Ninpocho Chronicles is a fantasy-ish setting storyline, set in an alternate universe World of Ninjas, where the Naruto and Boruto series take place. This means that none of the canon characters exists, or existed here.
Each ninja starts from the bottom and start their training as an Academy Student. From there they develop abilities akin to that of demigods as they grow in age and experience.
Along the way they gain new friends (or enemies), take on jobs and complete contracts and missions for their respective villages where their training and skill will be tested to their limits.
The sky is the limit as the blank page you see before you can be filled with countless of adventures with your character in the game.
Joou watched as Sousuke fell. His body sparked as parts of the body were bent in ways that should not be. The Wasp Queen would fly over to his broken form. She never really consider the workings of metal. She heard tales from Gambunta about Sousuke making a giant helmet for him that had horns, and susposedly a cone hat that was blue with stars. Riiight. Well, either way Sousuke was out and he did not look like he was going to be getting back up. Not to her surprise, did anyone really go to help their fallen liege lord. This was the man that they owed their allegiance to. The Queen made a hissing noise of sorts.
Her mandibles reached out and grabbed what pieces she could of him. She would attempt to keep him together for the most part and not broken. As she attempted to collect Sousuke, she would hear the words spoken by Roku. She listened and listened intently. Roku was very much a talker. He was offering himself up? It was ... something ... he would turn to them and give them all a look. Sousuke wouldn't like this. He wouldn't like this not one bit. Although she didn't like it, she knew that Sousuke would sacrifice himself and do the same if he could. The Wasp Queen would tilt her head and acknowledge what Roku was doing. The Wasp Queen would attempt to take Sousuke out of the battle, at least in so much as he would not be subjected to any attacks that would be considered friendly fire.
The Wasp Queen then watched as the others would continue to attack. Sousuke's cousin seemed to have lost his mind in all of this. He was attacking in a bladed frenzy, and the mummy-looking woman would continue to support him using her own healing skills and blasting Taro with mystical powers.

Cp- 36056 Amaya would continue standing with her arms crossed while observing the mayhem as it unfold. She did little to remedy the stiffness that lingered from her earlier state of petrification. She’d bent her wrist back and forth for a bit before continuing her poised position as an observer watching as the sandies were treated like common rag dolls in some roughen child's play ben. Slung left and right relentlessly in such a disrespectful manner… it was beginning to become unbearable to watch. The Kazakage seemed to have received the worst of it as he was reduce to scraps from all the pounding received. Being used as a beat stick to wack your comrades, this man was an asshole and Amaya was amused. It would seem her observations were correct, unfortunately for them, they stood no chance and defeat was eminent for the sandies. Amaya would continue to be patient and await her turn to fight him even though her blood was boiling for this fight. Aside for Toro's many inexcusable insults, referring to the battle harden Kunochi as a damsel in distress, and the fact that he seemed like a worthy advisory, Amaya could no longer sit by and watch them all die. Amaya would begin her approach but would stop short in order to allow the many speeches. It would seem sandies were quite chattery when facing death in the face. The first of them was spouting on about his efforts and how he could die in peace knowing that he had obtained his strength through his own efforts and how this made him a better man than Taro. Amaya would roll her eyes to the side in disagreement though it was not likely to have been seen. This wasn’t to be in mockery but instead a natural reaction to a philosophy that greatly differed from her own. She believed the better man was the stronger man. To her stlength was strength no matter how you had obtained it. It is this way of thinking that had her write these words off as nothing more than the deranged ranting of a dying shinobi. Then Roku spoke. Such a theatrical man this one was turning out to be. Announcing some nonsense about being the villain, offering his life to the others, attempting to appeal to Taro's humanity. Amaya would shake her head in disapproval before placing a hand on Roku's shoulder to let him know it was her turn to speak. She’d step in front of the others as a barrier between them and Taro before placing her hands behind her in a professional military manner. Standing in parade rest, her stance was disciplined, proud and true. Her head slightly tilted up as her emerald greens gazed down the bridge of her nose at Taro. With no expression on her face but a faint smile, Amaya would speak her peace
“Sennin of sand, you have no right bartering your life for ours and I find it absolutely disgusting that one of Sands Sennin would even dare stand before a foe and plead for his life. Really, is life so precious to you that you’d spend your final moments groveling to sustain it? And your mad friend over there is no better… resolving to die so easily as if he accepted his defeat. It’s no wonder you all are having such a hard time. Well, I think you better do what he says Roku… get out of here, be sure to scoop up any of your damseled comrades. Leave the ones who still have the will to take this man down.”
Amaya wasn’t above a strategic retreat if necessary but she knew if the villages strongest didn’t stop this potential threat then who would? Perhaps they’d realize this and understand Amaya’s intentions was not to be rude but instead provide them a reminder as to why they fight for Suna, and why they carry the title shinobi..
“Taro was it? My opponents call me Fang, I suggest you do the same love. Now then, let us forget about all this hero villain gibberish for now, we’ve more important matters. I wish to do battle with you. As it is, strong opponents are not an everyday occurrence. So will you do me the honors? I only require your undivided attention.”
For Amaya, this was a world of kill or be killed… fighting for strength, what better way to spend ones days? She’d look over her shoulder to those who may have decided to stand their ground as she did.

