Ninpocho Chronicles

Ninpocho Chronicles is a fantasy-ish setting storyline, set in an alternate universe World of Ninjas, where the Naruto and Boruto series take place. This means that none of the canon characters exists, or existed here.

Each ninja starts from the bottom and start their training as an Academy Student. From there they develop abilities akin to that of demigods as they grow in age and experience.

Along the way they gain new friends (or enemies), take on jobs and complete contracts and missions for their respective villages where their training and skill will be tested to their limits.

The sky is the limit as the blank page you see before you can be filled with countless of adventures with your character in the game.

Thunder Crack Samurai, March On... March On

As Shoma attempts to rest, many others prepare support efforts. The swordsman would see some error in his choice to try to stand aside, for his own inaction grants allowance to the reawakening of the Cursed One. Shoma's eyes widen as he bares witness to this undoing of his own efforts. Furthermore the female attacks the two bound by the evils of bloodlust and greed, and seemingly includes the samurai in such an attack. Those winds that attempt to pull Shoma in would be resisted with a high-speed evasive dash that would leave a burning trail in his wake. Meanwhile, the younger Shinobi that aided Shoma only seconds ago gets trapped by duo evil-doers. Shoma would additionally witness the Shadow of Stone seem to psych himself up beyond where he already was.

The stranger who was summoned here suddenly becomes accompanied by some other guy, and they, he or she, begin to speak. They speak of more conspiracy, conflict birthed from those that invited them their. The man armored in black and red padding sighs, for yet another voice aches to be heard, dispensing his thoughts that his too believes this conflict was avoidable, that the outside villages should ally themselves to take on some unseen force. But who of those of his pledged village had bothered to consider Shoma's thoughts, or better yet, the will and right of those native to this land? Maybe their was truth to this Kouin's words, that this fight would not benefit either village. But after what the samurai saw the demon do, he would have needed to abandon his virtues and simply stand idol as Akkuma had his way with the protectors of this land. This was no option to a samurai who saw that no one else would step in and actively stop the Foul One. No, instead it would seem that the authorities of Stone as well as their allies priorities were more focused on suppressing the swordsman than saving any innocents, more focused on finding some faceless person to blame rather than trying to make things right with those wronged.

Shoma has his sword summoned to battle once it would seem, for no one else outside of the Devil-kin's blacken ward cares truly for those without defense. The youth inside the barrier, the only Shinobi here that had earned the respect of the samurai was trapped with two foes. He did not wish to see this Shinobi, ye any ninja so young, lose their life, not even the misguided one selling his soul to Akkuma for mere coin. Dispite evidence that he too would be targeted by those loyal to the Kage and treated as even an equal to darkness, Shoma would not let the youth face such evil alone. But perhaps, even though they oppose a great deal even with hate, the demon actually knows the samurai's intentions better than ones Shoma should have been able to call comrades.

He keeps his words to himself as he mutters, "Stand fast young one... Gods, my only requests is that if I should die, bury me any under the sky. And that the Masuda name sees great honor in Ava's lifetime." For a samurai, there was no retreating. Shoma had long made peace with the fact that he could, and more than likely would, die on a battle field. It was the way of the samurai, a way that the ninjas of the Leaf Village have grown to know, a way the many here would come to understand.

A stormy sunan wind crossed the highest points of the arena; the rafters. Clinging to one of the beams, Jomei had a bird’s eye view of the barren landscape being used to separate the stone ninja and their allies. While the mightiest shifting winds came and went, Jomei was unperturbed, scanned for a noticeable event with his eyes squinted and a beady-eyed stare. But then, the peculiar sound of logic echoed from the arena floor, spoken loudly, and with enough clarity to penetrate the ears of even the numbest numbskull. This talking continued, and Jomei slung himself about, appearing above the stadium lights in a single, agile, web-slinging vault. It was the talkative ninja from before, but this time, he too tried to jostle the ninja away from their disruptive skirmish. Jomei doubted that they would all come to heel, but waited in anticipation for a moment longer. “So it was biological” Jomei wasn’t any less perplexed as his latest ally provided the true offensive in place by their enemy. The trap had become about much more than the ways of ill-willed ninja. No, the name of the game was genocide… a game where winner takes all.

