Mod is increased by +4.
Rank 3: User's CP Mod is increased by +6.

High-Speed Regeneration - D-Rank Bloodline Ninjutsu<i></i>
By focusing the latent Natural Energy in their body a Senju Clan member is able to create a state of rapid healing in their body that swiftly knits together their wounds and restores their vitality at the cost of their chakra or they can gift this power to another by focusing and expelling their Natural Energy into the body of an ally.

Rank 1: User heals for 1.5% of their maximum HP + 200 HP at the end of each round.
Rank 2: User heals for 2% of their maximum HP + 200 HP at the end of each round.
Rank 3: User heals for 2.5% of their maximum HP + 200 HP at the end of each round.

Special Action: By paying the full CP and maintain cost for High-Speed Regeneration from their Natural Energy pool the user may target a single ally with High-Speed Regeneration rather than themselves.

Costs:
Rank 1: 1.5 AP and 250 CP + 125 CP/rnd
Rank 2: 1.5 AP and 315 CP + 160 CP/rnd
Rank 3: 1.5 AP and 375 CP + 190 CP/rnd

Notes:
- User can only maintain High-Speed Regeneration on a single target at a time.
- Can be maintained for a maximum of three rounds.
- Effects of High-Speed Regeneration cannot be stacked on a single target.

Wooden Tendrils - D-Rank Bloodline Ninjutsu<i></i>
Wood erupts from the earth and hurl forth at their opponents like massive spears, the wood however is harder than steel and seek their opponents out. These spears can inflict pin-point wounds allowing a cunning Senju to cripple opponents with well-aimed attacks.

Rank 1: Three tendrils each doing 240 damage. The user may choose to use Wooden Tendrils as a Called Shot against a single opponent with all three tendrils targeting a single limb and each making their own Called Shot attempt.
Rank 2: Three tendrils each doing 300 damage. The user may choose to use Wooden Tendrils as a Called Shot against a single opponent with all three tendrils targeting a single limb and each making their own Called Shot attempt.
Rank 3: Three tendrils each doing 360 damage. The user may choose to use Wooden Tendrils as a Called Shot against a single opponent with all three tendrils targeting a single limb and each making their own Called Shot attempt.

Costs:
Rank 1: 1.5 AP and 240 CP
Rank 2: 1.5 AP and 300 CP
Rank 3: 1.5 AP and 360 CP.

Notes:
- If Wooden Tendrils is used as a Called Shot then all three tendrils inherit all penalties and bonuses associated with making Called Shots and can only successfully inflict one Called Shot penalty per use.

Enlightened Suppression - C-Rank Bloodline Jutsu<i></i>
Using the special qualities of their Natural Energy, a Senju is able to disrupt the flow of an opponent's chakra by introducing a localized burst of that energy into their body that makes it difficult for them to hold together any chakra-based effects that they are currently wielding.

Rank 1: Targets one opponent at -5 Accuracy and chakra binds them. Every 2 seconds that the opponent spends bound by Enlightened Suppression there is an 18% chance that the 'Disruption' effect is activated on them.
Rank 2: Targets one opponent at -4 Accuracy and chakra binds them. Every 2 seconds that the opponent spends bound by Enlightened Suppression there is an 24% chance that the 'Disruption' effect is activated on them.
Rank 3: Targets one opponent at -3 Accuracy and chakra binds them. Every 2 seconds that the opponent spends bound by Enlightened Suppression there is an 30% chance that the 'Disruption' effect is activated on them.

Costs:
Rank 1: 2 AP and 460 Natural Energy + 230 Natural Energy/rnd
Rank 2: 2 AP and 575 Natural Energy + 290 Natural Energy/rnd
Rank 3: 2 AP and 690 Natural Energy + 345 Natural Energy/rnd

Notes:
- This jutsu is a chakra bind, and prevents the victim from using actions that require chakra while active. They may still dodge and move normally.
- Due to the careful concentration required for this jutsu, it is easily disrupted. Should the user attack the victim, the victim take damage, or if the user uses more than 10% of their Max Cp during a round, this bind is dispelled. The victim has a -3 dodge penalty to an attack aimed at them, however.
- The target has a 15% chance of resisting this jutsu for every 2.5 Ap they spend. If successful, this disrupts the jutsu.
- The 'Disruption' effect randomly dispels a single random maintained jutsu active on the victim, and prevents it from being recast for a full round. If a Clone/Creation activates this effect, it is dispersed.
- Requires a Ninjutsu Check each round.

