Ninpocho Chronicles

Ninpocho Chronicles is a fantasy-ish setting storyline, set in an alternate universe World of Ninjas, where the Naruto and Boruto series take place. This means that none of the canon characters exists, or existed here.

Each ninja starts from the bottom and start their training as an Academy Student. From there they develop abilities akin to that of demigods as they grow in age and experience.

Along the way they gain new friends (or enemies), take on jobs and complete contracts and missions for their respective villages where their training and skill will be tested to their limits.

The sky is the limit as the blank page you see before you can be filled with countless of adventures with your character in the game.

This is Ninpocho Chronicles.

Osu joined Riku in their own little secluded corner of the arena. Though it was no different than any other part of the arena. The wind picked up as Riku was off to strike at Osu. however, before he could get any closer, Osu summoned a rifle out of blood and shot straight for Riku. 'A head on counter, huh?' With the momentum Riku had already obtained, he lunged to the side to avoid such an attack. The blood bullet passed right by him and crashed into the side of the arena, creating a massive crash in the wall. Astonishing. Surely if Riku had been struck with that, he would have been severely injured right there.

He turned back towards the action to see Osu fire a shot in the wrong direction. But Riku misread the technique. The bullet curved in it's path to strike him in the ribs. Luckily for Riku, it wasn't nearly as strong as the first one he had dodged. Riku stopped in his tracks to assess his damage, thankful it would just end up being a bruise. It may be a large bruise, but a bruise nonetheless.

Now it was Riku's chance to counter. Again, the boy was off towards his target once more. Each step bridging the gap quickly. If Osu paid enough attention, he could see Riku locating a smoke bomb from his weapons pouch just before tossing in at Osu, causing the younger of the two to become enveloped in a cloud of smoke. Maybe it was a cheap shot, but Riku believe to give it once all, whether training or not. Including cheap tricks. Just as he reached the smoke cloud, Riku launched himself into the air and down into the midst of the smoke along with his target. Striking at Osu once from the back, and then again from the left side before maneuvering in front of Osu and kicking him in the stomach. A strong enough kick that would send him out of the cloud just as it dispersed.

As the smoke finished clearing, Riku raised his gauntlets once more in a boxing stance, ready for whatever Osu threw at him next. If he was still able to stand, that is.

Osu was backing away as fast as he could without taking his eyes off Riku but the older student was closing the gap even faster than he had anticipated. He had not expected the first shot to hit but it was an excellent method for throwing people off for the second shot which turned out well this time. However Riku quickly recovered and made to finish closing the distance. He saw Riku toss something at him but realized it was a smoke bomb all too late. Osu began to guard in front of him as a strike came from behind solidly hitting his back. "Of course he would strike from behind" Osu thought all too late as another strike hit him in his side and then smash him from the front.

Osu flew out of the cloud and barely managed to land on his feet though he was really feeling that last attack. He wasn't about to let a little pain ruin his aim however and he leveled his barrel towards Riku once more. As he pulled the trigger he pretended to lose out to the pain for a moment and have the bullet go off course. As he shot again the first bullet made its powerful strike at Riku and the second shot flew past without harming him. The bloody bullet smashed against the wall and as if guided by some invisible force the shrapnel came back, aiming to hopefully use the distraction of the first shot to strike Riku from behind. Osu was running out of trick shots but he had one more card to play as he attempted to create more distance.

Tetsu carefully listened to Junko-sensei's lesson about chakra control. He watched as the immense pressure surrounding the teacher made rocks float upwards and crumble. Suddenly the chakra surrounding became visible, and the pressure extended to the hole arena, making it difficult to breathe. Now the teacher increased the power even more, and Tetsu felt that it became difficult to move. The chakra then moved to Junko-sensei's blade, and he swung it towards the students sending a massive chakra wave straight at them. Tetsu wasn't able to dodge away because of the pressure, but suddenly the teacher appeared in front of them and parried his own attack.

Speechless of both the power and speed the teacher had showed them, Tetsu regained his calmness and listened to the teacher tell them that they would start to battle each other. This was his first battle against another student, so he didn't know if he should be exited or worried. He got paired up with Shiro, which seemed to be an experienced shinobi. "My name is Hattori Tetsu, and it will be an honor to fight against you. I hope that it will be a fair fight, and that both of us will learn something." Tetsu said, getting ready for the battle. In his head he went through what he had observed in the fight between Shiro and Junko-sensei, and i found out that it would probably be the wisest if he tried to stay away from Shiro's close range attacks while also maintaining his speed and do quick attacks. He wasn't able to show his true strength during the fight against the clone, so Tetsu had to tread carefully so he wouldn't be overwhelmed.

