Training weeks are Monday through Sunday, not Sunday through Saturday. As such, Nov 03 2013 was training for the week of Oct 28 through Nov 3.
Unfortunately, that means for that week you linked me to only 175 words which is not enough to train.

Trainings have been Mond through Sunday since we allowed full week training. Before that it was Friday to Sunday. So at no point has ever been Sunday through Saturday.

Caps are back to 600, which means with your stats at cap (All your stats are now at 600), you have 64 points from your stats that were over 600 to spend however you wish in addition to your week's training. The ways you can spend the points can be located here. At your rank you can purchase Yen (S Rank => 3,250 per 15 points), leave it in the AS shop for one of their purchases (list of possible purchases for the AS shop located here, or rank up jutsus as follows depending on the rank of the jutsu:

E-Rank: 6 Points
D-Rank: 8 Points
C-Rank: 10 Points
B-Rank: 12 Points
A-Rank: 15 Points

So your initial training of jutsu:

Mental Infiltration-> Master Rank 50-10=40
Destroy Presence-> Master Rank40-12=28
Intangible Passage-> Master Rank28-12= 16
Search Light -> Master Rank16-12 = 4

Would allow you to master those and leave you with 4 points for the week's training, which adds to your 64 points from your stat overages, which gives you 68 points still to spend on yen, jutsu, or your Advanced Shop point total.
