Ninpocho Chronicles

Ninpocho Chronicles is a fantasy-ish setting storyline, set in an alternate universe World of Ninjas, where the Naruto and Boruto series take place. This means that none of the canon characters exists, or existed here.

Each ninja starts from the bottom and start their training as an Academy Student. From there they develop abilities akin to that of demigods as they grow in age and experience.

Along the way they gain new friends (or enemies), take on jobs and complete contracts and missions for their respective villages where their training and skill will be tested to their limits.

The sky is the limit as the blank page you see before you can be filled with countless of adventures with your character in the game.

Character's Physical Description:
Sealed State Appearance -
Ayeka prefers to wear a Cropped Tank top. Her bangs are moved across her eyes in order to obscure her face due to her more shy nature in this and prefers to wear a hood to further obscure her features. Ayeka likes to wear combat trousers but refrains from foot wear as she feels her combat abilities are lessened by them. Her skin is heavily tanned but with odd patches of skin around her body that almost seem like dragon scale. Along the left side of her chest is a long tattoo that spreads over her shoulder of a coiled dragon around what looks to be a demon as if bound. This acts as a brand to represent that Ayeka once belong to the yakuza. Jutting from the sides of her skull are two large curving horns that crown the top of her head.




Personality:
Base Personality Ayeka:

Since Ayeka's possession and the loss of her negative energy Ayeka had become a very kind hearted almost naïve Kunoichi who enjoys spending time around those that she loves. Despite her warm and sunny disposition she suffers from extreme bouts of shyness and social anxiety stemming from the abuse of her childhood making it difficult to talk with people easily but she always tries to put her best foot forward and talk with others. Cripplingly terrified of being isolated and alone Ayeka has slowly come to depend on the second personality living within her body to fight and keep her safe as a defence mechanism from the years of slaughter she had been forced to enjoy by the darker aspects of her old bloodline. When stressed or under strain Ayeka is prone to switch spots with her second personality.

Aria's Personality:

Aria was once a shinobi of the leaf village whose chakra has possessed Ayeka's body after she had been killed in the field. Altering Ayeka's biology the older girl views Ayeka as her little sister and has a fiercely protective nature of her other half. Unlike Ayeka, Aria enjoys fighting others and taking on new challenges over anything else only holding back on her dangerous impulses out of concern for Ayeka's own well being. Battle junky would be the easiest way to describe Aria's main traits but she is also clumsy and forgetful often forgetting social necessities to say what is on her mind but despite her more abrasive nature Aria is fiercely loyal to those she considers as hers. Aria experiences more of the dragon like qualities brought about by Ayeka's bloodline with her being prone to prideful behaviour but her own life experience does help her provide advice to Ayeka when she needs it.





History: Born to Kyoujouran Ikaru and Koharu, Ayeka started her life outside the grand walls of the leaf village for you see the day she was born Ayeka demonstrated no traits that were normal to the Kyoujouran unlike her brother Keni who had developed rock like skin. Due to this her farther Ikaru insisted that Koharu had slept with another man and took Ayeka from her mother. The trauma caused the already sickly women to repress all memory of her daughter in order to protect herself while Keniwa himself was told that his sister had been born stillborn and had been forced to swear to never mention it to his mother again for fear of the poor women losing what health remained from the shock.

However Ayeka had survived her birth and had instead been sold to a Yakuza gang by her father in order to recover some of the debts the man had. Eager to take in someone from Kyoujouran due to their combat abilities Ayeka was trained for the next ten years to be an obedient tool. Killing debtors, participating in street fight or being using as nothing more than a pit hound to fight beats and other slaves Ayeka's life was full of torment and pain slowly her shaping into a twisted individual who enjoyed the suffering of others. During this time her bloodline bloomed slowly manifesting rock like skin but due to her malnourishment and repeated use of drugs the girl failed to manifest the major traits of her clan and instead manifested the traits of the shattered Kyoujouran further branding her as an outcast. Soon the gang was forced to hire a seal master to further place restraints on a child who was quickly becoming uncontrollable until finally she was moulded into the perfect little slave to be used to death or that would have been the case if it hadn't been for a certain ninja of the leaf. Her brother, on a mission to eliminate a growing gang only to find someone who looked just like his mother leaving him confused but allowing the girl to escape from her bonds to return to the leaf. What will happen from here? Only time will tell.