Natural Energy Conversion - C-Rank Bloodline Jutsu<i></i>
Because of their long standing history of work with Natural Energy each Senju is naturally capable of producing a small amount of Natural Energy on their own but that reserve is usually extremely limited. To combat this Senju Clan members have developed methods over the years to forcibly convert the chakra in their body into Natural Energy in a similar way to the legendary Contract Sages but doing so puts an enormous strain on their body's health.

Rank 1: Converts 5% of the user's current CP into Natural Energy.
Rank 2: Converts 10% of the user's current CP into Natural Energy.
Rank 3: Converts 15% of the user's current CP into Natural Energy.

Costs:
Rank 1: 2 AP and HP equal to half the CP converted into Natural Energy
Rank 2: 2 AP and HP equal to half the CP converted into Natural Energy
Rank 3: 2 AP and HP equal to half the CP converted into Natural Energy

Notes:

- Each time Natural Energy Conversion is used in a single battle the amount of Natural Energy gained is reduced by 25% (Example: If the user has 10,000 CP and Natural Energy Conversion has already been used once then the second time it is used the user's current CP will be reduced by 5%/10%/15% and the user will only gain Natural Energy equal to 75% of the CP lost). This stacks indefinitely.
- If the user has no CP remaining then Natural Energy Conversion cannot be used.

Wood Clone - B-Rank Bloodline Jutsu<i></i>
Unique among other clans which possess an affinity for Advanced Elements, the Senju Clan has their own brand of specialized ninja clone technique which produces a clone entirely made out of wood that is able to wield their clan techniques.

Rank 1: Creates a clone with 20% of the users HP and CP and -7 Secondaries and is able cast jutsu from the Senju Bloodline table up to 840 PL.
Rank 2: Creates a clone with 25% of the users HP and CP and -6 Secondaries and is able cast jutsu from the Senju Bloodline table up to 840 PL and C-Rank Wood Ninjutsu at Rank 1.
Rank 3: Creates a clone with 30% of the users HP and CP and -5 secondaries and is able cast jutsu from the Senju Bloodline table up to 840 PL and C-Rank Wood Ninjutsu at Master Rank.

[Natural Energy]: If the user chooses to cast Wood Clone with Natural Energy then the clone created gains a Natural Energy pool equal to Wood Clone's casting cost and gains additional Natural Energy at the beginning of each round equal to Wood Clone's maintain cost.

Costs:
Rank 1: 2.5 AP and 800 CP + 400/rnd to maintain
Rank 2: 2.5 AP and 1,000 CP + 500/rnd to maintain
Rank 3: 2.5 AP and 1,500 CP + 750/rnd to maintain

Notes:
- User can only create one clone at a time.
- User must possess a Wood Ninjutsu for the Wood Clone to be able to cast it. Likewise the user must have Mastered that Ninjutsu for the Wood Clone to be able to use Master Rank.
- Wood Clones cannot convert Water and Earth Ninjutsu into Wood Ninjutsu the way the user can.
- Wood Clones have AP equal to 25% of the user's base AP (minimum of 0.5 AP).

Wood Fabrication - B-Rank Bloodline Jutsu<i></i>
Demonstrating immensely precise control over their Advanced Element a Senju of sufficient skill is able to quickly fashion a wooden structure using their chakra which can take several different forms depending on the user's needs.

Rank 1: Creates a large wooden structure. User has access to Wall of Wood structure.
Rank 2: User gains access to Wooden Dome structure.
Rank 3: User gains access to Great Gate structure.

