"Hm, reasonable are you? And you have thoughts too? Please do share. The floor is your's."
Offended by the calm and collected stranger Kohaku made a gesture with his hand -- it was fairly universal for get your asses in gear and kick the shit out of the twit. His response would be with violence!
"You realize that you're outnumbered, right?" The bully behemoth spat onto the ground as he pulled out his giantblade weapon. It was rather dull and well-used, in comparison to the average shinobi implement it was actually a piece of shit but it was not always the weapon but sometimes it was the wielder that made it worthwhile. Silently the others also drew their weapons. Guns and bows and giantblades. Meanwhile Shoma appeared in a brief period of medication.
"Prayer won't help," one of the bandits scoffed. If they were better practiced perhaps they would have realized that what shoma was performing was a rather exceptional and high-level shinobi skill. Less showy than most ninjutsus it served a rather quiet effectiveness that these cretins would overlook.
Jomei was a quick-shot both in battle and in life. His first attack missed Shoma entirely, the bullet ricocheted off a stone building and landed harmlessly in the hard-packed ground. Shoma, likely saw this as an exceptional opportunity. Suddenly there was a searing pain in the collective asses of Mori, Funeji and Yami. Yami yelped the loudest before he cried
"Holey fuck mah ass is on Fiah!" Thankfully Yami did not speak often because to most the statement likely sounded nonsensical, although it is rather possible that Shoma got the jist if he spoke gutter-rat. The expression on Mori and Funeji's face accompanied by the clenching of ass-cheeks was the only sign that Mori and Funeji would provide, something that might be missed by Shoma if he was not looking in that particular area -- if he was then his priorities are terribly skewed in this fight. That said, who can truly know the all-seeing nature that many steadfast and resolute shinobis these days possess with their uncanny vision, sense of sound and scent.
It was Funeji's turn to attempt to take this muscle-bound goodie-goodie down a few notches. A few notches he did not take as his sad arrow quivered in the air and landed uselessly on the ground a few feet before Shoma. Dumbfounded, his gaze as was perhaps that of his allies, another wave of anal torment washed over several of Funeji's allies. Grace or providence spaced his own. Looks of displeasure and a one Jomei wondering if he happened to catch something at that harem in Sora. He paid good money for 'cleanish' company -- perhaps he did not get his money's worth.
A flurry of fire and arrows and bullets filled the small battlespace and still somehow Shoma managed to for the most part escape their assaults mostly unscathed. Kohaku let out a roar as his giantblade slammed into the round. the earth cracked and rolled upward as if waves of water had been disturbed. Kohaku did not seem to care about friend, foe, civilian or structure as the moving earth knocked his allies, his foes and spectators alike off their feet. Some of the weaker spectators would likely suffer injury in fact, not built to take even the damage of a simple fall -- the old may suffer from a broken hip and the young from a fractured wrist. Of his allies, just a few scrapes and a few bruised egos was all they would suffer from.
"Wach et," Yami complained.
"We are on the same team," a second griped.
"Why the fuck is it dark out now!" Kohaku yelled in frustration.
"Yah, da fuk?" Yami echoed. The pair obviously disoriented in the darkness, now unaware of the movements of their allies as well as their enemy.
"I have no idea what you guys are talking about, it is not dark at all," Mori commented as he threw away his most recently expelled explosives cannister.
"It is as dark as the dead of night," Jomei protested with a sigh.
"I think we got ourselves an illusionist ninja -- or something," he commented out loud. Of course this was a wild guess and likely not true but he had meager exposure to the shinobi experience. Supposedly enough to know when things are not right.
Shoma had sewn some additional chaos into the fight with this darkness. Shoma continued to prepare himself to fight this group head-on while they fumbled in the darkness and in the light, Most of their attacks did not land, although there was the occasional lucky shot. And then Shoma disappeared.
"Where is that fucking coward. I am going to smash him. And cut him. and gut him!"<i></i> Kohaku shouted.
Likely not far," Ruhako answered as he scanned the area with his dark eyes. He was familiar with the art of hiding as well, but not to the same level. Still, everyone makes mistakes. Everyone stumbles.

Poisons last a round longer and cannot be purified until the second round it's in use. Poisons also gain a +2 Poison DC.
The user's Critical hits will always increase bleeding rank, even if the attack does not normally inflict bleeding. This does not apply to non-offensive techniques aimed at allies that can crit.
When attacking a target at their maxed Bleeding Rank, the user has a base chance of 10% to deal 1.5% Max Hp damage immediately. This chance may be increased with the user's Bleed bonuses up to a 20% chance, but may only effect a target up to three times per round.
When either of the above effects trigger, the target will take an additional +.5% Max Hp damage per round from bleeding on top of their current Bleeding damage. This does not stack.
The user gains +1 Critical Range to all attacks.
All critical hits deal 2.25x Damage. Additional Critical Damage does not stack with any other Critical attack damage buffs (Opportunist, Hawkeye, etc.).
Called Shots only take half the usual accuracy Penalties.
+5% Called Shot chance.
User can inflict Broken rank debuffs.
Chakra Armor cost .5 Ap less than usual, and gain +1 to overall round limitation.
While Chakra Armor is active, any Secondary Effect chances of the same element used by or against the user are treated +/- 10% in the user's favor. This only applies to the effect's chance of activating, not the actual effect itself.
E-D Rank lightning jutsu heal the user for that much HP instead of damage. Take only 85% damage from C-Rank lightning jutsu and 90% damage from B-Rank lightning jutsu.
Lightning jutsu have a 30% chance to impart a -1 dodge penalty for 3 rounds. This effect stacks up to 3 times; stacking does not renew old penalty timers.
+ 15% lightning damage
With any melee attack by the user, there is a 10% chance to inflict paralysis on the target, causing -1 AP usable for the next round. Effect does not stack on the same target more than once a round.
12% chance at ignoring any Ap-reducing effects.