I know you are a skilled fighter but I always try to point out minor details when I can. On Gravitational Pull 'Feint' was unnecessary because this jutsu cannot be auto-dodged nor can the follow-up jutsu that is cast. But excellent choice.
On note of Umashi stating that your follow-up could be Leech Seal, yes he is correct. Leech Seal uses melee accuracy and is therefore considered to be a melee jutsu which is different from a taijutsu. Smart use of it.

It was a rare thing to see Taro mad, he tried to hide his anger and his pain behind his smile and his heroic words and carefree attitude but he was a tragic character in the end. All of the Soverign were. Some were more doleful than others, their childhood and innocence lost when they were conscripted into the Daimyo's dreadful war machine. In the end all of them were human, well mostly human. They had wants, thoughts and desires even if they were shaded by their life experiences and the conditioning of their preceptors. He saw himself as a hero, a champion of Wind Country and all he wanted in this world was a friend. His view of the world was not shared by his brethren soldiers, an idealist and a fool. He could have gone further if he mirrored their brutality, something he was capable of but often failed to do.
In the end he was a child with more power than he knew what to do with. He could crush their trachea in his bare hands, swung his opponents around like rag dolls and snap their spines. The disparity in their strengths was disturbing. The Kazekage was the first to go down but he was the focus of his attacks. The fiend was still breathing, that much he could tell. That was good, not because he wanted to spare the Kazekage's life but rather he wanted the monster to answer for his crimes before he was hung in the gallows. The insect was ignoring combat, attempting to drag the broken leader away. Where was she going to go? She would not get far, besides he could catch her in time if need be. She did not appear to have much left to her.
A trickle of blood dripped down the side of his face, painting his vision red for a moment and leaving a metallic taste in his mouth. His next priority was the swordsman, he was a greater threat than the bandaged woman or his future ex wife and even the traitorous healer 'Yoshida.' Taro's eyes locked on Matsu as the Nanjirou-Jashinist rose again and again, lurching at Nine in a wild, mad frenzy each and every time with his now tainted evil blade. His blade cut deeply and its jagged teeth seemed to drink from him. The shinobi could take a lot of abuse. He was certain that he had pummeled the swordsman enough to force his body to submit but Matsu seemed to be getting faster, more accurate the more his vitality was drained from him.
"Put em there myself. That's One! TWO MORE TO GO!"
Matsu bellowed as he threw caution to the wind and took a more daring stance. Taro's eyes narrowed, the change was unexpected. Matsu was the first Nanjirou he had ever encountered. Taro would find that his attacks were more difficult to land against this reckless aggressor. Even through he was nearly down, he could see in in how he was breathing, by the amount he was bleeding and by simply knowing how much damage he had done to him. In fact, he felt it was pure wrath and perhaps evil that kept him aloft at this point.
"I'll tell you who I am. I'm a hunter. I'm a person! I kill things like you, but you know what? Even if I don't kill you, I'll know that I died to someone who cheated to get ahead which means I can die knowing I was better than you!"</B><i></i>
It was wrath...
Taro's face contorted into something ugly. Had Matsu hit a nerve? Yes, he had. A flurry of strikes would assault him, clanking against his metallic flesh. "Cheated!" He laughed, hunks of his false flesh breaking away in hunks revealing the gilded flesh below. "We survived a lot worse than us," Taro's hands started to run through an array with blinding speed. Despite his size and his doltish exterior he was a powerful and terrifying combatant. "At least we don't depend on a dark god to manifest our malicious intent!" His word choice was strange when he was angry, in fact his voice sounded odd. It had a duality to it.
"Get out. GET OUT!"
Matsu ordered, but none would be able or perhaps capable of complying. He crushed a vial onto his malevolent blade and gave it a violet sheen. Taro wiped away the blood seal that marred his glorious gilded facade and felt his strength return to him. He should have done that earlier. Jouu was compliant and being ignored by Taro for the moment, he was busy taking down the swordsman.
"Taro, I want to make you a deal. As a hero, and I as a villain, I hope you will do what you know is right and consider the deal. While an evil man as myself has no merit to sway you, I hope my confession will be enough... but if it isn't, if you can't accept the terms, I will do what I don't wish to do..."
"Don't," he did not want to hear it. He already knew that Yoshida was a bad guy. He knew that Yoshida was planning to do him wrong when he chose Sousuke over him. When he knew for certain that they were allied. When he suspected that their previous meeting was not random happenstance. Roku, or rather Yoshida would not comply. The Sennin removed his mask, revealing an unfamiliar face. Taro clenched his jaw, it quivered and he clenched his fist. As he did so, a powerful jutsu rocked the cavern causing some of the unhatched eggs to rock, some to crack. It missed them, it missed all of them somehow shattering a log that lay where Amaya once stood.
"Don't show me..." the man looked like he was about to cry but Roku prattled on.
"I have deceived you, but not out of malicious intent but because I was not sure how to approach this."
He bared his teeth as a terrible ninjutsu ripped wildly into the ground, cutting into the earthen floor and disturbing the dead. The jutsu fanned out from the point from which it was cast, leaving deep ruts in the ground. Everyone was against him, even the hottie. Today fucking sucks. He was including her in his attacks.
"My name is... I don't know my name but I was given a name based on a number that was associated with me. I am not Yoshida. That was a lie. My name is Roku, not the one you currently know."
He knew exactly who 'Roku' was. 'Roku' was not his friend. He was not anybody's friend."Always with the faces. Always with the LIES." Taro's voice dripped with anger. He was not referring to these lies, they were ephemeral in comparison to what he remembered.
"I am not from Mist, I am honestly not sure where I am from. I was a failure that was thrown aside, thought to be dead because I was flawed beyond repair, and due to overcoming my weakness, due to obtaining strengthen when it was believed I could not, showing that I was malleable, I have been able to rise up and survive, thrive on my own. I was abandoned but Suna took me in and gave me a purpose, a reason to keep living."
"Stop with the bullshit," Taro grumbled. He was trying to make a fool out of him, just like the rest of them. He had no respect. "We remember you Six, we remember what you did!" His anger was blinding him, his assaults were still striking home but all he could see was red like the sanguine that matted his hair and painted his face. He did not feel very heroic right now, he wanted to hurt him. To hurt Six. He also wanted to cry. To ask him why.
"Aside from that, you are targeting Sennin. I am a Sennin of Suna. I will like to barter my freedom and life, something that may not be enough to cover the cost of the rest of these people present but still I offer it. Take me and spare them."
Really? Did he think his memory was so short. That he was so dense. That he could so easily forgive him! Spare the things he found important. More important than their friends.