The sun shone warmly over the forests of Konoha as one white haired terror of the leaf jumped and leaped over branches speeding her way through the canopy her arms pumping as she jumped between each branch as the armour she wore clanked with the force of the movement before Aria hands shot up and grabbed a branch allowing the girl to use her momentum to launch herself up and over the bunched leaves letting the girl land on a branch that grew with an application of chakra from the kunoichi as she used the branch as a makeshift nest allowing her to survey the sea of leaves she found herself on. A gentle breeze flowed through Aria's hair causing the girl to smile as she exalted in the feeling of having arms and legs again after being in the hospital for so long. Looking back over her shoulder Aria could no longer see the village gates but that did not stop her thoughts from drifting back to Otakemaru, a boy really who had devoted himself so much to her recovery that Aria felt like she couldn't pay him back which had caused her to feel strange around the boy. She would feel a heat in her chest whenever she thought of him that would cause her hearts to speed up in excitement but for what Aria wasn't sure. Which was the reason why the sage of the leaf had come out here in the first place, soul searching was the term her friends had put it when she had spoken about her problem which had lead Aria to going on a small outside the village where she could find somewhere she wouldn't be bothered and figure out her feelings.

Taking a deep breath of fresh air Aria launched herself from the branch only to fall between the branches where she caught herself and continued on with her journey but as she did a fluctuation ran through the natural chakra flowing around her. It was small at first like the air was trembling in anticipation before that tremble became a quaking pulse of chakra the caused the trees to groan in audible pain as bows threatened to break under the sudden of air pressure.
Looking around Aria tried to sense the source but before she could the air in front of her exploded like an air bullet shattering trees and sending Aria flying with shrapnel hitting her body. Crashing down to the ground Aria rolled with the force while managing to shift her hearts down into her stomach in order to protect them before the air settled. "Ow what the fuck was that?" Aria spoke bluntly as threads worked to push small pieces of wood from her body causing the holes to weep blood before the threads corded their way through the injuries. Standing up Aria was greeted to the sight of a new clearing with shattered tree's littering the ground while what appeared to be a pile of white scales lay in a mound at the centre of the clearing. "What the heck is that?"

As Aria spoke out loud a tingling spread across her brain and she felt some sort of fog lift from her mind as the pile of scales stood up to reveal a dragon towering over the girl but the beast seemed strange as the creatures eyes were like stone as if they had been petrified leaving the dragon to slam and snap at the air as if it was fighting some sort of invisible enemy. Aria stared at the enraged dragon and very slowly a smile began to fill the girls face and excitement fill her veins as the powerful creature rampaged. "Haha Is that a dragon?! I'm not missing my chance to fight a legend!" As usual Aria didn't care for the who or what and instead just focused on the massive creature she wanted to fight as sage mode slowly filled her veins. Throwing herself forward Aria charged at the flailing dragon, quickly dodging the tail that swung around her Aria weaved through a set of signs before taking a deep breath and launching a ball of compressed air at the creature the attack slamming into the side of lizards head but other than knocking the creatures head to the side, the damage seemed to be non existent as the seemingly blind beast spun in the direction of the attack and let out a blast of fire from it's maw.

Clasping her hands Aria attempted to erect a barrier of wood before the flame ploughed through unstoppably forcing Aria to escape underground or be incinerated by dragon fire. Resurfacing Aria was greeted with the site to a devasted forest the flame having vaporised the trees in the area leaving barren and scorched lands. So in awe of the power of the dragon Aria left herself wide open as jaws suddenly clapped down on the girl sides causing the girl to scream in pain as her armour was pierced. With it's prey secured the dragon took to the skies as Aria searched for an escape but could do nothing as the jaws clamed down harder. Moving her hearts as quickly as she could Aria attempted to protect her cores but could only scream as one of the three was pierced with teeth before she felt herself falling. Looking up as her vision blurred Aria could only stare as the threads that managed her legs disappeared down the dragons gullet while her severed waste glowed a sickly red, most likely whatever chakra the dragon was exuding had somehow got into her wound most likely because it had just used it breath attack leaving the girl poisoned as well as injured. Hitting the tree below everything went back as Aria passed out.

Aria had no clue how long she was out for, could have been hours or days for all she knew but her return to consciousness also became a return to pain as she looked around. It was late in the day the sky turning orange as white haired girl laid on the forest floor broken branches around her and toxic chakra running through her hearts flowing ever further towards her hearts where it would most likely kill her. "Man that thing was strong. I couldn't even make a dent and it basically slaughtered me without trying." Coughing blood Aria forced herself over and took a moment to think. She was dead and she was sure of it and it was only thanks to her revenant body that she was holding on but she didn't have enough time for rescue and couldn't fix herself. As she laid there thoughts turned to Take and how upset he would be with her if he finds out what she had did before a painful pang filled her chest.