Once ready, Tetsu unsheathed his sword and dashed towards Shiro. He would attempt to dodge to the side and do a dynamic slash hitting Shiro twice in the side, then dodge out of the way for possible incoming attacks. He would then move in again and attempt to do a arcing slash straight on, aiming at Shiro's shoulder. Tetsu would then just continue his previous tactic, but only use normal slashes to hopefully draw out the fight.

With each successful strike, Riku felt more and more like he had the ability to raise to Raikage. That goal alone is what drove him. The idea of being able to protect his friends and family and all who reside within the Village hidden in the Clouds gave him the power to push forward no matter the situation. Riku stood among the once cloudy section of the arena, watching Osu land on his feet and continue to fight. 'He's good.'

Witnessing Osu's next attacks, Riku held his gauntlets in front of his body to deflect the oncoming attacks. The first one struck his gauntlets with such force that it pushed him back by nearly half a foot. The next one seemed to miss Riku by flying right past him. However, they was merely a trick. The shot would explode and return to strike Riku from behind. Pieces of shrapnel slicing past and into Riku's back. For the most part, the boy was cursed with quite a few cuts. But two pieces of shrapnel had lodged themselves into his body, one is his left should and the other into the back of his right thigh.

Through it all Riku remained standing despite the pain he was in. He closed his eyes, taking a deep breath. With a surge of chakra, he started feeling better. The pain still emanated from his being, but it was bearable. Riku's head snapped up towards Osu's, a smile widening on his face. "Good job, Osu-chan. I didn't even see that one coming" Riku had no worry about his health, especially with a powerful Medical ninja and two aspiring med nins nearby. So he could push him self even further than he needed to.

Riku held out his arms to each respective side, forming a cross with his body. Then he flung both arms forward, the gauntlets flying off of his hands and soaring through the air on their own accord. Osu had seen this ability in a previous class, but Riku had been practicing it since then. He had much more control now. The guantlets would close in on their target, swerving and curving to strike from either side, one at the legs and the other at the torso. Simultaneously, Riku formed a real of hand signs that caused his hands to become coated with a layer of electrified chakra. One of the most basic lightning release techniques he knew, but a Nintaijutsu nonetheless. Then Riku seemingly disappeared. Just as the gauntlets would strike, whether missing or not, Riku reappeared before Osu sending a left hook to Osu's side followed by a quick jab to the solar plexus. Both strikes enhanced with his thunderfist.

Just as quickly as he appeared, Riku backed off to put distance between the in just incase Osu was able to manage a counter. The gauntlets now lodged into the earth the blades protruding from the knuckles. Riku stood breathing heavily, then dropped down to his left knee trying to catch his breath. Osu's last attack had taken quite a bit out of him and then his own techniques exhausted him even further. Riku was nearing his limit.

Osu's eyes were a solid blood red. Riku had enough blood coming out of him for all Osu's instincts to drive him forward. "Good job, Osu-chan. I didn't even see that one coming" Osu heard Riku but it didn't really register with his mind at the moment. The only thing he could register was the sound of Riku's blood flowing. He didn't bother processing what his eyes could see and focused solely on the flow of Riku's blood... It was Osuteno's for the taking. As Riku rushed forward Osu's normal stoic face burst into a wide sadistic smile.

Osuteno paid no attention to the gauntlets, they didn't have the blood he sought. His gun followed Riku's pulse as he disappeared and Osuteno used his chakra to sharpen the blood bullet in the barrel to the extreme. It was the same technique Junko-sensei had shown them, and though on nowhere near the same level, it was incredibly dangerous. Osuteno simply let himself be knocked back by the gauntlets and allowing himself to get a clear shot on Riku the moment he reappeared. Osuteno put as much force he could into pushing the dangerous round forward seeking to draw as much blood as he could. There was no trick to this shot, the round simply had force, spin and sharpness to it. Osuteno at this moment couldn't care that his vision was fading as the bladed gauntlets continued to launch him back. He couldn't care that he had a much better plan for this last move before he lost his sense of control. All he cared about was seeing Riku's blood before he lost his vision completely and satisfying his bloodlust. Whether he got his wish or not he would soon be laying on the ground unable to move and barely conscious. "Good... fight," was all Osu could manage as he began to black out.
OOC: Just because i feel I should incorporate that stuff from now on too lol...
Brandish followed by Piercing Shot

Release - Passive To explain why he went battle crazy after so much likely blood loss.
It's inevitable that you will get cut, stabbed or shredded through some other means in a fight. Â Most people, upon losing blood, will begin to lose their talents in the art of war. Those of the Chigokai clan instead embrace this fact to the fullest, turning their lessening time in this world into a powerful tool of mayhem.