He was right... he was the hero. He needed to get a hold of himself. To swallow this resentment. He could not forget and he would not forgive, but he could ensure that justice would be served.
“Sennin of sand, you have no right bartering your life for ours and I find it absolutely disgusting that one of Sands Sennin would even dare stand before a foe and plead for his life. Really, is life so precious to you that you’d spend your final moments groveling to sustain it? And your mad friend over there is no better… resolving to die so easily as if he accepted his defeat. It’s no wonder you all are having such a hard time. Well, I think you better do what he says Roku… get out of here, be sure to scoop up any of your damseled comrades. Leave the ones who still have the will to take this man down.”

But she wanted to fight, how disappointing. He wanted to fight her as well but it was the naked kind with potentially some jutsu use, to each their own the the kinks of course. "I would be more than happy to ewrm..." his face reddened "give you my undivided attention after." His mind was in the gutter. The dirtiest of gutters. His muscles bulged, as he prepared his next assault. Sadly he was still targeting his lady love, as perverted as his mind was it would seem that she did not share his sentiment. "And you have shattered my daydream lovely... I was envisioning you as my future ex wife. I think there is a saying -- lets make love not war?" Was it an invitation. Well, it could have been if there was not fists and explosions involved, those get him out of the mood sadly and a man as 'great' as him was never going to force himself onto a woman. Yes, he had an ethic and a standard.

[col]Not only would Taro continue to attack others, but he would then be lectured by Fang who had sat idly by for just as much of the action as he had. His excuse was trying to resolve things without further damage to the group. But these fucking people could not stop.

He was sick and tired with all of this bullshit. It started with Fuu. Ever since then everyone kept telling him who he was, what he was doing, what he had done or had not had done and what he was thinking. Every one of these pissants seemed to think they knew him or his intentions.

It was directed to anyone in particular. More like everyone that was still awake. It also carried no additional context. He didn't owe it to any of these fuckers.

Effect: All Dark jutsu do 50% damage to them. User is immune to fear effects and intimidation effects. Suppression or other AP reduction or attack disrupting effects have only half their normal chance of working on them. Spiritual Chakra - Boost (x2)
The default chakra of a Spiritualist is not the same as that of their fellow ninja, but rather gifted with a different kind of power altogether. It seems to cut through anything that hinders it with little effort.