“Then give us a name” Hardly needing to shout, Jomei called down to the arena floor, giving a simple demand, with an incredibly complicated answer. The sound of his voice reached them all. “Before I go insane. Just give us a name… Who pit us against one-another?” His cloak became lively in the breeze, and revealed the bow prepared in it’s shooting form in his right hand. There was a vendetta to be paid in full, and his arrow would pierce the right heart today. “Tell us, who could be more unbearable than that foul-mouthed moron?” He boldly pointed where the insult was due. While Jomei didn’t know the accused by name, it was the mercenary Shiromaru. “Did you hear that fellas? There are more important faces to punch out there... err, somewhere.”

Hissori would watch the demon raise from the ground as his ally seemed to heal him. What couldn’t this man just stay down and realize that he was beaten and he was risking the lives of countless others to just make a dumb point. With a heavy heart, Hissori sighed a bit and prepared himself to fight the man he once called an ally at least to put an end to this dumb battle.

At least with Kouin now showing himself, the Inuzuka could put to the rest the fact that he was not going crazy as he smelled the very faint scent of ocean coming off the original path. What he did not know though was how the former Kirigakure shinobi was going to act, at least however they were on the same side.

  • How Reversion works was determined by Bone to bring players back to the start of the first 0.00 of the previous round in every way, however what happened during cast time still happened and applies. This is a bit timey wimey because that first 3.5 seconds continues to work and effect the fight and has all of the bonus' and buffs that would have been applied by the previous round however the 10 seconds previous never happened and the remaining 6.5 seconds of the round are based off of where the players were at the start of the previous round. With Reversion working in this manner, there are a few notable issues, breaks and happenstances that make moderation not only difficulty but nonsensical and for that reason Dev has been made aware of this jutsu and asked to either update it, simplify it or find a way to prevent a series of breaks and/or replace it with something that can be sensibly modded.
  • Takayuki is struck with a basic strike that failed to cause a called shot penalty. While he started the round in defensive stance, he is no longer in defensive stance due to reversion. Takayuki attacked Akkuma with Raijin's vengeance but missed. Takayuki activated his Solar Seal and it remains in use because of Bone's call regarding reversion where the first few AP in the round do count for this round. Takayuki has Divine Judgement active against Akkuma.
  • Shiromaru's use of Unreal Celerity with Takayuki being his target has altered the AP stack that the initial exchanges by both these users are faster than the rest. Shiromaru used chakra absorption (2), called shot (0.5), transformed into Jomei (1) -- Hissori, Takayuki, Blood Clone and Buru are fooled by this transformation. Jomei for obvious reasons knows Shiromaru is not err... himself. Shiromaru assists Akkuma in maintaining Black Blockade (3). When reversion hits, Shiromaru is reverted to the start of the previous round in terms of gates being opened but keeps his weapon because he drew a new weapon this round. Black Blockade is dropped because there is nothing to assist any longer (verified via Bone). "Something is cast" and he is in stealth for some, a clone of Shiromaru is on the field and some are fooled by this and others are not (3). Shiromaru is taken out of stealth by Tennin's Levitation. Umashi targets Shiromaru with sand shower, Umashi randomly targeted between Shiromaru and his clone and successfully targeted Shiromaru. He is now aware that Shiromaru is Shiromaru because he hit the real deal, the transformation to appear as Jomei has dropped and the clone looks like Jomei rather that Shiromaru. Shiromaru is finally targeted by Umashi's delayed attack. The difference between levitation noted.
  • Akkuma was able to cast up until the point where he was re-KO'd because of reversion. Everything that followed is an auto-hit.
  • Jomei made multiple attempts to enter stealth and did so successfully. But please note that due to reversion the previous round's flee does not count towards the three rounds.
  • Shoma, your love of bondage is showing. Most men take their dates out before they try to tie them up. ;)

