Yume Izanami would find herself at an abandoned manor off a way from a small town. Her former comrades, those that were part of the Revolution, had told her of how there was a tip of possible Lycan sightings at some old manor. The townspeople have claimed that they would hear howling each night coming from the manor. Making it to the town, she had talked with the locals and found out that there is only one being that is howling at the Manor. Izanami figured that it would be easy. But... Why is she having such a bad feeling about this?
Entering the manor, all was quiet. Too quiet... Hehe, she always wanted to say that. But her mind shifted back to the problem at hand. With each step she took, no matter how light her steps may have been, left a loud creek. This type of quietness was more unnerving to her. That is, until there was a loud Creak! As the girl snapped her attention to the source of the noise, deciding to draw out her two hand guns and ready herself for a fight. What she wasn't ready for was for something to break out of the old wood board from underneath her and drag her under.
Flailing about, using her guns' heavy metal to bash at her assaulter, it finally let her go and she shakily got up to assess the situation. She was in some sort of basement, and then looking at her attacker. She stopped dead in her tracks.
She has seen the dead bodied of these Lycans before. Usually covered in fur, but this one... Didn't even have any. Not only that, but it seemed more bony than the others that she has seen in pictures. There was fresh blood on it, and she surmised that if it stood on its hind legs, it would most likely tower over her at an eight foot tall height. It had let out a ferocious howl that made Izanami clasp her hands over her ears.
And then, without warning, it had charged right at her. She was only able to react fast enough to fire off one shot, though it would be able to graze the left shoulder of the beast as it surged towards her and in a flash grabbed hold of her left arm and pulled hard. There would be no way to react fast enough as she saw in horror as her arm was quite literally torn off of her. She screamed out in pain, the adrenaline flowing through her, but can only do so much. It did however, let her focus a small bit. The bit on staying alive part. She raised her gun in her remaining hand and fired a bullet right into the face of the monster.
It would lash out and leave large gashes on her legs, deep enough to see the bone, and fall down dead. Izanami would fall down to the ground. She could feel herself going into shock from the loss of blood. She could faintly hear footsteps as someone approaches her and...