A golden light engulfs Roku's body turning him into a Holy Weapon.
Shiori tried to save Matsu, she tried to keep him up but he would not stop fighting. He would not slow down. She actually screamed his name when he was knocked out, it was a shrill and terrible sound. She had more emotion for the defeat of her estranged former cousin than she did for Sousuke. Part of her was angry that he was unconscious in the midst of the battle but that was only because Taro was the one who defeated him, nor her. Her hands rushed through several arrays and she tried to make a difference but she was hardly making a dent in this Soverign. She was utterly and completely outclassed but she was stubborn and determined so she would continue to try. Her blood was soaking into her bandages, it was truly more like a coarse mud than actual blood but the red did in fact stain her bandages. Her bent fingers would run through each array, she could not run because she had nowhere to go and she could not stop fighting because she was going to die. That much she knew in her heart. If she failed she would not make it.
Then Roku did something unbelievable. He confessed and asked to be taken in exchange for their lives.
She did not understand most of the things he was claiming. She did not understand the concept of the Soverign nor their numerical naming scheme. Only that Taro recognized the man beneath the mask, a face she did not know because Roku was a man of many faces. What she did not know was that this was the face he was wearing when he was not wearing others. That she had met him before when he donned another face and then again when he wore yet another.
Was that why 'Roku' was not fighting?
It did not make any sense but it sounded like 'Roku' was lying to both Sunagakure and this Soverign. That he was a traitor to both worlds but he was now, suddenly willing to pay the price. He was either attempting to get back into the former good graces of the Sovereign, the obvious winning team or he had developed some sentiment towards this shinobi village. She did not know which. If she knew him... If they had been friends... Perhaps then she would be 'hurt' by this betrayal but she did not know him and he did not owe her anything. He simply represented another obstacle to her survival. "So... is it all just propaganda?" She muttered, her voice carried on the winds of her song. "Or is there some sort of Ancient influence at work here?"

He was told, once or twice, that basically dying and coming back to life was bad for you. He was also told being unconscious for too long was also bad. Mostly, everything in his life was told to be bad. It was, at the very least, obnoxious. So there he lay, limp and waiting for death. It was time. Perhaps this would be his death. It wasn't like he didn't try. He was basically the only one that tried with the Neophyte. His Cousin did nothing. The Foreigner 'Fang' did nothing. Not til Roku decided he'd give a half assed speech and not, you know, do anything. No one did anything and there he was, being punished for their sins. Even if they got him up it wouldn't mean much now. His curse expired and his techniques were dropped. Well, perhaps. Perhaps only. Oh well. Some days he wished to be left to just die.
Perhaps it was his turn to show them what it was like to waste ones effort. If they did, in fact, bring him up then he would just lay there bleeding and pretending to be dead. It was ample, after all. They had decided that they didn't want to fight when it was actually important. Why did he feel the need to help them at that point? No. He would just lay there and pretend like the healing didn't work. It would, of course, as he was easier to heal than some average joe on the street. The mind was replaying the data that had been taken in before he fell. If fate should prove useful, then that data would be put to use.If and when given a second chance the body would get back up and fight. No words spoken. Just the mind's killer instinct at work, no not necessarily that of a killer but the survival instinct kicked in. The Kazekage had miscalculated on his timing when he took the sword to Taro. Shadow Step - Passive (2 points)
Embracing the shadows, opportunists are adept in the art of covert fighting. They remain hidden from their victims until the moment they strike and even then leave their victims wondering where the attacker came from...and where they went. Effect: The user has a 30% chance at remaining in Stealth after performing a Sneak Attack. Once per round, the user may make a Sneak Attack without being dropped out of Stealth; this may only be done three times per battle.
Sniper - Modification (2 points) Restriction- Requires Called Shot
When attacking an enemy by surprise, they cannot react, cannot cover there weaknesses. In that moment, it is extremely easy to hit vital areas. Taking advantage of this, an Opportunist can hit any chosen area with surprising ease. Effect: When making called shots while in Stealth mode, The user suffers no accuracy penalty.
Crippling Strike - Dependent Special Move (3 points)
Don't turn your back on an Opportunist. They'll only take advantage of it and hit you hard. Very hard. They don't care about fighting fair, and this technique is one of their most surprising to be caught in. Effect: While in Stealth, the user may allow a Taijutsu to bypass Damage Reduction and Barriers. If performed against a clone, this has a 60% chance at dispelling the clone. This may only be done once per round.
Slippery Mind - Passive (3 points)
As used to their own tricks as they are, it's very difficult to fool an Opportunist with other tricks and illusions. So, too, is it more difficult to put them under Genjutsu than the average ninja. Effect: +2 to Genjutsu Save and awareness rolls.
Feint - Dependent Special Move (2 points)
Sometimes a fast attack isn't always the best attack. An Opportunist can prime themselves to strike at exactly the right moment for maximum effect. Effect: The user may add a stealth check to one of their melee attacks; if successful, it is treated as a Sneak Attack, otherwise it is used normally. This may only be done once per round successfully.

Opportunists have mastered the art of precision attacking, knowing just when and how to catch the opponent off-guard with their attacks. It is very difficult into tricking one with your movements, masters as they are in the art of it already. Effect: +1 accuracy