Shoma did not expect for Stone Allieance to become so aggressive in their offense. Even the Shadow of Stone decides to cast his lot in toward the one he called a friend. This all would be seen only after some form of Deja Vu. It reminds him much of the Realm of Rehearsal, in that though it seemed that events had taken place, in truth it is but merely a dream. The barrier that shielded Akkuma, and the two youths, no longer does so. Shoma himself, finds that he once again clinchs his sword. Though he saw the woman do something, the swordsman wonders if this strange occurrence was something he alone experienced, maybe perhaps something to do with the touch of darkness that the Foul One placed upon him(Chaos Seal).

When things seemed to return to pace, Shoma witnesses nearly every Kage-friendly needlessly pound upon the demon that could not fight back. 'Pathetic cowards.' Indeed, these people seem to find some form of glory in attacking a defeated foe, a distasteful thing in the eyes of a samurai. Even the Tsukikage, after claiming to desire a cease-fire, finds enough 'courage' to assault only a downed opponent.

Evil though he maybe, Akkuma's life is not their's to take. He as well as some of the other contenders, Shoma included, were to answer for the innocent audience members that were harmed during the event. With the gleam of his sword, Shoma brings two of the trio to a halt. Though they would not hear his words and acknowledge him in the slightest, except to tell him to go away, they would heed his sword. Umashi too would cast a spell on the foe and his ward, leading him to catch sight of the blade too.

The Fire Native lowers his sword following the dogs act of bringing them too. Shoma had tried reason before, but none of those of Stone would respond. So firstly, another would be addressed. He back-treads until he finds his way near Takayuki Isayama. After seeking to take back some of his own will stolen by Akkuma, Shoma turns his head slightly toward the Sound Shinobi's direction, yet his eyes would not leave the Stone Allieance. Consider all things that you have seen, and inform your authority." The swordsman did not wish of harm to come to him or the bystanders for what his actions of now, and statements to come.

Because of the things he has seen, this leads the samurai to draws up two possible bold, grim theories. Either this new grouping sought to cover up this incident out of panic, or they could very well be the true terrorist. What he says next is hardly for them as he believes they will not answer, for even they with all of their status and acclaimed outstanding observation skill, will not answer because they in truth can not answer. "Tsuchikage,... Kouin,... Umashi,... Jomei,... I have not had much time to think about some of the things you said, but... I will say that the thoughts of a higher hand are not completely dismissible. However,... they are thoughts, theories that without evidence for now can be seen as a convenient method to throw blame, and avoid responsibility and consequence. But,... have considered the facts. If not, here are some to contemplate. There is an audience here still, gazing upon you every action. These people have just witnessed others of their kind, suffer a curious fate, seemingly by our hand. Kouin, though you have made claim to have witnessed some things, this not does serve as the right to take Akkuma into the custody of Cloud, at less not before those he answers to and faces the justice of this land, if he was subdued before you got here. And still, though you may speak the truth of sinister intention, it is hard to believe that one can understand the motives someone, yet not know who that someone is... You all seem to be grasping to discover some bigger scheme or plot, yet you that are long present have done little to deal with the here and now but talk.

The samurai takes a moment to collect him, that he may phrase himself clearly. "Know this, the time to feint the role of a legitimate protector, who intends these people well has passed. I believe your best option is to leave the rest to me. For to remain and continue to duel would go against the notion that you do not seek a battle you think is pointless. If you can reason that my actions are worthy of me losing my head like Umashi suggests, then it would seem that any plagues that might be sent to Stone or Cloud would be justified. For to allow the taking the head of man who has defended innocents for disobedience, can lead others to believe that your presence here now serves to contain and hide your transgressions. As your act of terror would beget another. This is something that might also indeed conflict with Tennin, one tied to those I serve. So, will you depart, and leave the rest to someone willing to take responsibility for this, leaving you free to find proof, evidence, and a name for your theory? Or will you continue on a path void of virtue, full of terror as you assert you will over the weak and unable whilst casting away any amenability, yielding to only your own desire? "

