Threat of Failure WC: 460 | MFT |

Some time had passed since Tasogare's father had roamed these halls. Well, maybe not these halls exactly. Tas wasn't sure of this building's history, but he was very aware of how easily things could crumble. It was a lot harder to rebuild and Faita Tasogare was a prime example of this. The grandfather, not the young handsome one that isn't a wolf. Speaking of, that's the point I'm trying to make. He worked hard and fought for his right to persevere after all the hard times. Each time he was knocked down he would rebuild, but before he could finish he would be knocked down again and have to start over. In what may be his final days, grandfather Tas lives as a dog. Physically and mentally he's been broken and there doesn't seem to be any sign of a return. So now Tas, the young and handsome one, walks the halls of the Toraono where once my grandfather learned from Toraono Kuro himself. It was pathetic, right? The young Jounin couldn't walk the same path that his grandfather did. He would complete his mission to return his mother from the grave. In the meantime, he approached the dojo where there were men and women training and sparring, sparring and training. For some reason he was drawn there. For some reason he needed to see the place and then curiosity brought him to the dojo itself. He looked around at the people and didn't notice anyone looking at him. He slunk into the shadows and walked along the outer walls. He saw some children and thought back to when he was young. He was trained by the best teachers Nenogami could find. She always nurtured him, and loved him no matter what he did. There was an itchy feeling in the back Tas' throat that grew more intense as he thought about what he was doing. He knew she wouldn't approve of his plans. "I must return her." Tas mumbled to himself. He lifted his robe's hood to cover his head and walked out into the actual training ground. It was spacious despite the people already there. He walked slowly across the area and observed the warriors in action. The prodigy mocked them silently as they slipped up or didn't perform well enough. The curse in him saw all these people as weak. It was no wonder that his grandfather failed in life if he was trained by someone that would keep such sloppy company. Tasogare was satisfied and as such he started to head out. It was obvious that he didn't need to worry. He was certain that he would succeed because of his advanced training, but further more he knew that he would succeed in a grand fashion. |