This jutsu is the ultimate counterattack; defensive and offensive at the same time, leaving no openings and at the same time exploiting all of the enemy’s openings. In the blink of an eye, the user can evade any attack and appear behind the enemy, attacking immediately with utter impunity. Rank 1: The user automatically dodges the next attack directed at them and appears behind the attacker. The user may then strike with 4 Basic Strikes or attack with any E-D Taijutsu for .5 AP less. These attacks count as sneak attacks, and cannot be countered, detected, or auto-dodged. Rank 2: The user automatically dodges the next attack directed at them and appears behind the attacker. It would seem that Amaya had said all that needed to be said in order to keep the sandy's heads up. Though for the most part it was out of bitterness and anger toward her mockery. None the less, for those still able to stand, she rather them angry and motivated than second guessing their abilities at such a crucial time. It would also seem that Taro too took her words in consideration, maybe even in reluctance but he defiantly wasn't giving her the damsel treatment. First came an earth quake that tore the ground asunder causing wide spread destruction. Luckly for Amaya, she was well versed in earth style jutsu which made her initial avoidance effortless. However, what came next was an earthen style jutsu she had never seen. A devastating quake caused by a savagely spinning ball of chakra had earth chunks crashing into her as she did her best to smash them as they came. Next was one of her signature jutsu styles, metal nin. Shards were spiraling about in an attempt to mince the party into ground meat. Again, Amaya was able to mitigate the damage due to her insight in regards to this particular style of jutsu. Taking the vanguard she had received the worst of it. She would stumble a bit before catching herself. Her once proud stance was now a staggering one. To the outside viewer, one maybe counting the warrior out or perhaps placing their bets on the other team... however that would be a mistake. The pain she was feeling, the disadvantage she was experiencing... this was what made a battle worth fighting. Her current wounds serve only one purpose and that was to motivate her to fight with both hands instead of one. The proud warrior, would wipe the blood from her brow before it could truly trail down her face. Still with no real expression but her faint smile, Amaya would rise stern once again. Her emerald green eyes piercing the dark...
"Hmm... This will be more fun than expected. Don't let up Taro, stay just like that... razor sharp. The fun has only just begun."
Recognizing that she was a little off her game earlier, Amaya would do something that would appear strange to the others. With her palm open she would swing an arm down to her side as if throwing something down. She would do this a few times until the ground would split as if an invisible force struck into it. She was simply flexing her chakra as if flexing a muscle she hasn't used in a long time. She hadn't had an opponent like this in a while and so she had to get back into the swing of things. When she was ready, Amaya would then place both her arms out toward Taro with her palms up as if she were about to raise the ground... in fact that's exactly what she was intending to do depending on the chest board. She knew a full frontal assault was suicide but she also had to keep the pressure on him. This had indeed become a high level game, but a game she sought to win.

Trick Weapon grants the weapon the ability to use 2 types of jutsus but it does not give the weapon the inherent secondary effect, that is why the suppression (slashing) chance was not rolled.
Remember when using genjutsus that Gens take up a slot, Crippled is a genjutsu and even if it hit you would still need to override Neophyte's Genjutsu because that was already occupying the slot.
With Omni Flash -- clarity is important when sending actions. With silver Flash there is the desire to do a 'special' action, but there are 2 special actions and one of those special actions can be used three times and the other has two effects a user must choose between. A mod cannot pick these for the player, so these 'special effects' will not go off because they have not been detailed.
Roku due to suppression lacked the AP to open his final gate.
Edits:
Edited the effect of Nature guard in conjunction with resuscitation. While most medical ninjutsu are listed as melee attack, it states this specifically in the notes. Resuscitation does not. Due to the fact that there is no written rule regarding the accuracy type of ninjutsu because it is listed as a NINJUTSU the accuracy type (unless listed otherwise) will be considered Ninjutsu.
Overall the actual end numbers are unchanged due to KO status and the use of medical ward on Roku, however how the events transpired has changed.
This ruling was determined by Head Bmod Umashi, Head Dev Katsuo and associated members of each team have also been made aware.
While it is possible that this is an oversight, it has been determined that it is unfair to hold users responsible for unwritten rules.
Dev has been asked to review and to edit in the accuracy types for the medical jutsus that have no listed accuracy.