What more could be said? Though he believes those he speaks toward would continue along their way and dismiss what he said, it is important that certain facts be made clear for the onlookers. However, Shoma remains unaware that they all were being surveyed, even beyond the arena at which they stand. As for Shoma himself, it is his desire to handle this Shiro-to-the-mutha-f$&@n-maru. From point however, Shoma would assume the youth's name to be Shiromaru.

Years of taking blows to the head on the training field must have withered down the already pea-sized brain of Shoma, who turned to antagonize anyone willing to listen. “Really?” Jomei was taken aback as he listened to the turncoat’s accusations. He sought to insult any name under the banner of earth and lightning; even stooping to popping shots at young Jomei. He confused his skirmish for an effort to do good, despite the entire skirmish taking root in his black and white ideology, and his ego as a self-described protector. At this point, he protected nothing, and further yet, he remained ignorant of the truth Jomei and Kouin sang about. Jomei wondered if the real Fire Shogunate Samurai were that hard-headed… Only time would tell, if he’d ever return home to find out. It seemed as if the path home would have to go through Shoma, but it would take nothing short of the will of god to penetrate his skull, one thicker than the citadel’s outer wall. The so-called samurai insisted on baiting his former allies into more conflict with insults, and placed himself between a rock and the proverbial hard place. What would he gain by delivering Akkuma, dead or alive, to the very people who organized the trap that created their conflict? Above the insults, Jomei continued to listen from afar, and didn’t bother with another attempt at reasoning with them. He was sure that someone well-equipped for the job would mute Shoma soon enough.

“Innocent lives are on the line” Jomei whispered. That fact alone nullified his need to turn back and argue with the man misled by petty, bushido pride. Jomei dedicated himself to locating his kin, and doing away with the treacherous scheme being orchestrated against them. Silent and observant from the arena’s exterior, Jomei stole away into a quiet place, and revealed the same jury-rigged radio he used to listen for the sword thief, Nezumi Kozo. The microphone was still broken, but he twisted the receiver knob, and swam through the dense sea of radio waves, hoping to pick up a foreign distress call, or with luck, unguarded intel being transmitted over the Sunan air.

Also shiori has told me that this topic is paused since she is super busy at work. So the mod corrections haven't been done either.

I did an update to the mod, I may have missed something because it is utterly tedious to attempt to conserve rolls done originally making the re-do harder than the initial. There was a long list of changes, I tried to explain them all. The timer starts now for everyone. If there is another problem (I almost expect that at this point because it is so big and easy to miss things and hard to remember why I did not do other things) let me know and we can put a timer stop on it. Otherwise you all know the drill.

Jomei has to make it through the rounds for leaving still or be let out.

Wibbly wobbly timey wimey stuff was going on and it was becoming increasingly annoying. Shiromaru was tasked with keeping his employer alive and getting him out of a dangerous situation keep himself alive at the same time, and beat the teeth out of that spikey haired bitch. However, his plans didn't go over so well since APPARENTLY she could manipulate time. That was what screwed him. The time whatever it was caused Shiro's strength to revert to its original state. He knew it was still there but it was like his gates closed after they were opened. BEFORE he could do anything about that particular situation, meteors struck the field and whats worse, he was too slow to dodge them due to being lifted from the ground by another opposing force. The combinations of those things caused him to be hit.

Being hit was annoying.

Shiromaru didn't like to be hit.

And it was that bitches fault.

"I feel like that time bull shit is something you can only do once...

He looked over to Akkuma who was once again knocked out. The barrier was gone and it was basically him against everyone else but Akkuma.

"Hm... this is mad annoying. I could beat you all... but I might die in the process. Not sure if I feel like like dying right now. Hm..."