Bloodlust - Passive Why he focused on Riku and not the gauntlets
To a member of the Chigokai clan, blood is the very essence of their powers. This talent is often the very first one they find to show truth of their heritage. The users can hear the blood flowing through the veins of those around them, giving them an edge in combat when finding them.

The gauntlets collided with Osu, one set piercing his left leg while the other dug into his right side. Riku thought his opponent would at least try to dodge them, but he didn't even pay them any mind. He had a hunger for blood and was purely fixated on Riku. It was almost creepy. How could such a young, innocent child have such a thirsty blood lust?

Now with Osu pinned down by the bladed gauntlets, Riku had a clear opening to strike. As he appeared in front of his target, Riku's performed his left hook, connecting with Osuteno's right side. The electricity surging through the child's body and further intensifying the pain blade surging through the blades of the gauntlets as well. When Riku attempted to follow up with his right jab, his attack was cut short by Osu's own counter. A bullet formed by blood from Osu's own bloodline erupted from his bloody rifle traveling a short, quick distance to hit Riku right on the right side of his face.

'BOOM! HEADSHOT!' Riku flew back several feet just by the sheer force of the impact. Though merely a low level technique, it had a devastating effect. Riku's body crashed onto the ground as he wreathed in pain "AAAHHHHHHHH!" The intensity of the pain cause Riku to fade in to unconsciousness.

Junko, if you do decide to heal us here, RP it as being unable to save Riku's right eye. It'll go great with his storyline. Thank you!

OOC: It's fine for me if you easily defeat me in this battle

Fujimoto Shiro felt woozy after watching Junko demonstrate buffing taijutsu and nintaijutsu. The rapid movement and explosive release of energy made his head reel with pain though it was already throbbing from the brutal beatdown of just a few moments ago. Apparently it was time to demonstrate what he had learned in the course. *Alright, seems simple enough,* the young man thought. *All I have to do is defeat one of these whelps and call it a day.*

He heard his name called to be paired with the younger Tetsu. The boy's black hair and devilish eyes set Raiden's heart afire. The boy's features reminded him of a terrible man he had met many months ago, but this boy was in no way possibly related. Nonetheless, he would channel his inner rage into raw power through the use of effective taijutsu. He barely noticed as the boy stood in front of him and introduced himself. Maybe they would both learn something, but not before Raiden emptied his churning stomach which felt as if it were roiling and frothing like the sea during a devastating storm within his innards. He made eye contact with Tetsu and began to lean forward. He thought he saw the boy begin to do the same expecting a slight bow, perhaps it was just his imagination. Regardless, Tetsu would surely be disappointed in Raiden's demeanor. He vomited.

After his stomach was pacified and his throat now burning, he looked up to see Tetsu unsheathe his sword and dash in for a strike. He was not yet prepared, still reeling a bit from the nausea and lightheadedness which often accompanied the expulsion of one's stomach contents. Tetsu made a slight feint , or perhaps he had anticipated his superior to make a move and attempted to dodge a non-existent attack. No matter the circumstance, all Raiden could do was watch. He felt the sting of cold steel grazing his right side not once but twice. The hot twinge of the lacerations set in only after his little remnants of adrenaline had depleted. The wounds produced a fresh ichor which stained his robe. The two cuts caught him off guard, and he began to feel even more woozy. Another blow came down upon him this time from above. *An overhead slash. This could be dangerous,* he thought though he could not bring himself to move. He took the brunt of the slash, and he felt his flesh rend as a miniscule part of his shoulder was lopped off. It would heal back without much time or rehabilitative effort, but that did not blunt the searing pain.

The boy jumped back from Raiden, again probably anticipating a swift counterattack. Or perhaps the boy was simply surprised that he could wallop someone four years his senior, and an outranking member of Kumo at that. *Well, I must not disappoint this boy. Lest the overlords be watching.* He moved in slowly, swinging a bit from side to side. He was bigger than this boy, significantly. He was faster, more trained. However he was also sick, very sick. And injured. Even a blind man could sense the internal strife the young man faced. It was an unknown sort of pain; one which ate at his very being. He would definitely need to get this checked out after class.

Protesting against his mind and body, using willpower as much as instinct, Raiden finally began to rush forward at the boy. He could not think of a plan, he did not have the wherewithal nor the time to construct one within his clouded brain. He would simply repeat the move he had demonstrated on the Junko clone. Perhaps the boy would not notice before it was too late, before instinct took over and Raiden could simply move through the motions as they did their damage. He threw his fist forward for the initial strike of The One-Two, and he would follow up with an Uncalled-For Shot regardless of what the boy did in retaliation. It was instinct which took over now. The young man before Hattori Tetsu was no longer Fujimoto Shiro nor was he his self-proclaimed alias the Prophet Raiden. He was simply a husk, a meat puppet striking forth, an animal.