Wooden Structures:
Wall of Wood: Creates a temporary wall of wood that blocks damage from a single attack. Wall has 2,200/2,750/3,300 base HP. Wall of Wood can be used reflexively.
Wooden Dome: Creates a concave dome of wood that protects the user and up to one ally. Dome has 1,800/2,250/2,700 base HP and lasts until destroyed. Cannot be used reflexively.
Great Gate - Natural Energy: Instead of creating a protective structure the user summons a series of huge gates that collectively have 2,000/2,500/3,000 base HP that crashes down on an opponent physically binding them at -3 Accuracy, preventing them from moving. Any attack which targets an opponent bound by Great Gate must target the pile of gates first.


Costs:
Rank 1: 2.5 AP and 870 CP + 435/rnd to maintain
Rank 2: 2.5 AP and 1,090 CP + 545/rnd to maintain
Rank 3: 2.5 AP and 1,305 CP + 650/rnd to maintain

Notes:
- User can only have one wooden structure active at a time.
- Maintain cost only applies to Wooden Dome and Great Gate as Wall of Wood only lasts for a single attack and cannot be maintained.
- The Great Gate structure can only be used if the CP cost for Wooden Fabrication is paid with Natural Energy
- The Great Gate structure is a physical bind and only prevents the opponent from moving.
- Opponents bound by Great Gate have at 15% chance of escaping per 1.5 AP they spend.

Thousand-Handed Statue - A-Rank Bloodline Jutsu<i></i>
The ultimate manifestation of a Senju's ability to manipulate their Advanced Element, the Thousand-Handed Statue technique creates an immense statue that is able to be controlled by the user during battle. Some say that the Thousand-Handed Statue technique was created in ancient days to aid in the battle against giant monsters that once roamed the land.

Rank 1: Manifests a tremendous, many-handed statue that has 4,200 + (20% of the user's current Natural Energy) base HP. Each round the Thousand-Handed Statue may engage in one activity (see below) which is determined by the user at the beginning of the round.
Rank 2: Manifests a tremendous, many-handed statue that has 5,250 + (20% of the user's current Natural Energy) base HP. Each round the Thousand-Handed Statue may engage in one activity (see below) which is determined by the user at the beginning of the round.
Rank 3: Manifests a tremendous, many-handed statue that has 6,300 + (20% of the user's current Natural Energy) base HP. Each round the Thousand-Handed Statue may engage in one activity (see below) which is determined by the user at the beginning of the round.

Thousand-Handed Statue Actions:
All-out Attack: The Thousand-Handed Statue disregards any pretense of defense and goes on the attack. It strikes up to three opponents (as designated by the user when All-out Attack is chosen) for 2,800 damage at +1 Accuracy.
Shielding Hands: The Thousand-Handed Statue defends the user and up to two allies (as designated by the user when Shielding Hands is chosen) creating a "wall of hands" which redirects the first attack to target the user or either of the two protected allies to the Thousand-Handed Statue. The Statue is hit automatically by any attacks which are redirected to it by Shielding Hands.
Restraining Grasp: The Thousand-Handed Statue uses it's hands to restrain a single target at -2 Accuracy which binds them for the round. Any attack directed at an opponent bound by the Thousand-Handed Statue hits the Thousand-Handed Statue automatically rather than the bound opponent.
Enlightened Suppression: The Thousand-Handed Statue casts Enlightened Suppression targeting up to three opponents using the user's Natural Energy pool. The Thousand-Handed Statue can only engage in this activity once every three rounds.

Rank 1: 3 AP and 2,500 Natural Energy + 1,250 Natural Energy/rnd to maintain
Rank 2: 3 AP and 3,125 Natural Energy + 1,560 Natural Energy/rnd to maintain
Rank 3: 3 AP and 3,750 Natural Energy + 1,875 Natural Energy/rnd to maintain

Name: Sluggy

Description: Sluggy has taken a liking to the samurai look. He is larger than most slugs standing about tree feet tall. He carries a wakashi at his side, though due to his size it looks more like a katana. His coloring is white with green spots.

Personality: Sluggy is a happy slug, though can sometimes lose focus when something else catches his interest. It is because of this he never learned to use the sword he carries so instead like to use it as a pointer or simply to look cooler.