All my life I had to fight!

It was like a slight tingly somewhere in the back of his brain. Like a genjutsu that he could see coming, Umashi quickly prepared himself for the coming temporal distortion as he braced himself for the deja-vu like sensation. One would be hard pressed to state that it was true time travel but while he couldn't explain it, he was certainly more prepared to take advantage of it. Recognizing just who was doing what, he wasted no time in quickly setting up his foes for the fall. The one was quickly dealt with and then there was the talkative brat that proved to be far more resilient than he'd given him credit for. He would have commented on it but then there was the betrayal by Shoma.

Again, Umashi wasn't overly surprised what with the guy had decided to put a stumbling block before them. He was more surprised that the guy was willing to give a speech longer than time itself should have allowed. As he would move to loosen his bonds, Umashi looked to his Kage and shook his head.
“I give this guy a direct order and he proceeds to try and lock us down? He’s a tenacious bugger, isn’t he?” With one of the targets already falling to Kouin’s spectrum shift, Umashi finally figured out how best to break the bind that he was under. People had been warned, people had been cleared out, and now for those that stayed, battle lines had been drawn. Once he knocked out these ruffians he could start solving the mystery of this Sunan excursion that had veered dangerously off course.

He could here a commotion going on within the black blockade, yet he knew he could do little to them from on the outside; he reached for his pocket watch, and began to click it three times. A low pulsating hum resonated around the area. People not used to the temporal disruption might find it slightly nauseating. The hands on his watch began spinning backwards, What we fail to learn from we are doomed to repeat. The dynamic of the debacle suddenly shifted to how it was when he first arrived; the demon was KOd, he still only had one body in the fight.

As the spectrum of perceived time shifted back, he expected a massive confusion from the sudden deja vu feeling that they wouldn't be used to, but they appeared to handle the shift better than he had initially expected. His eyes landed on the cocky snot nosed brat; he could feel his power had drastically decreased. The loud mouth stone nin began to speak nonsensical gibberish and misconceptions, he scoffed loud enough for him to hear, I don't have the authority? From what I've gathered he had attacked friends of mine. Yet you, someone who should trust your village head, openly struck us. You are no better than the demon you speak of.

He stepped towards the foolish Stone Nin, he glared at him with his piercing rippled eyes, If you were any merit of a shinobi or samurai, then you know what these eyes mean. I am focusing my efforts on multiple fronts; here you are jeopardizing my actions with your pettiness towards a man you yield no respect for. He spat to the side in his disgrace, You have no better understanding than anyone here. While you've been locked in this stadium, hell has been breaking loose outside, and our alliances are on the verge of crumbling; the lives of many are at stake, and we must suffer the loss of the few. It's sad. He left his sentiment there. It had room for interpretation that he wasn't going to explain.

His attention than went to the boy, Once is all I need. The chakra attuned unsuppressed the limiters it held on its chakra emission. A chakra pressure flowed out freely; the pressure would overcome Shoma, Shiromaru, and Akkuma. The ground around him crumbled at the sudden chakra discharge, Sadly no one will be leaving in body bags; just waking up pissed.

Takayuki swayed under the weight of the time reversion feeling much like a stretched rubber band being snapped back to its original size as Kouin pulled the battle backwards through the temporal stream. With Kouin's power exhausted, it left the battlefield greatly changed from where it had found it. Where previously he had been facing down the very real possibility of his imminent demise the tables seemed very much reversed now. With Shiromaru occupied with the other shinobi present, Takayuki began to approach the prone Akkuma and heard Shoma shout out to him.

"Sorry, I have to see this through." Replied the Sound youth somberly. He could feel the power of Jashin thumping through his heart; by invoking that dire force here he'd made a commitment to a higher power that he would finish this battle.

There could no longer simply walk away from this fight. Not while Akkuma was still breathing.