"Oh was I falling in love with that sword goof?" Aria wondered to herself out loud as she felt nothing but regret and longing instead of the afterglow of a fight win or lose. "Heh I'm not dying till I tell that doofus how I feel."
Despite her words Aria could feel the reaper calling so she did the only thing she could think of. Extracting her second heart Aria allowed it threads to coil around a nearby tree while her origin heart gathered as much of her flesh as possible and began pilling and coiling itself around the organ. Taking a gamble on cheating death was always one of Aria favourite hobbies as she charge the flesh with chakra and watched as the heart moulded the tissue round it as the heart infused chakra before she separated the connection. Aria watched in trepidation as the organ slowly transformed until finally small cries entered the clearing as a child began to form from the flesh, Aria couldn't help but smile at the child already feeling the grin from pumping a lot of her chakra into the heart. "Heh I made you with nothing but Take in mind. You will be the child we could have had..........in the far future.......Misaki I don't know how but survive." Satisfied at her replication as well as her sort a of daughter that had some of Take physical traits included, Aria finally collapsed onto her back her threads rapidly petrifying before turning to dust as her laboured final heart struggled to keep going. Glancing over at the child she created Aria felt a grin pull at her lips as she gently rolled the girl towards her so the child was pressed into her side before the white haired oni looked at up at the blue sky peeking down from the tree branches above. "So this is it. It's not too bad to go with your flesh and blood at your side. Hehehe Your gonna be a little killer like your mama......I know you will....ma..ke......me......prou......." Breaths slowly eased as eyes fluttered and the strangest feeling of weightlessness overtook Aria as finally her heart stopped beating and her body collapsed into itself into petrified threads that blew away on the wind as if she had never existed at all.

To Aria death had been instant, one moment she had been there and the next she found herself somewhere else. If you had asked her to describe what the afterlife was like all she would be able to say would be pure. A world where memory thought and feelings were purified for something Aria would not be able to understand if not for something interfering with the process. It started as a haze of shadows that painted the white with shades of purple before the haze lashed out toxic chains of putrid energy clasping around Aria's neck tugging and pulled at her before she found herself being ripped away from the pure world. Disembodied as she was Aria could not cry out at the violation she was experiencing but agony pierced her being as she forced against her will to go against the natural order before she felt a clumsy grasp grip her very being. She couldn't see, speak or even move but she was keenly aware that someone had stolen her soul from heaven as a haze of purple putrid chakra stood out against her senses, almost familiar as she remembered a boy called Akira in one of the genin squads with similarly toxic chakra. Fearful of what was going to happen next Aria waited for the manipulations that were about to happen when strangely the girl felt the grip on her soul seemingly slip like a bar of soap that had been gripped to tightly she felt herself fall from the grasp and the purple chakra quickly fade away leaving the soul stranded as she floated away like a boat being pushed out to sea with the tide. Fearing for her existence Aria tried to stop the pull to oblivion anyway she could as she didn't want to become a lost soul before she felt another strange tug as a new presence blossomed into her perception. A towering wall of malefic chakra that seemed to beg for help and wail in despair reaching and snatching at anything it could and Aria felt herself being quickly swept up by the force. Melding into something or someone else Aria soon opened eyes that were not hers again as she stared out at Mitsuha across from her. "Huh" She didn't know what had happened or where she was but it looked like she could make up for some regrets as she chuckled to herself and got ready to fight with a new body.

Bloodline/Kinjutsu:
Ryu
The Ryu were an ancient clan of humans that was the first to have ever partnered with the legendary dragons of eld. Through use of a forbidden ritual that bonds beast to man, they used the power of the Dragons to create a massive human kingdom that is, by legend, said to produce the first of all kings. Masters of the elements through the use of powerful Dragon Chakra, it was said that any member of the royal family, or their personal knights, were nigh unkillable. The greatest treasure given to them by the dragons they were bonded to was the Ryuugan; a literal dragon eye implanted in the First King that has been genetically inherited by those who share his blood. Through the power it gave, the ability to naturally devour latent chakra in the air and return it to the user, the Ryu Clan expanded throughout the entire world as a mighty empire that fell into its own hubris. Though dragons had long been sealed away, their reunited presence in the world has awoken the Ryu Clan, as members scattered across the world awaken with their own Eyes and a surplus of power they never knew could exist.

Ryuugan - Passive
A trait that is generally inherited by the first child of any family that shared with the royal bloodline of old, Heterochromia grants the user an eye with a wildly different color. At first the eye appears to be little more than that, but as the shinobi's life goes on they begin to notice how much chakra is being stored within that eye and the hunger it has for more.

Rank 1/2/3: The user gains +1/2/3 Dodge, and converts 5/10/15% of their Damage dealt into Temporary Chakra Points.

Notes:
  • Ryuugan costs no AP to activate (it only needs to be declared), but takes the timing of 1 AP to come into effect.
  • Temporary CP is spent before the user's normal CP, but only when casting a Technique (it does not apply toward any Maintenance Costs). Temporary CP can bypass your maximum Chakra Points, but cannot stack (a higher amount overwrites the lower amount). Temporary CP is lost at the end of the round.