He was a gentle lover and this was definitely not how the rescue was supposed to go. He hated hitting women. He grit his teeth and rushed his hands through a complex series of handseals. A maelstrom of metal bits zipped past him, creating a dangerous storm of fragments. It would be a shame to ruin such a pretty face. He would not know that she avoided his assault but a burst of confetti would go off and nearly graze him as he backed away. His arm resting on the shell of one of the few intact sandworm eggs that remained. "Always been more of a lover than a fighter when it came to the pretty ones like you lady!" Taro called out as he dutifully continued to run his nimble fingers through a fresh set of seals.
"Very. Fucking. Well. I tried... remember that."
"Tried?" Taro repeated, he was almost offended by Roku's choice of words. "You did not do shit Six!" Taro's hands ran through a rapid array before he slammed him palm onto the ground. The earth shivered before the hard-packed terrain rolled as if he had slapped a placid lake summoning a wave of earth and debris. They were ready for him, well for the most part they were. He could not see them, he only knew that some of them were hit. The darkness made it impossible to know whom or how hard, but the dull sound of the terrain as it impacted one of his targets. Taro was fighting like a wildman for the most part, aiming to hit anything that moved. He would sort out who was who after the fact. The enraged Soverign blasted the immediate radius with his powerful blasts, his breath getting heavy and strained as his endurance started to dwindle. He was slowing down, not that he would admit to it. "You left me alone!" Taro cried into the dark. "You bastard! You left!"
Several mistakes were made on this day, engaging or rather 'enraging' Taro was certainly one of them. Could Roku have talked Taro down? Yes, but not with Sousuke or any perceived threat standing. Were they ever friends? No. Taro and Six had never met, Roku had abandoned his post years before Taro was a number. Still, there was one unfortunate fact that Roku had verified in the words he had used to identify himself -- his name was a number. And that he was 'malleable.' Taro was a rather unfortunate character in that he believed in the Sovereign's cause. He trusted the will of the Daimyo and of the leadership for the most part, after-all he was raised to be a zealot solider not a mundane sentinel. So what did he see Roku as? -- As a traitor. He saw Roku as someone that abandoned the cause. Someone who was perpetuating the war or even worse assisting the villains in Sunagakure.
A part of Taro wanted to 'fix' Roku. To 'fix' whatever it was that made him go astray. But his heart pounded with fear when he considered it, he knew what 'fixing' meant even if he could not remember and it made him sick in the pit of his stomach. He swallowed hard, he could do this. He could do what was right. He could save him. His frown deepened as he came to a conclusion just before the Kazekage returned from what would be the cusp of death somehow... an assumed result of Roku's intervention because he could not see the AiT's deperate and final attempt to resurrect her fallen comrades. "Mistake... Man... Big mistake..."
The best way to end a fight is to instill a bit of Anarchy into an already chaotic situation.
There is a question in this mod regarding the accuracy type of Resuscitation. Has been brought to Bmod for review.
This mod used Resuscitation as a melee accuracy attack.
This jutsu does not list itself as being melee accuracy.
There is an inherent assumption that because this is listed under ninjutsu that it would use ninjutsu accuracy.
Contradictory evidence: Transmit Life (medical ninjutsus can be cast with nin acc rather than melee) and Negative Energy (medical ninjutsus are considered unarmed melee attacks).

For the sake of reiteration:
Edited the effect of Nature guard in conjunction with resuscitation. While most medical ninjutsu are listed as melee attack, it states this specifically in the notes. Resuscitation does not. Due to the fact that there is no written rule regarding the accuracy type of ninjutsu because it is listed as a NINJUTSU the accuracy type (unless listed otherwise) will be considered Ninjutsu.
Overall the actual end numbers are unchanged due to KO status and the use of medical ward on Roku, however how the events transpired has changed.
This ruling was determined by Head Bmod Umashi, Head Dev Katsuo and associated members of each team have also been made aware.
While it is possible that this is an oversight, it has been determined that it is unfair to hold users responsible for unwritten rules.
Dev has been asked to review and to edit in the accuracy types for the medical jutsus that have no listed accuracy.
Shiori's IC
She did not have much left, her body felt hollow since she evacuated most of her chakra during this battle. She would not be able to provide her allies or herself with any more healing, not reliably. One needed actual chakra not life force to heal. She would be able to siphon what little she had left of her fortitude to end Taro. She had no idea what he was going on about, only that Roku was a traitor. So she had a plan, it probably would not work but it was all she had. Her hands would run through an array and she would prepare to blast the Soverign with a fireblast.

[col]By this point the world around him was muffled. His medical seal had revived him but his body was wrecked. He could still feel his chakra, so there was a chance he could make something work, but taking a single hit from Taro would have him unconscious like he should have already been.
To say this was far from where he was hoping this whole adventure would have went would be an understatement. They were to scout the area, getting caught in a large scale battle like this was the absolute worst situation for a group of people that for the most part literally knew nothing about one another. They were not a team, so to image teamwork being effective was a childish pipe dream. Getting caught by the group of creatures was bad, but what exacerbated the situation was an individual going renegade. He wasn't sure if Matsu was some thrill seeker or glory hog, but intentionally ignoring the creatures that surrounded their group to chase after a mysterious figure was not ideal. It drug them into this current situation.
So Roku wished to give the rabid bulldog his chance to finish cashing the check that his own butt wrote by casting a medical jutsu upon him. His eyes, heavy, would watch and see if it worked but the body of the man would remain on the ground. The immediate thought was that the gods of favor were not shining on him once yet again, as if that was evident enough by the current situation. It would never even enter into his mind that the technique might have worked and the man would just lay there out of spite, as if this was the time to throw a trantrum. So in his mind one of two things had occurred; he either completely failed in his attempt to revive Matsu or he succeeded and Matsu needed some time to regain his composure. Call it his one moment of positivity in a completely dire situation.
With a snort and spit of blood, Roku would stagger forward once more. He knew this was his end, but he wasn't going to go into the darkness without taking some sort of shot at Taro. He liked the guy, but boy was he tired of getting freaking hit every damn time. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