Standing over the unconscious demon, the Sound Chuunin regarded his fallen adversary. Akkuma was powerful certainly but wanted for pragmatism. Was he really the conductor of this whole debacle? Would the threat presented by the events of the Jounin Exam be ended if he slew Akkuma? Takayuki doubted it. If he were in on it Akkuma was almost certainly a pawn being moved around by another much more skilled player. It was at least conceivable that the events of the exam had been orchestrated by the Grand Master but to what end? There were so many questions loose in Takayuki's heart that he had no answer for.

Bringing his hands together, sparks and heat flares arced between his fingers as he conjured anew a familiar spear of dangerous Lightning chakra and lifted it above his head. His heart pounded in his ears as the death hungry influence of Jashin thundered in his blood.

Kill him, it whispered.

He deserves it, it reasoned.

Claim your prize, it urged

For followers of Jashin, blood was power. To take blood from another and harvest their life pleased the dark force that ruled the powers he wielded and in return it magnified his power as a result. Such was ever the temptation of Jashinism. With each life he took the stronger and more capable of putting wrong things right he became. But at the same time he also lost a piece of himself. Would there come a time when he could no longer draw a line between where he ended and Jashin began? Another question that Takayuki did not have an answer for.

But for the moment he put all of those unanswered aside. In this moment there was only him and the kill. With one final breath, Takayuki attempted to drop the crackling shaft of barely restrained energy into Akkuma's chest as he lay unmoving on the ground.

There was back and forth over this fight continuing on, highly suggestive of stopping but people still sent in their actions and because some sent in actions the rest of those who posted have as well for the most part.
That as per ROE if you HAVE NOT posted anywhere else IC on the site, you can post up until Aug 22, 2016 4:33 pm.
There was a call in Admin regarding the "execution" with an NPC. NPCs cannot cause a statistical death, meaning there will be no stat loss if Akkuma takes the death. The choice is death or no death. With no death if he is not stopped then Akkujin is "ejected from the fight and cannot be brought back to consciousness" but he will not lose his character or his stats. The call on if it can be used in this fight was then deferred to me after it was known to be possible, I am consenting to "execution" because the death if taken is 100% Akkuma's choice and if he rejects the option it simply means he is no longer fighting in this topic that has already gone on for 7 pages. -.-

Watching Akkuma raise to his feet again certainly struck a nerve of Hissori. No matter what happened, this demon kept coming back. Be it from jail, from the freeze, from unconsciousness itself. With the demon arising again, the black blockade came up, this time trapping the sound shinobi within its depths. Akkuma seemed sick, still after all these years, with a sickness that there was no cure.

Hissori had taken a high road all those years ago. With head held high, the medical prodigy had thought that Akkuma would wait for him, to find him again and to free himself of his proclivities. Instead, it seemed Akkuma just pushed further into darkness, breeding hate for everything that Hissori stood for. In a flash their lives had past and the one question left for Hissori was if he would take it all back? Ask.

Not a night would pass without Hissori seeing their faces. He had tried to fight it when he felt the guilt, but now he just hid it from the life he built. The life of a leader, the life of one of fastest growing villages in the world. And peace and tranquility seemed like a lie more and more every day. People knew, they had to know what Hissori had to do to let people like Akkuma and Kouin live. They knew what he had to do to people who couldn’t get out. Yet they still defended him. What the fuck was wrong with them?

If Akkuma was ever a friend to Hissori, he knew he’d understand. Hissori had to set fire to whatever they were. At this point Hissori had to destroy everything they had loved which was now buried under their feet. Akkuma, the demon of Hissori’s dreams had taken him to a level that made him realize his mistakes. It was with that Hissori knew what he had to order and do.

With his vision set, the middle age man could no longer afford to see the past. The Tsuchikage would have to move forward and let his mind uncloud. But if peace was truly as overrated as Akkuma seemed to want to claim, what was the pressure on Hissori’s chest that made him feel so breathless? But the truth was that if Akkuma was going to hell, Hissori needed to be the one to send him there.