History: Sluggy grew up amongst the chaos of the civil war in the leaf. As such he had a hatred for humans, who did nothing but cause destruction for those around them. That is until Manzo convinced him that not all humans were like that and to give humanity a chance. Since then he has been working to build a nation of slugs under the nose of the Leaf village.

A slug or snail has a surprisingly intense array of senses, particularly its sense of touch. They are even capable of rather quick movement when their feelers are touched. This should serve to underline the point that slugs are not necessarily slow--they are merely careful.

Effect:
- The user gains a +1 bonus to their Melee Accuracy, Ranged Accuracy, Ninjutsu Accuracy and Genjutsu DC.
- User may choose to forego the +1 bonus to one of their four Accuracy Types to instead gain a +1 bonus to either Dodge or Genjutsu Save. This may be done up to twice and does not have a cost.
Slime Trail - Slug Contract Independent Special Move
Anyone who's seen a slug crawling along a path or up a surface has seen the silvery mucus trail they leave behind. Those less fortunate might have slipped on one before. A clever slug contract creature can arrange this somewhat more...deliberately.

Effect: When activated for 1 AP, anyone who comes into melee range of the user (whether it is them attacking the user, or the user attacking them) has a 20% chance to slip and lose 1 AP; this can happen twice a round. This does not require a successful hit to activate.
Acid Armor - Slug Contract Senjutsu
The coating of slime that slugs constantly emanate has an awful lot of uses. Contract slugs have usages open to them that normal garden snails can't really imitate--such as hardening the coating to a protective armor when it becomes necessary.

Effect: The user gains +20% damage reduction against all non-Illusionary damage. Jutsu of a single subtype, chosen at activation, will have an extra +10% damage blocked, and each time the user is hit by one in a round they will gain +5% damage and +1 accuracy to this jutsu's subtype.

Cost: 2.5 AP, 2750 CP, 1380 Cp/Rnd

Note:
- Jutsu subtype is chosen when the contract creature is designed; buffs to that subtype in excess of +30% raise the damage reduction by 5%.
- This is a Chakra Armor.
- Damage and accuracy buffs only apply within the round and cannot stack more than three times in one round.

Name: Hannya
Description: Hannya stands at 5’ tall and for the most part looks for the most part like a human, with the exception of the horns that happen to be sticking out of the side of her head pointing towards her forehead. She also has a pair of black wings on her back which help her stand out. Her voice is a bit deeper on the register and she speaks with a bit of a drawl. Hannya likes for people to look at her and tries to make herself always look her best. Her best physical asset, her horns, are always polished and clean ready for anyone to look, and admire them, as only horns like that should be admired. She is very interested in shinobi customs and how they are different from her own. As such at random times she will try and dress or act like a human to see if she can pass for one.

Personality: Hannya is very playful and sees Manzo as a project to try and corrupt. She thinks of him as far to straight laced and proper and continually tempts him to do things that he wouldn’t. At the very least get him to curse. Despite all this she is very tasked oriented. It was because of her Manzo was able to lose the extra weight that his body had put on when he messed up his chakra network. Hannya finds this to be one of her biggest accomplishments. Hannya also gets a little jealous of Manzo slug contract companion. She has the feeling that he should only be calling her for help no matter what the situation is, plus the fact that she finds Sluggy a bit creepy doesn't help the relationship between them. As long as feels that Manzo is calling on her first her honor, or ego, remains in tact.

History: Hannya is fairly young for a Youki. She has always felt constrained staying in the realm of her people and has always looked to try and find a way to spread her wings and explore. When Manzo first casual summons she jumped at the opportunity. She found out during this initial trip to Manzo’s land that he had recently saved a Youki princess gaining the friendship and signing a contract. He had performed this initial summons while he was traveling and was interested in meeting more of the Youki, she was just the first that he had been able to summon. As he told her this tale she started to use subtle touches and flirting with him. Her goal was to ingratiate herself into his mind. she wanted to make sure that she was the one that he summoned not some other Youki. Home was boring She was tempted to use some of her Genjutsu on him to further lock the bound between them but she knew that in doing that she would make the bond fragile. If she wanted to get out of her homeland more often she needed the bond to be as strong as possible.
She was not able to spend much time in Manzo’s land before she returned home but the seeds started to bear fruit only a few weeks later when she felt the pull of the summons jumping at the chance she relaxed into jutsu calling her and let her sweep her into the new realm.
She was unprepared for what came at her as she found herself in the midst of a battle. Despite her initial shock she equated herself quite well and further cemented her position in Manzo’s mind as the Youki to call when help was needed. With the fight out of the way she was able to convince him to keep her around, growing the attachment between them. With this new found friendship she found she was better to help in fights, though she felt she wasn’t the strongest, she was able to better see what Manzo needed in a battle and help him with it.