Tetsu began to slightly bow down when he saw that Shiro was about to do the same, but suddenly he started vomiting for no reason. "Am i going to fight a sick person? That hardly seems fair." Tetsu taught to himself after getting ready for the fight.

He dashed forward and began his attack, but it looked like his opponent wasn't ready yet. Dodging to the right, avoiding a seemingly non-existent attack, Tetsu did a dynamic slash and managed to hit Shiro twice in the right side. He could see that the wounds he had created made blood come out and stain Shiro's robe. He dodged out of the way again, still away from an attack that did not exist, and then went in for another blow, this time hitting Shiro's shoulder with an arcing slash. Dodging away the third time he could see that Shiro was in serious pain, but finally the shinobi started to move towards him. It looked like he was going to do the same attack as he tried to do on Junko-sensei, but unfortunately the teacher was able to defeat him right after his first punch so he didn't know what to expect from Shiro.

Tetsu blocked the first attack from shiro with his blade, but he didn't expect the second hit which hit him hard in the stomach. This was very painful and it almost felt like he was about to throw up. Losing his balance after the punch he could see that Shiro went for a kick to his "family jewels", but luckily Tetsu was able to black the attack with his hand even though this was also painful as the kick was quite hard. Dodging away again he got ready to do another set of attacks against Shiro. Tetsu would attemt to dash past Shiro while doing a simple slash, the get behind him and do an overhead strike at Shiro's back. He would then dodge away and keep on doing his previous tactic, going in and out attacking Shiro and mantain speed.

The boy was fast. He would give him that, at least. Raiden knew that he was faster. In his delirium, caused by fatigue, hunger, and a distressingly foreign pain in his brain, it was difficult for Raiden to access the power inside him. He attempted to dig deep for some chakra. It was almost to no avail. He could see the boy readying for an attack, and any small amount of chakra to help Raiden out of this tight spot would be a miracle in action.

Tetsu, having jumped back a way to prepare for his next flurry, was now coming full force once more unto the animalistic creature known as Fujimoto Shiro, writhing both in pain and in an attempt to ready his defense. The chakra came just in time. That one little spurt of energy, one last bit of humanity was all that was needed. The boy seemed to be rushing toward him like a soldier attempting to run their opponent through, clear to the hilt. *Is he trying to kill me? Doubt it. Only one way to find out,* Raiden thought as he used his burst of chakra to help propel his feet to move quicker and sidestep Tetsu while giving him the slightest shove in an attempt to hamper his momentum and throw him off balance.

To no avail it would seem. Content with his accomplishment of evading the boy, Raiden slowed his pace back down and attempted to regain control of his body to a fuller extent. He was tired of being the animal. It made him feel helpless to rely on simple instinct. He was better than that. He was finally regaining his breath, and consciousness was slowly seeping back into his willpower's control. Just as he was ready to snap back into reality, he turned to face his opponent. It was never safe to leave your back exposed to an adversary. That was simply Shinobi 101. He turned to face Hattori Tetsu, expecting to see the boy getting back onto his feet having tripped himself onto the ground.

This was not the case. As Raiden completed his turn and stood facing Tetsu he could see the boy was in the finishing segment of the arc of an overhead strike; one full of power and speed. *Well damn,* Raiden thought as the blade came down. He lost his sight for a second as he reeled back two steps. Unfortunately, his mind reeled back into the animal completely. Any semblance of control he thought he had regained over his movement and thought was once again gone. And now, depleted out of chakra and control, he was flung into a pure rage.

The blood ran down his face, the newly acquired laceration having made his face look like a freshly butchered piece of meat. It was not as bad as it looked, Raiden knew that. Or at least the instinctual part of him knew that. The boy must have realized the full force of his strike would have pealed his face off like a potato skin and managed to blunt the blow in the final stage of his move. It was fortunate for Raiden's life that Tetsu had not killed him outright. It was unfortunate for the poor boy. Raiden was an animal driven by rage now and would charge Tetsu like a raging bull. His body, out of his control, would charge into the boy and attempt to pin him down to the ground. If the boy toppled, Raiden would disarm the boy of his sword and force him to fight on his terms. A metaphorical line drawn in the sand, human-on-human, bare knuckles and claws. This was the fight Raiden lusted after in his deranged state.

"Umm, Nice to Uhhhh... Meet you. I'm Tsuyoshi Yoshi." Yoshi said a bit shy. He felt nervous as his heart was beating quite fast. He couldn't tell if his body was still in shock from Junkos demonstration, or this girl staring into his eyes was just that damn beautiful!