Arcane Weapon - [Non-Elemental Ninjutsu]
A legendary technique that was long lost to time has been resurrected in the hands of its original creators. The Ryu were widely known for their ability to wield the Elements seemingly at whim, but they also had a control over their own chakra so fine it could extend out of their bodies and be held as any kind of weapon. These weapons appear usually as solids forms as opposed to energy, with dragon scales covering the hilts, handles, and shafts of their chosen weapon.

Rank 1/2/3: The User creates a weapon with 1/2/3 Augments. This weapon automatically has the Special Composition: Arcane Augment that doesn't count against the Augment Count.

Cost: 0.5 AP and 100 CP per round

Notes:
  • This is a Weapon Creation Technique
  • Weapons created by this technique cannot be affected by the Trick Weapon Augment.
  • The user must choose a Ninjutsu Sub-type upon creation.
  • The Arcane Augment allows any offensive Ninjutsu technique of the chosen sub-type to be cast through the weapon, gaining the Taijutsu Subtype Buffs, as well as being affected by the weapon’s augments.
  • Ninjutsu techniques cast using the Arcane Augment use Melee Accuracy instead of Ninjutsu Accuracy. As with Shinobi 101 this also replaces any Ninjutsu Checks required of the user as a result of the channeled technique with Taijutsu Checks.
  • Ninjutsu Techniques cast this way only gain Ninjutsu buffs from the Ryu Bloodline
  • Ninjutsu Techniques cast this way cannot use affinities.

God Slayer - Variable Style
Legends tell of a war between the gods that very nearly destroyed the entire world. It was only when the dragons of eld stood up against the very beings that created them was peace finally able to be realized in their land. To prevent the gods from warring with each other ever again, the dragons passed down the ability to bring divine beings to heel down to the human kings they chose to rule over mankind. This power inevitably shows up in anyone with the Ryuugan, ensuring the gods remain placid.

Rank 1/2/3: The User gains 5%/10%/15% Damage Reduction against Ninjutsu. Ninjutsu the User casts through their Arcane Weapon following a Taijutsu increases its accuracy by +2.

Cost: 0.5ap and 450cp to initiate/225cp to maintain

Sekkei - [Buffing Jutsu]
With overwhelming chakra pouring from their own eyes the Ryu can seemingly be the masters of whatever they wish. The influenced power of a dragon enhances chakra in ways that baffle most Chakra Theorist, as unlike most, a Ryu can continuously grow stronger with each technique used as they refine the energy used to create it.

Rank 1/2/3: While maintaining this technique any Offensive Taijutsu or Offensive Ninjutsu cast by the user that is paid for using Temp CP, the user gains +5/10/15% damage buff for the next 10 seconds, matching the Offensive Technique’s subtype.

Cost: 1.5 AP, 360 CP. 180 CP/rnd.

Notes:
  • This is a Chakra Armor Technique
  • This technique may be maintained for up to 30 seconds
  • If the Temp CP pays for even part of the Offensive Technique, this buff will apply.
  • This may stack up to +30%, but the duration of the buff does not increase.

Ryuutanou - [Variable Taijutsu]
As they begin to master the control of their Ryuugan, a Ryu quickly learns that their eye does more than just offer an overabundant resource; they also learn the precise control Dragon Chakra allows them. Eventually it becomes common for those of the Ryu Clan to be able to combine their physical attacks with their elemental prowess into an explosive attack.

Rank 1/2/3: Deal 960/1200/1440 damage at -1/0/+1 Accuracy to a single target. The user must then select a special action:
  • Arcane Fire : Damage is also considered the Fire Element and upon a full hit inflicts Sear.
  • Arcane Wind: Damage is also considered the Wind Element and upon a full hit inflicts Windslice
  • Arcane Water: Damage is also considered the Water Element and upon a full hit inflicts Suffocation
  • Arcane Earth: Damage is also considered the Earth Element and upon a full hit inflicts Crush
  • Arcane Lightning: Damage is also considered the Lightning Element and upon a full hit inflicts Disruption

Cost: 1.75 AP; 500 CP

Notes:
  • The Taijutsu subtype of this technique matches the one chosen for the user’s Arcane Weapon.
  • Sear Effect: When Seared the target has a +1 Crit chance against them for the next 10 Seconds. This does not Stack.
  • Windslice Effect: When Windsliced, causes the attack to deal +5% base damage and raise bleeding one level.
  • Suffocation Effect: When Suffocated, increases the victim's next technique’s CP cost by +20%, lowers their accuracy by -2, and causes the victim to take 1% Max Hp damage.
  • Crush Effect: When Crushed, causes suppression and attempts to raise the called shot level of a single limb chosen at random
  • Disruption Effect: When Disrupted, randomly dispel a single randomly maintained Technique active on the victim, and prevent it from being recast for a full round. If a Clone/Creation activates this effect, it is dispersed.