Maleficium - Youkai Contract Ability
The counterpart to the Kami, Youkai are often shunned and ostracized despite not necessarily being malevolent. This is no doubt due to them being naturally drawn towards mischief, as well as their capability of spreading havoc and misfortune where they appear, whether intentional or otherwise. It has become superstition that no good can come from associating with Youkai, not without cursing onesself and others with misfortune.

Effect:
- Those who hit, or have been hit by, the user become cursed with misfortune. While in this state, should they roll a 1 on any Dodge/GenSave roll, the opposing attack becomes a Critical Hit. This cursed status does not stack regardless of source, and lasts for the remainder of the round.
- The user and all of their attacks are considered Cursed.
    • <B>Should a character have the Archsage Kinjutsu, their Senjutsu Manipulation ability's alignment becomes Cursed rather than Holy.
Miasma - Youkai Contract Independent Special Move
Youkai are capable of generating an ominous, vapor-like energy that causes disturbances to their environment and invokes feelings of paranoia and dread from those nearby. Should feel explainable feelings of anxiety and doom, it could be the presence of a Youkai.

Effect: Every round the user may create a miasma cloud for 1 AP. This miasma provides a number of benefits, but exactly which is used must be declared at the time the miasma is made.
    • 10% chance that any attacks directed at the Youkai Contract Summon or their summoner will auto-miss. Upon causing an attack to successfully auto-miss it will disperse the miasma cloud. This does not stack if there is multiple miasmas being used in this way, rather that 10% chance is rolled twice (so if there is 10 miasma clouds being used in this way it does not mean that there is a 100% chance of a miss but rather ten 10% chances that the attack will automatically miss.)
    • 5% chance that a combatant (this may effect friend and foe but the summoner and the Youkai summon themselves are considered immune) will automatically dispel a random maintained jutsu or technique (this includes jutsu that do not require chakra to maintain). This effect can be maintained indefinitely and can stack up to three times. These Miasma will not disperse if they cause a maintain to be dispelled.
    • The miasma attacks every opponent (may also be used to attack self or allies). There is no limit to the number of opponents the miasma will attack. This happens at 0 seconds timing and can be used as a conditional (such as 'attack myself if bound') but once the miasma makes it attack it will disperse. The miasma uses the user's Accuracy type of choice with a +1 Accuracy/DC bonus and deals 250 damage. Exactly when the miasma attacks an opponent must be determined by the user.
Note:
- There is no limit to how many clouds of miasma can be out at a given time.
- There is no limit to how many times a target may be effected by a miasma in a given round or a given battle.
- The summoner and the contract summon are both immune to these effects unless the user elects to allow themselves to be effected.
- This can effect creations and clones.
- Any time an AoE Wind attack is performed, one Miasma cloud is destroyed. An AOE is defined as an attack that targets multiple targets simultaneously (including ninjutsu spread). Additionally 'Wind' is defined as anything that uses 'Wind' ninjutsu as a part of its base element.
Heartseeker - Youkai Contract Senjutsu
A Youkai technique that condenses natural energy into the form of a glowing spear, launching it at their enemies. This spear, shrouded with their miasma, diffuses into the target it strikes, cursing them with an even stronger effect of the Youkai's miasma.