Shaking his head a bit to get out of his trance, Yoshi finally shook the ladies hand. Grabbing Junkos kunai that he was beginning to love, Yoshi decided to take a few steps back. Readying himself, he took a deep breath.
"Lets go!" Yoshi would shout after Akane was ready. Immediately rushing in, Yoshi would attempt to block off Akane's hands from unsheathing her blade or from swinging her blade. If successful, he'd attempt a basic punch that followed through with a swift spinning kick aimed at the girls head.

Species: feline (White Tiger)
Gender: Male
Position: Co-Leader out of the 5

Appearance: standing at 5ft 7in, Tora is a white tiger with abnormal black stripes and flesh piercing claws. He has a skinny ripped build with green eyes. He wears a hooded cloak (Dark Green) with the white lotus symbol on the back, armor(dark green with gold trimmings), cloth(dark green), and thin ropes(gold). Equipped with a custom shield and katana(gold).

Personality: Tora would be considered the "Brains" of the group. He speaks with the up most intelligence and has experience with multiple medical fields. He's analytical and always strive to do better. Tora listens and constantly thinks, the philosopher type. Aside from education, Tora's battle skills are considered some of the best and enjoys battle, but he'd rather read a nice book. The only thing that bothers Tora are "knuckle heads", especially ones with quick tempers.

Licking his paws, the little white kitten spoke. "Nice to see you again as well. I see you're still training with the fur ball. What was he thinking doing that demonstration? I don't know what to say about him sometimes." Tora said with a pause. "Anyways, let's get things started." Tora said exploding into smoke as he released his transformation. Revealing his true nature, Tora carried his legendary weapons.

As the smoke cleared, Tora immediately put up his shield as Kunashi was beginning his assault. The kid came with precision and strength towards the white tigers mid-section. Blocking the first strike, Tora stepped back, but was quickly pressed with another attack. "What the hell has Junko been teaching these kids?" Tora thought putting up his shield once more.

Blocking the fierce attack, Tora decided to gain distance, but failed as he was forced to continue a defensive route. Continuing, Tora was put into a tough spot as his back touched the near tree where Junko was located. "Impressive, but everyone knows not to back a cat into a corner." Tora said as he kicked things up a notch. Increasing his speed, Tora began to match the boys strikes with strikes of his own.

Upon the first opening, Tora would attempt three strikes at the boys legs, hands, and neck.

Akane noticed Yoshi's hesitation, but she didn't blame him. After that display of a show, she was still a little shaken up too. But it seemed he snapped out of it quickly. She watched as he grabbed his kunai, and started walking back. Thats when she got into her stance to get ready for him. She inhaled deeply, then she looked at him. "Lets go!" He said, and she was ready for him when he ran at her. Akane's smile had turned into a deadly glare, she was focused and in the mood too show what she had learned, and what she knew how to do at the same time. He was much faster than she expected, but immediately as she saw him close, she dropped down, and attempted to sweep him off his feet. She rolled away after the attempt quickly while simultaneously unsheathing her sword. Once her foot hit the ground, she pushed off hard and fast, pushing up with a powerful thrust aimed at towards his torso. If successfully, or blocked with the Kunai, she would twist, spinning around and slash at him twice. She was moving as fast as she could, which was probably not as fast as him. But she was not too far off. She was a bit worried about hurting him, but she trusted his skills were better than hers. Plus if she hurt him, or cut him, Junko would heal him. Right? Akane tried not to let it bother her, and she was doing a good job at it so far.

Kunashi was a whirling dervish. He swung his blade quickly, using his innate speed to his advantage. His opponent was more experienced, from a different species, and had a shield. Speed was the only thing he had. Kunashi continued striking the feline until he had it in a corner. Perfect, this was exactly what he was looking for. From here he could maneuver around the cat's shield and get to him, which is exactly what one wanted in a swordfight. He was just beginning to strike strategically when the cat spoke up.

"Impressive, but everyone knows not to back a cat into a corner." Kunashi's speed was soon met by Tora's, as the contract picked up speed and began his own offensive. All of Kunashi's strikes were met with either shield or blade as the high-speed fight continued on. It seemed to be a stalemate for a little while, each strike met with opposition from the opponent. After a bit of back and forth and parrying, Tora struck upwards toward the boy's blade, knocking it upward, leaving the boy's left side exposed. The cat quickly struck at Kunashi's legs, but luckily Kunashi was quick enough to hop over the attack. However, the boy was not quick enough for the slash on the return aimed at his hands. He tried to deflect it with the fuchi of his new katana, but was still inept with the finer techniques. Tora's blade sliced into his right index finger, his bandages soaking up the blood around the wound. Kunashi cringed from the wound, but focused on the fight at hand. Tora's next attack was aimed at the boy's neck. He blocked the lethal attack with his blade, holding the end of his sword with his left hand. Kunashi charged into the feline, attempting to prevent any additional attacks from the blade. He used the momentum of his counter to drive his sword's blade toward the cat, knocking him off balance. He threw the sword over his right side, pulling himself out from under the blade. He sidestepped around the feline, driving his sword toward the cat's ribcage. If this was blocked, Kunashi would kick out the cat's right knee, hoping to trip him up for a second. His onslaught would be finished with a strike to the collarbone of his opponent's shield arm, hopefully disabling his iron-clad defense.

