For a child of 10 years old, Nova is more on the small and slim side. He has a few rounder features which made him often mistaken for a girl when he was younger. He has golden hairs that reach his shoulders, always in a tail but with the sides lose hanging. The bangs in front of his eyes are always around eyebrow eye height until it becomes too long and he only lets that be cut by a barber. Otherwise, he is a nightmare there.
He has bright blue eyes which people often tell Nova are the ones to get lost in. He never understood what it meant, but it certainly got him away in a situation or two.
His ears are the only thing that really stands out from his physics. No one is really certain about it, some say that may be because of his father being a freak and Nova inherits some aspects of it.
He loves to dress casually but always will keep his eyes clear from clothing as much as he can. He rarely will wear sunglasses too.
Mental: 162WC
At first, he looks like a shy and timid person, always keeping things for himself and never really bothering other people. But as you get to know him you will learn that he is incredibly loyal to his friends and family and that he will stick up for you even if it means going through the mud himself. However, if he feels you are bullying or the like; he will turn around and tell you. He is an honest person and a busy one. You will often find him training and trying to keep a social life.
Overall people will say he is a calm kind of person, but also one that can be very blunt as he doesn't sugarcoat things. He won't keep you on a wire and if you do something majorly wrong, he will tell you.
He is very curious to the point it can quickly get him into trouble, but it also helps a lot of others out.

Life wasn't easy the first few years. The biological mother had gotten pregnant when she was just a teenager and the father was completely out of the picture. He had moved away from the inner Leaf after he had learned what she had become. After a lot of careful thought, she promised to give the baby the best life there was instead of abandoning it too.
Being a waitress didn't pay much, so they never had much to spend when Nova was little, in fact, they had to move out of the regular housing towards the slums. It was where they had a small house, only two rooms big together and they often slept inside the living room because the other room was for mothers' private work to make ends meets. Often when she worked there, she would dress up Nova as a small girl and put her out on the streets to try and get more money.
The winters were harsh and it almost seemed that every year became worse and worse, one winter when Nova was barely 5 years old a storm raged over and destroyed many homes in the slums. Even the one where they had been living. The mother had died in the cold by giving Nova the blankets and keeping him warm all the time, but she had paid the heavy price. Her body was already weak and she had done everything.
That same day shinobi of the main branch had found those people and helped them, but no one had prepared them for a small voice going. "Mama, please wake up."
He had been placed in a family where the mother was serving in the main branch as a guard watcher and the father was a cook in a small restaurant. He wasn't the only child in that family, which made him learn a lot about sharing and caring. Yet one thing the family never got through, was cutting his hair.
At the age of 8, the family already had learned that Nova was keen on spotting things in the far distance so the mother brought little Nova to the academy to walk with her for a day in the academy. For Nova, it was a lot of fun, a lot of people were talking and playing with him. Yet little did he know it was his mother's way of learning if Nova was chakra gifted.
At the end of the day, it seemed that Nova had a lot better sight than others had, not to mention... With throwing rocks at empty cans, it seemed like Nova was better than some teachers who did slack a little on it to give the child more confidence. At one point they even had given Nova a cardboard kunai to throw where he excelled with.
"Afraid to say, you have another child that is Chakra gifted, but he... I think he is more like a Hawkeye than anything like you." The teacher spoke to the woman who spoke with a soft tune back towards the man. "That is maybe because he is my adopted son." She would smile proudly and kneel down. Nova was tired after a day of playing and wanted to take a nap in his mother's arms.
At the age of 9 and a half, he lost his second mother. There had been a massive attack on the gates where a lot of people had lost their lives. It broke the family, especially the father. Nova started to blame himself, he knew he was adopted and thought that his mother now died too because of him. That he had bearing a curse. It was through the kindness of the father and older brother that he didn't feel that way months later.
At the age of 10, he too started to enroll in the academy just like his big brother had done 4 years earlier. His big brother wanted to follow in his mother's footsteps, but Nova just wanted to learn what was really out there.