Will of the King: Ryu-no-Kami
Within the original line of Dragon Kings was a powerful Dojutsu that effected the Right Eye of any currently sitting king. Said to give them the ability to consume and give out all forms of chakra, no one could stand before those who had the Tengentsu without being completely overwhelmed. Despite being broken through years of separation from the dragons as the First Royal Bloodline faded into history, the Tengentsu still appears in the Ryuugan of some clansmen. Considered to be the Will of the Dragon God, those who are marked with this special eye have far more control over their ancient blood than other Ryu, marking them as ancient royalty among their peers.

Tengentsu - Passive
There is a unique eye trait of the Dragon King's Eye that stores twice as much power for those of direct descent of the First King, giving them the ability to empower their Dojutsu to a new level that allows them to consume the latent chakra in the air to greater depths. It is notable that the biggest change to their eye is the gaining of tomoe; akin to another line of Doujutsu users. However, it numbers up to 9 instead of 3.

Rank 1/2/3: Ryuugan now converts an additional +10/15/20% of their Damage dealt into Temporary Chakra Points, and now stacks instead of replacing the existing Temp CP.

Heavenly Design - Bloodline Style
Those of noble blood share an attunement with their dragon blood that goes far beyond most of their cousins. When summoning their weapon, those of the royal blood are able to craft them in such a way that empowers the weapon with the elements of the world. These weapons come out with filigree of gold embedded into the weapon with a raw power that radiates chakra so strong it forces the weak to bend knee.

Rank 1/2/3: The User may imbue their Arcane Weapon with any Base Element they have a Major Affinity in. This weapon gains +5%/10%/15% increased damage to any Ninjutsu Technique cast through it sharing the same element. Additionally, the next Ninjutsu used by the user after entering the style gains +1/+2/+3 Accuracy.

Cost: 0.5 AP

Notes:
  • This is a Chakra Style
  • The User may change Elements for their Arcane Weapon by Exiting and then Re-Entering this Style.

Heavenly Judgment - [Variable Taijutsu]
Of the many monarchs of the Ryu Bloodline it is said that no ruler had ever managed to surpass the martial prowess of the 3rd King. This aristocrat developed a weapon technique so devastating that it’s use became limited to executions; of entire cities. As the lineage and Eye passed on to their successor, it was discovered that the technique could be naturally inherited by anyone with the Tengentsu without training.

Rank 1/2/3: The User deals 1500/1875/2250 to a single Target. On a Full Hit, the User then attempts to deal 50% of the end damage to every target on the battlefield at +0 Acc.

Special Action - The User may spend half their Temp CP on a Full Hit to instead increase the damage of the second attack by 25%.

Cost: 2.25 AP; 545 CP

  • This technique’s subtype matches the weapon used to cast it with.

Nine-Eyed Dragon Burst - [Non-Elemental Ninjutsu]
The voracious new powers of the Tengentsu isn’t the only strength granted to them. By pouring chakra into their Eye, they can cast beams of light from the tomoe surrounding their iris without the need to weave seals. Though to preform this feat consumes all of their stored power, despite how much energy the Tengentsu eats, their is always more chakra in the air to consume.

Rank 1/2/3:The User Selects up to 1/2/3 Targets and deals 1600/2000/2400 damage to each target. Temporary Chakra that would've been gained from Tengetsu is added to the damage of this technique instead of the Temp CP Pool. The User must select a Secondary Effect::
  • Madness Hero: Expends all Temp CP. The User may Combo this jutsu with a Taijutsu.
  • Blazing Dynamo: Expends all Temp CP. For every 100 CP burned this way, increase the DR of God Slayer by 5% for the next 10 seconds.
  • Echo of the First Age: Expends all Temp CP. The User may select a Base Element for this Ninjutsu and increases damage with the chosen element by 10% for the next 10 Seconds.

Cost: 2.5 AP and 730/910/1135 CP

Notes:
  • Madness Hero requires a weapon to be equipped. If a weapon is not equipped when this special action is chosen, then the User equips a weapon and preforms the Taijutsu at normal timing.
  • This technique doesn’t require the use of Handseals.
  • If no Temp CP is available, the Secondary Effect is halved.

Dragonforce - [Variable Ninjutsu]
A fabled Ninjutsu that was said to grant the human kings the destructive power of a dragon’s breath. Dragonforce grants those who possess the Tengentsu the ability to summon ghostly dragon claws that force a mass of Dragon and Natural Chakra into a dense orbs of energy that between each set of claws. These glowing elemental bombs of death are then tuned against their enemy, being unleashed all at once; each with the strength to eradicate entire towns. As legends speak of a monarch using this power to end an entire nation, one can only begin to imagine how they could be used in combat against shinobi.