Tetsu prepared himself for his next attack. Dashing towards Shiro he prepared to slash him as he went by, but this didn't go as planned. Shiro suddenly sidestepped out of the way of Tetsu's attack, and gave him a slight shove to make him lose his balance. Fortunately he was still able to continue with his tactic, since he now was behind Shiro. Regaining his balance his turned towards Shiro and observed as he started to calm down and regaining his breath. Tetsu went in for his second attack, attempting to do an overhead slash at Shiro's back. Suddenly he turned around looking straight at Tetsu, but unfortunately for him he was almost finished with the the swing. He could see that Shiro got surprised, and in an instance he thought to himself that this hit could potentially kill the poor man. He tried as hard as he could to slow down his attack, but managed to hit him with some force making him bleed.

Tetsu finally realized what he was doing. Reflecting on what had happened during the fight he thought to himself that he had actually gone for lethal attacks instead of trying to neutralize the target, maybe even wound him a bit. "Darn, I went too far with my attacks. I almost forgot that I was fighting a sick man, but the thought of him being a more experienced fighter clouded my mind" Tetsu thought to himself, paralyzed of what he had tried to do. This gave Shiro an opportunity. Out of rage he charged at Tetsu and pinned him down to the ground, knocking the air out of him and disarming Tetsu at the same time.Suddenly he was at a disadvantage. Shiro was way stronger than him, and it almost felt like he was getting attacked by an animal.

Tetsu would attempt to rip himself out of Shiro's grip and try to get back on two feet. Now disarmed he would try to stay away from Shiro until he can find an opening, then try to do some simple punches. He knew he was at an disadvantage and didn't stand a chance against Shiro, but at least he could attempt to damage him.

He had the boy pinned, finally. Tetsu's sword flew through the air until it finally, quietly, crashed to the ground a little over a meter away. Raiden held Tetsu down, hoping to drain the energy out of the boy, letting him flail about and struggle in an attempt to break his hold.

Five seconds passed, then ten, twenty, thirty. It appeared the boy was stuck for good. During this period, Raiden had begun to collect himself some. He had regained a bit of control of his mind once more. He was now thinking rationally. *This boy is going places,* Raiden thought to himself. Just as he was pondering the skills of the boy, he realized a bit too late that the boy had surged one last time and was now successfully wriggling out of Raiden's grip. *Go time. We shall see what you are capable of,* he continued to think as he released the boy and took a couple steps back. "I have to hand it to you, Tetsu. You have skills. I admire your energy and focus. Show me what you got."

Hattori Tetsu seemed to take the compliment to heart, looking as though he had gained a new energy. Tetsu came at him with his fists. *Finally, a fairer fight!* Raiden moved to block the flying fists like a boxer preparing to take a few blows in order to release a powerful counter-attack. Tetsu came in, landing two blows to the body and one to the head. *The boy has moxie, but he has no idea what is about to come,* Raiden thought as he took the blows. He became a bit out of breath after the body shots, but his crossed arms and leaning managed to soften the blow to his already injured face. It was his time now. Raiden brought his right arm back and squared up with Tetsu. He let his arm fly, aiming toward the boy's head attempting one single, powerful, one-hit-lights-out haymaker. This was Raiden's final effort.

Tetsu was pinned down for a long duration, maybe 30-40 seconds or so. By that time Shiro had calmed down, and the look on his face seem to hint that he was impressed by Tetsu's skill in battle. Finally he managed to wriggle of of Raiden's grip, and Raiden decided to let go of him for a last round of fighting. Tetsu got back on his feet and got readied his fists while Shiro took some steps back. He gave Tetsu a compliment about his energy and focus, and it seemed like he also got ready. Tetsu would be in a heavy disadvantage now, but he couldn't do anything about it. From any others standpoint this would look like a fairer fight than the one that had gone on moments ago, but Tetsu had little experience with hand-to-hand combat.