Effect: Attacks up to three targets for an attack that deals 3960 damage. On a full hit, the user choose one of the below effects to inflict upon the victim:
    • Makes all their jutsu or actions cost +10% chakra. This can stack up to three times. Lasts up to three rounds.
    • Makes all their attacks deal -10% damage. This is calculated before damage reduction. This can stack up to three times. Lasts up to three rounds.
    • Each time an action is made (jutsu, withdrawing an item, basic strikes, etc.) there is a 10% chance that the called shot of a random limb will be increased. This does not stack. Lasts up to three rounds.
Cost: 3 AP, 2750 CP

Note:
- Jutsu subtype is chosen when the contract creature is designed; determining its accuracy and damage type.
- Regardless of subtype chosen, this jutsu is considered Cursed.
- Additional applications of this jutsu do not reset the timer.
- A target may only be affected by one of these effects at a given time.

Name: Inuzuka Zenko
Age:14
Character's Physical Description: Zenko stands at 5’4” and weighs 115 lbs. He has black hair and brown eyes. He has darker skin and his hair comes down to the middle of his back in dreadlocks.
Character's Mental Description: Zenko is always trying to be part of the crowd after being the outcast of the outcast, despite finding redemption he is always cognizant of his status.

History:
Zenko comes from an offshoot of the Inuzuka family. While most in the family bonded with canines Zenko’s family bonded with large cats. Because of this they tended to be looked down on by the rest of the family, they were treated as the omegas of the pack. For most of Zenko’s branch this did not bother them as they knew they were truly outside the pack structure, only gracing the pack with their presence because they felt like it. Most of Zenko’s family were lone hunters only joining in with others to hunt when it was deemed necessary.

Zenko was a late bloomer in his family no matter how hard he tried he was unable to get a cub. He was steadily becoming the outcast of the outcast branch. He was starting to consider that perhaps that he would need to find some other calling than bonding with a cub. His daily chores generally involved working on the cat sanctuary, his parents hoping that by spending more time with the cats one would choose him. But so far destiney was not helping him. As he walked the perimeter of the cage after a big rain storm, he noticed that there was a hole under the fence. He wasn’t sure how it got there but thanks to the rain he could see paw prints in the mud. One of the cubs had gotten out of the cage. Quickly plugging the hole is a rock so none of the other trouble makers could get out Zenko started to run after the tracks. He wasn’t sure which kind of cat it was that escaped as they had a variety but it didn’t matter, the cubs were young enough to get into serious trouble if left on their own in the wilderness.

As he ran he could hear the howling of a hunting dog. It appeared that there were hunters in the woods surrounding the Inuzuka compound. That fact would instantly turn the hunters into the hunted as soon as his family found out. He needed to find the cub as soon as he could and get back to report this fact to his family.

As he followed the tracks the sound of the hunting dogs got louder and louder until he finally saw them, and a black cub in a tree. Without thinking Zenko grabbed a handful of rocks and started to throw them at the dogs. Dogs, while not as good as cats were still better than most humans and he wasn’t going to destroy them with a jutsu if he didn’t have to.

The rocks found their marks, causing just enough pain to scare the dogs away, sending them back to their masters howling in pain.

Reaching up towards the cub, he slowly coaxed it down into his arms. Slowly it climbed into his arms, looking into his eyes giving a very slow blink.

It seems that he had managed to bond with a cub after all.

Character's Physical Description: No one in recent memory has seen Arekksu. He exists only as a memory and a voice.
Character's Mental Description: Arekksu Jonzu is a seeker of the Truth, out to uncover the lies that the oppressive government seeks to lay upon the honest people of the village.

History:

Arekksu grew up as not one of the privileged class but instead grew up in the gutters of crater city. He was by every definition a street rat. He was not the biggest or the meanest but he was clever. He survived by convincing others that they wanted to help him in his endeavors. He also seemed to grow up with a chip on his shoulder for those that actually had things. The shinobi of the village seemed to walk around and could do whatever they wanted. He never could understand how those around him looked up to the shinobi. It was like they were blind to the Truth. They were Sheeple, blindly following those that told them how the world was. Arekksu was not one of those people. He vowed to bring down the system and implement a more fair system for the good of the people. A system that provided for everyone equally. He knew that he would never be able to match those in power with martial prowess, he needed to rely on his brain and fight with information and knowledge.

The first step was to get the people on his side and have these sheeple either wake up or follow him. Either way the result would be the same.