  • Blossom Storm Effect: When triggered, the User’s DR also applies to Illusionary Damage. If the user has no Active DR they gain 10% DR. Lasts 10 Seconds.
  • Freezing Ring Effect: When triggered, the User may create a Barrier that reduces the damage of the next incoming attack by half of this Technique’s total damage. Damage blocked this way is then reflected back at the Opponent.
  • Bone Crush Effect: When triggered, the user may raise the level of any Random Called Shot Location by 2. If the Called Shot Location is already Sprained or above, it will be considered Broken for the next 10 seconds instead.
  • Atomic Mind Effect: When triggered, the User’s next Offensive Taijutsu technique will be cast at 0 AP timing.


Dragonheart
Within the world of old are stories that have been passed down as fairy tales and fables of a generation of man that may or may not have actually existed. These long stories tell of heroes who must overcome insurmountable odds with little to no power of their own to face them until a certain being of power takes pity upon their impossible quest. Stories of all kinds of fantasy creatures giving humans boons live on in these tales, but non are more well known than the tale of the Dragonheart. The story claims that a dragon rewarded a human who nobly defended the beast's wounded form from a group of dragon slayers until the dragon could heal; the human who had saved them was rewarded with the gift of the dragon's own heart. Replacing the human's heart with a dragon's caused the hero to transform into a hybrid of the two species and wield the power of both to single-handedly throw down a tyrant and save their lands. Such legends were often thought of as impossible achievements, and that since such creatures were never confirmed to have existed, then neither could this power...until the rumbling of dragons returning to the world shook the foundations of what the humans thought they knew.

Dragon Flight - Kinjutsu Ability

Due to the influence of the extracted powers, the Dragonheart can alter parts of their form at will. A tail, horns, scales for defense, an assortment of dragon parts can be drawn upon for combat, but the greatest of these transformations are sprouting wings to become capable of flight. With this ability combined with chakra and natural shinobi training comes increased aerial maneuverability that can dodge even the fastest hurled lightning bolts and fireballs from the opponent below.

Effect:
  • Allows the user to become Airborne at a cost of 1AP. Due to the transformation being temporary, it lasts 10 seconds.
  • While Airborne, the user has +1 Melee dodge versus other Airborne targets, and only -2 Ninjutsu/Ranged dodge penalty from being airborne.

Chromatic Shifting - Kinjutsu Style
As the Dragonheart has obtained their powers not via blood, nor training, but infusion, they're capable of going beyond what other practitioners of dragon powers can do by drawing on the very elements reflected naturally by the dragon's scale color. With dragons being the very pillars of elemental prowess in the world, it's not surprising to believe that one who has been infused with their hearts could be capable of drawing out a dragon's very essence into their own body.

Effect: When the user enters this style, they must pick a color to Resonate with. The user may change which color they Resonate with at the cost of 0.5 AP

    • Ignores the first level of Primary Effects.
    • +10% damage to Fire techniques

    • +10% damage to Lightning techniques

Wyrmwind - Dragonheart Non-Elemental Ninjutsu
Upon being infused with a dragon's heart the entire world changes. No longer will the person see the world as a simple human would, but as only a dragon can. They can see chakra, the ever intangable force, in multiple colors and in varying strengths; including their own. Due to this newfound vision, a shinobi with a dragon's heart is able to manipulate chakra unlike anyone or anything else in this world. When using any attack that requires chakra, they can rebind the leaking chakra from their attack that lingers in the air and cast the jutsu again; instantly.

Rank 1/2: While active, when the user uses the Jutsu Expansion ability, the technique used with Jutsu Expansion is used again for free at Rank 1 (0 AP/CP). This free technique, can target a different target but must be specified when used.
Rank 1/2 Cost: 2.5 AP and 730 CP
Note:
  • Does not require handseals.
  • This is considered a Terrain technique.
  • At all ranks, other combatants must pass a Ninjutsu Check against the user at -2/-3 in order to cast their own Terrain technique. If the opponent successfully casts their own Terrain technique, this one is dispelled.
  • If the user doesn't have the Summoner ability, any creation technique won't be cast again.
Draconic Infusion - Dragonheart Buffing Taijutsu
Not to be satisfied with their new powers to hold only to the forms of chakra, the Dragonheart can also take their new forms and grant that power to even the very weapons they wield. These weapons come in many forms and often shift themselves into the Dragonheart's body to form a complete fusion of beast and steel. While usually the weapon will transform itself into claws, more creative Dragonhearts have found turning their wings into blades a formidable use of this power.

Rank 1/2: For the next 10 seconds, Techniques used with the currently equipped weapon gain +5%/+10% damage and +1/+2 Acc and the weapon counts as passively equipped. If the user is currently in the Chromatic Shifting style, then an additional effect will be applied to each technique used with the weapon according to the Resonating color
Rank 1/2 Cost: 2.25 AP and 700/900 CP.