Tetsu went towards Shiro for the final round. Shiro went into a blocking stance, and didn't show any sign that he would hit back. Maybe Tetsu was in luck and his opponent didn't have enough energy to fight back? This didn't really matter, so he started dealing several punches to Shiro. He was able to hit him twice in the stomach with some reasonable powerful punches, but this seemed to do little to his older and stronger opponent. He went for another hit, now to Shiro's face, but he managed to absorb most of it by blocking with his arms and leaning away. He could feel that he started to get a bit tired, so he didn't really notice that Shiro got ready for his counter-attack. Sending his arm towards Tetsu's head, he could do no more than watch as the attack came nearer as he had no time to dodge. Hitting him with incredible force, Tetsu fell to the ground losing consciousness. Shiro had won the fight.

Raiden, now drawing in ragged breath, collapsed to the ground next to the boy. He was suffering from exertional rhabdomyolysis as he had read about during his months-long journey. He kept current with his medical endeavors, and he hoped to impress Junko-sama with his self-diagnosis. Regardless, he needed water. And fast. So did the boy.

He turned over, the blood still running down his face and his lungs still stinging from the body blows he had received in tandem with the vast amount of energy he expended in defeating what from the outset appeared to be a feeble foe. He was wrong. This Tetsu would prove to be a capable warrior if he continued his training with such zeal. Gently slapping the boy's face Raiden spoke, "Hey, good job kid. Hey, hey. You there? Anyone home?" That was all Raiden could speak before he began to lose grip himself. His extremities went cold and numb. Dehydration, starvation, and whatever pain had awoken in his brain were all screaming at his body. Telling him to stop, to quit, to huddle all his chakra around his heart and cling for dear life lest he lose it here in the training grounds.

Raiden rolled back around and laid down on the ground, looking at the sky above. It was a peaceful day, all things considered. The serene view before him brought a tear to his eye as he slipped out of consciousness uttering, "The sky never looked so heavenly." The world went black.

Observing the children, Junko watched carefully. Every step, every hesitation, every flench, muscle contraction, and more was analyzed to the highest degree. "I see these kids will probably need a trip to the hospital." Junko thought pulling out a black book from his belt pouch. "Might as well keep up with my studies. Good old fashion psychology! I'm probably am going to need it." Junko said looking at Shiro. The kid seemed to have some sort of mental disorder due to his time away.

The children fought with swiftness, power, courage, and intelligence. Essential elements needed in a shinobis battle tactics. They were putting everything aside and fought with true intentions to show their strength. Junko expected these kids to have battle scars, sprained limbs, and probably much more. Something to actually show that they experienced true taijutsu. Today, they'd learn much more then punching and kicking. They were learning how to take a punch and a kick as well. Overall, their might was being put to the test.</COLOR>

The girl was quick and fierce. She managed to sweep young yoshi off his feet in no time. "damn, I fell for the same trick Junkos clone did." Yoshi thought as he recovered as quickly by slamming a palm on the ground.

Unluckily, Yoshi didn't have time on his side. His opponent was already coming in for another attack. She was moving faster then normal, something Yoshi didn't expect. "I must move." Yoshi thought re-adjusting his hand to push backwards. Barely dodging the attack, Yoshi created distance.

"She's good." Yoshi thought rushing back in. This time, he threw his kunai with all his accuracy ability. Slamming his hands together, he began with a series of small hand hand signs, if the girl would notice, it'll seem as if he was executing a jutsu, but it'll actually be a distraction from the kunai in an attempt to catch her off guard.

Hit, miss, or blocked, Yoshi would push his body to its limits in an attempt to out speed his opponent with two simultaneous strikes in a mere flash.
Quicksilver Pursuit - Warping Taijutsu
Utilizing their unique skill to step through reality, this technique utilizes the same tactic of attack as Quicksilver Step. The Seikon steps entirely outside the boundaries of the human limits, warping to the position of their target and decimating them with a quick, nearly simultaneous strike to their opponent.

Name: Kenmeina tora (Wise Tiger)(Commonly Summoned)

<COLOR color="grey">After giving kunashi a taste of true strength, the boy was still on the move. His determination was truly something else as he managed to parry and counter Toras last attack.

Coming in, he was quick as usual, but something was different. Blocking the boys first attack, tora received more pressure then before. Thinking steps ahead, Kunashi was already continuing his assault. Luckily, Tora did the same. Concentrating his chakra into and around his shield, he made it more dense with a thin layer of chakra around it.

Kirito%2Bvs%2BHeadcliff.gif

"No use kid, this shield is my ultimate defense. If I let you get around, it's no telling how bad Junko and the rest of the pussy cats will dog me." Tora thought as he blocked effortlessly. "Good job" Tora said thrusting his shield into kunashi. Afterwards, Tora attempted a powerful strike with the hilt of his blade towards kunashi' stomach. If connected, the wind would be knocked out of him, and Tora would see the battle as done.
Time to finish this up, sorry for the extreme delay! My next post will be my last.