Kouin was the one to help though. Using powers Hissori had never seen before the time around the frozen leader rewound himself. In front of him, he watched the darkness that had engulfed so many people collapse again. With it, Akkuma collapse for the second time in the fight.

Bubbles of blood from the back of the strawberry blonde male began to draw itself to his hand as he manipulated his blood into a long whip. Raising his hand, the man came down hard cutting through the barrier that protected him lashing at his friend causing enough more damage to the fallen target.

It was probably lucky that it was around this time, Hissori had been blinded by his apparent ally Shoma. Without paying much ato the man who had started all these problems by refusing to stand down and follow a direct order Hissori had fallen trap to a trick and left motionless and in shock. Bound by some force making him comtemplate the out of world actions which he had just tried to order on his former ally.

Lucky enough Buru would divert from the quiet orders he had given him to attack at Hissori nipping at his hand to knock him out of his gaze. His green eyes would continue to be unfocus as he seemed to think a moment more. Then in a monotonous voice Hissori uttered. “Do it.”

Around the two enemies, Akkuma and Shiro the heavans would open up. With the spread of its wings a large bright flash of devastation rained down on their heads blinding them with immense pain as Hissori, the ruler of Iwagakure just stood there his heart broken in ways way beyond physical at this point.

Staring at the now collapsed and bleeding body of his demonic friend. His emerald eyes distantly flickered their focus to the young man next to him as he raised a sharp clawed finger gesturing to Akkuma before speaking out.

“If I could do that to him. What can I do to you?” The Tsuchikage said as his gazed shifted for a brief moment to the shinobi named Shoma in an ominous tone as his Kage’s robe wafted in the faint breeze.

Hissori was a victim. A victim of assuming after all these years people who want peace. That they would actually want to look out for their fellow man and not their sick and twisted ideas of honor and control. But in a miracle moment, when Akkuma stood back up, the light shown bright and awoke him. So Hissori had broke him. He had left Akkuma in tatters with his wipe of blood.

A monster through and through was Akkuma. But Akkuma would know as he lied in the sand unconscious that if he ever was his friend, he’d be going to hell and meeting Hissori there.

Akkuma's eyes widened with disbelief as his work was unravelled, what little chance he had was taken away. It seemed his foes had even the universe on their side, the demon watched in shock. It seemed the events that had transpired were rewound, including his revival. At the end of whatever the technique he had just experienced was, he reached out in disbelief as darkness engulfed him once more.

The demons massive form fell limply to the ground once more, a small cloud of sand billowing around his massive form. A foul black liquid flowed from his body, the demons blood. So tainted had the demon become that even his blood was more demonic then it was human. With all his strength he had fought for what he believed in, to try and save them from what was to come. But like a fool he had allowed himself to be provoked, in his haste he had thrown away everything he had been fighting for.

Faintly he could hear what sounded like birds chirping, little did he know it was the blade of the executioner. In this instance, he saw all the sacrifices he had made. From when he first began experimentation on himself, through to the last sacrifice he had made. It seemed everything had been for nought, he had fought so hard to make it to this point only to be beaten by those who had no knowledge of his reasoning. The faces of those he had sacrificed, those that had been lost and those who would die because of his failure. A heaviness fell over his being, the demon had accepted his Fate.

Moments later the Demons chest was pierced by a spear of pure electricity. Straight through the demons heart, blood sputtered from his mouth. As the demons unconscious form writhed as the electricity moved through its muscles and nerves. Still its heart beat faintly, the pain was enough to wake the demon from its unconscious state. When those eyes opened they held none of their usual malice or rage. Instead their was acceptance, when he looked up into the maddened eyes of his would be executioner.

Looking up passed his foe to the Heavens above, taking them in one more time. As he did so it loosed its power upon him, even the heavens seemed to deny him his last wish. His gaze moved to Hissori, he wanted to tell him it was okay. When he realised that the Tsuchikage was the one opening the avens up for his end. The final blow was to be dealt by the one person the Demon had always thought would never betray him. When the light faded his empty gaze was left looking toward the man he had called comrade.