  • The additional effects can stack 3 times, with each hit of an attack adding a stack.
  • The duration does not stack.
  • The Resonated color from Chromatic Shifting apply an element as follows:
    • Red: The weapon counts as having 'Special Composition - Fire' augment which does not take up a slot. In addition the user's Fire Techniques deal +500 damage, this damage can be buffed with Fire buffs.
    • Blue: The weapon counts as having 'Special Composition - Lightning' augment which does not take up a slot. In addition, targets hit by the user's Lightning techniques have the timing of their next action increased by 0.5 AP, an individual target can only have the timing of a technique increased once per 5 seconds.
    • Black: The weapon counts as having 'Special Composition - Wind' augment which does not take up a slot. In addition the user gains a +5% chance to Auto Dodge any attack targeting them.
    • White: The weapon counts as having 'Special Composition - Water' augment which does not take up a slot. In addition the user gains -10% to all CP costs.
    • Green: The weapon counts as having 'Special Composition - Earth' augment which does not take up a slot. In addition the user gains +5% DR.
  • When changing Resonated color, the above effect is changed accordingly as well.
Dragonbreath - Dragonheart Non-Elemental Buffing Jutsu
The most well known ability of any dragon is one in which they breath a powerful elemental breath that can raze entire cities, erase mountains, and change the landscape itself if the dragon's breath is used during war. It is so powerful that the dragons themselves rarely resort to their breath attacks until there is no other choice. Humans blessed with a dragon's anatomy can still only reproduce an iota of that power, but what they can do is still incredibly devastating to be hit with.

While this technique is maintained the user may convert any Taijutsu Technique used into a Non-Elemental Ninjutsu Technique. The Technique used will still use the equipped weapon and will apply base Accuracy/Damage modifiers, Augments, Styles, and Weapon Masteries the user may have.
Special Action - Wide Breath: If the user has Jutsu Expanded the Taijutsu, it can now hit up to 3 targets.
Special Action - Infusion: The user may change the Ninjutsu from Non-Elemental to the Element currently Resonated with the Chromatic Shifting style for +5% CP.

Draconic Shift - Dragonheart Ninjutsu
The ultimate technique that the Dragonheart are blessed with is one that takes years of training to complete, and even among those who are gifted with the dragon's heart this special technique is still considered incredibly rare. By unleashing a large portion of their mixed chakra into the air, they then coat themselves in the energy and command themselves to become the beast living within. Transforming themselves into the very image that gave them their power in the first place, these rare warriors are able to bring back the power of a full dragon into the world for a few moments as their shinobi prowess and the dragon's strength fuses completely into a new devastating creature.

Rank 1/2:
  • The user is considered a 'Giant' entity.
  • The user gains +5/10% DR.
  • The user gains 7350/9200 Temp HP. This is not removed at the end of a round.
  • Any ninjutsu used gives +20/25% of it's damage dealt to Temp HP. +30/35% if the element matches the users Resonated element. An additional +5/10% if the technique has been Jutsu Expanded.
  • While Draconic Shift is maintained, the user may change the element they Resonate with in Chromatic Shifting for 0 AP.
Special Action - Empowered Breath: The user may choose end their transformation early, adding 25%/50% of their Temp HP to the damage of a single Ninjutsu cast with Dragonbreath. This additional damage cannot be buffed.

Seiryu is an immensely large black dragon with a body that stretches 20 meters in length and a wingspan of 25 meters he is known among his clan as the one who darkens the sky due to his immense size however unlike many of his brethren Seiryu does not have any forelegs instead possessing bladed appendages under his wings that act as forelimbs allowing him to cut through the air with great efficiency but prevents him from walking on the ground forcing him to land on his rear legs which renders him immobile until he takes flight again. Seiryu is adorned with black and golden scales across his bladed body with some scales turning purple at his wing tips contrasting with his ruby red eyes that blaze out from his face. Finally a long lighter scaled tail extends from Tiamat's rear acting a counter balance to the rest of his body for when he is resting.

Personality: – Known as the Black Dragon of Destruction among his kin for his violent temper Seiryu enjoys arrogantly calling himself the king of all dragons despite his youth or any positive social standing among his peers. Having been born especially large among his kind Seiryu has become immensely arrogant easily being angered if his feel he has been disrespected but despite this he is steadfastly loyal to anyone he calls his treating them like treasure and flying in to a blind rage if they are hurt for no one is permitted to touch what is his. Seiryu enjoys fighting to an immense degree and one of the reasons he agreed to contract with humans was because of how entertaining he found them in this regard which demonstrates his youthful naivety as he is a fairly young dragon for his species. Despite his many negative traits Seiryu rarely harms those weaker than him and only with good reason as he follows the teachings of putting ones subjects before themselves for a king doesn't have a people then what are they king of.