Futile. That's the single word that describes Kunashi's efforts. The shield was proving problematic, as none of the attacks he planned were able to get through it. With his last attack blocked, Kunashi was planning on stepping behind the feline to get him open. However, this was just too late of a thought. Kunashi felt the full force of the shield slam against his person, causing him to reel backwards a little. Open and unable to react for a brief second, he felt a strong force slam into his phrenic nerve. His eyes widened and he dropped to the ground. Gasping for air, his diaphragm was paralyzed from the blow. He laid on the ground, trying to catch his breath and rolling from side to side in pain. He couldn't fight back if he had wanted to. It had seemed the cat had won this fight.

After a couple of minutes past and he was able to regain his breath. Rolling to a knee weakly, he balanced himself and stood up. He had lost this fight, but he knew his opponent was formidable. He grabbed his new sword from the ground and sheathed it. Holding onto it with his left hand, he bowed respectfully to Tora. He had been bested. This time.

Kunashi looked around at the aftermath of the sparring. Riku and Osu were bloodied and unconscious, Tetsu and Shiro were both incapacitated as well, and Akane and Yoshi were still going at it. Kunashi limped over to the heaps that were Osuteno and Riku and checked their breathing. With slight labored breaths, Kunashi looked at their faces. Osu was bloodied but generally okay, just some slashes. Riku, however was in a more dire situation. He ran over to Tetsu and Shiro. Tetsu seemed fine, just unconscious and battered. Shiro, however, was paling and his breathing abnormally labored. He felt for a heartbeat, but was inadequate in finding a pulse due to his lack of training.
"Junko-sensei, Riku is in serious condition, he needs help now. Shiro is also acting strange, the other two are going to need help as well, but are less serious." Though none of this may have been valid at all, Kunashi thought he was helping. Medicine was not his area of expertise. Kunashi also thought it was strange that he was unconscious and tried to wake him up.

Akane couldn't help but grin when her low sweep was a success. As she suspected he was quick on his feet, and thought fast. He must have been through a few fights before. She missed him when he backed up, but she didn't really expect him to stay still. She noticed him throw the kunai, and started to move to the side, but her eyes were distracted by his hands, was he doing a Jutsu?

In the next second though, she felt a sharp piercing feeling in her arm, and her eyes widened as she stopped in her tracks. The Kunai had hit her left arm, slicing deeply through the bicep, into the tricep. The cut was very deep, and it put Akane into shock more than anything. The sight of her own blood made her freeze, the pain in her arm, it wasn't like anything she had ever felt. It made her chest feel tight. She dropped her sword, and grabbed the cut on her arm, and held it, trying to slow the bleeding. The gash was too deep for that to have any effect. She fell to her knees suddenly feeling dizzy, and weak. As the shock set in, one would notice her shaking, and turn pale from the blood loss.

The blood was starting to turn into a puddle at her legs on the ground. Her whole left aft was red as blood covered it, and limb. If he was planning on attacking again she probably would not even notice. It was obvious he had won this fight.

"Little bunny bunny...huh, what?" Raiden started blubbering as he was rousted from his involuntary slumber. His head was throbbing, his skin felt abnormally cool, and his extremities were still a bit numb. He was drawing in ragged breath now, trying to collect himself as he sat up to face his human alarm clock. It was his old frenemy Akuro Kunashi. *Probably came over here to gloat, that rapscallion,* Raiden thought to himself as he saw the boy come in for a light slap of the face. Raiden barely felt Kunashi's gentle jostle and could not even hear the smack of his palm making swift yet soft contact with his face. In fact, he could hardly hear anything. He heard the faint sound of a breeze rustling the environment around him though as the sound entered his ears it was very distorted. It was almost like someone was playing a soundtrack to his life delayed by half a second, lagging behind the action which should have produced the sound.

Raiden slowed his breathing, noticing tiny sparking lines trailing across his vision. He was out of breath, dehydrated, and hungry. *My body must be craving nutrients right now. If I do not fuel myself soon, I could be heading for a much worse trip,* he thought as he closed his eyes briefly watching the sparking trails fade out and feeling his extremities generate a warming sensation. He had at least regained control of himself in the immediate situation, but he would probably give out in an hour or less. "Kunashi, what time is it? It feels like I have been asleep for a week!" He was hoping he would also get some kind of report on his performance and that of Tetsu. Raiden felt confident in his performance given his weakened state. Perhaps Junk-sama would look favorably upon him.