As guardians against evil, Spiritualists are naturally resistant to the effects of it. They do not shirk in the face of fear, nor are they repelled easily. Those Spiritualists with this skill are said to have the appearance of a shimmering white aura around them by those sensitive to such things, as if to shield them.
Effect: All Dark jutsu do 50% damage to them. User is immune to fear effects and intimidation effects. Suppression or other AP reduction or attack disrupting effects have only half their normal chance of working on them. Spiritual Chakra - Boost (x2)
The default chakra of a Spiritualist is not the same as that of their fellow ninja, but rather gifted with a different kind of power altogether. It seems to cut through anything that hinders it with little effort.
Effect: +10% damage to all Ninjutsu. This damage counts as 'Light' element and cuts through half of Ninjutsu damage reduction. This bonus applies to all other Spiritualist light chakra techniques as well. Fifth Gate - Gate of Limit: +10% damage to unarmed weapons. Bolsters unarmed to 60% damage cap. Quick Learners are naturally a bit faster on their feet than their opponents, so this leads them to have a bit more time to formulate specialized techniques. This comes at the sacrifice of a bit of action beforehand, but to work out one of their plans, they often find it worth it.
Effect: User can choose to have .5 AP removed from one round and added to the next. Cannot change over more than 1.5 AP this way.
Sousuke was still operational. The Kazekage was back on his feet and restored by dark energy. The mind had caught on but the heart did not. He struck at Taro with Thunder Talon and Perdition's Arrival. The electrical and fiery blades struck him again and again within seconds. Taro was then struck again and again by his allies. The blinded righteous member of the Soverign was literally being subjected to death of a thousand cuts, and in that he would be bested. The problem was that their own resources were rapidly declining. The Anbu with them was perhaps working off of an 'empty tank, cousin Matsu had yet to get up. Perhaps cousin Matsu was biding his time and resources. He might have been resurrected as well? Hard to tell from this position.
Either way it was time to go. Sousuke's mind was running through multitudes of calculations. Various weakpoints and flaws were showing up on Taro's body. Sousuke could see the flaws present in the body but unfortunately for him, Sousuke was not in the best of health. The Kazekage decided to take a defensive course of actions against Taro. He would need to evade a series of devastating attacks that Taro would be throwing at him. Taro was not a foe who lacked in power. No Sousuke had taken a number of devastating blows. Once he had figured out the attacks in his mind he would then begin what some would call 'poetry in motion'. Sousuke gripped his blades and would begin to go at Taro. It would be a flurry of sword strokes and with it and a multi faceted strike from many sides. It seemed as if the human heart had come to realize what the mind had come to terms with. Strike hard and strike fast. There was no words spoken only actions and an intent to end Taro before he would end them.
Perdition's Arrival and Thunder Talon - the Twins that Challenged the Terror in Inferno (or the Twins that Dream of Fire and Lightning)

[col]Well, it didn't seem right to just sit there and die at this point. Maybe he should have done something more useful with his time on the ground like resting? Naw. That would have made too much sense for the situation. He grumbled as his hand shot out to snatch up his sword. His left hand clutched around it as his wounds had closed to some extent. He was no longer in fear of exsanguination. Not yet. Blood began to drip from the hilt of his blade as it drew in his essence and he snarled. It was time to finish this nonsense. Roaring as he threw his body off the ground like a rabid animal, he darted towards Taro. His eyes were wide open and blood still spilled from his mouth having collected after falling. As he approached Taro his body would pivot and go low before the blade in his hand spun in his palmand thrust upward. His body would follow in hopes to connect as he lifted himself into the air, bringing his other hand upon the hilt to bring it down as hard as he could upon Taro. He was furious. He had been brought to the ground over and over and it hadn't killed him and now all he wished for was to bring death upon his enemies. While Matsu might seem completely unhinged in this moment, the truth was quite the opposite. If someone were keen enough to watch like his cousin or Taro or even Roku they would know that every single action was completely deliberate. Every swing was calculated. Every step was meticulous. Constant micro-adjustments even in where his blade was intending to land. This was the pinnacle of combat for Matsu. He and his target were in their final straights and if anything, Matsu was adept at singling out targets. "Thanks for letting me take a quick break, fucko! You should make sure when you put something down that they are absolutely dead!" Matsu's muscles strained and every part of his body coursed with might as he brought his blade towards Taro over and over and over again. Hopefully those first two major swings would bring him to nearing his end. If he was lucky, Taro's blood would spill everywhere.
Matsu's words would not be contained to just Taro, however, as he felt it was time to speak up. "Now that we're all done trying to be noble heroes, maybe we can be a team! That woulda been great! But we can talk about that later." He would snort as he kept hacking away. Hopefully Matsu would be seen as a surprise once he sprung up and would be able to just absolutely gut Taro with the first swing. He was still running on empty and it was not looking good.

Amaya would look around at those still present on the battlefield. It would seem that the Sandies weren't without valor, some more than others. Even the one playing possum seem to spring to life in order to rejoin the fight. Still, Amaya's general consensus, they could use a bit more courage when facing overwhelming adversity. Their confidence heighten only after victory seemed possible which wasn't a bad thing. Their confidence was bringing them together which inspired teamwork and coordination. All necessary aspects for winning. Amaya would fold her arms and face Taro again.