History: – Born before the great sealing of his species Seiryu's early life strangely had no recollection of his kin as he was instead raised by humans, You see long ago there was a small kingdom within the mountains that was plagued by natural disasters and monsters where survival was hard and difficult but despite this the peoples pride was great and they couldn't bear to abandon what they had built for greener pastures. The king of this kingdom lamented his forebears choice of home and desired to help his people at all costs but there was little he could do against nature and the demons who attacked them daily constantly pressed down on the kingdoms armies.

However after many hard years the kingdom found salvation on dragon wing as the king approached the great beasts of the mountains and begged for their assistance, The dragons agreed on the condition that the kingdom would act as a nursery for their young where the humans would spend their days tending to the dragons eggs and in return the humans would be protected. The king agreed to the proposal and for many years the kingdom became nothing more than a hatchery for dragons but the humans took pride in that role. Seiryu was born into this hatchery and was fortunate to be raised by the descendants of that king long ago. Through the majority of his formative years he watched his human caretakers often seeing examples of kingcraft as the humans called it and quickly became infatuated with the idea of standing above all as a leader, his desire for kingship stayed with him for most of his life until finally he plotted with other like minded young dragons to take control of the hatchery and rule the humans as kings. However before the plan could be fulfilled the sealing of his species took place consigning him to oblivion. Now free from the seal Seiryu looks to create a new kingdom that he might rule.

Abilities:
1: Gigantic - General Contract Ability

Contract beasts come in all shapes and sizes, and there are some that reach such sizes that those around them. This size is rarely just for show, and though it definitely makes them a large target that attracts attention, it makes it much more difficult to restrain in any way other than defeating it.

Effect:

  • The user cannot be bound by Non-Genjutsu Binding Technique, but also cannot enter stealth. If hit by a Non-Genjutsu Binding Technique, they take a -3 Acc/Dodge penalty for the duration of the Non-Genjutsu Binding Technique.
2: Dread Aura - General Contract Ability
There are some contracts that over time, develop innate aura of danger that seems to speak with other creature's basic instincts. Someone who's will wavers in front of such a beast can find it difficult to fight rather than take flight, or even lock up in fear at the mere sight of such a terrifying presence.

Effect:

  • The user makes a Genjutsu check against all in battle in the start of each round; target that fail to fully resist this effect are inflicted with Fear, and offensive techniques targeting the user have a 15% chance of failing. A victim may only have two moves fail due to this per round, and has a -3 penalty to the initial check if their current HP is lower than the users.
Specialized Abilities:

1: Draconic Hoard - Dragon Contract Ability

Even by legend, dragons are known for their mighty hoards of treasure stuffed away from the hands and eyes of would be thieves. Their real treasure, however, are the chakra infused scales that cover their body; which can easily be used to brush off even the mightiest of attacks.

Effect:

  • The user sheds scales during battle. Up to 5 of these scales may exist at a time.
  • The scales get shed when:
    • The user is damaged for 5% of their max HP.
    • The user uses a B-rank or higher technique.
    • At the start of a round when the user maintains a B-rank or higher technique.
    • By paying 1500 CP, and 0.5 AP.
Scales may be spent for the following:
  • Provide the user 5% DR against the next damaging technique used against them.
  • Reduce the cost of the users next technique by 5%.
  • Blind a target, giving their next technique a 10% chance of failing to activate, causing the target to lose 50% of the CP and AP spent.
Notes:
  • The user can spend 1 scale to activate one of the above effects, and may double it by spending an additional scale.
  • The exception to this is the blind effect, it cannot be stacked.
2: Scalerend - Dragon Contract Dependent Special Move
Dragon scales contain a mass of intrinsic power by naturally absorbing bits of both their chakra and Nature Chakra over time. The very nature of the scales allows dragons to easily reabsorb the power back into their own bodies to produce devastating attacks.

Effect: The user, or a target of their choice gains 5% damage, and -2% chakra cost, per scale spent, for the next technique used.
Cost: 2% Max CP; Up to 5 scales.

3: Aflame Inferno - Dragon Contract Senjutsu
Famously, dragons have always been known to breath fire, however in reality it's more like pure energy. The amount of energy a dragon can exhume has also been wildly understated in myths regarding the scaled fiends. Their breath attacks are more akin to natural disasters, being able to breathe out a plasma energy that can burn even fire; and that’s still low output. When their scales start to glow, their breath attacks can raze to the ground anything put before it.

Effect: Burns up to 3 targets for 3300 damage. The user may spend 1 Scale to apply one of the following effects on a target:

  • Cause the target to take +10% extra damage from all sources.
  • Cause the target to have -1 Accuracy/DC.
  • Cause the target to spend +10% extra CP.

Cost: 3 AP, 3000 CP

Notes:

  • The effects listed can all stack up to 3 times.
  • The duration of the debuffs from this technique is 20 seconds.
  • A target may only be affected by one of these effects at a given time.
  • Additional applications of this technique does refresh the duration, nor extend it.
