[It has been quite a while...]
"Whoah!" A man took a few steps back, bringing his backpack across his body in an attempt to protect himself. It was a futile effort and absolutely unnecessary. You would think that after so long people would have gotten used to it by now, but honestly that didn't seem like it was going to happen anytime soon.
Kyou shook her head as she continued walking along the street with her rather large canine companion at her side. It was always like this on shopping day and it was precisely why she didn't take him to the hospital shifts, even though that meant her combat capability was rather severely reduced, though that didn't matter as much seeing as what her duties were. Well no matter. She glanced over to the rather large dog, noticing its' heavy breathing. The weather really wasn't doing the Tibetan Mastiff any favours at all. She had considered giving him a haircut, but that wasn't exactly the best thing to do.... especially after what happened last time she tried that. A cold shiver still ran down her spine every time she reacalled that day.
"Sorry that we had to go out in the middle of the day. The kunoichi finally spoke, which prompted her companion to look over to her and bark. To her it was a confirmation and a smile of sorts, but to the onlookers it just seemed like the beast was going to attack at any time. The crowds of people around them instanly parted, allowing any onlookers to get a better view of the duo. What they would end up seeing is a rather short woman, appearing to be in her teens, dressed in a plain white shirt with a pair of white tracksuit bottoms and a pair of sandals, however she wasn't the one that was gathering most of the stares. No. It was her companion, namely the large Tibetan Mastiff, who was easily reaching her chest in terms of height. His breed was generally large, but this specimen was without a shadow of a doubt large by even those standards.
[Hopefully that is a good enough entry point]