Taro's enraged attacks were making his movements predictable. This was it, a weak spot in his armor. His emotions were getting the better of him and clearly he wasn't conscious of it. In order to keep him predictable and give her team a fighting chance, she'd revert to the more juvenile jutsu in order off his game even further. However, she'd still have to be careful as her next few actions would defiantly put a red target on her back.

This was not good, the blood was dripping into his periphery curtaining the fray in a shade a red. He could taste the metallic taste of his own blood as it rolled down the back of his throat. He swallowed hard and furrowed his brow. He believed that he could win. That was all he needed -- the ability to 'believe' and kick their ass to win this. Well, he believed but sadly his ass kicking was coming up short. His body ached, he did not even know it was possible to hurt like this any longer. He had fought most of his life to stay alive, it was a cruel reality for most Wind Country civilians. If you were not born with an honored circumstance or lineage then you were worse than the garbage left on the side of the street.
Sousuke pummeled Taro with a barrage of attacks as his sword cut into Taro's gilded form. His blood would escape with a breeze and a spark and Taro would clap his hand over the wound on his bicep. The blood would escape between his fingers along with a spark and a gust of air. Through gritted teeth he would remind himself, "I am malleable..." That was the mantra he learned all those years ago. His golden form started to fortify but then his body sparked a second time, hunks of metal would fall off his form with a dull clatter as they formed. His jutsu was disrupted, leaving the bare truth of what he was -- a Kirishii -- exposed. His flesh was the false shell, not the golden facade he hid beneath. Yes, Taro was born a Kirishii and most Kirishii are not walking puns that named themselves in common after minerals and gems. They were people too once upon a time, twisted by Homura's wrath into better gladiators. His golden appearance was displeasing and unsettling to those whom saw it, a child made of metal born to a 'human' woman that held a terrible secret that was learned on the day of his auspicious birth.
How did Taro survive what happened after?
Luck and mercy as well as a number of lies. Even Taro did not know who his mother was. She lied, claiming she was assaulted but she did not know who they were. Her husband, a wealthy aristocrat in Soons believed her ordered his men to drown the monstrous infant. The child had an uncanny ability, he was profoundly fortunate. The child was not destroyed, rather given to a visanta woman who claimed that she knew of creatures such as these in the desert. The visanta did not lie, she was aware of such creatures but she had no intention of returning Taro to his kind. He was a side-show freak and treated as such, for a few copper coins they could view the gilded freak because that was what he was.
He did grow up on the streets and he truly had no name. When he was old enough to run, he did so. He ran away. He lived on the streets in one of the poorest cities in Wind Country but he always found a way to survive and eventually he was strong enough and clever enough to help other kids survive. He was intensely lonesome but on the streets living was more important than what your face looked like. Who cared if you were copper, ivory or obsidian? Nobody cared except the people that had. Those kids did not care. Neither did the Soverign Academy. The Academy promised him food in exchange for loyalty. The Academy gave him a bed and in exchange taught him how to be strong. The Academy gave him a purpose if he was willing to fulfill it. The Diamyo saved his life. The Diamyo saved the lives of the friends he made. Yeah, it hurt trying to become the man he was and in the end a lot of good friends died but they had a longer life under the Academy's banner than they would have on the streets. The slave-trade was alive and well in Wind Country, a dirty secret nobody liked to talk about. Those whgo survived childhood would have greater needs, they would have to either sell themselves as many young women did, be victimized as they were old into service or turn to a life of crime which most did. Still, their lives would have been short and rife with illness injury and an early death. He had seen it so many timed before. So he did what they said -- he became malleable. He learned to adapt, to adapt better than his friends. He learned how to survive because there was somebody precious he needed to protect and it was not himself but rather the man who saved him because he had to save him one day in return. He would release another powerful ninjutsu, the mummy would go down. His or her body shattered and the bandages stained dark red. "One down."
There were still four others, one hottie, a traitor, a mad-king and some loud blood-thirsty asshole. Well, the hottie was missing. Shame, he was hoping she would come around. The concentrated efforts of these Sunans would chip away at what remained of our dashing and handsome hero. They were just so... mobile... He could not get his hands on them, if he did it would have been over for them but they moved too fast. In the end, it would not have been their blows that took him down but rather the fact that he bled out. Perhaps if he had a few more seconds this would have turned out differently for our protagonist, but he was out of time. "You're a fast bastard Six," Taro rasped. The cavern seemed to spin on an unseen but certainly felt axis. "And I see you made yourself some dangerous friends after you betrayed Dad," Taro observed.
"But you won't win. Traitors never win." Taro would fall to his knees, wheezing. It was hard to breathe and he felt tired. So dam tired. His hand would plant itself on the ground. He would try to stand, he just needed to stand his ground a little bit longer. The earth would revive him. His enemies would fail, they had to. The bad guys are never supposed to win. "This is not how this was supposed to end." He was fading and he knew it. A part of him was scared and wanted to hang on but his determination was not strong enough to deny this. Dammit!"

He could not rally but he tried. His arm gave way beneath his own weight and his face fell onto the hard-packed dirt floor. A literal dirtnap.