Notes:
  • Shiromaru was asking to leave Wed Aug 17, 2016 6:52 am and the players were amicable to this but 12 hours later actions were sent by Shiromaru with his post, so the rest of the players also sent actions.
  • Slight increase in Shoma's HP and CP due to a math error.
  • Takayuki's barrier has been gone since the start of the battle (no pr-battle actions) so the civilians have been running around screaming, a few have likely died from stray attacks that missed their intended target even. It is a bloody mess out there.
  • Jomei: checked Skype and Discord, I could not find your actions in either place. =( If I got them, show me where and I will update this.
  • I named and gave Umashi's dog a pic and a name, as usual I will pick what they are and look like if you do not send me stuff.
  • Feral charge can only be used once per round.
  • Erroneously left Daunting Presence on Shoma, edit done 8/26 to reflect the absence of this. Only difference in mod being 1 50% hit of a multi-hit was not.
  • Blood Clone was despawned by a hidden action done to Hissori and I did not remove it from the roster. This resulted in 1 less attack striking Shiromaru. Edited 8/26.
  • Shiromaru's gates being opened allows him to ignore first level of called shots. This effected his dodge, one 50% hit became a 25% hit and his damages taken were thus effected. Edited 8/26.
  • Explanation amendment: Umashi had in his actions to attack the clone in addition to Shiromaru. This was why both were targeted. No change in actual mod, written 8/27.

Ooc: I requested to leave, I was not told everyone consented so o sent actions. That makes sense right? I still want to go inactive but I'm not leaving my character to die from inactivity. So I'm fighting. Honestly I'm surprised I'm not ko'd

IC: This would be fight continued and Shiromaru was not impressed. Since his arrival there has been utter chaos and death. What Shiro could assume were civilians were being killed with misfires from the would be allies of the Kage.

"I don't know why dis foo Akkuma was fightin' but if diss tha village leadership, fuck this village. Yall mofos trippin. A ninja ain't even hurt nobody and I'm gettin hit from all sides." Shiromaru was not even trying to dodge. The few attacks that did miss were mis fired.

"Well... guess I'll power up even more. Someone should stop this." With that the boy continued to let his chakra explode from his body in gradual states. Hissori must have known what this could lead to so he attacked Shiro with intent on debilitating the young shinobi. The thought process was more than likely that if the boys body was broken enough then it wouldn't keep up with what the boy actually wanted to do.

"Commendable" Shiro mouthed to Hissori as the Kage routinely left his "perch" to attack the boy while he was standing in the middle of the arena not to far from the fallen Akkuma. At this time Shiro was more concerned with fighting than saving him. Had his first attempt gone better this situation would be vastly different. As he reached his final form Shiromaru's caramel skin was a red brown shade, his pupils were non existent and his hair, shaved as it was, was now glowing hot white. Chakra flowed freely from his body and his muscles were more toned than what should have been humanly possible.

"How all yall gonna fail this trope and let me power up? GG fam."

He didn't hit the guy . . . well that wasn't accounted for. Umashi never truly missed and that was just bad form all the way around. Clearly Shoma had the same idea as he in that fighting from the shadows would serve a better purpose than fighting from a place with no cover. Managing to copy Buru from Hissori, Umashi laughed out loud, which probably wasn't the most socially acceptable thing to do in this particular situation. Shoma was spent, and this loud mouthed punk wasn't exactly doing so hot himself. Not needing to waste more words on a clear ending, Umashi moved to step in sync with Kouin. "Remember that one time when Ash's Pikachu electrocuted Brocks Onix?" Yeah, Umashi was going for the overkill with this next volley but after it was all said and done, he was going to get down to the bottom of this . . . after patching everybody up. Having seen at least one person go for the death blow he could only be sure of those that he was backing but even death would be reversed as he searched for an answer to just what was going on in this place.
